  • This study examined the subjective health recognition, motivation, selection property, consumption realties, and generalities of elderly people eating out. The ratio of women eating out in those over 60 years of ages was high and people in that age group ate out most actively. The score of convenience-oriented, gourmet-oriented, and dignity-oriented of the selection property for eating out increased with increasing frequency and expenditure for eating out. With increasing age, a negative (-) relationship with a decrease in the safety-oriented score of the selection property for eating out was predicted. As the number of days eating out increased, a positive (+) relationship with an increase in the safety-oriented score of the selection property for eating out was observed. As the scores of physical and social health perception increased, a positive (+) relationship with an increase in the gourmet oriented score was observed. Based on the results, various research on the relationship between the health recognition and eating out behavior of those over 60 years of age are required.

Methods: Participants were 286 nurses drawn from 3 general hospitals. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierarchial multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: Significant differences in job satisfaction and turnover intention were found according to organizational culture types. Significant positive correlations were found between self-leadership, empowerment, task oriented organizational culture, relationship oriented organizational culture, innovation oriented organizational culture and job satisfaction. On the other hand, significant negative relationships were found between empowerment, relationship oriented organizational culture, innovation oriented organizational culture and turnover intention. The factors that enhance job satisfaction were found to be higher innovation-oriented organizational culture. Lower turnover intention was shown to be positively associated with relationship- or innovation oriented organization culture. Conclusion: Innovation oriented organizational culture is needed in order to raise job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention of nurses.

  • In the new database applications such as office information systems, CAD/CAM, and AI, it is required to support not only fixed Is-A and Part-Of relationships but also various user-defined dynamic relationships including complicate constraints. However, existing object-oriented systems have many weaknesses in managing those complex relationships. This paper presents the Object-Oriented Relationship data Model (OORM) which is designed to provide facilities for modeling complex relationships into object oriented databases using abstraction concept. In the model, various integrity and consistency constraints related to the relationships can be also represented. And this paper presents a query language, ORSQL(Object Relationship SQL). ORSQL is a nonprocedural query language having similiar syntax to the standard SQL and supporting OORM's operations.

The questionnaire was administered to 644 females aged 30∼40 in Taegu during April 21 to April 26 of 1997. Data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, reliability test, MANOVA, and ANDVA by suing SPss package. 1. The lifestyles of the respondents were classified into fived types such as consumption oriented, economics-oriented, achievement-oriented, family-oriented, and conservative-oriented type. And clothing purchasing behavior was classified into six categories such as individuality, convenience, economy, ostentation, decorums, and practicality. 2. • The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between mission-oriented Command, organization efficiency, organization culture of 626 field officers in JFMU. Firstly. the study found that decision making in the relationship between mission-oriented command and organization efficiency had negative effect on job satisfaction. Planning and trust lead to positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and no significance in self decision. Secondly, mission-oriented command may differ depending on the types of organization culture and organization culture has positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Thirdly, mission-oriented command has some effect which derives from its impact on organization efficiency that also effects rational culture and rank hierarchy culture. These study results suggest different measures in terms of practice and policy. Firstly. within the military organization, precise communication will lead to job satisfaction without unnecessary overload of communication. Also. we have rationale culture, agreement culture and rank hierarchy culture forming our organization culture. There is a need to apply elements of mission-oriented command depending on the types of organization culture. Secondly, to maximize organization performance through mission-oriented command, we have to strengthen the rationale and rank hierarchy cultures and especially introduce development culture which should be established within the military organization.

  • Automation tools for program analysis are needed in order to program understand and maintain, extract the characteristics of object-oriented program such as class name, member function and data member. In this paper, we carried out design and implementation of the automation tool for effective maintenance of object-oriented software. Being based on Reverse Engineering, this approach extracts class relationship information from C++ source code and generates object-oriented model of class diagram using UML as the standard object-oriented methodology. Therefore, this paper provides developers visualized including class information, definitions of classes, inheritance relationships, set relationships, and simple reference relationships. Finally in this paper, we propose a method that construct class relationship information to table in analysis state and make form of table construction to link form so tat developers can perform understanding and maintaining program efficiently. And this method enable to restructure and reuse in object-oriented model.
