A Study on the Willing-To-Pay on Modification Methods of Residents Registration Number System (주민등록번호제도 개편방안에 대한 국민들의 불편비용 : 주민등록번호 변경 방안에 대한 지불의사액 분석)

  • In 2015, Constitutional court of Korea declared that the Resident Registration Act was unconformable to Constitution. Therefore, the Resident Registration Act have to amend the article before 2018 for allowing to change one's Resident Registration Number. The most expensive cost to change one's Resident Registration Number System is the uncomfortable cost of changing the Number. This study invests the uncomfortable cost of changing the Number by Willingness to pay Method. In result, the cost of changing all 13 numbers would \ 160,000, the cost of changing 7 numbers would \ 108,000, and the cost of making Second Registration Number would \ 110,000. This result could be used to analyze the B/C ratio of changing the Resident Registration Number System.

  • In this paper, SQL statements are analyzed to improve database performance in the current course registration system. The performance of the current database was measured through the execution plan of the SQL statements used in the transactions related to the course registration. Through the SQL analysis, the complemented SQL statements confirmed the improved performance. Overall, the performance of the course registration database system was improved through the analysis of the execution plan, and some improvement methods of the course registration SQL were shown as test results. The improved method is to reorganize the tables and index tables related to the course registration through database tuning, and utilize the SQL function to implement an optimized system that has evolved into a course database system with improved performance. The enrollment system re-adjusted by the proposed method showed excellent results in terms of performance compared to the previous enrollment system, and the integrated performance test result reduced the response time by 1.8 to 18 times.

  • 법률행위로 인한 부동산물권변동의 성립요건인 부동산등기는 부동산이라는 재산의 물권변동관계를 등록하는 매우 중요한 업무이고, 또한 부동산과 관련한 권리관계와 상황이 실체관계와 일치하도록 명확히 공시하는 것을 목적으로 하는 제도이다. 이러한 등기업무가 그동안 종이등기부에 기초한 수작업인 관계로 부동산 거래가 증가할 경우 처리기간의 장기화와 천재지변에 따른 문서훼손 등을 막기 위한 대처방안이 절실히 요구되는 시기에 정보통신기술의 급격한 발전과 함께 사법부의 정보화 추진 노력으로 2002년 전자등기업무 시스템이 구축되면서 종이등기부가 전자등기부로 전환되었다. 그러나 세계적으로도 큰 사업이었고, 공간적 제약의 최소화와 대국민 서비스의 품질의 극대화 차원에서 성공적으로 잘 운영되고 있는 부동산전자등기 업무에 있어서 다양한 정보를 제공받지 못한 관계로 인한 손해, 등기공신력과 전자등기신청 시 공인인증서 보안문제 등이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 문제점을 파악하고, 철저한 보안을 통한 위험성을 차단하고 국민들에게 신뢰와 편의성이 제공될 수 있는 효율적인 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Performance Evaluation of Zone-based Registration in COMA Mobile Communication System (CDMA 이동통신 시스템에서 영역기준 위치등록 방법의 성능분석)

  • In this paper, we evaluate the performance of zone-based registration. First, we propose a mobility function for single zone-based registration. And we establish the circumstances of multiple zone-based registration, which is based on the mobility function for single zone-based registration, and perform simulation programs for the circumstances. Using the simulation results, we obtain optimal N, the number of multiple zones which minimizes signalling traffic in radio channels. Results show that in most cases optimal N is 2. Multiple zone-based registration has less signalling traffic in radio channels than single zone-based registration and zone-based registration must be implemented as multiple zone-based registration.

An Evaluation of The Vital Registration System in Korea (한국 인구동태통계 작성에 대한 평가)

  • Problems concerning the vital registration system and its management, errors and methods to adjust them in the vital registration data in Korea have been studied. It is found that birth and death registration rates were above 95% in 1994. The registration rates rose rapidly since 1970 due to 1) simplification of registration form, 2) improving accessibility by allowing registration at the current residence, 3) enforcing fine against non-registration, and 4) improvements in social security system. However, there should be some continuing efforts for further improvement of the vital registration system. The content error in the data could be substantially reduced following the rapid rise of the registration rates in the 1980s, though this has never been actually studied. There are still substantial registrations with false date of death. The false date of events may affect the computed vital rates specially when the registration rates are rapidly rising. Especially the death rates of the young can be seriously affected. A study on the data in the 1970s shows that death of age between 3 to 19 has been over-registered up to 67% compared with the expected. It is a serious matter that some researchers analyze the registration data without adjusting the errors. It is strongly recommended for the Government Statistical Office to undertake a study on the registration behavior of the people.

Study on the Perception of Animal Registration System of the Companion Animal Owners : Focusing on the Pet Attachment Type of Small Dog Owners (반려동물 양육 소비자의 동물등록제 인식에 관한 연구 : 소형견 양육자의 애착유형을 중심으로)

  • The aim of this study was to identify the awareness of the animal registration system, as well as to determine if there is a difference according to the types of pet attachment of consumers raising companion dogs. For this purpose, 250 data were collected by conducting an online survey and analyzed the data using SPSS 24.0. As a result of the study, pet attachment was identified as a companion attachment and emotional attachment. According to the form of attachment to dogs, the consumer types were categorized into three groups: type of simple cohabitation(25.6%), type of close companion(30.4%), and type of strong bond(44.0%). It was found that there are statistically significant differences in the relationship between the recognition and registration of the animal registration system for each consumer type. In addition, there were statistically significant differences in the perception and preference of the animal registration system depending on the type of consumer. This study has significance in that it suggests the effective direction of developing the consumer-oriented animal registration system.

  • The purpose of this study is to find good references for the administration & operating system of Korea Architects License Examination. It is because we may predict to discuss with its system to develop the international level. To achieve this goal, the 'Architect Registration $Examination^{(R)}$($ARE^{(R)}$)' in the USA was selected and analysed as one of the role models.   • If Network에서 mobility의 보장은 효과적인 network 동작을 위해 중요하다. Mobile IP와 SIP를 사용할 경우 MH가 위치변경 시 마다 MH로부터 먼 곳에 위치할 가능성이 있는 MH의 Home network내 Home Agent나 Redirect Server에 registration을 수행해야 하는데 이 경우 이전 subnet에서 새로운 subnet으로의 registration이 완료되기 전까지는 correspondent node에 대한 연결성을 잃어 버리게 되어 이로 인해 발생되는 Packet 손실과 delay 생기게 된다. 이런 Registration Problem을 효과적으로 해결하기 위해 Presence System을 이용한 효율적인 network architecture를 제안한다.

  • It has become the information medium that mediate between individuals of marketing with the new information media that use of the Internet in accordance with the progress of the IT industry- real estate marketing, real estate leasing, real estate auctions, etc. The real estate registration services should be disclosed to outside that include a schedule details the public book-register and problems caused by it should be reasonably resolved by handling a large amount of real estate registration work quickly, accurately handling to utilize Information Technology(IT) through the information system construction as the feature to process the information of register entries. Computerization of real estate registration will raise the efficiency of the registration as well as people can see the information related to real estate on the basis of published content without limitation the time and place and will pursue the ideal and reliability of the registration -web accessibility improving of the Internet Registry and permanent storage of preserving documents by electronic means. It is very large that impact on the real estate transaction if the accuracy of legal registration choosing formalism in the processing of real estate registration business through the Internet than written application is highly probable to occur incorrect registration. Also, It is necessary to manage it effectively -if you do not quickly and exactly respond to it, there is problems such as delays or poor registration service because real estate business activated and real estate registration services also increased sharply. In this paper, we will identify the problems of the real estate registration work and suggest improvements about it.

  • To improve the reusability and interoperability of GIS components, we propose the registration/retrieval agents, which can search the locating of users' frequently used components in not only the GIS domain but also other spatial information technologies such as GPS, ITS, RS and FM. The registration/retrieval agents increase the reusability through the GIS component based development under distributed GIS components environment and enables the rapid setting of application on the web. Moreover, users can understand easily the information of GIS component and have the effective investment, timeliness and reliability while they have less maintenance effort by agent. In order to design and implement this system on web, HTML and ASP (Active Serve Page), and JAVA were used.
