소상공인 일터학습이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 직무만족을 매개로 (The Influence of Small Enterprise Workplace Learning on Management Performance: The Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 기업사례 연구에서 유의하게 영향 미쳤던 일터학습을 배경으로 연구 진행하게 되었다. 진위에 따라 소상공인의 일터학습 참여기회가 왜? 필요한지 밝히려 했으며, 내용을 기반으로 소상공인들의 성장과 발전 가능성을 높이려 했다. 또한 이러한 일련의 과정을 통해 경영성과에 영향 미침을 확인하려 했다. 따라서 소상공인의 일터학습이 경영성과에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하려 했으며, 선행연구 고찰을 통해 연구가설을 설정했고, 실증분석을 실행했다. 203부의 설문을 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램으로 실증분석을 실시했다. 결과 첫 번째, 일터학습이 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 부분적으로 미쳤다. 두 번째, 일터학습이 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 세 번째, 직무만족이 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 네 번째, 일터학습, 경영성과 간의 관계에서 직무만족이 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 분석결과 일터학습의 하위요인 형식학습만 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 못했으며, 형식학습과 경영성과 간의 직무만족은 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이유: 열약한 소상공인의 환경에서는 외부 또는 자체교육 등 형식학습의 참여기회를 간직하지 못했던 것이 원인으로 분석되었다. 즉, 경영학적, 경제학적, 사회학적 시각에 따른 열약한 소상공인의 환경을 그대로 드러내고 있었던 것이다. 따라서 소상공인도 일터학습에 참여할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 함으로써 자력에 따른 문제해결과 상생발전 능력을 키울 성장기틀을 마련하기 위함이며, 정책과 교육, 경영에도 이바지할 수 있는 제도장치 제안을 위함이다. 이와 같이 유의한 내용의 연구결과임에도 불고하고 한계점이 있을 수 있다. 향후 진행연구는 다양한 변수의 관계를 설명할 수 있는 표본을 중심으로 여러 분야에서 연구되어야 할 것이다. 또한 경영성과를 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 학문과 연결된 실무차원의 관계연구도 진행되어야 할 것이다.

  • 코로나 19로 인해 온라인 학습으로 대표되는 학습 방법의 변화가 보편화 되고 있는 지금 본 연구는 온라인 학습자의 자기주도학습능력, 교수자-학습자 상호작용 및 학습자-학습자 상호작용, 수업만족도의 관계를 구조적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구결과 고등학생과 대학생 집단 모두 온라인 학습자의 자기주도학습능력은 학습자-학습자 상호작용을 증가시켰으며, 또한 높아진 학습자-학습자 상호작용은 수업만족도를 증가시켰다. 변인 간의 잠재평균비교분석을 통해 대학생과 고등학생 집단 간 변인들의 통계적 유의미한 평균 차이를 확인할 수 없었지만, 다집단 분석을 통해 고등학생의 경우 자기주도학습능력이 수업만족도와 교수자-학습자 상호작용에 직접적인 영향을 주지 않았고, 대학생의 경우 모두 유의미한 영향을 주었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 온라인 학습의 수업만족도 향상을 위한 자기주도학습능력과 학습자-학습자 상호작용의 중요성을 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제안점을 논의하였다.

대기업 안전직 근로자의 직무재창조와 직무열의, 무형식학습, 사회적 지지 및 긍정심리자본의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationship among Job-crafting, Work Engagement, Informal Learning, Social Support and Positive Psychological Capital of Safety Workers in Large Corporations)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the structural relationship between job crafting and job enthusiasm, informal learning, social support, and positive psychological capital, and to investigate the effect of informal learning, social support, and positive psychological capital on job crafting through job enthusiasm. A survey was conducted on 451 safety workers at large domestic companies, and the collected data were analyzed for model suitability, influence relations between variables, and mediating effects with AMOS 23.0 using SPSS 23.0. Through research, we found five important results. First, the structural model of job crafting, job enthusiasm, informal learning, social support, and positive psychological capital properly explained the empirical data. Second, social support and positive psychological capital had a positive effect on job enthusiasm, but informal learning did not significantly affect job enthusiasm. Third, informal learning and positive psychological capital had a positive effect on job crafting, while social support did not significantly affect job crafting. Fourth, job enthusiasm had a positive effect on job crafting. Finally, job enthusiasm was found to mediate the relationship between social support and positive psychological capital and job crafting. These suggest that continuous environmental efforts and systematic management measures are needed to promote job crafting of safety workers so that informal learning, social support, positive psychological capital, and job enthusiasm can be expressed. Therefore, the necessity of developing various sub-factors of informal learning that can promote job crafting of safety workers was suggested as a follow-up study.

대학 교양영어 블렌디드 학습에서 학업성취도에 영향을 끼치는 변인 연구 (A Study on the Variables Influencing Student Achievement in a Blended Learning of College English)

  • S 대학교 교양필수 과목인 영어회화는 영어교육을 강화하기 위해 블렌디드 학습으로 설계되었다. 이 블렌디드 학습이 학습자의 학업성취도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 학업성취도의 변인에 대한 연구가 진행되었다. 연구결과로 성별, 전공, 군복무, 해외거주 경험, 면대면 출석, 퀴즈, 온라인 출석이 학업성취도에 영향을 미치고 온라인 학습방식(학습장소, 학습시간, 학습빈도)은 학업성취도와 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 학습만족도는 강사 만족도, 학습내용 만족도, 시스템 만족도로 나누어 조사했는데, 그 결과 단지 시스템 만족도만 학업성취도에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

The Roles of Organizational Learning Capability and Firm Innovation in the Relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Firm Performance

  • This research aims to examine the relationships among entrepreneurial orientation, organizational learning capability, firm innovation, and firm performance. To achieve a data collection, a mail survey procedure via questionnaire was implemented by using executives or managers of gems & jewelry industries, textile and clothing industries, leather and accessories, fashion apparel industries in Thailand as the key informants. Of the surveys completed and returned, 388 were usable. Hence, a model with a structural equation was used to evaluate the data survey of 388 respondents. The results reveal that, in terms of the mediating effect, organizational learning capacity and firm innovation can complement each other in order to improve entrepreneurial orientation. Findings show that entrepreneurial orientation improves firm innovation, which in turn improves firm efficiency. Firm innovation acts as a variable mediating between enterprise orientation and firm performance. Our findings contribute to the current emergence of organizational learning capacity that mediated the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance. Entrepreneurial orientation is normally a firm performance that enterprises develop which can have use the information available and make an impact. It can be considered through the mediation of organizational learning capability, and firm innovation variable and as stated in previous literature, it can influence firm performance.

The Influence of Self-Directed Learning and Learning Commitment on Learning Persistence Intention in Online Learning: Mediating Effect of Learning Motivation

  • This is a descriptive investigative study which attempts to confirm the mediating effect of learning motivation in the relationship between self-directed learning, learning commitment, and learning persistence intention of university students in an online learning environment. The questionnaires were randomly distributed online and the agreed questionnaires were retrieved, with a total of 338 copies used for analysis. The following is the summary of the findings. First, there were significant differences in learning persistence intention according to general characteristics depending on age, major, part-time job, and academic level. Second, the results showed a positive correlation between self-directed learning, learning commitment, learning motivation, and learning persistence intentions of the subjects were statistically significant. Third, after checking the mediating effect of learning motivation in relation to self-directed learning, learning commitment and learning motivation, the learning motivation has a partial mediating effect on learning and 23% explanatory power, and the learning commitment was found to have a complete mediating effect on the impact of learning motivation on learning intentions with 21% explanatory power. Based on these results, it is necessary to provide a more diverse educational environment, such as operating a motivation semester program that can improve learning motivations along with learning commitment, and the use of a variety of contents that can focus the learner's interest or attention.

  • 4차 산업혁명 '인공지능 시대'를 맞이하여 ICT 기술의 발전은 온·오프라인 교육환경에 다양한 영향을 미치고 있다. 온라인 교육의 대중화는 교육 패러다임을 변화시켜 학습자 중심의 서비스로 전환하여 새로운 교육 환경의 변화가 요구되는 시점에서 플립러닝에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히 성인학습자의 경우 생애 전반에 걸쳐 보다 다양한 학습과정의 온라인 학습 수요가 강하게 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 K사이버대학교의 중·장년층 온라인 학습자를 대상으로 플립러닝을 활용한 반복학습이 학습 몰입과 학습 흥미가 학습 만족도에 미치는 영향의 관계검증과 구조관계에 어떻게 되는지 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 플립러닝을 근간으로 한 학습 만족도를 위한 방향성 제시를 위한 연구에 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 측정할 수 있는 다양한 요인 분석의 모델을 구체화하여 적용한다면 플립러닝을 근간으로 한 학습만족도를 더욱 극대화할 수 있는 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

e러닝 성공 평가에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Measurement of e-Learning Success)

  • This study aims to investigate on measuring the success of e-Learning. For this purpose, we proposed a research model that consists of e-Learning contents quality, e-Learning system quality, e-Lecturing quality, sense of e-Learning community factors as independent factors and e-Learning and e-Learning satisfaction as mediators and tested it empirically based on the structural equation model. The empirical results showed that e-Learning contents quality, e-Learning system quality, sense of e-Learning community factors directly lead to e-Learning. The study also found that e-Learning contents quality, e-Lecturing quality, sense of e-Learning community factors bring about higher e-Learning satisfaction and that e-Learning satisfaction has a positive impact on e-Learning. Furthermore, the research discovered that both e-Learning and e-Learning satisfaction have a significant relationship with e-Learning net benefits. This research renders its theoretical contribution to analyzing a positive influence of sense of e-Learning community, a newly suggested variable added to the existing IS success model in this study, on e-Learning. From a practical view, the findings of this study can lead to improving the quality of e-Learning in today's era where the growth of e-Learning industry is quite noticeable.

교사의 변혁적 리더십, 교사신뢰, 공감적 이해수준 및 아동의 학습동기와의 관계 : 초등학교 고학년을 대상으로 (Relationship among Teacher's Transformational Leadership, Trust and Empathic Understanding and Children's Learning Motivation)

  • This study examined influences of teacher's transformational leadership, and their trust and empathic understanding on children's learning motivation. Participants were 513 $5^{th}$ and $6^{th}$ graders from Seoul, Buchon and Inchon. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results showed that (1) Teacher's transformational leadership, trust and empathic understanding were positively related to children's learning motivation. (2) Teacher's transformational leadership was the strongest predictor for children's learning motivation. (3) Teacher's transformational leadership had a direct influence on children's learning motivation empathic understanding mediated between teacher's transformational leadership and children's learning motivation.

비대면 수업 경험 간호대학생의 학습실재감이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향: 학습몰입의 매개효과와 디지털 리터러시의 조절된 매개효과 (Influence of Learning Presence of Non-Face-to-Face Class Experience in Nursing Students on Academic Achievement: Mediating Effect of Learning Flow and Moderated Mediation of Digital Literacy)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the mediating effect of learning flow and the moderated mediation effect of digital literacy on the effect of the learning presence of non-face-to-face class experience in nursing students on academic achievement. Methods: Participants were 272 nursing students from six universities in two different cities. A self-report questionnaire was used to measure learning presence, learning flow, digital literacy, and academic achievement. Analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro (4.0). Results: The mediating effect of learning flow on the effect of learning presence on academic achievement was 0.42, and the moderated mediation index of digital literacy was 0.17. Learning flow showed a mediating effect on the relationship between learning presence and academic achievement. Digital literacy had a moderated mediation effect on the relationship between learning presence and academic achievement that was mediated by learning flow. Conclusion: The intensity of the mediating effect of nursing students' learning presence on academic achievement through learning flow increases as the level of digital literacy increases. These results suggest that educational programs considering the level of learning presence, learning flow, and digital literacy are required to promote the academic achievement of nursing college students.
