관계마케팅에서 사회적 라포와 프렌드십의 조절적 역할 (The Moderate Roles of Social Rapport and Friendship in Relationship Marketing)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서비스 분야의 관계마케팅에서 간과되어 왔던 고객-기업 간의 감정적인 결속으로 대변되는 사회적 라포와 프렌드십의 역할을 조명해 보는 것이다. 연구의 결과, 사회적 라포와 프렌드십은 관계적 선행변수와 매개변수 사이에서 긍정적인 조절적 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 관계의 형성과 발전의 단계에서 감정적 결속이 더욱 관계발전을 도모할 수 있는 것이라고 말할 수 있다. 그러나 관계적 매개변수에서 관계적 결과변수에 이르는 흐름에서는 사회적 라포와 프렌드십이 오히려 부정적으로 조절적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 관계적 매개변수와 사회적 라포 및 프렌드십이 개별적으로 관계적 결과변수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 사회적 라포와 프렌드십이 형성되어 있다면 관계적 매개변수의 역할이 없이도 관계적 성과를 만들어 낼 수 있는 것으로 이해될 수 있다. 결론적으로, 기업의 관계마케팅 노력은 단순히 관계적 선행변수, 매개변수, 결과변수에 한정될 것이 아니라, 궁극적으로 고객의 기업에 대한 강력한 감정적인 결속의 형성에 주안점을 둘 필요가 있다고 말할 수 있다.

유아의 개인내적요인과 교사-유아 갈등 관계가 유아의 공격성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Individual Characteristics and Teacher-Child Conflictual Relationships on Young Children's Aggression)

  • This study examined the effects of young children's effortful control and emotional regulation, teacher-child conflictual relationships on young children's overt and relational aggression. The subjects of this study were 372, 3-5 years old children and their teachers. Young children's aggression, effortful control, emotional regulation, and teacher-child relationships were assessed by a teacher's report. The collected data were analyzed by t -test, Pearson correlations, and pathway analysis. The results were as follows: first, the boys' overt aggression was found to be greater than that of the girls,' while, there was no difference in relational aggression between boys and girls. Second, the boys' and girls' effortful control was found to affect the young children's overt and relational aggression indirectly through emotional regulation, and teacher-child conflictual relationships. For the girls, effortful control was found to affect overt aggression directly. Third, teacher-child conflictual relationships and emotional regulation were found to affect boys' and girls' overt and relational aggression directly and to mediate between boys' and girls' effortful control and overt and relational aggression. Further, for girls, emotional regulation was found to mediate between teacher-child conflictual relationships and overt and relational aggression. Additionally, effortful control was found to be the most important variable predicting boys' and girls' overt aggression, while a teacher-child conflictual relationship was the most important variable for boys' and girls' relational aggression.

다물체의 기구해석 및 동적거동해석을 위한 오일러 매개변수의 교정방법 (An Euler Parameter Updating Method for Multibody Kinematics and Dynamics)

  • This paper develops a sequential updating method of the Euler parameter generalized coordinates for the machine kinematics and dynamics, The Newton's method is slightly modified so as to utilize the Jacobian matrix with respect to the virtual rotation instead of this with repect to the Euler parameters. An intermediate variable is introduced and the modified Newton's method solves for the variable first. Relational equation of the intermediate variable is then solved for the Euler parameters. The solution process is carried out efficiently by symoblic inversion of the relational equation of the intermediate variable and the iteration equation of the Euler parameter normalization constraint. The proposed method is applied to a kinematic and dynamic analysis with the Generalized Coordinate Partitioning method. Covergence analysis is performed to guarantee the local convergence of the proposed method. To demonstrate the validity and practicalism of the proposed method, kinematic analysis of a motion base system and dynamic analysis of a vehicle are carried out.

개신교 기혼여성의 종교활동이 가족원의 관계만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Protestant Married Women’s Religious Activity on Family Mamber’s Relational Satisfaction)

  • This study was performed under the need for systematic analysis about the effect of religious activity of a protestant married women in Korea on the relational satisfaction between her and her family members. It was separately analyzed that church-centered religious activity and home-centered religious activity. The purpose of this study are to propose religious activity that could allow for a satisfactory relationship between all family members of a protestant married women, and to contribute to make a harmonious family through recommended activities for a protestant family and church to accept and carry out. The analyses of the results are in case of the pure explanation power that religious activity has on a protestant married women and her family member’s relational satisfaction, the couple relational satisfaction degree from wife is 4.6%, the one from husband is 4.4%, the mother-child relational satisfaction degree from mother is 2.5%, and the one from child is 1.5%. Therefore effect of religious activity on family member’s satisfaction is more couple relational satisfaction than mother-child relational satisfaction, and the significant variable on all the relationships between the protestant married women and her family members are home-centered religious activity.

기업간 거래에서 정보기술을 활용한 전자적 협력의 범위와 선행요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Scope and Determinants of Electronic Collaboration based on IT in Interorganizational Relationships)

  • This study suggests strategies which can enable to creation of new opportunities of competitive advantages while operating a long lasting and consistent business with major trading partners, based on interorganizational information systems (IOISs) specially established and installed for interorganizational transactions. Nowadays, IOISs based mechanism having been widely expanded as a conventional business infrastructure for the interorganizational transactions and/or exchanges, it is customary difficult to obtain any strongly sound advantage over the competitors who have adopted even the simplest deployment of the IOIS mechanisms. In this connection, this study intends to investigate the interorganizational collaborative activities conducted by under the auspicious of IOISs, focused on the prospect of the exploitation of IOISs rather than the implementation of the IOISs. In this study, we, firstly, suggest the concept of Electronic Collaboration which can be defined by the collaborative activities conducted by IOISs, compared to the ones conducted on off-line. In addition, we suggest the Electronic Collaboration as a multi-dimensional concept, constituted by three sub-constructs, the Electronic Information Sharing (EIS), the Electronic Joint Activity (EJA), and the construction of the Electronic Relational Knowledge Store (ERKS). Secondly, we empirically verify the effects of relational and environmental determinants on the Electronic Collaboration. In this study, the relational determinants relate to the variables created in interorganizational relationship like Trust, Influence, Relational Specific Asset-asset invested for the transaction-, and Continuity of the relationship. On the other hand, the environmental determinants relate to the variables surrounding the relationship which are difficult to control. We consider Product Complexity, Technological Uncertainty, and Market Variability as the domain of the environmental determinants. To test our hypotheses, we conducted both paper-based survey and online-based survey. After refining the data with missing responses, a total of 150 data was used for analysis. The results were as follows : Firstly, it is statistically significant that the Electronic Collaboration is composed of EIS, EJA, and ERKS. In particular, the results imply that the firms are able to accumulate relational knowledge base as well as to exchange information or knowledge, and to conduct joint activities through effort to further expand the Electronic Collaboration. Secondly, we have verified the individual effects of the relational and the environmental determinants on the Electronic Collaboration. Product Complexity has been revealed as the most influential variable affecting the Electronic Collaboration. Next, Interorganizational Trust and Technological Uncertainty, in that order, have been seen to have significant effects on the Electronic Collaboration. In other words, when products or services seem to be difficult to standardize, and the core technologies seem to rapidly change, the need for the Electronic Collaboration increase. In addition, the observation dictates that the interorganizational trust turns out to be a critical variable in building a relationship and in seeking further collaboration. The results, further, illustrate that the environmental determinants are relatively more effective than the relational determinants, which is not consistent with a few prior researches relational determinants emphasized. It is because this study doesn't consider the size of the firm. A few researchers have given an emphasis on the relational determinants like trust and influence, especially from the perspective of small firms in interorganizational relationship. However, in our study, where all the sizes of the firms are contained, electronic collaboration is considerably affected by the environmental determinants.

욕구-현실 충돌 상황에서의 주체성의 역할 (The Role of Relational Agency in a Need-reality Colliding Situation)

  • 본 연구는 한국인이 보이는 욕구-현실 충돌에서 나타나는 극복 노력 현상(불굴의 의지)을 한국인의 문화적 특성으로 설명하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 자신의 욕구와 현실 간의 충돌이 발생한 상황에서 개인의 주체성 정도에 따라 그 상황을 대하는 행동 양식이 달라지는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 총 217명의 참여자가 온라인 실험에 참여하였고, 최종적으로 156명의 데이터가 분석되었다. 참여자는 주체성 척도에 응답한 뒤, 상충적 요소가 존재하는 의사결정 시나리오에 노출되었다. 시나리오는 집 구매와 결혼식장 계약 시나리오였고, 각 시나리오에서는 중요하게 여겨지는 두 개의 가치가 시장에서 서로 상충되도록 설정되었다. 참여자는 해당 시나리오를 읽고 각 가치에 대해 스스로가 원하는 수준을 입력하였다. 그 뒤, 시나리오 속 대리인이 참여자가 원하는 수준의 후보지를 찾지 못한 상황을 접하게 된다. 이후, 참여자는 스스로 자신이 직접 나서 추가적인 노력을 할 의향에 대해 응답하였다. 연구 결과, 참여자의 주체성 정도는 추가적인 노력 정도에 정적인 관계를 나타냈다. 또한 현실 한계를 초과하여 원하는 수준(기대 불일치)의 정도는 주체성을 통제한 상태에서 추가적인 노력 정도에 대해 비선형(역 U형)의 영향력을 나타냈다. 나아가 주체성과 기대 불일치 간의 상호작용효과가 유의하였다. 구체적으로 주체성이 낮은 개인은 기대 불일치 정도와 종속변인 간의 관계가 유의하지 않았으나, 주체성이 높은 개인은 기대 불일치 정도와 종속변인 간의 비선형 관계가 유의하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 욕구-현실 충돌 장면에서의 한국인의 심리적 특성(주체성)의 역할과 기능에 대해 논하였다.

  • Accounts of the development of a successful construction project often stress the importance of team relationship, project environment and senior management commitment. Numbers of studies carried out in the past decades indicate there needs to be a change of culture and attitude in the construction industry. In order for a turn around in the industry, relational contracting approaches have become more popular in recent years. However, not all relational contracting projects were successful. This paper details the fundamental principles of relational contracting. It further reports findings of a research currently taking place in Australia, how effective is relational contracting in practice. The problem addressed in this research is the implementation of relational contracting: • Throughout a range of projects • With a focus on client body staff The context within which the research was undertaken is: • Empowerment, regional development and promotion of a sustainable industry • The participating organisations have experience of partnering and alliancing • Success has been proven on large projects but performance is variable • Need has been identified to examine skill sets needed for successful partnering/alliancing The practical rationale behind this research is that: • Partnering and alliancing require a change of mind set - a culture change • The Client side must change along with contracting side • A fit is required between organisation structure and organisation culture Research Rationale: The rationale behind this project has been to conduct research within participating organisations, analyse, rationalise and generalise results and then move on to produce generic deliverables and "participating organisation specific" deliverables. This paper sets out the work so far, the links between the various elements and a plan for turning the research output into industry deliverables.

물류기업의 관계특성이 협업 및 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impact of Relational Characteristics in Logistics Firm on Collaboration and Performance)

  • 공급사슬관리에 관한 많은 선행연구들이 지속적으로 공급사슬성과의 향상을 위해서는 협업이 필요하다고 주장하고 있다. 본 연구는 물류기업의 관계특성, 협업, 성과 간의 인과관계를 밝히는 것이며, 특히 관계특성과 성과 간의 관계에서 매개변수로서 두 종류의 협업(운영적 협업과 전략적 협업)에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 분석을 위해 물류기업 164개의 자료가 사용되었으며, PLS를 이용해 구조모형을 분석하였다. 분석결과 신뢰성, 정보공유는 운영적협업에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 운영적 협업은 공급사슬 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 거래지속의지와 정보공유는 전략적 협업에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 전략적 협업은 공급사슬 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 관계 특성과 공급사슬성과 사이에는 운영적 협업이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

지각된 관계적 지원이 한·중 대학생의 기업가적 동기에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Perceived Relational Supports on Entrepreneurial Motivation of Korean and Chinese University Students: Focused on mediating role of self-efficacy)

  • 중국 사람은 세계에서 가장 기업가적인 단일민족으로 알려져 있으며 중국의 경제성장은 수많은 기업가들이 창업한 벤처기업들에 의해 견인되고 있다. 전 세계적으로 기업가정신과 청년창업활성화의 중요성이 강조되고 있는 시점에 본 연구는 미래의 잠재기업가들인 한국과 중국 대학생을 대상으로 대학생의 기업가적 특성을 살펴보기 위하여 진행하였다. 특히 본 연구는 청년창업활성화와 밀접한 관계가 있을 것으로 기대되는 가족, 친지들의 역할에 초점을 맞추어 분석해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구결과들을 바탕으로 가족, 친척, 지인 등으로부터 제공되는 지각된 관계적 지원이 대학생들의 창업에 대한 자신감을 보여주는 자기효능감과 기업가적 동기에 영향을 주는가를 살펴보았다. 또한 대학생들의 창업에 대한 자기효능감이 관계적 지원에 의해 기업가적 동기에 매개효과를 갖는지 함께 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 표본은 원광대, 백석대, 숭실대 그리고 단국대 등 국내 네 곳 대학으로부터 268부, 중국은 광조우대학교로부터 259부를 확보하여 분석에 이용하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 지각된 관계적 지원은 한국과 중국 대학생들의 기업가적 동기에 모두 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 관계적 지원은 양국 대학생들의 자기효능감에도 유의한 정의 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 자기효능감은 한국과 중국 대학생들의 기업가적 동기에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 자기효능감은 한국의 경우 완전매개효과를 보인 반면 중국은 부분매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구결과에 대한 논의 및 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The Effect of Ideal Avatar on Virtual Brand Experience in XR Platform

  • Purpose: This study aims to verify whether avatars that embody different brand concepts offer different experiences to users. Furthermore, this study explores the relationship between user identification with avatars and their actual brand purchase intentions. Research design, data and methodology: The research design employed a between-subjects approach, with two independent variables: brand concept and avatar. The measured dependent variables were brand experience in extended reality (XR) and purchase intention. Additionally, brand attitude served as a control variable. Results: First, in virtual brand spaces with symbolic benefits, ideal avatars were found to elicit higher levels of brand experience than actual avatars. Specifically, participants reported elevated levels of entertainment and relational assembly experiences in symbolic brand spaces. Second, this research reveals that the relationship between users' identification with avatars and their intention to make actual brand purchases is mediated by brand experience in XR. Conclusions: The findings suggest that ideal avatars evoke higher levels of brand experience within symbolic brand spaces, particularly in entertainment, relational connection, and a sense of community. Furthermore, this study establishes the role of brand experience in XR as a mediator between avatar identification and purchase intentions.
