Recently, nuclear power plants have been testing for application of wireless communication system to improve communication easier. Improving the availability of communication in NPPs, plant operation ability and good communication have contributed to the lower reactior trip frequency. In these regards, the possibilities of improvement in communication systems are reviewed detail. Especially, we reviewed the wire communication system, facility effect, regulation and new technologies. In this paper, we described the application of wireless in NPPs by studying EMI/RFI, EMC effect.

정보통신산업은 대규모 설비투자, 자연독점성, 망의 부성이 지배적으로 나타나고, 공급 및 수요의 잠김효과와 쏠림현상이 크며 기술의 혁신정도가 매우 크다는 규제의 대상이 되어 오고 있다. 그러나 최근 정보통신업은 다각적인 측면에서 급변하고 있다. 이러한 급격한 재반 변화는 규제자체에 대한 재고의 여지가 있고, 경쟁상황평가에 대한 근본적 인식의 전환이 요구되는 것이다. 본 고는 규제의 시발점이라고 할 수 있는 시장의 정의, 관련시장의 경쟁상황 평가와 시장지배적사업자 선정에 이어 규제옵션 및 규제수준을 설정하는 합리적 방향에 대해서 서술하고 있다.

전력계통의 주파수는 전력의 수요와 공급량의 평형상태에 따라 수시로 변동하며, 각 발전소에서는 이 주파수를 입력 신호로 사용하여 발전기의 출력을 제어하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서 운영하고 있는 한 개스터빈 발전소의 터빈제어 시스템을 모델로 하여 주파수 추종성에 영향을 미치는 파라미터들을 분석하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 주파수 추종성을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제시하였으며, 현장에 적용한 결과를 통해 제안된 주파수 추종성 향상방안의 타당성을 검증하였다.

Fairchild Green Mode off line buck switch for low standby power consumption and high reliability is presented. By reducing operating current and optimizing switching frequency, 20mW power consumption is achieved. High performance trans-conductance amplifier and green mode function improve the ripple and regulation in the output voltage. The conventional $FPS^{TM}$ buck and novel Fairchild buck switch are compared to show the improvement of performance. Experimental results are showed using 2W evaluation board.

Recent issues in the automotive industries are, improvement of fuel efficiency according to the worldwide $CO_2$ regulation, passenger safety through enhanced crashworthiness, superior design and cost reduction due to price fluctuation of raw material. To meet these demands, steelmaking companies are developing advanced high strength steel and new process technologies such as hydroforming, TWB(Tailor Welded Blank), hot stamping and so on. In addition, eco-friendly and high corrosion resistant coating technologies are getting more attention to comply with the environmental regulations. In this paper, reviews and prospects of recent coating technologies for automotive use are presented.

By study on the paterns of intake according to regulation of neal among men and women in seoul, Eating habits′ improvement in quality can be encouraged. The study shows that the more regular meal the group have, the fewer they eat out and less instant food they have. Additionally, they are less likely to have an unbalanced diet, and make "kimchi" in their own way, and keep and follow their own menu. Also, this group leads a rregular life and takes a 3 - minute walk. In nutrition, they have taken lessons about nutrition, and know a need of those lessons. So they practice what they learn better compared other groups.

There are considerable reports that the expression of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ) is related to ovarian regulation and oviductal development in poultry. Korean Native Ogol Chicken (KNOC) have been inbred to keep a pure line so that there has been limitation in the improvement of egg productivity by genetic studies. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the early egg productivity of KNOC pre-selected by IGF-Ⅰ expression. (omitted)

The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve damaged forest in rural area in terms of both landscape . quality and regulation. Mountain and forest cover 65% of total land in Korea, and the shortage of areas for developing housing, road and facilities made us to use forest area for above purposes. This led various types of damages on the sensitive rural landscape visually and ecologically. There are rules and regulations for decreasing damaging effect by constructions on forest area, but it was not so effective because theses rules focused on quantitative issues only. This study will consist of three phases, 1. analyse landscape damage types by development tendencies in forest area 2. find diminution plan on each damage types 3. set improvement on rules and regulations both qualitatively and quantitatively. This study will meet the goal of improving and managing rural and forest landscape by providing objective standards, rational procedure and amelioration plan.

본 논문에서는 솔비톨을 연료로 하는 고체로켓의 총체적인 성능향상에 중점을 두었다. 동체의 형상과 로켓모터의 그레인 및 케이스설계, 회수장치 등의 관점에서 새로이 설계된 로켓과 선행으로 제작되었던 로켓을 비교하였다. 각 구성품의 실험을 통한 데이터 비교를 통해 설계 개선하여 질량비를 향상시키고, 안전규정의 범위를 벗어나지 않는 로켓을 설계하였다.

According the high growth of Korean economy, there are many changes in our life recently. As life quality is improved, the standard of construction is strengthen and subdivision. However, in many steps through which it passes until a building is planned, designed, constructed and completed, there are lots of problems among the law related architecture. Especially, there are many statutes which must be checked related to building permits and much wastes time and money in review because of overlapping laws related architecture. Furthermore, there are limitation of computerization and shortage of human power of administration in architecture. In this study, we propose six improvement programme of administration service in architecture. Through these program, civil applications like housing and economic condition could be improved consistently.
