The new millennium has started with several innovations driven by fast evolution of the technologies in energy sector. A strong impulse towards the diffusion of new economical efficient technologies regulatory incentives related to energy production from renewable source and a small scale building trigeneration and to promotion of more sustainable environmental-friendly generation solutions, the evolution of electricity markets, more and more binding local emission constraints, and the need for improving the security of supply to reduce the energy system vulnerability. The 24 percentage energy quantify of total energy consumption consumes in commercial buildings and residential houses and the 30% portion of total $CO_2$ emissions covers also in the commercial buildings and residential houses sector. To cope with efficiently this energy sinuation in building sector, Building microgrid or building tooling, heating & power(BCHP) system has been interested in recent day due to meeting thermal and electric energy requirements efficiently and with appropriate energy quality. A multi agent system is a collective of intelligent agents that communicate with each other and work cooperatively to achieve common goals. Also, it is to medicate and coordinate communication between Control Areas and Security Coordinators for teal-time control of the BCHP system and the power pid. In this new circumstance, it is very important to integrate the power and energy delivery system and the information system(communication, networks, and intelligent equipment) that controls it. Therefore, development of smart control modules with open communication protocol and seamlessly interchange the data and information between control network and data network including extranet and intranet give a great meanings. We designed and developed the TCP/IP-CAN IED agent modules and ModBus./LonTalk/(TCP/IP) IED agent ones to configure the multi-agent system based smart energy network of commercial buildings and also intelligent algorithms for inverter fault diagnostics which ran be operated in control level or agent level network.
The development of new energy has attracted consideration attention due to the high oil price and environmental problems. In advanced country, they have tried to carry out a long range plan for energy. We need to develop new energy for Low Carbon Green Growth in Korea. The building is 30% among ratio of energy consumption in Korea. And in the past, heating energy was high ratio for energy using at home. But recently, the demand for cooling energy keeps growing due to rising average temperature on the earth and improvement of life quality. In this situation, the energy of lake water and ocean water has studied to utilize in advanced country because of low temperature at underwater. But the study for deep water is still a lot left to do. In this study, we analyzed district cooling system and the present condition. Analyzing the deep lake water cooling system in Toronto, we found an application of district cooling system using deep ocean water. Deep lake water uses heat source for district cooling and water source for city in Toronto. So reducing the initial cost, this city had economic effect. When DLWC was applied at existing building, the heat exchanger was installed instead of cooling tower and refrigerator. And the heat exchanger used to connect main pipe with cool water on city. System using deep ocean water can be applied as a similar way to supply cool water from lake to building.
This study set out to investigate an energy harvesting device to ensure stable energy supply to batteries and data collection devices and a monitoring system for acer pictum sap to check collected data. Acer pictum sap farmers have written down weather information and yield of acer pictum sap manually for data storage. Since the job is done manually, there are many missing values in their data. In addition, it is not easy to manage batteries due to the characteristics of the areas where acer pictum sap is collected. The present study thus decided to build an energy harvesting device based on new renewable energy to ensure stable energy supply by taking into consideration power load, daily power consumption, and number of days with no sunshine for various devices. For a monitoring system, the investigator proposed a JSP-based web page to monitor temperature, humidity, volume of collected water, and battery state in real time. The proposed energy harvesting device was applied to reduce missing values in data. It promoted stable energy supply to the batteries and data collection devices, reducing the percentage of missing values in data from 30.55% to 0%.

The demand for a DC power distributed system is increasing as renewable energy sources and DC electrical load are proliferating. For the automation of a power system, a magnetic contactor for the DC power system is required. The conventional magnetic contactors are mostly equipped with a solenoid magnetic actuator. However, the conventional magnetic contactor has problems with continuous power consumption, and heat generation. To address these problems, a permanent magnet type DC magnetic contactor is proposed in this paper.
