본 연구는 제조자(공급자)와 중간분배자로 구성된 공급사슬에서 시간에 따라 일정률로 퇴화하는 퇴화성 제품을 다루는 중간분배자의 신뢰성있는 재고보충정책을 분석하였다. 문제 분석을 위하여 제조자는 고객의 수요를 증대시키기 위한 수단으로 중간분배자로부터의 제품대금에 대하여 일정기간 동안 신용거래를 허용한다는 가정과 함께 수송량에 따라 할인되는 수송비를 고려하여 모형을 수립하였고, 중간분배자의 경제적 재고보충정책을 결정하기 위한 해법을 개발하였다.

This study was aimed to identify the conceptualization of apparel store service quality and to investigate the dimensions of apparel store service quality. Apparel store service involves tangibles like employees and equipment and intangible like policy convenience and credit. Apparel store service quality is composed mlti-dimentionally. In the empirical research a questionnaire was developed and statistical data were collected during June 1998. The subjects were 244 women in the age of 20's SAS were used to analyze collected data. Frequency percentage mean STD, factor analysis and Cronbach's a were applied. From the results of analysis the apparel store service quality were classified into four dimenstions ; salesperson(7 items) VMD(6 items) reliable policy(5 items) and customer convenience (3 items)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the validity of teacher evaluation policy for professional development and to suggest the ways to improve the policy in school. The teacher evaluation policy for professional development is designed to improve teacher professionalism and quality of school education. For this purpose, A survey was conducted and 361 elementary and middle school teachers participated in Busan. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 12.0. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, although teachers are highly interested in the teacher evaluation policy, they have negative attitudes for practicing the new policy. Second, assessors must be composed of reliable, competent experts because teacher evaluation has a great influence on teaching activities. The assessors should be composed of those who have the specialization and reliability on the basis. Also the assessors must be trained to enhance the fairness, objectivity and reliability by rigid discipline. Finally, teacher evaluation policy should be closely linked to increasing teacher's expertise such as training opportunities, teacher consultants, and senior teacher systems and should be widely utilized for the evaluation to be effective.

This paper proposed the architecture of the authentication and the transmission for high reliable emergency data management based on U-healthcare wireless mesh networks. In U-healthcare monitoring service, the high reliable bio data management as well as the data transmission are required because the monitoring emergency bio data is related linked to life. More specifically, the technologies of the identity authentication of the measuring bio data, the personalized emergency status diagnosis who is authenticated the bio data and the emergency data transmission are important first of all. To do this, this paper presents the structure and protocol of the identity authentication management with using the extended IEEE 11073 PHD, the structure of policy-based management of the emergency bio data for the highly reliable management and the resilient routing protocol based on wireless mesh network for the reliable data transmission.

본 논문은 제품공급자, 중간분배자 그리고 고객으로 구성된 2 단계 공급사슬에서 공급자가 수요 증대를 목적으로 중간분배자에게 일정기간 동안 제품대금에 대한 지불연기를 허용하는 상황을 고려하여 중간분배자의 신뢰성있는 판매가격 및 재고보충정책을 결정하는 문제를 다루었다. 문제 분석을 위하여 고려하는 제품은 시간에 따라 일정률로 퇴화한다는 가정과 함께 수송량에 따라 할인되는 수송비를 고려하여 모형을 수립하였고, 중간분배자의 수익 증대를 위한 경제적 판매가격 및 재고보충정책 결정을 위한 해법을 개발하였다.

As eco-friendly energy is in the spotlight, lots of countries are out to develop and disseminate renewable energy. However, Korea still remains in relative newcomer position for renewable energy. To overcome the present condition, it is necessary to carry out a study of establishment of renewable energy policy that is appropriate the present situation of Korea from examples of advanced countries. Among several renewable energies, wind energy is known to be the most reliable energy. Germany that has increased the share of wind energy in total energy supply is a representative leading country for wind energy. Therefore wind energy policy in Germany will be a role model for that in Korea. In this study, as a research of portfolio for wind energy policy of advanced countries, a wide survey for current status of wind energy and energy policy in Germany is carried out.

A block replacement policy using items with different reliability is discussed. We divide system unit failure modes into two modes and use less reliable unit when operating unit fails near the planned preventive replacement time. In this policy, item A has two failure modes. Mode-1 failure is removed by minimal repair, mode-2 failure by replacement. If mode-2 failure of item A happens in (0, $T-{\delta}$), failure item A is replaced by new item A. If mode-2 failure of item A happens in ($T-{\delta}$, T), failure item A is replaced by new item B. Item B should be cheaper and less durable than item A. Under this policy, we determine the preventive replacement interval $T^{*}$ and the interval ${\delta}^{*}$ of item B replacement which minimize the cost rate per unit time.

Despite manufacturers' effort to provide safe and reliable products, a number of product-related accidents occur all over the world resulting in much damage to property, personal injury and even loss of life. Considerable evidence indicates that some accidents arise from user negligence, but most are due to the design, manufacture, and distribution of unreasonably dangerous products when compared to their use. As a result, a tremendous number of product liability lawsuits have been filed, many times causing huge amount of financial damages to manufacturers. Furthermore, with increasing government regulation and growing power of consumer lobbies, manufacturers might be more exposed to product liability claims in the future than now. The objectives of this study are twofold: to provide a framework of future research on product liability and safety and to introduce a product safety policy. To accomplish these objectives, previous studies on product liability and safety were reviewed thoroughly. The product safety policy consists of two parts: (1) an engineering design strategy for reducing product-related risks and (2) a management program for a product liability loss prevention plan. The policy is essential to preventing manufacturers' liability exposure as well as designing a safer product.

Policy-based Network Management(PBNM) in the Mobile Ad-hoc network(MANETs) requires additional, reliable and efficient mechanism over PBNM in wired network. Thus, it is important that the management system in MANETs should cluster the moving nodes and manage their movements in an effective manner. In this thesis, I propose a mechanism for the policy-based management in ad hoc networks in which I consider several methods to discover the Policy Decision Point(PDP), set the management area, and manage the movements of Policy Enforcement Point(PEP) nodes in the PBNM system. Moreover, COPS-PR is extended for the mechanism. Finally, I analyze and validate the results through simulations.
