As the world is moving towards digitization, data is generated from various sources at a faster rate. It is getting humungous and is termed as big data. The financial sector is one domain which needs to leverage the big data being generated to identify financial risks, fraudulent activities, and so on. The design of predictive models for such financial big data is imperative for maintaining the health of the country's economics. Financial data has many features such as transaction history, repayment data, purchase data, investment data, and so on. The main problem in predictive algorithm is finding the right subset of representative features from which the predictive model can be constructed for a particular task. This paper proposes a correlation-based method using submodular optimization for selecting the optimum number of features and thereby, reducing the dimensions of the data for faster and better prediction. The important proposition is that the optimal feature subset should contain features having high correlation with the class label, but should not correlate with each other in the subset. Experiments are conducted to understand the effect of the various subsets on different classification algorithms for loan data. The IBM Bluemix BigData platform is used for experimentation along with the Spark notebook. The results indicate that the proposed approach achieves considerable accuracy with optimal subsets in significantly less execution time. The algorithm is also compared with the existing feature selection and extraction algorithms.

We develop the high risk group predictive model for loan default by utilizing the direct loan data from 2012 to 2014 of the Korea Student Aid Foundation. We perform the decision tree analysis using the data mining methodology and use SAS Enterprise Miner 13.2. As a result of this model, subject types were classified into 25 types. This study shows that the major influencing factors for the loan default are household income, national grant, age, overdue record, level of schooling, field of study, monthly repayment. The high risk group predictive model in this study will be the basis for segmented management service for preventing loan default.

Recently our country need to change about hospital building operation and business change. The recent real estate development projects are made in very complex due to the diversity of development method or its legal aspects. Under such a real estate investment, the review of investment yield rate is fundamentally important for the one that invests and the one that finances it. Previously, the focus was in the review of the time to turn the surplus or the plan for making repayment of the borrowings, and without the analysis of sufficient investment yield rate. For a simple issue of finding the most advantageous project method, there is a need for reviewing the taxation issues, fund procurement method, legal aspects, policy analysis aspects and others. Therefore, the real estate investment is now likely to encounter the form of having the time of venture as well. In conclusion, the scientific and reasonable decision making in investing on the real estate does not suggest the absolute evaluation standard but the need and the use are more and more demanded.

Purpose: This study was to classify patient severity score for hemodialysis patients. Method: The subject of this study was 1,575 patients. To study the severity of the patients, we used t-test and ANOVA. The congruity was measured by Kappa coefficient and the severity in each medical facility was analyzed by ANOVA. Result: The results showed that there was a significant difference according to the levels of medical center (F=171.187, p<.0001). Categorizing the severity of the patients in each medical facility, group II and III of the secondary medical institution had higher ratio than the primary medical institution. There was not a single patient coming under group IV in both of the primary or secondary medical institutions. However, the tertiary medical institutions had more subjects in group II and III than the primary and secondary medical institutions. The group IV with the highest severity had 11 patients(1.5%), demonstrating that the tertiary medical institution had higher severity patients than the primary or secondary medical institutions. Conclusion: The results of this study appropriately reflects the repayment system of medical expenses by the government. Also, it provides the fundamental information to develop nursing fee system taken into account of the systemic differences among the primary, secondary and tertiary medical institutions.

The intelligent robot industry is a complex which encompasses all fields of science and technology, and its marketability and industrial impact are remarkable. Major countries in the world have been strengthening their policies to foster the intelligent robot industry, but discussions on liability issues and legal actions that are accompanied by the related big or small accidents are still insufficient. In this study, therefore, the patent law by artificial intelligence robots and the legislation for relevant legal actions at the criminal law level are presented. Patent law legislation by artificial intelligence robots should comply with the followings. First, the electronic human being other than humans ought to be given legal personality, which is the subject of patent infringement. Even if artificial intelligence has legal personality, legal responsibility will be varied depending on the judgment of whether the accident has occurred due to the malfunction of the artificial intelligence itself or due to the human intervention with malicious intention. Second, artificial intelligence as a subject of actors and responsibility should be distinguished strictly; in other words, the injunction is the responsibility of the intelligent robot itself, but the financial repayment is the responsibility of the owner. In the criminal law legislation, regulations for legal punishment of intelligent robot manufacturing companies and manufacturers should be prepared promptly in case of legal violation, by amending the scope of application of Article 47 (Penal Provisions) of the Intelligent Robots Development and Distribution Promotion Act. In this way, joint penal provisions, which can clearly distinguish the responsibilities of the related parties, should be established to contribute to the development of the fourth industrial revolution.
The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there is a relationship between COVID-19 of feelings, work values, and employment preparation behaviors of nursing student and to prepare plans for the curriculum and activities of nursing students. The subject of the study was a questionnaire for 130 students 4th grade, who are graduating grades in one region. Data analysis was performed with the SPSS Win 19.0 program and correlation was analyzed by Pearson's correlation. As a result of the study, the average score for emotions from COVID-19 was 3.61±0.62. There was significant correlation between feelings and extrinsicl values from COVID-19. There was a significant repayment relationship with intrinsic work values and job preparation behavior. Based on these studies, it is meaningful to provide an effective way to prepare for employment programs and provide educational programs related to COVID-19.
The purpose of this study is to find a reasonable solution that is compatible with the government's policy on calming the overheated housing market and the needs of prospective home buyers. For this purpose, this study analyzed the current state of the housing market and looked at the root cause of the people's desire to purchase housing. And this study suggested the need to introduce a super-long-term mortgage system that can help people choose whether to own or rent a house in accordance with individual preferences. The super-long-term mortgage system would be useful in that the majority of people who currently use mortgages prefer long-term loan products and that it could provide a chance to "get their own homes" by easing the monthly repayment burden for those who want to have homes. If the system is introduced in the future, it is necessary to make efforts for stable operation such as risk-hedge. In particular, the government should apply a limited application to end-users so that they can curb rising housing prices and contribute to stabilizing housing prices.
The ICSID arbitral tribunal shall determine the suitability of investors in accordance with the Article 25 of the ICSID convention and the investment or investor's provisions under the BIT. The eligibility of investors has an important role in establishing jurisdiction under international investment disputes. Therefore, this study draws implications on issues related to investor qualification, focusing on ICSID arbitration. The investor's nationality shall be taken into consideration in determining whether the investor is eligible. The criteria for determining the nationality of a corporate investor include the place of incorporation, main business location, and substantial ownership or control. The criterion of the place of incorporation that is used in a number of BIT have the problem of protecting investors from third countries not involved in the BIT. So, in recent years it is stipulated that the actual economic activity or the main business location as well as the place of incorporation criteria. And this problem is complemented by the denial of benefit clause. When determining whether a local corporation is controlled by foreigner in the host state it considers the shareholding rate, voting rights, and the exercise of managerial rights. There is a tendency to recognize shareholder's right to petition. Thus the same damage should not cause problems such as duplicate repayment or double reimbursement between the shareholders and the company. Unexpected problems can arise if the scope of investments and investors is broadly specified in the BIT. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the scope of investment to be protected.

Background: The purpose of this study was to comparison and correlation between physical and psychological functions by gender in Judo athletes. Both the physical and psychological factors of athletes are important as factors influencing athletic performance, but there are few papers that have compared and studied the correlation between physical and psychological functions of judo players. Design: Cross sectional study Methods: The 134 participants; high school students, college students, and team players. They used physical functions to measure such as self-describing KOOS, FAOS, ODI, POMS, SCAT, ASMQ, and ACSI-28. Results: There was a significant difference in the physical function according to gender in the KOOS, but no significant difference in the FAOS and ODI. For psychological function, there was a significant difference in the vitality item in the POMS, and a significant difference in the body management, training management, life management, and unique behavior management items in the ASMQ. In the ACSI-28, there were significant differences in coping with adversity, stress repayment, concentration, freedom to worry about matches, and self-coaching behavior items. Physical function and psychological function showed a significant negative correlation. The POMS showed a negative correlation between the ASMQ and ACSI-28, whereas the SCAT showed a positive correlation. Conclusion: The results of this study are expected to be used as a basic data for sports training by gender of Judo athletes.
Purpose - Since COVID-19, the government's expansion of liquidity to stimulate the economy has resulted in an increase in private debt and an increase in asset prices of such as real estate and stocks. The recent sharp rise of the US Federal fund rate and tapering by the Fed have led to a fast rise in domestic interest rates, putting a heavy burden on the Korean economy, where the level of household debt is very high. Excessive household debt might have negative effects on the economy, such as shrinking consumption, economic recession, and deepening economic inequality. Therefore, now more than ever, it is necessary to identify the causes of the increase in household debt. Design/methodology/approach - Main methodology is regression analysis. Dependent variable is household loans from depository institutions. Independent variables are consumer price index, unemployment rate, household loan interest rate, housing sales price index, and composite stock price index. The sample periods are from 2017 to May 2022, comprising 72 months of data. The comparative analysis period before and after COVID-19 is from January 2017 to December 2019 for the pre-COVID-19 period, and from Jan 2020 to December 2022 for the post-COVID-19 period. Findings - Looking at the results of the regression analysis for the entire period, it was found that increases in the consumer price index, unemployment rate, and household loan interest rates decrease household loans, while increases in the housing sales price index increase household loans. Research implications or Originality - Household loans of depository institutions are mainly made up of high-credit and high-income borrowers with good repayment ability, so the risk of the financial system is low. As household loans are closely linked to the real estate market, the risk of household loan defaults may increase if real estate prices fall sharply.
