  • 본 논문은 지상파TV방송이 디지털방식으로 전환함에 있어 기존의 무선을 이용 한 DTV중계 전송망을 광전변환을 이용한 유선망으로 전송하는 방안을 제작과 실험을 통하여 전송로의 구조적 전기적 특성과 방송망으로서의 적용 가능성을 연구하였다.

  • 현재 ITU (International Telecommunications Union)에서는 4세대 무선 광대역 표준에 대한 제안을 모색하고 있다. 4세대 표준의 유력한 후보군인 LTE-Advanced와 IEEE 802.16m은 고속이용 환경에서도 안정적으로 통신할 수 있도록 상형링크 및 하향링크에 변조기법으로 OFDMA을 사용하고 있다. 또한 셀(Cell) 변두리 지역에서 통신용량을 늘리기 위에 중계단말기를 사용하려고 한다. 이에 따라서 OFDMA 중계 네트워크에 대한 관심이 높아자고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 단일 셀 환경에서 확장된 다중 셀 환경의 OFDMA 중계 네트워크에서 부반송파 및 전력 할당 기법용 제안한다. 제안된 기법에서는 채널정보를 인접 셀과 공유하여 셀 간 간섭을 줄이고 부반송파와 전력을 적응적으로 분배함으로서 각 수신단말기의 최소통신용량을 확보하고 네트워크 지속시간을 늘리는 것을 목적으로 한다.

  • The paper presents a method of assessing the adequate tapaclty of photovoltaic generation systems for public buildings based on analysis of load variation patterns of customers. When PV systems are installed for supplying power for the customer load, reverse power relay is required by the guideline to be installed at the point of common coupling with the power network. The suggested method analyzes daily, weekly and monthly load demand of the customer that Irishes PV system installation, and determines the appropriate rating of the PV system for preventing PV generation from exceeding the customer demand. This work is expected to support renewable energy dissemination projects of public organizations.

  • DAS(Distribution Automation System) is equipped with several software applications such as service restoration, loss minimization, and protective relay coordination. The software applications of DAS are very sensitive to the amount of section load being carried by a particular section of distribution lines. Moreover, each software application requires a different parameter of the section load according to its purpose. Therefore, This paper proposes a new section load management method using real-time measurement data of the distribution lines. In order to provide accurate data to DAS applications, this method considers section loads in terms of the relationship of power versus time. In order to establish that the proposed method is feasible, a performance-testing simulator was developed, and case studies were conducted for a modified real distribution network.

  • Wireless Mesh Network expanded the capability of the conventional wireless networking by allowing the nodes to operate in proactive mode, reactive mode or the combination of both, the hybrid mode in the multi-hopping nature. By doing so, the links between the nodes become much more robust and reliable because of the number of paths to reach a destination node from a source node can be more than 1 and do not need to rely on the access point (AP) alone to relay the messages. As there may be many possible ways to form an end-to-end link between 2 nodes, the routing security becomes another main concern of the 802.11s protocol. Besides its reliance on the 802.11i for the security measures, 802.11s also includes some new features such as the Mesh Temporal Key (MTK) and the Simultaneous Authentication of Equals (SAE). The authentication and key management (AKM) process of 802.11s were observed in this paper.

  • 최근 IT산업의 급격한 부상으로 전력산업에서도 운영시스템이나 설비들이 통합되거나 소형화 및 다양한 가능을 보유하는 둥 많은 변화가 진행되고 있다. 전국의 많은 154kV 배전변전소에는 기존의 유도원판형 보호계전기가 점차 철거되고 기계적인 동작시간차를 고려하지 않아도 되는 디지털보호계전기로 교체되어 있는 중이다. 따라서 배전선로 보호협조 운영기준은 유도원판형 보호계전기만을 고려하여 제정되어 있기 때문에 합리적인 배전계통운영을 위하여 보호협조 운영기준은 현실에 알맞도록 개선되어야 할 것이다. 이 논문에서는 배전 변전소에서 사용중인 디지털보호계전기를 소개하고, 도입에 따른 배전선로 보호협조 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • As IEC 61850 based substation automation technology is emerging globally, there are many efforts to implement and apply this IEC 61850 standard to substation automation area. IEC 61850 based substation supports ethernet network, standard data model and SCL(substation Configuration Language), etc. These features can provide enough environment to make applied technology which can substitute the legacy relay trip logic configuration method(PLC or Local area reconstruction) to XML based configuration method. This paper suggests new IED trip logic configuration method. The XML based trip logic configuration method can be established using SCL technology And IED trip logic reconfiguration from remote center can be possible under ethernet based technology

Outage Capacity Analysis for Cooperative DF and AF Relaying in Dissimilar Rayleigh Fading Channels

  • Cooperative relaying permits one or more relay to transmit a signal from the source to the destination, thereby increasing network coverage and spectral efficiency. The performance of cooperative relaying is often measured as outage probability. However, appropriate measure for the channel quality is outage capacity. Although the outage probability for cooperative relaying protocol has been analyzed before, very little research has been addressed for the outage capacity. This paper is the first of its kind to derive a closed-form analytical solution of outage capacity using fixed decode and forward relaying and amplify and forward relaying in dissimilar Rayleigh fading channels, considering channel coefficients known to the receiver side. The analytical results show a tradeoff between the SNR and the number of relays for specific outage capacity. A comparison between decode and forward relaying and amplify and forward relaying shows that decode and forward relaying outperforms amplify and forward relaying for a large number of relays.

  • As the amount of electric power consumption is increasing rapidly, the power systems are complex and growing larger. It is required that the quality of electricity is better. To satisfy this demands It is required to analyze the data of the fault accurately and then to find a cause and to enforce a countermeasure. We analyzed the fault of transmission & substation installation over 66kV statistically to operate the power system well. We introduced the faults that are classified into the cause, the facilities, the voltage. This paper explains the experience of the fault in electric power coporation that is operating the large power system. This paper will be meaningful. because this paper gives the data of real power system. We wish that the reliability of power suppliment will be improved, as using this paper properly and this paper is helpful to the growth of this field and the development of technology.

배전선로 회선별단선도 자동생성 알고리즘 (An Auto-drawing Algorithm for the Single Line Diagram of Distribution Systems)

  • Distribution Automation System(DAS) is designed to improve operational efficiency by acquisition and control of remote data using its components such as central computation units, communication network and feeder remote terminal units. A conventional human machine interface of the DAS adopts a schematic diagram which is made by drawing power equipments on the geographic information system map. The single line diagram is more useful than the schematic diagram for the main tasks of distribution system operation such as protective relay coordination, service restoration and loss minimization. Since the configuration of the distribution line is changed according to the relocation of the open tie switches, the auto-drawing algorithm based on the connection between the sections and the switches is an essential technique. This paper proposes a new auto-drawing algorithm for a single line diagram of distribution systems based on tertiary tree and collision avoidance method. The feasibility of the proposed algorithm has been testified for various cases using practical distribution system with 12 feeders.
