농촌경관정책의 실효성을 위한 평가요소 도출 (Evaluation Elements for Effectiveness of Rural Landscape Policy)

  • For rural landscape management to run in virtuous circle, the present study has paid attention to the roles and activities of local residents and administration, which are the main sectors of managing landscape. In this respect, this study is aimed to arrange the roles of local residents and administration for landscape management and propose the basic data necessary to develope evaluation index for effectiveness of rural landscape policy. Key findings and implications are as follows. First, literature reviews of 18 landscape management studies found 37 administrative roles and 7 roles of local residents. And those roles were classified into 3 factors by similar concept: 'local government support system', 'landscape management planning', and 'promoting the participation of residents'. Second, two Delphi surveys were conducted with landscape experts to verify the validity of those evaluation items by sector. Third, factor analysis was carried out to analyze the hierarchical structure of those evaluation items. 3 sub-factors were extracted from 'local government support system' sector; 2 sub-factors from the 'landscape management planning' sector; and 4 sub-factors from the 'promoting participation of residents' sector. Fourth, the hierarchy of those evaluation factors was divided into high and low classes and sub-indexes were structured to examine the relative importance of each class and assign a relative weight on each index. The most important sub-factors were turned out as follows: 'local residents' will to practice landscape activities (0.112)', 'local government budget for rural landscape management (0.088), and 'restriction on buildings by village regulation (0.068). It indicates the viewpoints of the landscape experts that local residents' voluntary participation in landscape activities and agreement of local residents on landscape management by village, e.g. village regulation, are preconditions for successful landscape management. In addition, it is significant for a local government to secure the budget of landscape management to support local residents support.

RADARSAT 위성의 궤도결정과 자세결정을 이용한 SAR 영상의 자리매김 (GEOCODING OF SAR IMAGE USING THE ORBIT AND ATTITUDE DETERMINATION OF RADARSAT)

  • SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) 영상과 수치지형표고모형(DEM: Digital Elevation Model)을 이용하여 3차원 입체영상지도를 만드는 과정이 소개된다. 영상좌표와 DEM의 지리적 좌표 계를 이어주기 위해서는 그 연결고리로써 위성의 궤도결정과 자세결정의 방법을 이용하여 영상신호 취득 기하를 정밀하게 모형 화하는 작업이 요구된다. 이를 위해 사례연구 대상으로 삼은 RADARSAT의 궤도결정과 자세결정을 수행하였다. 궤도결정을 위해서는 영상신호 취득 시 관측된 영도 플러(zero Doppler) 경사거리를 이용하며, 자세결정을 위해서는 도플러 중심주파수(Doppler centriod)를 이용한다. 엄밀한 영상신호 취득기하를 확립함으로써 위성중심의 정밀한 영상 자리 매김 과정이 소개된다. 기존의 영상자리 매김이 순방향(영상좌표 계에서 지리적 좌표 계)으로 이루어진 것과는 반대로 영상 내에 지형 보정을 동시에 실시하기 위해서 DEM을 이용하여 역 방향(지리적 좌표 계에서 영상좌표 계)으로 수행하였다. 위성과 지상목표물간의 운동은 지구중심 관성좌표 계에서 기술된다.

Recovery of water and contaminants from cooling tower plume

  • Membrane assisted condenser is an innovative membrane operation that exploits the hydrophobic nature of microporous membranes to promote water vapor condensation and recovery. It can be used for water and chemicals recovery from waste gaseous streams. In this work, the testing of membrane condenser for water and ammonia recovery from synthetic streams (i.e., a saturated air stream with ammonia) simulating the plume of cooling tower is illustrated. The modeling of the process was carried out for predicting the membrane-based process performance and for identifying the minimum operating conditions for effectively recovering liquid water. The experimental data were compared with the results achieved through the simulations showing good agreement and confirming the validity of the model. It was found that the recovery of water can be increased growing the temperature difference between the plume and the membrane module (DT), the relative humidity of the plume (RHplume) and the feed flow rate on membrane area ratio. Moreover, the concentration of NH3 in the recovered liquid water increased with the growing DT, at increasing NH3 concentration in the fed gaseous stream and at growing relative humidity of the feed.

추나요법 급여화 대비 연구 (A Study to Provide of Health Insurance for Chuna Manual Therapy)

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to prepare the validity and relevance for National Health Insurance of Chuna manual therapy through measurement of resource-based relative value scale(RBRVS) scores. Methods : To prepare for National Health Insurance, we studied it about standardized classification of the practice and definition, and speciality by difficulty and safety of Chuna manual therapy. Results : Classification of the practice could be classified to 7 of Chuna manual therapy and 24 traditional manual therapy, it also categorized as one of 3 kinds(basic, simple, special). The RBRVS scores of Chuna manual therapy were measured to 283.28, 566.57 and 1133.14. Conclusions : This study could be used to basis data for National Health Insurance of Chuna manual therapy, but further studies must be needed more objective investigation and data to calculate RBRVS scores.

접지된 다층 유전체위의 저항띠 격자구조에 의한 TE 산란의 해 (Solution of TE Scattering by a Resistive Strip Grating Over Grounded Dielectric Multilayers)

  • 본 논문에서는 스트립 폭과 격자주기, 비유전율, 유전체 층의 두께, 그리고 TE(transverse electric) 평면파의 입사각에 따른 접지된 다층 유전체위의 저항띠 격자구조에 의한 TE 산란 문제를 수치해석 방법인 FGMM(Fourier-Galerkin Moment Method)을 이용하여 해석하였다. 유도되는 표면전류밀도는 간단한 함수인 지수함수를 사용하여 Fourier 급수로 전개하였다. 전반적으로 다층유전체의 비유전율과 두께가 증가함에 따라 반사전력이 증가하였고, 반사전력의 급변점들은 공진효과에 기인한 것으로 과거에 wood's anomallies$^{[7]}$라고 불리워졌다. 제안된 방법의 검증을 위하여 기존의 완전도체 경우인 균일 저항율 R = 0에 대한 정규화된 반사전력의 수치결과는 기존 논문들과 일치하였다.

  • 본 연구는 방위각에 따른 태양전지의 전압실험으로서 태양광원을 수평방향으로 추적하는 시스템의 도입 타당성에 대한 연구이다. 고도각을 $30^{\circ}$로 고정하여 방위각이 다른 3개의 태양전지를 설치하고, 일조시간 동안에 각 전압을 측정하여 방위각별 전압의 차이여부를 통계적으로 검정하였다. 실험결과, 어느 한 방위의 태양전지에서 발생한 전압이 다른 방위 태양전지의 전압에 비해 우세한 시간대에서 그 평균 전압은 높았다. 또한 이에 대한 상대효율을 비교하면 $1.6{\sim}11.5%$의 높은 효율을 보였다. 따라서 항로표지용 태양광 발전에서 고정식 태양전지 시스템보다 수평방향의 추적식 태양전지의 시스템을 도입하는 것이 효율적임을 확인하였다.

치료재료 별도산정 기준 개선을 위한 델파이 및 계층분석과정 조사 (Research on Reimbursement of Therapeutic Medical Device through Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • Purposes: The objectives of this study present the direction of the criteria for the separately reimbursement of therapeutic medical device. Methodology: We summarized experts' opinion using Delphi survey and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). 48 experts were gathered from Medical Insurance Review Nurses Association, medical device industry, academy and association, Medical Device Expert Evaluation Committee. Descriptive statistics, consistency index, content validity ratio were analyzed. Findings: Clinical utility, patient safety, infection control, cost-homogeneity, cost-effectiveness showed high feasibility and importance, but market contribution and functional utility showed low feasibility and importance in a relative sense. The results of functional utility differed between clinical and non-clinical experts. Measurability was low across the whole area. Among the criteria for the separately reimbursement of therapeutic medical device. Patient safety/infection control and clinical utility showed the highest relative importance values, analyzed using AHP. Practical Implications: Patient safety and infection control are needed to be considered as one of Value Assessment Criteria. It is important to find out how to improve the measurability of therapeutic medical device.

국방규격 개선사업의 성과평가모형 개발 및 적용방안 연구 (A Study on the Development and Application of Performance Evaluation Model for Defense Standard Improvement Projects)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify key performance evaluation items and factors that are effective and practical for project management of defense standard standard improvement projects, and to develop a quantitative performance evaluation model. Methods: For the development of a performance evaluation model for defense standard improvement projects, we analyzed past major project performance and derived evaluation items and factors. To increase the objectivity and efficiency of project evaluation, we developed an evaluation index that enables relative evaluation of evaluation targets, and calculated the main importance of evaluation items using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method based on the main opinions of expert groups. Results: The study resulted in the identification of main performance items for defense standard improvement projects, which were classified into defense standard conformity review performance and defense standard improvement performance items. We also simplified the evaluation model by integrating various evaluation items into similar evaluation factors. Additionally, we developed a quantitative evaluation index that enables relative evaluation of the targets and verified the objectivity and validity of the suggested performance evaluation model by reevaluating it using performance data from past commissioned professional institutions Conclusion: Developing a quantitative evaluation model for defense standard improvement projects is expected to provide a means of measuring the effectiveness of the project, and to be used as a tool to determine the appropriateness and effectiveness of medium and long-term project plans.

머신러닝을 활용한 대학생 중도탈락 위험군의 예측모델 비교 연구 : N대학 사례를 중심으로 (A Comparative Study of Prediction Models for College Student Dropout Risk Using Machine Learning: Focusing on the case of N university)

  • Purpose : This study aims to identify key factors for predicting dropout risk at the university level and to provide a foundation for policy development aimed at dropout prevention. This study explores the optimal machine learning algorithm by comparing the performance of various algorithms using data on college students' dropout risks. Methods : We collected data on factors influencing dropout risk and propensity were collected from N University. The collected data were applied to several machine learning algorithms, including random forest, decision tree, artificial neural network, logistic regression, support vector machine (SVM), k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) classification, and Naive Bayes. The performance of these models was compared and evaluated, with a focus on predictive validity and the identification of significant dropout factors through the information gain index of machine learning. Results : The binary logistic regression analysis showed that the year of the program, department, grades, and year of entry had a statistically significant effect on the dropout risk. The performance of each machine learning algorithm showed that random forest performed the best. The results showed that the relative importance of the predictor variables was highest for department, age, grade, and residence, in the order of whether or not they matched the school location. Conclusion : Machine learning-based prediction of dropout risk focuses on the early identification of students at risk. The types and causes of dropout crises vary significantly among students. It is important to identify the types and causes of dropout crises so that appropriate actions and support can be taken to remove risk factors and increase protective factors. The relative importance of the factors affecting dropout risk found in this study will help guide educational prescriptions for preventing college student dropout.
