본 논문에서는 무선 네트워크 환경에서 이동 호스트들에게 멀티미디어 서비스의 제공을 위한 멀티캐스트 전송 기법을 제안한다. 핸드오프 과정 중에 발생하는 패킷 손실 등을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 오버랩 영역을 이용한 Pre-join 기법을 제안한다 그리고 실시간 멀티미디어 응용에서의 연속적인 서비스 지원을 위해 본 논문에서 제안된 Crossover 라우터에서의 버퍼링 기법은 Remote Subscription 기법에서 제안한 최적 경로 기법에 기반하여 영역들의 오버랩 된 특성을 이용한 호스트의 이동 방향 탐지 기법을 적용하였다. 제안한 기법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 NS-2를 이용하여 Mobile If의 Bi-directional tunneling 기 법 과 Remote Subscription 기 법, 그리 고 MoM 기법과 비교 실험하였다 실험 결과 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 이동 호스트에게 최적의 경로를 제공해 줄 뿐 아니라, 패킷 손실을 해결하기 위한 Pre-join 혹은 Crossover 라우터 버퍼링 기법을 사용함으로써 비교 실험한 다른 기법들에 비해 네트웍 부하와 패킷 손실, 대역폭 사용 측면에서 향상된 성능을 보였다.

When and Where, What kind of agricultural products will be produced and provided for the market? It is a commercial requirement, and also an academic questions to remote sensing technology. Crop physiology analysis and growth monitoring are important elements for precision agriculture management. Remote sensing technology supplies us more selections and available spaces in this dynamic change study by producing images of different spatial, spectral and temporal resolutions. Especially, the hyperspectral remote sensing should do play a key role in crop growth investigation at national, regional and global scales. In the past five years, Chinese academy of sciences and Japan NTT-DATA have made great efforts to establish a prototype information service system to dynamically survey the vegetable planting situation in Nagano area of Japan mainly based on remote sensing data. For such concern, a flexible and light-duty flight system and some practical data processing system and some necessary background information should be rationally made together. In addition, some studies are also important, such as quick pre-processing for hyperspectral data, Multi-temporal vegetation index analysis, hyperspectral image classification in support of GIS data, etc. In this paper, several spectral data analysis models and a designed airborne platform are provided and discussed here.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to suggest new directions for public health programs in rural and remote areas. Method: For this purpose, a literature review was done including articles, research reports, and master theses and doctoral dissertations. Results: Public health programs in rural remote areas were found to be very insufficient in terms of professional personnel and program diversity. Especially, there is a lack of adequate manpower and infra-structure in the public health sub-centers at the township and sub county level. Although community health practitioners at the village level are providing public health service beyond medical care, their coverage rate is very low. Conclusion: The results suggest a need to strengthen the function of public health sub-centers to provide comprehensive public health service based on the life-cycle approach. For this new change, legal and political support must be developed.

본 논문에서는 대규모의 다양한 모바일 단말기와 서버로 구성된 모바일 오피스 지원 시스템을 제안한다. 나날이 다양한 모바일 단말기들이 출시되고 있으므로, 현재 적용되고 있는 모바일 오피스 지원시스템은 추후 단말기들 간의 상호호환성 결여, 자료동기화 및 단말기 장비관리의 어려움과 같은 문제에 봉착할 수 있으며 효율적인 모바일오피스 지원시스템에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 대규모의 외근직원을 두는 기업에서는 이런 현상이 더욱 심화될 것이다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 우선 대규모 외근직원을 두는 기업을 위한 모바일 오피스 지원시스템의 요구사항을 도출하였다. 또한, 원격 자료동기화 기술과 장비관리 기술을 적용하여 도출된 요구사항을 만족시키기 위한 방안용 제시한다. 본 논문의 모바일 오피스 지원시스템은 원격 자료동기화 기술을 통해 기업 구성원의 대규모의 다양한 모바일 단말기와 기업의 중앙 서버와의 자료를 일치시키며, 원격 장비관리 기술을 통해 관리자를 대신하여 모바일 단말기를 원격 관리할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, OMA(Open Mobile Alliance)의 DS(Data Synchronization)와 DM(Device Management) 적용한 모바일 오피스 지원시스템을 제안한다. OMA DS와 DM은 현재 산업계 표준으로 받아들여지고 있기 때문에, 적용 시스템 간의 상호호환성을 보장할 수 있기 때문이다.

본 논문에서는 XML 기술을 이용한 RPC 비 동기 자원 서비스 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 위해 클라이언트의 요청(Request) 정보는 XML의 DOM에 기반 하여 XML 문서로 포장된 후 분산 환경의 서버로 전송된다. 서버는 XML-DOM을 받아들일 수 있는 객체를 사용하여 클라이언트의 요청을 일반 응용프로그램과 XML-RPC 서비스로 구분하여 처리한다. 또한 비 동기성을 지원하기 위해 클라이언트의 요청 결과를 바로 전송하지 않고 XML-DOM 구조 내에 저장하며, XML-DOM 정보 내에 또 다른 요청을 해당 서버로 Redirect되도록 한다. 시스템 구현 결과 일반적인 RPC서비스와 XML-RPC 서비스가 통합 되었으며, 클라이언트의 요청이 서버들 사이로 Redirect 되는 비 동기성이 구현되었고, 시스템 실행 환경은 전통적인 RPC 요청 보다 단순화되었다.

UPnP AV 프레임워크는 홈 네트워크 미들웨어 기술의 중요한 부분으로 네트워크에 접속한 다양한 AV 디바이스를 투명적으로 통합 및 관리한다. 그러므로 사용자는 언제 어디서나 AV 컨텐츠를 접근 및 제어할 수 있다. 기존의 흠 엔터테인먼트 시스템들은 멀티미디어 흠 서버 위주로 PC 환경에서 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 서비스 제공을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 원격 제어 서비스를 지원하는 통합 홈 엔터테인먼트 시스템(u-MUSE 시스템) 개발에 대하여 설명한다. 제안하는 시스템은 기존의 홈 엔터테인먼트 서비스 외에 가정에서 멀리 떨어져있는 AV 디바이스의 어플리케이션을 조작하거나, AV 컨텐츠를 직접 제어할 수 있다. 이 시스템은 통합 시스템 제어 및 AV 컨텐츠 재생 서비스를 지원하여 가정에서의 가전 디바이스 제어 센터의 역할을 충분히 수행한다.

최근 들어, 유비쿼터스 기술을 활용한 u-도시에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 u-도시 관심 분야 중, 유비쿼터스 기술 기반의 도시시설물 관리 u-서비스 모델을 제시한다. 이를 위해 서비스 제공을 위한 비즈니스 모델을 정의하고, 시설물 관리 u-서비스 모델을 정의한다. 아울러, u-서비스 모델 구체화하기 위한 구성 요소로써, 서비스 기능, 서비스 프로세스, 서비스 참여자 간의 관계에 대해 제시한다. 먼저 원격모니터링, 원격제어 및 조회, 상황정보제공, 현장지원, 시설물 이력관리의 다섯 가지 서비스 기능에 대해 제시한다. 또한 다양한 서비스 제공을 위한 프로세스를 제시하고, 마지막으로 서비스 참여자간의 수요, 공급 관계에 대해서도 제시한다.

현재 인터넷의 전송방식인 기존 Push 메시지 전송방식은 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 다양한 형태의 재난 Risk정보들을 원격지에 빠르게 전송하기 위해 QoS(Quality of Service)를 고려한 Push Notification 구조를 제안한다. 제안한 구조를 통해 현재의 이질적인 시스템을 수용하면서, 다양한 기기에서 인터넷 서비스를 제공한다.

이 연구에서는 낙도보조항로의 운영현황과 선박이용자의 서비스 만족도를 실증분석 하였다. 특히 낙도보조항로 선박 이용자를 중심으로 1,000부의 설문지를 배포하여 서비스 만족도 정도를 심층 분석하였다는데 그 의미를 부여할 수 있겠다. 전체 만족도를 분석한 결과 5점 만점에 약 2.8점 정도로 보통수준보다 약간 상회한 것으로 조사됐다. 낙도보조항로를 이용하는 이용자들의 서비스 만족도 정도가 그리 높지 않음을 알 수 있다. 낙도보조항로 중장기 발전방향 수립시 이들 내용이 충분히 검토되어 정책에 반영될 수 있도록 정부 뒷받침이 요구된다.

Customer Support Knowledge of Customer Support Organization is one of the important assets of enterprises and "Customer Support Knowledge Management" is also the critical aspect of Business Knowledge Management; however, the attributes of Customer Support Knowledge are complicated, diverse, renewed rapidly and difficult to be managed. Thus, in order to design a successful Customer Support Knowledge Management System, apart from the consideration of "human" and "information technology" aspects, the concerns of attributes and Customer Support Knowledge and industry characteristics should be involved for meeting the requirements of Customer Support Organization and allowing the organization to acquire the competitive advantage of "Differentiation Service". This research used the "Customer Support Knowledge Management System" in a high-tech industry as an example and treated the end users of medical instruments in different types of hospitals in Taiwan which have received the support service of our company in recent six months as the population. The end users were mostly the nursing executives or ultrasonic wave technical personnel in intensive care unit and they had similar educational background and incomes and adopted the medical instruments such as physical supervision system, ultrasonic wave system, heart start or ECG machine produced by our company; the research method was to randomly treat the investigation results of the telephone customers' satisfaction from respective 30 end users in the population three months before and after this system execution as the samples and use hypotheses to validate if the end users' customer satisfaction significantly improved in terms of "Remote Support," "On-site Support," "Service Turn Around time," "Technical Competence" and "Manner" in order to understand the influence and managerial significance of execution of "Customer Support Knowledge Management System" on Customer Support Organization.
