In this paper, we present a solution to the problems caused by using only text - based information as an index element when a commercialized missing person indexing system indexes missing persons registered in the database. The existing system could not be used for the missing persons inquiry because it could not formalize the image of the missing person registered together when registering the missing person. To solve these problems, we propose a method to extract the similarity of images by using OpenCV image processing and TensorFlow deep - running image processing, and to process images of missing persons to process them into meaningful information. In order to verify the indexing method used in this paper, we constructed a Web server that operates to provide the information that is most likely to be needed to users first, using the image provided in the non - regular environment of the same subject as the search element.

Recently, according to development of wired and wireless networks, contents production of user-defined changes a environment producing contents that it get out of manufactured contents offered by mobile telecommunication company. This paper propose a system proposing and registering a contents service provider of mobile telecommunication company for user-defined mobile contents production and transmission. We propose a system using web hosting service for user-defined mobile contents production and solution for system and transmission for contents production of a person and enterprises.

An ERD-TOF system is constructed for the nondestructive depth profiling of light elements in thin films in the range of several thousand angstroms. The particles, recoiled by 10 $MeV^{35}Cl$ projectiles, were detected by a Time-Of-Flight spectrometer composed of a MCP (Micro Channel Plate) and a SSB (Silicon Surface Barrier) detector. A two parameter data acquisition system composed of two PC's was constructed for registering simultaneous time and energy signals. A $Si_3N_4$/poly-Si/$SiO_2$/Si sample was anlayzed and the result is compared with RBS. The detection limit, maximum probable depth and depth resolution for light elements in silicon are about $4\times10^{14}atoms/\textrm{cm}^2$, 5, 000$\AA$ and 100$\AA$, respectively.

Game Designs & Developers that system designs improve, the product and the change of tasks to all developers are essential in achieving On-Line Game project. Existent On-line Game project management designs supper the definition and the change of project activities, and configuration management designs support version check, workspace management, build management, etc. In this paper, the proposed Design defines Game component based development process model, and achieves recording of process progression, processing the request of change, reporting the progression of each task, product registering and change, version recording, artifact or form search, etc. using UML. Furthermore, study on the stake holders get the systematic management and standardization by sharing information that are necessary in Game design & development and configuration management in distributed environment using the system integrated management design.

XKMS(XML Key Management Specification), one of XML Security specification, defines the protocol for distributing and registering public keys for verifying digital signatures and enciphering XML documents of web service applications with various and complicate functions. In this paper, we propose XML Key Information protocol service model and implements reference model of protocol component based on standard specification. Also describes the analysis and security method of Key Information Service(XKIS) for Secure XML Web Service,paying attention to the features of XML based security service. This protocol component supported includes public key location by given identifier information, the binding of such keys to edentifier information. This reference model offers the security construction guideline for future domestric e-Business Frameworks.

Several universities in Korea are beginning studies related to soft stamping processes but since the studies are done with manual works thus systematic tests can't be performed due to difficulties in producing reproducible and repeatable fine patterns. Therefore, the phenomenon of destruction of the pattern forms of elastic polymers occurred during working because of inconsistent printing pressures and pinting time and there have been difficulties in maintaining flatness or producing uniform and fault-free fine structures in pinting large areas and also, there have been difficulties in multi-layered processes as patterns were changed by contacts in registering and errors in alignments. The purpose of development of this technology is to improve the process of soft lithography so that contacts between PDMS stamps and metal coated substrates in order to develop a stamp printing device that can not only shorten but also optimize processes, secure reproducibility and repeatability and is advantageous in printing large areas. Also, using this technology, this author is to develop equipment technologies and applied technologies for nano grade pattern printing processes with new concepts based on fine contact printing processes in order to apply them to diverse nano pattering processes.

Tangible Space Initiative (TSI) is a new framework that can provide a more natural and intuitive Human Computer Interface for users. This is composed of three cooperative components: a Tangible Interface, Responsive Cyber Space, and Tangible Agent. In this paper we present a Tangible Tele-Meeting system in TSI, which allows people to communicate with each other without any spatial limitation. In addition, we introduce a method for registering a Tangible Avatar with a Tangible Agent. The suggested method is based on relative pose estimation between the user and the Tangible Agent. Experimental results show that the user can experience an interaction environment that is more natural and intelligent than that provided by conventional tele-meeting systems.

As the Internet technology of things is developed, a variety of things Internet devices are emerging. Manufacturers of such Internet devices are registering with the IFTTT to control the device so that the user can use the service. However, most object Internet devices are controlled by smartphone applications, so when a manufacturer uses different devices, many applications should be installed and used. In this paper, we design a smart home service remote control that can control various smart home devices in cooperation with IFTTT automated service platform.

Life table of Korean population for years 1983 1985 1987 and 1989 were constructed byt the National Bureau of Statics. The ago specific death rates were calculated froom the death registral ion for numerators and the estimated population by age and sex for denominators. In the course of constructing life tables, we have maole some adjustments for deficiencies in regist rat ion olata as follows. First, the non-registered portion oof infant deaths especially for neo-natal deaths was estirnateol and added too the original data. The main reason is that deaths occorring in the neo-natal period and prior to the registrat ion of birth leave little incentive for the registration of either the birth or the death. Second. t he do~hayed p(ortioon of deaths registering after one year of occurrence was estimated and added too the original data. Third t the ptortioon haying in, occuracies in ,~oge reporting was also estimated. Fourth the moving average methood was finally employed in an effort too remove the random error. The major fin(hings are as foolloows. 1. the average life expectancy at birth in 1989 is calculateol as 70.8 years in 1989, 2. a gap netween the male and female life expectancies is widened to more than 8 years toorm 1.8 years in 1906 10. It means that the female life expectancy has increased substantially, 3. the death rates of the middle - aged men starting age 40 are found to he relatively higher than those of females and younger age groups. This peculiar pattern was also found with the comparison of those of other countries.

In spite of the convenience and cost-effectiveness of an electronic document management system the paper-type documents still should be stored for a comparison against the original documents. In this paper, for the efficient management of paper documents, we designed and implemented a document management system using smart devices equipped with NFC(Near Field Communication) technology. To implement the proposed system we designed a database for document management and developed an Android application for smart device using Eclipse 3.0 and Java programming. Whenever we touch the smart phone on the NFC tags which are attached to the paper-type documents and document boxes, it is possible to registering, searching and carrying in and out services for documents and boxes. This study provides smart phone users with systematic, economical and convenient paper-type documents management functions, and thus enhances the business efficiency.
