This study is developing the Web-based P-C-M support system in agricultural facilities to help the users actually utilizing the system. This system can help the people accept the information and sharing the communication. P-C-M support system is the process in procurement, construction and maintenance. In conclusion, P-C-M support system is expected to the contributed to the agricultural facilities information sharing and communication between the user and suppliers.

The prediction of the sum of container is very important in the field of container transport. Many influencing factors can affect the prediction results. These factors are usually composed of many variables, whose composition is often very complex. In this paper, we use gray relational analysis to set up a proper forecast index system for the prediction of the sum of containers in foreign trade. To address the issue of the low accuracy of the traditional prediction models and the problem of the difficulty of fully considering all the factors and other issues, this paper puts forward a prediction model which is combined with a back-propagation (BP) neural networks and the support vector machine (SVM). First, it gives the prediction with the data normalized by the BP neural network and generates a preliminary forecast data. Second, it employs SVM for the residual correction calculation for the results based on the preliminary data. The results of practical examples show that the overall relative error of the combined prediction model is no more than 1.5%, which is less than the relative error of the single prediction models. It is hoped that the research can provide a useful reference for the prediction of the sum of container and related studies.

Due to the development of social networks and smartphones, many different kinds of issues have emerged in business and society. By reflecting these trends, social network sites have appeared and they are recognized as the new concept of sites. The major feature of the social network sites is that the social relationship had been taken to the online space. Social network sites support the formation of a network and offer users the relationship between users offline as well as online. Based on the features mentioned above, users enjoy the benefits using social network sites. These social network sites in the enterprise can be used to form relationships with customers. This study identified the influencing factors as relational benefits and social influence on relationship commitment in social network sites. In addition, we analyzed that how the relationship commitment between users affects user loyalty after their using social network sites. We presented empirical results by utilizing structural equation model with 244 respondents and the significant implications for the academy and the practice with discussions.

This paper proposes a new implementational model based on the security model of Oracle for Web ontology. Recently, several access control models using relational database security model for access control to Web ontology have been developing, and one of the most representative access control model is the RAC model. However, the RAC model is based on the standard security model, and thus it does not provide a implementational model for practical relational database management systems. In this paper, we propose an implementational model based on Oracle which is widely used and providing various security policies. This paper shows the implementation and experimental evaluation. Especially, the proposed model uses the VPD security model of Oracle and support high application and usability.

Objective: This study examined the influence of maternal attachment on adjustment in adolescence and investigated whether paternal attachment had any moderating effects on the relationship between maternal attachment and adjustment in adolescence. Methods: The participants of this study were 300 second graders from two middle schools in Seoul. We measured paternal and maternal attachment as perceived by the participants, adjustment in adolescence through school life adjustment, depression, and relational aggression. The study applied correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis suggested by Baron and Kenny (1986). Results: First, participants with high parental attachment showed high levels of school life adjustment, low level of depression, and low levels of relational aggression, demonstrating healthy psycho-social adjustment in adolescence. Second, paternal attachment played a facilitating role in the process of high maternal attachment's positive influence on school life adjustment. Third, paternal attachment mitigated the process of low maternal attachment's negative influence on depression. Conclusion: Our findings highlight the importance of emotional communication, support, and intimacy between parents and children in middle school. Furthermore, it emphasized the importance of the paternal role and involvement in the mother-child relationship.

This study deals with the measurement of relational norms, a safeguard for sustained exchange relationshipsim marketing channel systems. Here, the relational norm items are hypothesized to have a second-order factor model, in which mine observed items originate from the three first-order factors and the first order factors in turn originate from a second-order factor. The three first order construe comprising a higher order norm are mutuality(equity in the distribution of benefits and burdens over the course of the exchange on a long term basis), flexibility(expectation of friendly adaption for possible circumstance changes), and solidarity (the degree to which the preservation of the unique and continuing relationship is internalized by the exchange partners as being important in and of itself). 113 research questionnaires are obtained from four industries such as construction, telecommunication, iron, and electric ＆ electronic industries, Reliability and nomological. discriminant validity are tested, and in using the confirmatory factor analysis of Lisrel 7.16, and the chi-square difference test it is tested which has a better satisfactory fit to the data, the first-order model or the second-order one. The results of this study indicates that relational norms have a second order construct. In the electric and electronic industry the model as a while has a satisfactory fit to the data and the relevant first- and second-order factor loading to the mutuality is not significant. Same Results are happened to the flexibility in the telecommunication industry and to the mutuality and flexibility in the inn industry. In sum, the model lends support to our construct, but it is difficult to apply the measurement model to all kinds of industries.

Although previous studies on social commerce have provided much insight, more studies in the perspective of social network are needed because social commerce happens within online communities or virtual groups, where buyers connect and interact with each other by sharing information. So, the purpose of this study is to investigate how transactive memory as network characteristic can affect social commerce behavior through social support and relationship quality. We verified the relational effect among social support, relationship quality, and social commerce intention in the Korean market context. Moreover, we found transactive memory capability also played an essential role in the field of social commerce. Specifically, we found consumer's transactive memory capability plays a significant moderating role in the relation between social support and relationship quality.

The aim of this study was to examine middle school students' career attitude maturity with five career elements(career decisiveness, goal orientation, confidence, preparation, and independence) related to relational(parent, teacher, friend) and school adjustment (school life, instruction, environment) variables. To accomplish this, 467 collected data was passed through correlation, and simple and multiple regression analysis using SPSS win 12. The main finding was that friend's support was highly correlated to and significantly affected career preparation and independence of the students. School life and instruction were also highly correlated to their career preparation. Parents' and teachers' support affected their career decisiveness. Their school life was an important factor to influence career decisiveness, preparation, and independence of the students. Generally, friends' support and school life of the students were the most important factors that affected the students' career preparation and independence. From the findings, this study suggests that middle schools need to provide more vocational education, diverse after-school activities, and teacher training to support middle school students' career attitude maturity.

While CRM has recently attracted a lot of attention among academics and practitioners, most academic research in this area has focused on consumer markets, but CRM in industry markets is less focused research area so far. Companies in industry market have suspected effects of the relationship between CRM's activities and performance which is related to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The main purpose of this research support CRM strategy development. Therefore, this research is focused on as follows; first, defining the concept of CRM and performance second, identifying the customer relationship's characteristics and CRM relational activities in industrial markets third, verifying the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the case of Steel industry which is whether the CRM relational activities have effects on customer loyalty directly, or indirectly through customer satisfaction.

Knowledge management system(KMS) was introduced into the company in order to apply knowledge management. But according to KMS is changed into information management system, the company is considered Community in Practice(CoP) instead of KMS. Because within CoP, individuals can interact with one another to solve problems, test new ideas, learn about new developments in their field and build a sense of affiliation with others in similar circumstances. In spite of it's importance there is few empirical study about CoP. So the purpose of this study is to examine which personal characteristics influence knowledge sharing and which context factors(including structural and relational characteristics) moderate relationship between individual characteristics and knowledge sharing within CoP through empirical study.
