An important use of data warehousing is to provide temporal views over the history of source data. It is significant that nearly all data warehouses are dependent on relational database technology, yet relational databases provide little or no real support for temporal data. Therefore, in is difficult to obtain accurate information for time-varying data. In this paper, we are going to design a temporal data warehouse to support time-varying data efficiently. For this purpose, we present a method to support temporal query by combining a temporal query process layer with the relational database which is used as a source database in an existing data warehouse. We introduce the Temporal Aggregate Tree Strategy (TATS), and suggest its algorithm for the way to aggregate the time-varying data that is changed by the time when the temporal view is created. In addition, The TATS and the materialized view creation method of the existing data warehouse have been evaluated. As a result, the TATS reduces the size of the fact table and it shows a good performance for the comparison factor in case of processing the query for time-varying data.

The purpose of this study is to propose the schema for process repository that overcomes the limitations of existing process repositories in which it is not easy to compare and analyze such the unstructured data as a process model. To achieve this goal, the previous studies on process repository are reviewed, the schema for process repository is designed, and the tables for relational database are created. For the validation of the schema presented in this paper, the process model stored in relational database is examed using SQL. The contributions of this study are as follows. First, the schema for process repository storing process models is designed and validated. Second, the process model created by the new schema and stored in relational database leads to improve the performance of process analysis.

The intellectual organization of information for storage and retrieval is one of the problem areas of information science. But the most of the methods have been developed are based on the coordination of keywords by Boolean logic or traditional classification systems. It is necessary to include in indexing process not just concepts or keywords, but also to express explicitly the relationship between them. Farradane believed that such a system should be founded on the psychology of thinking and developed an outline structure for concept organization and a series of explicit relations. The system of relational operators provides nine symbols which enable the semantic relationship between any two concepts to be explicitly specified in a analet. With the addition of the permutations of such analets, formed according to simple rules, alphabetical arrangement of the first term provides a complete logical subject index. Relational indexing as the basis of an indexing language has the potential to offer improved retrieval performance.

In distributed data processing environments, heterogeneous data sources should corporate each other. The CORBA standards proposed by OMG solve this problem by the integration of platform independent applications. In this paper, we design and implement a CASE tool that help linking CORBA applications to relational databases by interface method. This CASE tool manipulates the database schema and generates IDL and $C^{++}$ stubs corresponding to the schema. We explain the code generation process and evaluate the data access performance of the interface method compared to adapter method and various implementation languages. The implemented tool can be used for developing applications that need relational database corporation environments such as distributed information systems or data warehousing. etc.

The purpose of this study were to extract and empirically examine the effect variables on phase performance of relationship development process by identifying relationship development process between apparel store and customer. The questionnaires was asministered to 333 women frequency use of a department store, big shopping mall, discount store in Gwang-ju city during March 4-11, 2003. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis, and Structural Equation Model using LISREL 8.30 program. As the results, the perceived service quality with attractive factor of relationship explration phase direct positively influenced customer satisfaction among relationship expansion phases. However, relational benefit directly influenced customer satisfaction with the primary phase of relationship maintain as well as trust, customer commiment and long-term orientation. Also, customer satisfaction direct positively influenced trust, and customer' trust direct positively influenced customer commitment. Finally, the customer commitment direct positively influenced long-term orientation.

For analyzing big data, the social network is increasingly being utilized through relational data, which means the connection characteristics between entities such as people and objects. When the relational data does not exist directly, a social network can be configured by calculating relational data such as attribute similarity from attribute data of entities and using it as links. In this paper, the composition method of the social network using the attribute similarity between entities as a connection relationship, and the clustering method using subgroups for the configured social network are suggested, and the clustering effectiveness of the clustering results is evaluated. The analysis results can vary depending on the type and characteristics of the data to be analyzed, the type of attribute similarity selected, and the criterion value. In addition, the clustering effectiveness may not be consistent depending on the its evaluation method. Therefore, selections and experiments are necessary for better analysis results. Since the analysis results may be different depending on the type and characteristics of the analysis target, options for clustering, etc., there is a limitation. In addition, for performance evaluation of clustering, a study is needed to compare the method of this paper with the conventional method such as k-means.

The DMAIC methodology, which is most familiar to battery production system developers, is partially inadequate in its conformity to utilize battery production system tasks, so it is necessary to improve the function and structure of the methodology, but many battery production system developers use the DMAIC method based on experience, causing side effects such as confusion, delay in tasks, and insufficient performance during tasks. Accordingly, we intend to conduct an empirical study to improve the "efficiency improvement and conformity evaluation method" so that the DMAIC methodology can be used more reasonably and easily. Using the three-stage research model, we derive components that affect conformity through literature and questionnaire surveys in the first stage, use relational characteristics between components in the second stage to confirm the effect on conformity, and use the relational characteristics in the third stage to confirm the possibility of improving efficiency by applying them to the DMAIC methodology in actual cases. Finally, the "Conformity Assessment Index (CAI) equation" based on relational characteristics is established to enable effective conformity evaluation and continuous improvement.
In this study, small and medium-sized manufacturing and distribution businesses were asked to demonstrate how the risks that could arise from implementing ITOs affect their performance. Small and medium-sized enterprises that want to reduce costs or secure competitiveness through outsourcing ITO conducted research to identify and analyze risks of ITO and improve corporate performance. Strategic, technical, and financial risks were selected as independent variables for analysis by the survey method. In addition, relationship risk was selected as a parameter and corporate performance was selected as a dependent variable to conduct a path analysis. The analysis showed that the variables injected as independent variables had indirect and total effects on corporate performance. This can be interpreted as the higher the level of awareness of strategic and technological risks and financial risks, the higher the level of relational risk, and thus the positive impact on corporate performance. We expect to improve corporate performance through analysis of more and more risk factors in the future.
The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between wedding companies and wedding planners and understand the influence of relationship factors on the relationship performance and relationship continuation intention of wedding companies. We conducted an online survey from June to July 2017, and collected 201 responses which were used during analysis. Statistical analysis, including technical statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis, was undertaken using SPSS 23. This study shows that among the relationship factors affecting the wedding planner and the wedding company, the computational tie-up has a significant impact on both the financial and non-financial performance of the wedding company, while emotional tie-ups have a significant impact on the non-financial performance of the wedding company, but not on financial performance. As for the effects of relationship commitment to wedding planners on wedding shops' relationship continuation intention, each factor for relationship commitment significantly affected wedding shops' relationship continuation intention. Regarding the effects of wedding shops' relational performance on relationship continuation intention, each factor of performance significantly affected relationship continuation intention. Therefore, wedding companies should make continuous efforts to maintain this relationship and recognize the need for robust relationships with wedding planners as a sure and important competitive tool for attracting customer and generating revenue.
This study examines the effect of social capital formed on B to B inter - firm transactions on firm's performance through a research model developed around the mediating effect of knowledge absorption capacity. In other words, we examined how each level of social capital affects firm performance. by examining the dimensions of social capital that are not presented in previous studies, we have identified how each element of social capital affects corporate performance. in addition, the effects of knowledge absorption on firm performance are analyzed and presented in various ways. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, social capital is divided into three dimensions. In other words, the relationship between structural elements, relational dimensions, and cognitive dimensions was verified. First, the structural dimension influenced the relational dimension, and the relational dimension had a positive effect on the cognitive dimension. this is meaningful in that it solved what is pointed out as a limit in previous studies. this is meaningful in that it verified what was pointed out as a limit in previous studies. secondly, the structural dimension influenced the cognitive dimension. Second, each component of social capital has a positive impact on knowledge absorption capacity. Finally, it was found that knowledge absorption capacity had a positive effect on the corporate culture, and it was confirmed that knowledge absorption capacity was important. the extent to which social capital is absorbed in BtoB transactions means that the performance of the two companies can be quite different.
