Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the differences in fatigue, sleep quality and interpersonal relationship stress levels between nurses in comprehensive nursing care wards and in general wards. Methods: Data were collected using self-reported structured questionnaire from 14 August to 17 September 2018. The participants were 220 nurses from 6 hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 23.0 program, descriptive statistics, t-test, ${\chi}^2-test$, Fisher's exact test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The subjects' fatigue, sleep quality, and interpersonal relationship stress were not significantly different between the comprehensive nursing care services wards and the general wards. The interpersonal stress with a superior was statistically higher among general wards than comprehensive nursing care services wards. The relationship stress between patient and caregiver was higher in comprehensive nursing care services wards than in general wards. Conclusion: A follow-up study is needed to develop a strategic method to reduce interpersonal stress in nurses.

서울시내에 유통중인 들기름의 규격검사와 착유하는 조건에 따른 들기름의 품질변화에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 유통중인 들기름을 검사한 결과를 보면 지난 3년동안 320건을 검사하여 그 중 74건이 산가와 요오드가에서 부적합하였는데, 이는 전체의 $23.1\%$에 해당하는 높은 부적률이었으며 매년 부적률이 현저히 줄어들고 있었다. 들기름의 불포화도와 요오드가는 0.63의 상관성을 보였으나 산가는 0.24 정도의 상관성이 측정되어 요오드가의 부적합은 산화의 요인에 의한 것으로 예측된다. 들기름의 변질의 원인을 알아보기 위한 실험에서는 착유과정의 볶음 조건에 따른 들기름의 변질은 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 들깨원료가 들기름의 품질에 큰 영향을 주고 있었으며 신선한 들깨의 선택이 들기름 품질에 중요한 역할을 하고 있었다. 따라서 불포화지방산이 많은 들기름은 전반적으로 변질의 우려가 높아 원료선택 및 유통관리 등에 각별한 주의가 요구된다.

현대인들이 브랜드와의 관계에 선호하는 것은 전통과 공동체가 무너짐에 따라 안정적인 대상이 없기 때문이며, 대중들은 이때 발생하는 심리적인 공허함을 소비자와 브랜드의 관계를 통하여 채워나감으로써 빠르게 변화하는 세상에서 안정된 심리상태를 유지할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 본 연구는 융복합 아파트 브랜드가 브랜드 애호도에 미치는 영향관계에서 관계품질의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 브랜드의 이미지가 애호도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 브랜드의 이미지가 관계품질에 정의(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 관계품질 소비자-브랜드가 브랜드 이미지와 애호도에 매개될 것이다. 연구결과로 아파트 건설사들이 소비자에게 느끼는 브랜드 이미지와 애호도와의 영향관계와 소비자 관계품질의 매개효과 결과로 마케팅 전략을 효율적으로 집행할 수 있고 이에 따른 전략도 추구할 수 있다.

In this study, the aim was to examine the effects of caring burdens of family caregivers of cancer patients on their quality of life in the east of Turkey. Data were collected at the Chemotherapy unit of Yakutiye Research Hospital of Ataturk University. Participants were 18 years old and older. The sample included 190 family caregivers who were living in the same flats with the patients during caregiving. Data were collected using a questionnaire that included socio-demographic questions for family caregivers and the Burden Interview, and the Caregiver Quality of Life Index-Cancer (CQOLC) Scale. SPSS version 14.0 was used to analyse the data. Descriptive statistics were computed for demographic variables of family caregivers. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the care burden and quality of life, linear logistic regression analysis was applied to determine the effect care burdens have on the quality of life, and logistic regression analysis was employed to determine the effect descriptive characteristics and care-related properties have on the quality of life. The score mean of the burden interview of caregivers was $36.6{\pm}11.2$; and their score mean of CQOLC was $81.4{\pm}17.3$. This study concluded that there was a negative relationship between caring burdens and the quality of life (p<0.001); descriptive characteristics, caring-related properties, and caring burden variables were all significant predictors of the quality of life. It is recommended that caregivers are given support by being offered training about providing care.

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Given the increasing proportion of the Korean population that is aged 65 years and older, the present study analyzed the relationship between diet quality and sarcopenia in elderly persons by using data from the 2008-2011 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES). SUBJECTS/METHODS: Data for 3,373 persons aged 65 years and over (men: 1,455, 43.1%) were selected from the 2008-2011 KNHANES. Sarcopenia assessments are based on a formula that divides a subject's appendicular skeletal muscle mass (ASM) by their weight (wt) and multiplies that result by 100 ([ASM/wt] × 100). Sarcopenia is present if the subject's result was less than one standard deviation (SD) below the sex-specific mean for a young reference group. For evaluation of diet quality, data obtained via the 24-hour recall method were used to calculate the Diet Quality Index for Koreans (DQI-K). A general linear model was applied in order to analyze general information and nutritional intake according to sarcopenia status. For analysis of the relationship between diet quality and sarcopenia, a binominal logistic regression analysis was undertaken. RESULTS: The sarcopenia prevalence rate among the study subjects aged 65 years and over was 37.6%. The DQI-K of those without sarcopenia was 3.33 ± 0.04 points, while that of those with sarcopenia was 3.45 ± 0.04 points (P < 0.05). The relationship between diet quality and sarcopenia revealed that subjects aged 75 and older had a poor diet quality, and their odds ratio (OR) of sarcopenia presence was significantly higher (OR: 1.807, 95% confidence interval: 1.003-3.254, P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: This study revealed that poor diet quality was related to sarcopenia presence in Koreans aged 75 and older. In order to improve the diet quality of the elderly (aged 75 and older), it is necessary to develop dietary improvement guidelines.

코로나-19를 계기로 비대면 서비스를 선호하는 소비자가 많아지고 배달 앱 이용이 폭발적으로 증가하면서 새로운 배달 문화를 형성하고 있다. 한편, 민간배달 앱의 플랫폼 독점과 중개 수수료 인상 등의 사회적 문제가 등장하자 이를 해결하고자 2020년부터 많은 지자체에서는 공공배달 앱을 출시하고 있다. 그러나, 기존 민간배달 앱 사용에 익숙한 소비자는 거주하는 지역의 공공 배달 앱 존재를 인지하지 못하고 있으며 이용율이 낮은 편이다. 본 연구에서는 지역공동체의식과 서비스 품질(정보품질, 배달품질)이 공공배달 앱 이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 연구결과 지역공동체의식과 정보품질은 공공배달 앱 이용태도에 유의한 영향을 주지만 배달품질은 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공공배달 앱 이용태도는 공공배달 앱 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 주는 동시에 지역공동체의식, 정보품질과 공공배달 앱 이용의도의 관계에서 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 공공배달 앱 활성화를 위해서는 홍보와 마케팅뿐만 아니라 지역공동체의식 강화 노력과 함께 정보품질 향상을 위한 상품 검색, 사용자 리뷰 조회 등 사용자 편의성 개선을 위한 노력도 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

This article tries to develop an instrument for assessing the quality of housing environment by using 67 housing environment variables. The method of factor analysis is used to explore the dimension of the quality of housing. As the result, 5 dimensions of housing environment are extracted. They are, according to the order of their importances, house structure and indoor environment, outdoor facilities and natural environment, indoor facilities and economy, public facilities and social relationship, and convenient facilities and residential feasibility.

본 연구는 지역거점 공공병원의 의료서비스 질과 고객충성도와의 관계를 연구하여 의료서비스 질의 향상 방안을 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다. 조사대상자는 2014년 6월 9일부터 6월 30까지 지역거점 공공병원을 내원한 고객들로 604명을 최종 조사대상으로 선정하였다. 분석방법은 신뢰도 및 요인분석과 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결론을 보면 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 접근성, 병원인지도, 지각 된 비용효과 가치, 인적서비스가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 지역거점 공공병원이 양질의 의료서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 지속적인 관리를 통해 고객관리의 연속성을 가지는데 집중함으로써 이용빈도와 충성도를 높이기 위한 노력이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is first to identify the dimensions of a trade show's service quality and the dimensions of the exhibitors' show performance, and thereafter determine the relationship between the trade show's service quality and the exhibitors' show performance. This study attempted empirical research, together with a literature review, to discover the effect of service quality upon on exhibitors' performance. A survey was conducted during an international trade show that was held in Korea where more than 100 businesses participated. The sample was selected from among the people who were in charge (e.g., managers) of their own private businesses. As a result, the study validated nine dimensions of a trade show's service quality: host and public relations, security, reputation and reliability, access, customer service, exhibition program, physical facilities, convenient facilities, and attendance cost. The study also identified five dimensions of the performance of participants: sales performance, information collection, networking, image building, and motivation. Overall, the empirical results of this study verified that there is a correlation between the performance of exhibitors and the service quality. of trade shows.

The objective of this study is to analyze the causal relationship among Non-profit Criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award(MBNQA) and to compare the casuality among company, hospital and non-profit organization field. The survey instrument consists of 94 questions from the seven categories of the MBNQA. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to analyze the empirical data and estimates the path coefficients among the MBNQA categories. The result of our research is as follows, First, the Leadership effects on as a driver of all factors. Secondly, the positive effect of the Foundation on the Direction and the System categories, Finally, the positive influence of the Direction on the System categories of the MBNQA model. In this study, most hypothesis are statistically significant.
