The library collects relevant documents, organizes these documents, retrieves and provides relevant documents, and helps the user use provided documents. These library activities are the distribution process of relevant documents in a society, and the role of library science is to deal with several problems in this process. This process is to facilitate the production of socially relevant documents, to select documents relevant to an individual user, and to enable the user to use the selected documents. As a result, this process should be based on the concept of "relevance". As a result, the academic role of library science should be considered based on "relevance". "Relevance" is getting more important to meet the change of the environment of library services, which is getting more complex and changing rapidly because of the computer and the computer network. It is true that these are very important tool for document distribution. However, the problems in the document distribution can not be solved only by the simple development of these tools because these have been caused by the simple development of these tools. These problems can be solved only through many studies of the user, which is the destination of document distribution, and through a n.0, pplying the results of these studies to designing these tools.dies to designing these tools.

본 연구는 피트니스센터의 경쟁요인이 고객만족과 재이용의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 것이다. 이에 부산, 경남지역의 피트니스센터 이용고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 422부의 설문지를 SPSS WIN 23.0과 AMOS WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 입지특성의 접근성은 고객만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 가시성은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시설특성의 공간성과 편리성은 고객만족에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서비스특성 요인의 반응성과 전문성은 고객만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 신뢰성과 공감성은 고객만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고객만족은 재이용의사에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해서 피트니스센터의 경쟁요인과 고객만족 및 재이용의사는 밀접한 관계가 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었으며, 결국 고객들의 만족과 선호하는 이용패턴을 파악하여 피트니스센터 경영에 적극 반영될 수 있어야 할 것이다.

정보검색 시스템 평가를 위한 한글 테스트 컬렉션인 한텍(HANTEC) 테스트 컬렉션 2.0이 배포되었다. 한텍 2.0은 12만건의 문서 집합과 50개의 질의 집합, 그리고 각 질의에 대한 적합성 정보로 구성되어 있다. 테스트 컬렉션에서 중요한 부분 중의 하나인 적합성 정보가 한텍에서는 풀링(pooling) 방법으로 구축되었다. 보다 더 정확한 정보검색 시스템의 평가를 위해서는 무엇보다도 정확한 적합성 정보가 중요하다. 따라서 현재 구축된 12만건 중 2만건을 대상으로 풀링방법이 아닌 수동방법으로 적합성 정보를 재평가함으로서 풀링방법의 유용성과 현재 배포된 한텍 테스트 컬렉션의 정보검색 평가용으로서의 유용성 여부를 확인 하고자 한다. 수동 적합성 정보판정를 위한 도구를 만들었으며 적합성 판정 기준을 정하여 적합성을 판정하였다. 한텍과의 적합성 정보 비교 평가를 함으로서 풀링방법 및 현재 배포된 한텍 적합성 정보의 유용성을 비교 확인 하였다. 앞으로 2만 데이터에 대한 수동 적합성 판정 결과를 이용한 정보검색 시스템 신뢰도 측정에도 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

The Purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the searcher's subject background on the result of online database searches. To achieve this purpose, an experimental method was adopted. 180 students performed online searches in the three different libraries chosen for this study. The subjects were classified into two groups according to the scores of the test. Data concerning processes, behavior, and results of the searches performed by the subjects in real situations were gathered. Immediately following the searches, the extent of their subject background were assessed through interview. The search effect consists of the 4 elements： search efficiency (the number of terms used per unit time), the number of relevant documents, the number of relevant documents per unit time, precision ratio. The major findings of this study are summarized as belows. 1. The searchers with strong subject background has significantly higher efficiency in searches made. Group A (of those with strong subject back-ground) use more search terms per unit time than Group B (of those with weak subject background) do. 2. In the searches made by those with strong subject background, more relevant documents art retrieved. 3. In the searches made by those with strong subject background, more relevant documents per unit time are retrieved. 4. The searchers with strong subject background has significantly higher precision ratio in searches made. In the searches made by those with strong subject background, more relevant documents of documents retrieved are retrieved.

The purpose of this study is to develop the elementary environmental textbook relevant to global warming based on responsibility ethics. To achieve the purpose, concrete study processes are as follows. First, the theory of responsibility ethics of Jonas was analyzed. Second, contents relevant to global warm ing on textbooks and guide books in the 7th elementary curriculum was analyzed through reference study. Third, the environmental textbook relevant to global warming for 5th and 6th grade in the elementary school was developed which was based on responsibility. The results of this study are as follows. First, responsibility ethics of Jonas has a lot of merit if it is applied to environment education. Second, according to the analysis into textbooks and guide books in the 7th elementary curriculum, the contents concerning global warming are very poor in both quantity and quality. Third, the elementary environmental textbook relevant to global warming for 5th and 6th grade students was developed. This textbook based on responsibility ethics will be expected to be efficient on the learning compared with subsidiary textbook in use.

Based on the creative education theory, the study of the symmetric coordinated use of both hands is the application of both the quality education ideal and the understanding principles of the creative education to the training of using hands. In the light of relevant concepts of the 'Domain' theory and the expertise of both the Chinese and foreign specialists in this field, this article discusses the relation between the tapping of mental creativity, scientific use of hands and the animation of the right hemisphere of the brain with the aim of constructing a new concept of the symmetric coordinated use of both hands.

This survey paper presents a review of control methods for redundant robot manipulators. Use of redundant degree of freedoms by local and global optimization techniques are described in terms of the Jacobian matrix equation for the redundant robot manipulators. Relevant problems for further use of redundant robot manipulators are then discussed.

최근 전자상거래의 발전과 인터넷 사용자의 급증으로 온라인 상에서 수많은 광고들이 서비스되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 광고서비스는 사용자들의 성향 분석을 기초로 하기보다는 해당 광고의 일방적 서비스에 그치고 있다. 따라서 많은 웹사이트들이 해당 광고의 효율적 서비스를 위해 개인화된 광고서비스를 원하고 있고 해당 서버의 로그 분석을 통한 서비스를 연구 및 시행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 서버측 로그데이터의 분석이 아닌 로컬 시스템의 로그데이터를 이용하여 사용자의 선호도와 성향을 분석한다. 또한 해당 사이트 별 분류 카테고리를 만들어 해당 분류의 가중치를 부여함으로써 개인화된 광고 시스템을 제안하려고 한다. 사용자의 선호도 분석은 웹 개인화 기법 중 협업 필터링의 대상이 되는 사용자 선호도 정보를 방문 사이트 분류에 사용하고 학습에이전트의 대상이 되는 인터넷 사용자의 행동을 해당 사이트의 방문횟수로 가정하여 사용자의 성향분석을 시도하였다. 사용자의 선호도를 벡터로 표현하고, 성향분석 결과를 단순 적용형태가 아닌 연속적 데이터로 간주하였으며 이전 데이터와 이후 데이터의 성향분석 변화를 제안하는 기법을 이용하여 새롭게 분석하고 피드백 시킴으로써 지속적인 갱신과 적용을 할 수 있도록 제안하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 해당 분류의 광고들을 선정하고 선정된 광고에 사용자 성향분석과 동일한 과정을 적용시킴으로써 차별화된 광고 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

International meetings on various aspects of cancer- its etiology, its diagnosis, its treatment, its palliation, and its prevention and control are held frequently. Many have similar themes, and many seek and receive the same speakers and audiences. A fundamental question arises: what difference does any individual meeting/congress/conference make or add to our understanding of the relevant issues? While many meetings conduct evaluations at the end of the Congress, few use evaluation as a tool to guide design, implementation, and evaluation of both short and long term impacts, and address the question of "what difference did the Congress make". The International Cancer Control Congresses, which are held biennially in different regions of the world, took the opportunity to use evaluation in this way, and ask the relevant questions. This paper describes that evaluation session of the ICCC4, held in Seoul, Korea in November 2011, which was part of the larger evaluation issue.

This paper reflects on the ergonomical criteria for a humane working atmosphere in industrial buildings while respecting and paying close attention to the physical, mental, and stressful demands of the work environment. It describes effective construction codes and standards of practice and their importance in ensuring a safe environment for working people. Also addressed are the objectives for a productive work environment and its organization. The paper considers the significance of a proper working environment, the use of dangerous working materials, the use of proper ventilation, climate, and lighting to ensure that the productivity of the enterprise is met with common goals shared between employer and employee. The connection between the legal foundation and the design of industrial construction is the focus of this paper. It shows that the planning and executive persons are obliged to observe the relevant construction laws and regulations including standards and codes of practice. Additionally discussed are the possible solutions and consequences for development in the productional, constructional, and ergonomical fields of design.
