The effects of relationship commitment between wedding companies and wedding planers in the wedding industry on relationship performance and relationship continuation intention (웨딩산업에서 웨딩업체와 웨딩플래너의 관계결속이 관계성과 및 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between wedding companies and wedding planners and understand the influence of relationship factors on the relationship performance and relationship continuation intention of wedding companies. We conducted an online survey from June to July 2017, and collected 201 responses which were used during analysis. Statistical analysis, including technical statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis, was undertaken using SPSS 23. This study shows that among the relationship factors affecting the wedding planner and the wedding company, the computational tie-up has a significant impact on both the financial and non-financial performance of the wedding company, while emotional tie-ups have a significant impact on the non-financial performance of the wedding company, but not on financial performance. As for the effects of relationship commitment to wedding planners on wedding shops' relationship continuation intention, each factor for relationship commitment significantly affected wedding shops' relationship continuation intention. Regarding the effects of wedding shops' relational performance on relationship continuation intention, each factor of performance significantly affected relationship continuation intention. Therefore, wedding companies should make continuous efforts to maintain this relationship and recognize the need for robust relationships with wedding planners as a sure and important competitive tool for attracting customer and generating revenue.

Relationships with expectations, exercise immersion and exercise continuation intention of Home Training participants (Focused on Police Officers)

  • In this paper, we propose the relationship between the expectation of home training, exercise commitment, and exercise continuation intention. The subject of this study is the police officers belonging to the Busan and Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency as of March 2021. Among them, a survey was conducted targeting 337 people who had experience participating in home training. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the expectations of home training were significantly correlated with exercise immersion and exercise continuation intention factors. Second, it was found that the expectation of home training participants had a significant effect on exercise immersion and exercise continuation intention. Third, exercise immersion of home training participants was found to have a significant effect on exercise continuation intention. Home training will be usefully used to prepare physical conditions for various public safety situations. If you training with a long-term plan rather than short-term training, you will be able to achieve the effect that home training seeks.

A Study on the Relationship between Self-Determination Motivation, Exercise Satisfaction, and Exercise Continuation Intention in High School Students (고등학생의 자기결정성 동기, 운동만족, 운동지속의도의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between self-determination motivation of high school students on exercise satisfaction and exercise continuation intention. To this end, as of March 2022, an online questionnaire was distributed to 440 male students attending high schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and they were asked to fill out the questionnaire through self-assessment. 346 copies were selected as a valid sample, excluding 94 copies of insincere responses such as responses of the same pattern and incomplete responses. For data processing, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted using SPSS 24.0 and IBM AMOS 18.0 statistical programs, and the following results were derived through structural equation model analysis to identify the structural relationship between factors. First, among self-determination motivation factors, competence and relatedness had a positive (+) effect on exercise satisfaction, but autonomy had a negative (-) effect on exercise satisfaction. Second, there was no relationship between self-determination motivation and exercise continuation intention in high school students. Third, it was found that the relationship between exercise satisfaction and exercise continuation intention had a positive (+) effect.

  • In this study, we sought to investigate the impact of cosmetics companies' ESG management on brand image and intention to continue the relationship. For this purpose, a total of 273 questionnaires were collected and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 27.0. As a result of the study, first, environment, society, and governance, which are components of ESG management, were found to have a significant impact on brand image. Second, ESG management was found to have a significant impact on intention to continue the relationship. Third, the brand image of a cosmetics company was found to have a significant impact on the intention to continue the relationship, and all hypotheses were accepted. Accordingly, in order to improve the brand image and intention to continue the relationship of cosmetics companies, efforts must be made to improve the environment, promote social contribution activities, and establish a transparent and ethical governance structure. If research on ESG management of cosmetics companies is conducted through other variables in the future, it is expected to serve as useful basic data for the cosmetics industry.

  • Currently, in Korea, there is a growing interest in improving the learning ability of the education target group due to the low birth rate and aging population. The dilemma of a shrinking population ultimately causes the burden of having to come up with a plan to efficiently maximize the use of available population resources. Accordingly, this study explores the impact of learning motivation (activity-oriented motivation, learning-oriented motivation) on learner characteristics (learning value, learning efficacy) and learning satisfaction, and as a result, intention to continue participating in lifelong learning (recommendation intention, relationship continuation intention). As a results of the analysis, it shows that learning motivation had a significant effect on learning satisfaction, and the emotions formed in this way had a positive effect on recommendation intention and relationship continuation intention. In addition, the results show that learning-oriented motivation had a significant effect on both learning satisfaction and learner characteristics, but that learning efficacy had no effect on recommendation intention. This study is significant in that it presents the basis for an educational system based on relationship maintenance and learner characteristics by considering the learner's orientation, individual achievement direction, recommendation intention, and relationship continuation intention.

Distribution of Air Tickets through Online Platform Recommendation Algorithms

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to collect and analyze a large amount of data from online ticket distribution platforms that offer multiple airlines and different routes so that they can improve their ticket distribution marketing strategies and provide services that are more suitable for consumer's needs. The results of this study will help airlines improve the quality of their online platform services to provide more benefits and convenience by providing access to multiple airlines and routes around the world on one platform. Research design, data and methodology: For the study, 200 people completed the survey between May 1 and June 15, 2024, of which 191 copies were used in the study. Results: The hypothesis testing results of this study showed that among the components of the recommendation algorithm, decision comport, novelty, and evoked interest recurrence had a positive effect on perceived recommendation quality, but curiosity did not have a positive effect on recommendation quality. The perceived recommendation quality of the online platform positively influenced recommendation satisfaction, and the higher the perceived recommendation quality, the higher the intention to continue the relationship. Finally, higher recommendation satisfaction was associated with higher relationship continuation intention. Conclusion: it's important to continue researching online ticketing platforms. Online platforms will also need to be systems that use technology and data analytics to provide a better user experience and more benefits.

The Five Sense Factors in Korean Dessert Café and Consumer Behaviors

  • The bakery cafe and dessert industry in Korea is expanding, but it requires continuous innovation to remain competitive and adaptable. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of five sense factors on customer satisfaction and relationship continuance intention in Korean dessert cafes. A survey was conducted among 200 consumers who had visited a Korean dessert cafe in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Regression analysis was conducted for hypothesis testing, and the research results are as follows. First, among the five sensory factors in Korean dessert cafes, gustatory, visual, and olfactory factors positively impacted customer satisfaction and relationship continuance intention. These results suggest that the taste and presentation of Korean desserts in cafes and the aroma of both the desserts and the café are essential. However, auditory and tactile factors did not impact customer satisfaction and intention to continue the relationship. Second, customer satisfaction improved the intention to continue the relationship. This finding suggests that improving customer satisfaction in Korean dessert cafes positively impacts maintaining customer loyalty. Therefore, operators of Korean dessert cafes should consider gustatory, visual, and olfactory aspects when developing dessert menus and planning the physical environment of their restaurants.

Causal relationship between exercise commitment and exercise continuation intention according to the use of mobile home training : Changes in fitness after Covid-19 (모바일 홈트레이닝 활용에 따른 운동몰입과 운동지속의도 인과관계 : 코로나19 이후 피트니스 변화)

  • This study tried to provide basic data for predicting consumers by applying the structural analysis method (SEM) to the causal relationship model that applied the technology acceptance theory for mobile home training, exercise commitment, and continuous intention. Therefore, in order to identify the strategic tools due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the survey was conducted using the mobile program "Survey Monkey" according to the sampling plan from February 1, 2021 to May 21, 2021, and a total of 287 valid samples. people were used in the final analysis of consumers. As a result of the study, it was found that the acceptance model had a significant effect(+) on exercise commitment, and the acceptance model had a significant effect(+) on the exercise continuation intention. Finally, it was found that exercise commitment had a significant(+) effect on exercise continuity intention.

  • This study is a descriptive correlation study to investigate the mediating effect of familiarity and social support in the relationship between grit and academic continuity for Mongolian students. A survey was conducted from May 1 to June 30, 2021 on 124 Mongolian students from universities across the country using Google questionnaires. As a result of the study, grit had a significant effect on the familiarity and social support of Korean culture. The intention to continue school was significantly influenced by grit, familiarity with Korean culture, and social support. Grit directly had a significant effect on academic continuity, and familiarity with Korean culture and social support had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between grit and academic continuity. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to increase grit and seek counseling and education programs to help using Korean cultural familiarity and social support systems.

The Effect of Beauty Influencer Characteristics on Relationship Continuation Intention and Purchase Intention - Focusing on Mongolian Consumers -

  • Social networking is gaining speed and has grown indispensable as technology develops. As a result, social media, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and influencer marketing, are replacing conventional marketing trends. The top 15 search terms for Mongolian women between the ages of 18 and 34 in 2019 on Facebook were cosmetics and shopping. Companies use social media, the main tool of social media, to promote their products while simultaneously increasing productivity at a minimal cost. In Mongolia, finding out about cosmetic brand products on social media is rather usual. The impact of social media influencers on the purchasing of cosmetic brands must thus be researched. We aimed to find out the relationship between attractiveness, authenticity, communication ability, and influence, which are characteristics of beauty influencers, on product purchase intention and identification between consumers and followers (information acceptance, purchase intention). Communication ability and influence appeared to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on identification. On the other hand, attractiveness, communication ability, and influence all showed a statistically significant positive (+) effect on information acceptance. Identification and information acceptance has s significant positive effect on purchase intention.
