노후 고등학교 건물의 에너지효율화 리모델링을 위한 요소기술의 성능 평가 (Evaluating Performance of Energy Conservation Measures on Energy-Efficient Remodeling at Deteriorated High School Buildings)

  • Many countries over the world have acknowledged the global warming problem by greenhouse gas emission and tried to solve the problem. The Korean government has also taken many actions such as The Act on Low Carbon, Green Growth and on Promoting Green Building in that architectural building section takes 1/4 of national greenhouse gas emission. Under the situation that buildings constructed 15 years ago when insulation standards were reinforced take about 74%, The Plan on Vitalizing Green Remodeling, finally established on July 2013, will induce energy-efficient remodeling of deteriorated buildings. Using the energy simulation by the Visual DOE 4.0 program, this paper proposed the ways of energy-efficient remodeling of deteriorated high school buildings by measuring energy saving performance of factors that were drawn from the previous study. The factors considered are insulation, window's SHGC, south louver, system efficiency, and indoor setting temperature. Among them, all factors except SHGC proved contribution to reducing energy use at deteriorated high school buildings, compared with the baseline energy consumption.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify ways of remodeling from the traditional hanok to the modern local governmental facility in 1910s. Analysing architectural drawings in the National Archives of Korea, 58 hanok remodeling cases of 52 facilities were verified like the provincial office, county office, county court from 1907 to 1910s. Using hanok as the local governmental building, exterior walls were all changed to the scaled-wooden wall like one of western-wooden building in 1910s and the western-style entrance was set. Change of the plan caused by remodeling interior walls had an intention of the centralized closed plan. Remodeled semi-outer corridor using the space of the eave became changed to the inner corridor with expansion of space. Expansion of hanok for spatial demand was in three ways. First was the expansion towards the eave space, second was direct extension from hanok, and last was the use of external corridor to the new building. Using the eave space was simple but had limitation of space, it was planed with other expansion ways. The way of direct extension was usually used than the one with the corridor, because it was more economical way.

  • 사회적 생활환경이 향상되고 안정됨에 따라 도시지역의 건설시장이 포화되고 있다. 신축 보다는 기존건물의 리모델링 혹은 유지관리를 통해 사용수명을 연장시키는 방안에 대한 연구가 활발하다. 국내의 경우에도 노후 구조물 등을 중심으로 이러한 논의가 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 리모델링의 사회적 중요성은 점점 증가되고 있다. 노후 구조물의 리모델링 공사의 경우 구조도면 및 구조계산서 등이 없는 경우가 대부분이며, 개보수 및 구조변경 등 여러 가지 위해요인으로 인해 구조안정성에 대한 불확실한 요소를 내포한 상태에서 공사가 진행되고 있는 현실이다. 특히 슬래브의 경우 이러한 불확실한 상황을 반영하듯이 리모델링 공사과정 중 부적절한 하중이 작용하여 구조물이 파괴되는 경우가 종종 보고되고 있는 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약적인 환경 속에서 좀 더 정확한 구조해석을 실시하고자 유한요소법을 사용하여 설계하중 하에서 유한요소의 종류 및 배근의 유무에 따른 슬래브의 해석결과를 비교분석 하였다. 또한, 해석결과를 실제 리모델링 시공현장에 적용하여 해체잔재 및 해체장비 운용, 또한 동바리 보강에 따른 슬래브의 구조안정성을 평가하였다.

공동주택 리모델링 유형별 적용 가능한 공범에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Technical Method of the Apartment Remodeling Types)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the technical methods of apartment remodeling. To gather information, a survey of the technical methods of apartment remodeling in domestic and foreign was conducted. As a case study, three types will be applicable to apartment remodeling: Horizontally expanding remodeling, combining remodeling, conversion remodeling. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Horizontally expanding remodeling type will be applied the dry construction and anchor pile foundation at skeleton and the double flooring at infill. 2. Combining remodeling type will be applied the dry wall construction in order to establish or remove the partition walls. 3. Conversion remodeling type will be applied that converting building equipments and interior finish materials conversion of old to new materials.

공공기관 에너지 효율등급 향상을 위한 적용 설계요소에 관한 연구 - 공공청사 리모델링시 패시브 디자인요소를 중심으로 - (An Architectural Study on the Improvement of Energy Efficiency of Public Institution - Focused on Public Office Buildings Remodeling of Passive Design Elements -)

  • There are lots of buildings which were built before the Legislation on building energy rating system. Remodeling of the buildings would be required for an improvement of the building energy rating system was enforced by the government. In the Passive Building Design, Elements which will be used for the remodeling are Insulation, Window, External venetian blind, Heat exchanger. The Purpose of this study is to indicate a Method for the improvement of Energy saving by an analysis of Construction Cost, Cost Evaluation, Energy performance Efficiency in applied design elements. In this study, the remodeling of existing public buildings to improve energy efficiency rating was applied to extract the elements of design-specific energy performance, efficiency, and the application of the designs that has been analyzed. The results were as follows: applying the design-specific cost-effective investment that represents the economy (investment efficiency/%) surveyed the average insulation(7.0%), triple glazed windows(10.1%), double glazed windows(12.1%), external shading(24.5%), and Heat(77.2%) were analyzed in order to be more efficient. Analysis of the basis of information on the existing public buildings to improve energy efficiency rating for the remodeling depending on driving conditions at a degree of individual difference. The main effect, however, depending on economic investment, design elements, heat exchangers, external awning, double glazed windows, triple glazed windows, insulation, is recommended as review of the order shall be determined.

종합병원 설비집약적인 부문의 리모델링 방안에 관한 연구 - 중앙진료부와 공급부를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Remodeling Strategy for the Equipment Intensive Areas of General Hospitals - Focused on the Diagnosis/Treatment Areas, the Supply Areas -)

  • If remodeling is defined as activities that restore the overall function of a building up to the standards currently demanded rather than as a simple replacement or repair of old facilities and equipment, the main task of remodeling should be the reduction in differences between areas, establishment of a functional linkage between departments and setup of a smooth circulation system. Therefore, this study is an analysis of remodeling strategies and construction processes to resolve major tasks of remodeling. Through this research we acquire concluding remarks. 1) The remodeling strategies of equipment-intensive areas can be divided into two measures: utilizing the existing buildings (the main buildings) the most, and of concentrated relocation in the new buildings. The former method is advantageous in that the main building serves as a center in hospital layouts because concentrated placement of the diagnosis/ treatment area and the supply area benefit the overall operation in terms of functions. However, the measure has limits in that it is difficult to install the facilities and equipment of the new demands due to the low ceilings, which serve as a potential challenge in future growth and changes. 2) The latter measure is the one in which equipment-intensive areas and the areas that are absolutely short of space are first placed in the new buildings while other areas (the outpatient area, the administration area and the miscellaneous areas) are in the existing building (main building). Given the possibility of development In the future, concentrated placement in the new buildings can be said to be more effective order to actively address future growth and changes.

  • 현재 대부분의 리모델링 현장은 시설에 대한 사전정보부족, 공간적인 제약과 같은 예상치 못한 현장조건. 작업범위의 변경 등으로 인해 촉박한 공사기간으로 추진되고 있으며, 이는 조악한 품질의 원인이 되고 있다. 또한 다소 복잡한 작업체계를 가지고 있어 기존시설의 운영일정과 공사일정과의 충돌로 인한 갑작스런 작업대기시간의 발생 등 효율적인 공정관리에도 많은 어려움이 뒤따른다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 리모델링 사례를 통하여 현장관리 절차 및 사례현장에서 나타난 시공관리상 문제점의 개선과정을 통해 리모델링 공사현장의 효율적 관리방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 관리방안의 수립을 위해 문헌을 통하여 관리상의 문제점을 도출하였고, 사례분석을 통해 공사단계별 현장관리절차, 관리사항을 파악하여 관리상 성공요인을 도출하고, 향후 리모델링 현장에서의 효율적 관리방안을 제시하였다.

태양전지를 활용한 노후 건축물 그린 리모델링 디자인 사례분석 연구 (Old building green remodeling design cases study analysis using solar cell)

  • 본 연구는 파리기후변화협약 이후 전 세계적으로 각광받고 있는 태양전지를 활용한 노후 건축물 그린 리모델링 디자인의 국내외 사례 분석을 바탕으로 향후 진행할 태양전지를 활용한 그린 리모델링 디자인 제안의 긍정적인 측면과 시사점을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구의 방법으로는 문헌연구를 바탕으로 이론적 고찰을 진행하였고, 이후 국내외 태양전지를 활용한 그린 리모델링 디자인의 사례를 조사·분석하였다. 그 결과 플렉서블한 특징을 통한 시공의 용이성, 박막전지의 투명도와 색상의 조절을 통한 심미적 효과, 자유로운 사이즈 제작으로 재료 낭비가 적은 경제적 효과, 외관의 직접 부착을 통한 건물과의 조화로운 측면을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 점을 토대로 박막 태양전지를 그린 리모델링 디자인에 활용하여 올 수 있는 기대효과와 유효성을 제시하고, 향후 진행할 태양전지를 활용한 노후 건축물 그린 리모델링 디자인 제안에 대한 방향성과 참고 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

생애주기를 고려한 오피스 건물의 리모델링과 그린리모델링의 경제성 평가 연구 : 서울시 강남업무지구의 임대오피스 사례 (An Economic Evaluation Study of Office Remodeling and Green-remodeling Projects : A Simulation Approach to a Rental Office in GBD, Seoul)

  • Due to a waste of energy in korea, about 525,000 which are 75 percent of total buildings are at least 15 years old buildings that need remodeling. There are two current remodeling systems. One is a remodeling system to reduce a waste of resources from the reconstruction. The other is a green-remodeling system aimed to energy savings and reducing environmental costs. This study is to analyze quantitatively these current systems with respect to the cost-benefit caused by the life cycle and suggests the political and institutional implications through the interpretation of the results. For a quantitative analysis, we analyzed reducing maintenance costs and rent benefits with simulation by using opportunity costs, construction costs, plan costs and supervision costs as expense variables and using the reduced floor area ratio, institutional incentives, energy, water resources and certified emission reduction(CER) as benefit variables. As a result of the empirical study, the green-modeling was more beneficial in the field of environment such as the energy savings, however, the final benefits of remodeling which has no green building certification costs but more floor area ratio incentives were more economical. The green-remodeling system focused on reducing environmental costs and energy savings needs a equatable institutional incentive system.
