객체 지향 설계를 위한 모듈 분해방법 (A Module Decomposition Method for Object-Oriented Design)

  • 객체 지향 설계 방법은 프로그램을 객체로 분해하고, 그들 사이의 관계를 설정하 는 과정으로 기존의 시스템이 수행하는 기능 중심 방법과 달리 취급하는 객체를 중심 으로 모듈을 분해하는 기법이다. 그러나 기존의 객체 지향 설계 방법은 모듈 설계 방 법과 분해 기준이 모호하고 미흡하기 때문에 객체 지향 소프트웨어를 전체 시스템 단 위로 구현해야 하고, 하나의 소프트웨어 컴포넌트를 이해하기 위해서는 전체적인 객체 설계 모델 및 응용 프로그램을 분석해야 하는 많은 문제점이 발생한다. 따라서 본 논 문에서는 객체 지향 설계를 위한 모듈 분해 기준을 정형화 하고, 이를 이용한 객체 모 듈 설계 절차를 제시하여, 규모가 크고 복잡한 시스템을 개발하는데 있어 실용성과 시 스템 개발 후 유지보수를 원활하게 할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고 본 논문의 모듈 분해 기준을 실 시스템에 적용한 사례를 통하여 설계 모델과 구현 모델간의 일치성을 보이 고자 한다.

중환자실의 간호조직문화와 팀효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship Between Nursing Organizational Culture and ICUs Team Effectiveness)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is, by investigating organizational characteristics, types of nursing organizational culture and team effectiveness in ICU, to ascertain the type of nursing organizational culture and the organizational characteristic that can improve the team effectiveness. Method: The research targeted 427 nurses from 33 ICUs of 14 general hospitals which have more than 250 beds and the data were gathered by using self-report questionnaires from April 10, 2003 to April 24, 2003. For this research, the following tools were used; the tool for measuring organizational characteristics and organizational cultures and the tool for measuring team effectiveness. Result: The most significant nursing organizational characteristic in ICU is the centralization. The organizational culture in ICU is generally rank-oriented culture. There was a significant difference (p<.01) in four types of organizational cultures; relation-oriented, innovation-oriented, rank-oriented and task-oriented. Verifying influence power of organizational cultures upon team effectiveness of ICU, relation-oriented culture had 49.2% of an influence upon team effectiveness, innovation- oriented and relation-oriented culture had 60.4% of an influence, and rank-oriented, innovation-oriented and relation-oriented culture had 61.2% of an influence. The organizational culture profiles according to the types of nursing organizational cultures in 33 ICUs were found by a cluster analysis. They were classified into five culture profiles; strong balance culture profile, weak balance culture profile, innovation-oriented and task-oriened culture profile, strong relation culture profile and strong rank culture profile(p<0.5). According to me organizational culture profiles, a significant difference of team effectivenesses(coworker satisfaction, team performance perception, team satisfaction and team commitment) was found(p<.01). The strong balance culture profile had the best team effectivenesses. Conclusion: For nursing culture management, a nursing administrator should identify the relevant nursing organizational culture at first by utilizing an innovative team-leader. After identifying the organizational culture, the administrator should make strategic plans and practices that can distinguish good organizational cultures to be expanded from ones to be sublated so that a strong balance culture can be developed.

의류점포의 대고객 관계마케팅에 관한 연구 -백화점을 중심으로- (A Study on Relationship marketing of Apparel Store toward Customers-Focused on department store-)

  • This paper suggest the importance of relationship marketing of the apparel store, and proved the relationship between the relationship marketing factors and the relationship quality and performance. In this research, department store is focused, Credence service, contact guest service, and communication service are defined as relationship marketing factors. Satisfaction and trust are defined as relationship quality. And long-term oriented relationship, repeat purchase. and positive word-of-mouth are set to performance. The questionnaire survey was carried out 238 20's & 30's women in the capital region during nov, 2000. SAS package program was used to analyze the gathered data. The investigation of this research reveals some results. First, relationship marketing factor has effects on relationship quality. Second, it is proved that relationship quality has effects on performance. In conclusion, it is proved that relationship marketing of apparel store is very important marketing strategy that make concrete relationship with consumer and give satisfaction and trust to consumer, and then can make partnership with consumer for long-term consideration.

고등학교 교사의 그릿과 직무스트레스 대응행동 간의 관계 (The Relationship between High School Teachers' Grit and Job Stress Coping Strategies)

  • 이 연구는 고등학교 교사들의 그릿과 스트레스 대응행동 간의 관계를 분석하고, 그릿의 군집유형별 직무 스트레스 대응행동의 차이를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 교육부 중앙교육연수원에서 실시하는 연수에 참여한 고등학교 교사 226명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그릿의 노력 지속성은 도전적 및 정서완화 대응행동에 정적 예측변인이었고, 흥미일관성은 회피적 대응행동에 부적 예측변인이었다. 그리고 높은 그릿과 높은 노력 군집 유형이 낮은 그릿 군집 유형보다 도전적 대응과 정서완화 대응행동의 평균이 높았다. 연구 결과를 토대로 고등학교 교사들이 직무 스트레스에 효과적으로 대응하도록 지원하기 위해서 교사의 그릿을 강화할 필요성을 시사점으로 제시하였다.

베이비붐세대 남성들의 전인건강에 대한 태도 유형: Q-방법론적 접근 (Attitude Styles toward Holistic Health in Male Baby Boomers using Q-methodology)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify attitudes of male baby boomer toward holistic health using Q-methodology. Methods: Q-methodology is analysed through the subjectivity of each type of attitudes. Thirty-five q-statements were selected from a total of 145 statements. These statements were categorized into six areas (Physical, psychological, spiritual, work and leisure, love and friendship, culture). The recruited P-sample consisted of thirty-four male baby boomers from one town and two cities. The 35 selected Q-statements from each of 35 participants were classified into the shape of a normal distribution using a 9-point scale. The collected data were analysed using the PQMethod Program 2.11. Results: Four types of male baby boomer attitudes towards holistic health were identified. The first is a relationship oriented-marital relationship oriented type, the second type is an economic oriented- job seeking type, the third type is a nature friendly oriented-independent living type, and the fourth type is health oriented-physical health seeking type. Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that different approaches to holistic health promotion program could be developed based on the four types of holistic health attitudes among baby boom generation males in Korea.

의류광고에 대한 평가, 유행몰입 및 사회적 태도에 관한 연구 (Evaluations of Apparel Advertising, Fashion Involvement, and Social Attitudes)

  • The objective of this study were to (1) investigate the relationship between evaluations of apparel advertising, fashion involvement, and social attitudes, (2) examine how evaluation of apparel advertising, fashion involvement, and social attitudes vary according to gender, and (3) investigate the possible differences in purchase attitudes toward the advertised apparels according to gender and advertisement slogan. Questionnaire for evaluations of apparel advertising was comprised of four sections; apparel advertising acceptance, evaluation of advertisement slogan, purchase attitude toward the advertised apparels, and perception of effective media for apparel advertising. For evaluation of advertisement slogan, 5 sets of apparel advertisements were selected. Each set had two advertisements; one advertisement contained an image-oriented slogan, while the other had a quality-oriented slogan. "The Social Attitude Scale' by Kerlinger and 'Fashion Involvement Index' by Tigert, Ring & King were used. All the items were selected on the Cronbach's alpha reliability. The subjects were 217 college male and famale students in Seoul; 60 were asked about purchase attitude toward the image-oriented slogan, 60 purchase attitude toward the quality-oriented slogan, and 97 all the items included in evaluation of the two slogans. The data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient, X2-test, t-test, two-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were the followings. 1. Fashion involvement had positive relationship with apparel advertising acceptance. The higher the level of conservative attitude males had, the more positive attitude they had in fashion involvement and apparel advertising acceptance. Subjects high in conservative attitude, fashion involvement, and apparel advertising acceptance. Subjects high in conservative attitude, fashion involvement, and apparel advertising acceptance had more positive in purchase of the advertised apparels. 2. Females high in apparel advertising acceptance were more favorable toward image-oriented advertisements. 3. Fashion involvement and apparel advertising acceptance were significantly higher in females than in males. Liberal attitude was significantly higher in males than in females. Evaluation of advertisement slogan did not differ according to gender. 4. Males perceived 'TV' was the most effective media for apparel advertising while females perceived 'display' was the most effective. 5. No significant interactions between advertisement slogan and gender were found in purchase attitude of the advertising apparels. 6. Apparel advertising acceptance was influenced by fashion involvement, social attitude, and sex. The explanatory power of the three variables was 17%.

임상간호사의 성역할갈등, 회복탄력성, 간호조직문화가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Influence of gender role conflict, resilience, and nursing organizational culture on nursing work performance among clinical nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing nursing work performance among clinical nurses in the hospital. Methods: This descriptive correlational study collected data from 122 clinical nurses who were working in three tertiary referral hospitals in Busan. The data were collected, using self-reported questionnaires, from September 2 to October 14, 2019. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: Nursing work performance was significantly associated with resilience, innovation oriented culture, relationship oriented culture, and hierarchy oriented culture. The factors significantly influencing nursing work performance of the participants included relationship oriented culture (β=.27, p=.015), hierarchy oriented culture (β=.25, p=.003), resilience (β=.19, p=.035), and total clinical career (β=.18, p=.030), which explained 27.3% of nursing work performance (F=8.59, p<.001). Conclusion: The results indicate that there is a need to improve communication skills among multidisciplinary team members and to harmonize hierarchical and relational cultures in order to enhance nursing work performance. In addition, this study suggests developing interventions for enhancing the resilience of clinical nurses.

Consumer Spatial Behavior for Apparel Products based on Trade Area Selection Criteria

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between consumer spatial behavior and consumer characteristics based on trade area selection criteria 469 female consumers who lived in the two new towns near Seoul, Bundang and Ilsan, participated in the study by completing questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using cluster analysis, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, chi-square analysis, etc. The findings of the empirical research were as follows: 1. Five groups were identified by cluster analysis based on trade area selection criteria of clothing price-oriented group, time convenience-oriented group, shopping convenience-oriented group, variety/entertainment-oriented group, and passive shopping group. 2. Each group differed in spatial behavior such as clothing shopping area, the visiting frequency, and spatial movement type. 3. Each group showed differences in fashion involvement and demographic characteristics(age, marital status, education, occupation and social status).

  • Object-Oriented method is a rather difficult one, theories are different as many as they are, and can hardly be found well-applied examples of OOD. So, this paper deal with the history, the needs, the benefits, basic concept of object-oriented design methods, especially the designing procedure which covers from analyzing the requirements, designing the EER(extended entity relationship) model, transforming this model into relational schema, to OODB schema step. Major contributions can be identified; First, the proposed method will ensure that it improve the productivity, increase the software quality, and elevate the maintainability. Second, it provide the framework of how object-oriented schema is constructed for OODB design. Third, suggested realistic case study will enhance the better understanding of how the current business process will be applied to the OODB design step.

수출중소기업은 어떤 직무적성을 가진 대학생을 채용할까? -광주 지역을 중심으로- (What Kinds of Aptitude Will Be Required for Undergraduate Students Who Want to Join Export-Oriented SMEs?)

  • The main objective of this study is to examine the required aptitudes for undergraduate students who want to join export-oriented Small & Medium Enterprises(SMEs). 178 Dataset from a survey of exporting firms in Gwangju, Korea, were used to analyze the study. The results of the study are as follows ; First, the most required aptitude is 'the capability related to build up human relationship'. So students should learn negotiation skills in the college. In addition to this, student also try to join informal club and cultivate teamwork capabilities. Second, finding out a job in export-oriented SMEs is needed to equip with problem-solving capabilities. To do it, students should learn various subjects related to trade theory. Additionally, having some certificates like 'international trade master' can be better. Third, communication capabilities including foreign language and international business skills will be also required for students who are preparing for joining export-oriented SMEs. However, capabilities related to information technology and basic statistic skills does not have statistically significant correlation to recruitment intention. As a result, students who have such above-mentioned four aptitudes may have better position to find out jobs in export-oriented SMEs.
