This study was to investigate working experience of poor female-headed families in social enterprise focusing on empowerment process. For this study, nine female-headed women were interviewed and the collected qualitative data were analyzed through phenomenological research method. Main results of this study provided eight main construct factors, such as the intersection of hope and unhappy, economic independence through being alone, finding myself strong and worthy, consciousness of horizontal bondage, trouble situation, professionalism and pride, capacity to problem solving and self-importance of contribution to society. Based on the results of this study, working experience of poor female-headed families in social enterprise was strengthened from personal level and relational level to social level. Therefore, various policies and practical programs should be prepared to improve empowerment of female-headed families in poverty working in social enterprise.

To form a foundation of basic materials to contribute in improved mental health of one-person households, the purpose of this study is to investigate the association of interpersonal relationships and depression and to identify indirect effect of satisfaction with life. To this end, the study used structural equation modeling, employing data from the 2012 Korean General Social Survey(KGSS), a nationally representative survey and targeted 300 living alone people who is older than 20 years old. The findings are as follows: First, the quality of interpersonal relationships has a negative effect on depression and can relieve depression. It also revealed that one-person households are not isolated from relationships and they utilize not only kin relational resources but non-kin resources while forming a positive relationships. Second, the quality of interpersonal relationships effects one's life satisfaction which ultimately has an effect on depression. It verifies that, within interpersonal relationship and depression, there are indirect effect resulting from satisfaction with life. Based on the result of current study, practical intervention programs to improve life satisfaction and prevent depression were suggested.

This study explores the relationship between marketing activities and brand equity in nonprofit organizations, specifically investigating the relational linkage between four selected marketing mix elements and brand equity through the mediating role of brand equity dimensions. Employing a structural equation model, the study empirically tests research hypotheses and finds some important implication for brand equity creation strategies for nonprofits. The results show that brand association is the only dimension that is positively related to brand equity, reflecting the current donation market in Korea where nonprofits have such a low presence that donors have little knowledge and chance to identify their brands and to build trust relationships with them. Furthermore, the results highlight the importance and roles of promotion and process marketing efforts, as they are proved to enhance brand association. The study also finds that promotion is positively related to brand awareness and process contributes to perceived quality and brand loyalty. Based on these findings, the study suggest that nonprofits make further efforts on active promotion and process development to create positive, differentiated images and better accessibility, and finally improve their brand equity.

Baby boomers are often defined by their support of their parents and their devotion to their children's educational success by providing financial and emotional aids. Now, 7.12 million baby boomers in South Korea are retiring, or are about to retire, without any retirement plans. Similar to financial stability, health, and leisure life, social capital is another important element in the quality life after retirement. This is because social capital can function as a potential resource network. Social capital is a source that provides money, information, goods, services, emotional aids, social relational opportunities etc. In the past, family and community provided social capital for the aged. However, the baby boomer generation cannot expect the same. The baby boomers have the task of creating new social capital that can assure their quality of life. Therefore, this study examines cohort characteristics of the baby boomer generation and, based on the examination, seeks an alternative for social capital. The results are as follows: First, social capital from the local community can be an alternative source of caring for the baby boomers in old age. Second, among the social capital of the local community, elderly care supported by a family friendly community is proposed. In addition, baby boomers must become the primary social capital that contributes to a mature civil society rather than a beneficiary of welfare for the aged.

The factors that affect the adjustment of the siblings of handicapped children were explored in this study. More specifically, how social and demographic variables affect the burdens the handicapped children's siblings experience, and how such burdens affect their adjustment in school and in the family were examined. The participants of this research were 139 students in elementary schools and middle schools, who have one or more handicapped siblings. The participants were recruited through their handicapped siblings who received services from social wet(are facilities in Daejon and Chungchong area. The scales used in this study were the measurement or Burdens for Handicapped children's siblings (Lee, Yoon Hwa, 2002), FACES (Olson et al, 1986). and The Measurement of Children's Adjustment in the School (Lim Jung Soon, 1993). The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, average. standard deviation, T-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression. 'rho results show that handicapped children's siblings have no difficulty in adjusting in the family if they have a religion, an elderly mother, and a high family income. They have no difficulty in adjusting in the family and in school, as long as they have no or little negative change in family relationship, low psychological burden, and no negative relational change for the handicapped sibling. Father's age and the family income their the only factors that affect their adjustment in school.

Reckless use of the Internet by children is a barrier to daily life and has a negative impact on children's physical, psychological and relational aspects. But more and more children depend on the Internet. Thus, the study conducted a meta-analysis to examine the effectiveness of group programs that involve Internet addiction among elementary school students. The study analyzed 18 studies of a local Internet group counseling program. First, the overall effectiveness of Internet-dependent group programs that cause Internet addiction reduction in elementary school students is shown to be g=0.90, indicating that group counseling programs are effective in reducing Internet addiction and changing related variables. Second, as a result of verifying differences between groups, there were differences in effectiveness in voluntary participation motivations. Therefore, intervention by elementary school students requires preventive training for smart phones so that voluntary participation can occur, and education for parents to develop autonomy for children to use smartphones properly. And rather than making these efforts limited to smart phones, IT retriever education needs to be organized.

The drastically changing society has brought diverse types of families, and these diversities are changing the concept of the word 'family' itself. Inevitably, these changes cause different viewpoints among family members, developing into conflicts and social issues. In this paper, generational family problems, which are caused by changes within the family as a result of the variously, diversely changing society, are observed to suggest a resolution. Looking into the functional variety that today's structural change within a family demands, several positives changes described below have been observed; Firstly, the change in the way of interaction among family members; Secondly, the demand for continuance on relational functions including love, care, etc, as a psychological resource of family; Thirdly, the conversion from form's sake relationship to actual relationship; and Lastly, the usage of a clearer communications network. The interaction between the parent-children relationship, according to the changes in family life cycle, is also re-focused to seek resolutions for intergenerational conflicts. The results are as follows; Firstly, the changeability of various family types today must be accepted, and the functional aspects of changing families must be emphasized ; Secondly, the mutual-exchanging value of each generation must be accepted, strengthening relational functions between generations; Thirdly, it is necessary to refocus filial piety. In other words, though the intergenerational transmission of family functions may become the basis of lineage and clan formation, it won't be possible without interaction between generation.

This study attempts to verify the relational structure of adolescent's emotional problems, smart phone dependency and school life adjustment from a perspective of Glasser (1998)'s choice theory. For this purpose, this study utilized the second year data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey Data. From the results of the analysis, the most influential variable affecting adolescent's school life adjustment was found to be the sense of community, and adolescent's emotional problems were found to have a effect upon school life adjustment and smart phone dependency based on the choice theory. This study discussed issues of cultivating the sense of community to improve adolescent's school life adjustment, and developing counseling program and reinforcing the counseling personnel with improvement of contingent employment to alleviate smart phone dependency and emotional problems.

This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of CRM on the management performance of senior club market type senior job business. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the economic income creation of senior club market type senior job project. The results of this study are as follows: First, as a result of verifying the difference in management performance according to sociodemographic characteristics, there was a difference in age, academic background, and monthly average income. Second, the contact service and communication of senior club market type senior job business had a positive effect on the management performance. Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions are made. First, the database(DB) should be constructed reflecting the personal characteristics of consumers and the big data and artificial intelligence analysis should be utilized. Second, education using Internet environment such as YouTube and ZOOM should be strengthened and communication management should be strengthened based on information collected through customer monitoring.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate and confirm the main factors of IMAGO relationship therapy(IRT) which influences overcoming a crisis of divorce, the role of the Imago relationship therapist and the changes made by the couple themselves in the process of the therapy. Method: This case study was based on the interviews with a couple who had participated in ten sessions of IRT. The couple who had been in the middle of a divorce lawsuit withdrew their suit after the therapy. The Interviews were conducted twice on the couple. The data from the interviews were analyzed by using constant comparative analysis, open coding method and Miles & Huberman's network display. Results: The findings of the study were as follows. Firstly, the factors influencing overcoming a crisis of divorce included preparation for the Imago dialogue and the structure of the Imago dialogue. Secondly, the role of the therapist was providing safety and confidence, deepening couple's conversations, and building the connectedness of the couple. Thirdly, the changes evident after the therapy included awareness of the influence of the original family, new image formation for each spouse, intimacy restoration and a changed perspective. Conclusions: Based on the findings, the study can contribute to healthy relational progress of married couples in conflict by developing the conditions to effectively apply the IRT. In addition, this study can be used to equip therapists with necessary tools and abilities for the therapy.
