  • Social network services whose users increase rapidly is the online services that reflect social network. They are used for various purposes such as strategy of election, commercial advertisement and marketing, educational information sharing and exchange of medical knowledge and opinions. These services make users form social networks with other users who have common interests and expand their relationships by releasing their personal information and utilizing other users' social networks. However, the social network services based on open and sharing of information raise various security threats such as violation of privacy and phishing. In this paper, we propose a group key management scheme and protocols using key rings to protect communication of small groups in social network services.

  • In order to investigate the feasibility of transmucosal delivery of the model peptide, LHRH, metabolism of LHRH and inhibition effect of medium chain fatty acid salts were studied in rabbit mucosal homogenate. LHRH incubated in homogenates of rectal(RE), nasal(NA) and vaginal(VA) mucosa were assayed by HPLC. Five to six degradation products of LHRH were deterted and the degradation of LHRH$(500\;{\mu}g/ml)$ followed the first order kinetics. The main degradation products were found as $LHRH^{1-5}(M-I)$, $LHRH^{1-3}(M-II)$ and $LHRH^{1-6}(M-III)$ by the method of amino acid analysis. The half-lives of LHRH in the mucosal homogenates were found to be less than 20 min at protein concentration of 2.5 mg/ml with the order of VA>NA>RE mucosal homogenate. Medium chain fatty acid salts such as sodium caprylate $(C_8)$, sodium caprate $(C_{10})$ and sodium laurate $(C_{12})$ at the concentration of $0.5%{\sim}1.0%$ inhibit the proteolysis of LHRH significantly. The addition of sodium laurate(0.5%) into the NA and VA mucosal homogenates protected LHRH completely from the degradation.

  • In this paper, we establish a two-competitive-prey and one-predator Holling type II system by introducing a proportional periodic impulsive harvesting for all species and a constant periodic releasing, or immigrating, for the predator at different fixed time. We show the boundedness of the system and find conditions for the local and global stabilities of two-prey-free periodic solutions by using Floquet theory for the impulsive differential equation, small amplitude perturbation skills and comparison techniques. Also, we prove that the system is permanent under some conditions and give sufficient conditions under which one of the two preys is extinct and the remaining two species are permanent. In addition, we take account of the system with seasonality as a periodic forcing term in the intrinsic growth rate of prey population and then find conditions for the stability of the two-prey-free periodic solutions and for the permanence of this system. We discuss the complex dynamical aspects of these systems via bifurcation diagrams.

  • Recently, the paradigms of residential planing are changing by digitalization, diversity and globalization. Since the infortance of residential living behavior and lifestyle have been recognizing, house can be perceived as a lifestyle engineering product which realizes lifestyle in a concrete way. The purpose of this research scrutinizes lifestyles through resident's value and preference of everyday living behavior in the residential, special contact. This research was conducted through the small group workshop to housewives divided into three groups such as the age 30-40s, 45-55s, 60-70s group. The workshop consisted of three stages, such as the awareness of family and home, the satisfaction of residential space, the value and preference of everyday living behavior. This study shows that Lifestyle characterize by ages, differences of living pattern and individual traits. The 30-40s' housewives relate to foster of a preschool child and it makes load of household. their characteristic is the preference of rest as releasing stresses. The 44-55s' housewives have self-oriented traits. they pursue own space and interaction with others. The 60-70s' housewives require natural interaction with family more than private space and an open view.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to determine whether the published AMI report card could reduce in-patient mortality, 7-day after discharge mortality, and length of stay (LOS). Methods : Interrupted time-series intervention analysis was used to evaluate the impact of the report card for AMI care quality in November 2005 in terms of risk-adjusted in-patient mortality, risk-adjusted 7-day after discharge mortality, and DRGs case-mix LOS using the claim data of Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. Results : Public disclosure of AMI care quality decreased risk-adjusted in-patient mortality and DRGs case-mix LOS by 0.00050% per month and 0.042 days per month respectively, however there was no effect on risk-adjusted 7-day after discharge mortality. Patterns of effect of public disclosure on AMI outcomes were a fluctuating pattern on risk-adjusted mortalities and a pulse impact for 1 month on DRGs case-mix LOS. Conclusions : We found the public disclosure of AMI care quality had decreasing effects on risk-adjusted in-patient mortality and DRGs case-mix LOS, but the size of the effect was marginal.

  • A proprietary device is adopted to break out the membrane of cell in the rigid polyurethane foam. As it is known, the membrane of cell is hardly tearing-off thoroughly in a mechanical way due to both its elastic characteristic and micro sized pores. In this study, a novel experimental approach is introduced to burst out all gases inside the cells of the rigid polyurethane foam by abrasively grinding micro-cells completely into fine powder. The biggest advantage of this approach is to be capable of releasing all gases out from the cell even in the micro pores. As clearly reflected from the repeatability, the accuracy of the result is highly improved and high confidence in the data sets as well. For the measurements of not only gas composition but partial pressure for each gas simultaneously as well, a precision gas mass spectrometer is used in-line directly to the abrasive grinding device. To control the starting point of the polyurethane foam, all samples were prepared on site in the laboratory. Manufactured time is one of the most critical factors in characterization of cell gas composition because it is known that one of gas composition, especially, carbon dioxide, is diffused out dramatically in a short period of time as soon as it is foamed.

  • Genetic diversity is one of fundamental parameters for rice cultivar improvement. Rice mutants are also a new source for rice breeding innovation. In this study, ninety-three SSR markers were applied to evaluate the genetic variation among nineteen rice mutant lines. The results showed that a total of 169 alleles from 56 polymorphism markers was recorded with an average of 3.02 alleles per locus. The values of polymorphism information content (PIC) varied from 0.09 to 0.79. The maximum number of alleles was 7, whereas the minimum number of alleles was 2. The heterozygosity values ranged from 0.10 to 0.81. Four clusters were generated using the unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean (UPGMA) clustering. Fourteen phenotype characteristics were also evaluated. The correlation coefficient values among these phenotye characteristics were obtained in this study. Genetic diversity information of rice mutant lines can support rice breeders in releasing new rice varieties with elite characterisitics.

  • In this paper, study of vehicle fire cases caused by connector and power wiring of anti-lock brake system(ABS) module damage is presented. The purpose of ABS module is to improve braking and steering ability under sudden stop of the vehicle by repeatedly activating and releasing the brake with electric signal via electric control unit. The electric control unit for ABS may experience incomplete contact between power line and signal line or electrical breakdown on the printed circuit board by undergoing repetitive signal change which would consequently result in electrical heat and spark, eventually leading to automotive fire. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide fundamental data by analyzing connector and power wiring of ABS module damage conducive to the precise investigation on the cause of vehicle fire.

  • Multi-target drug design, in which drugs are designed as single molecules to simultaneously modulate multiple physiological targets, is an important strategy in the field of drug discovery. QT-011, a tamibarotene-furoxan derivative, was here prepared and proposed to exert synergistic effects on antileukemia by releasing nitric oxide and tamibarotene. Compared with tamibarotene itself, QT-011 displayed stronger antiproliferative effects on U937 and HL-60 cells and was more effective evaluated in a nude mice U937 xenograft model in vivo. In addition, QT-011 could release nitric oxide which might contribute to the antiproliferative activity. Autodocking assays showed that QT-011 fits well with the hydrophobic pocket of retinoic acid receptors. Taken together, these results suggest that QT-011 might be a highly effective derivative of tamibarotene and a potential candidate compound as antileukemia agent.

  • This study was carried out to find a cholesterol removal rate, flavor development and bitter amino acid productions in Cheddar cheese treated with $\beta$-cyclodextrin (CD): 1) Control (no homogenization, no $\beta$-CD), and 2) Milk treatment (1000 psi milk homogenization, 1% $\beta$-CD). The cholesterol removal of the cheese was 79.3%. The production of short-chain free fatty acids (FFA) increased with a ripening time in both control and milk treated cheese. The releasing quantity of short-chain FFA was higher in milk treated cheese than control at 5 and 7 mo ripening. Not much difference was found in neutral volatile compound production between samples. In bitter-tasted amino acids, milk treatment group produced much higher than control. In sensory analysis, texture score of control Cheddar cheese significantly increased with ripening time, however, that in cholesterol-reduced cheese decreased dramatically. Our results indicated that the cheese made by $\beta$-CD treated milk with low pressure homogenization showed an effective cholesterol reduction and a rapid cheese ripening, while no capture of flavor compounds by $\beta$-CD.
