We investigated the neural correlates of accurate eyewitness memory retrieval using functional near-infrared spectroscopy. We analyzed oxygenated hemoglobin ($HbO_2$) concentration in the prefrontal cortex during eyewitness memory retrieval task and examined regional $HbO_2$ differences between observed objects (target) and unobserved objects (lure). We found that target objects elicited increased activation in the bilateral ventrolateral prefrontal cortex, which is known for monitoring retrieval processing via bottom-up attentional processing. Our results suggest bottom-up attentional mechanisms could be different during accurate eyewitness memory retrieval. These findings indicate that investigating retrieval mechanisms using functional near-infrared spectroscopy might be useful for establishing an accurate eyewitness recognition model.

Camp Page, To minimize the negative impacts such as the contraction of the local economy and the reduction of community activities, it has designated Baekdudaegan as protect area since September 2005, also the Korea Forest Service has implemented Support Project for National Income. However, the fundamental purpose and linkage called protection of Baekdudaegan is in lacking status, also various problems were also corrected such as indiscretion business application. For this, the purpose of this research is to provide improvement method by analyzing the problems of support project for national income of Baekdudaegan through a literature research and questionnaires of the responsible officers. First, as the research results, the strengthening sense of responsibility for Baekdudaegan supporting project for National by developing the local nationals as the Baekdudaegan's protection and management agent. Second, think the local nationals as the part of Baekdudaegan and there is need for development of system that can keep income as well as culture with community. Third, By constructing governance that the local nationals and administrations can cooperate, the area activation shall be realized through the Baekdudaegan's symmetric protection and management. The research like this, ban be used as base material of business promotion that consists area development and nationals of development restricted area while protecting the Bekdudaegan later.

The commerce and industry of Busan was developed because of good geographical conditions with harbor. After passing its settling-down and diffusing time, Busan has grown in the trade city. Busan has lost the competitive power of the port city since 2000, because of the weakness of its economic power which is caused by the secession of manufacturing industry and the decrease of resident population and foreign tourist. In order to overcome these weaknesses, it is necessary for Busan to take the innovative strategy for the activation of marine tourism. This goal can be achieved by the strong quality of the port city, the coastal terrain, the traditional industry and the international traffic. The aim of this paper is to explore the Innovative Strategy for the activation of marine tourism in Busan and to suggest the following proposal. First, the government must decide the base of marine tourism under the geography viewpoint of the coast and sea, and develope tourism resources after analyzing the identity of marine tourism base. Second, the core part along the selected bases of marine tourism must be constructed the tourism terminal as the landmark of Busan in order to concentrate foreign tourist. Third, after each base of marine tourism must become the resort for tourists, they are able to experience the activity of marine tourism in this resort. Therefore, each base must be specialized. Fourth, each base must be connected with the route of marine tourism Fifth, in order to overcome the off-season of marine tourism, winter tourism goods such as skates, skis, artificial sea-bathing pool, artificial swimming beach, artificial sled, artificial rock wall of coast, hot spring resort of salt water are required to be developed in the center of marine tourism base.

Purpose: We aimed to evaluate the trauma volume and performance indicators during the first 5-year period of operation in a single regional trauma center. Methods: We analyzed prospectively collected data from the Korean Trauma Data Bank for a single regional trauma center between January 2014 and December 2018. More than 250 variables were analyzed. We calculated the predicted survival rates using the trauma and injury severity score (TRISS) method. Results: In total, there were 16,103 trauma admissions during the first 5 years; trauma activation was performed in 5,105 of these cases. Over 70% of the patients were men, and most of the admitted patients were within the age groups of 55-59 years for men and 75-79 years for women. Analyses were performed considering two patient groups: the total patient group and the group of those with severe trauma (injury severity score [ISS] >15). The median ISS, revised trauma score, and TRISS of the two groups were 5 (interquartile range [IQR] 4-10), 22 (IQR 17-27), and 7.6±0.99 and 6.74±1.9, 0.95±0.13, 0.81±2.67, respectively. Of the total patient group, 801 patients (5%) died in the hospital, whereas of the group of patients with ISS >15, 526 (19.5%) died. The direct transportation of patients to the regional trauma center increased year by year. The emergency room stay time and time to entering the operating room showed a decrease until 2017; however, these parameters increased again in 2018. Conclusions: The trauma volume in the regional trauma center is appropriate, and some improvements could be observed after its establishment. However, performance indicators reveal the prematurity of the trauma center and its potential for further improvements. Moreover, the development of a national trauma system, beyond regional trauma centers, is required.

This study aims to find implications for urban economic regeneration strategies of local initiative by analyzing of promoting regional strategic industries, both Seongnam and Goyang in terms of regional industrial policy, institution and specialized service agency. The main results based on the case studies are as follows. First, It is a top priority to formulate the policy direction, such as selecting strategic industries and prepare means for improving it. It should keep reliability and continuity for inducing economic units. Second, It is necessary to consider the effectiveness and diversity of institutions. The institutions to be formalized by municipal ordinance and rules for making the successful implementing system of policies. It is necessary to implement strategic industry policy linked with the central government or public organizations for expanding of a diversity of policies. It is necessary to change in viewpoint on the deregulation and tax break for the private sectors as inducements to achieve the regional economy activation. Third, It is necessary to introduce the specialized service agency to improve an effectiveness and efficiency of institutions and accelerate a network within economic units.

In this paper, the plan to invigorate regional marine tourism is discussed. The southwest area of Jeonnam province is famous for its beautiful islands and seashore line which has richness and variety of marine life. A solution of tourists increment by leisure sports utilizing islands and coastline will be proposed MTB tournament held at islands that has historic backgrounds and scenic beauty and its effect on influx of tourist were tracked first. Next application of mud flats boot around seaside and connection with experience program of seaside village were also examined. These activities will contribute to development of marine tourism and increase of income for regional people.

In this study, the effects of $Ca^{2+}$ and cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) on microsomal triglyceride (TG) transfer protein (MTP) activity were investigated in rat liver. MTP activity was high when liver contained low levels of cAMP, which was induced by administration of glucose, or high levels of total $Ca^{2+}$ and TG. However, MTP activity increased by high levels of $Ca^{2+}$ and TG was reduced in a dose-dependent manner by treatment with dibutyryl-cAMP (db-cAMP), a cAMP analogue. Conversely, when homogenates of liver from normal rats, with low levels of total $Ca^{2+}$ and high levels of cAMP, were incubated with thapsigargin, a $Ca^{2+}$-inducer, MTP activity was increased in a dose-dependent manner compared to control. Therefore, our results suggest that high levels of $Ca^{2+}$ cause hypertriglyceridemia through the elevation of MTP activity, as opposed to high levels of cAMP, which suppress MTP activity and inhibit hypertriglyceridemia.

As the importance of Culture Technology (music, publication, mobile, film, video, cartoon, animation, character, game, broadcasting etc) is increased, the field of character industry recently has been recognized as an independent brand value beyond the existing view point of simple designing; it also has been given much attention as a main axis leading the cultural industry of the 21 st century. The character of a local government plays roles such as a symbolic part of a region, parts of tourism and public relations, and a profit-making function, which results into generation of regional image and activation of regional economy. However, the present application strategy of the character is only limited to an early stage of regional advertisements. In this context, this study is aimed to investigate and analyze the character development of local governments, especially 31 cities and goons of Gyeonggi Province, comparing with those of local governments of Japan. In the long run, this will provide some suggestions for strategy of character applications. Then, this research is expected to be used as basic reference materials for character development of other local governments and government agencies.

Smart City is the regional innovation platform that actively utilizes information and communication technologies to diversify city services and improve the performance and quality, hence improving the quality of life and creating new trends of urban activities. Recently, the importance of citizen participation is increasingly emphasized to build smart cities successfully and the Living Lab, an open innovation platform led by users, is taking center stage as a means of realizing it. Accordingly, this study aims to establish the plans for popularizing living labs that provide innovative environments for domestic smart cities. To this end, first of all, political trends related to domestic smart cities' living labs were analyzed, and then, individual characteristics and development processes of the relevant cases were investigated. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with the experts of specialized agencies from Netherlands, Finland, and Denmark, etc. which are considered as leading countries in smart cities' living labs. As a result, in order to popularize living labs in domestic smart cities, the following policies were proposed; establishing support systems for commercialization and dissemination, building intermediary support organizations, improvement of laws and institutions, establishing the joint response systems with neighboring areas, etc.

Through 'Local Theme Science Museum' aid program that is one of emphasis promotion strategic project by 2007 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan', raises status of scientific technique by national core ability because all people expand base that understand and support scientific technique, and forms a social atmosphere which is scientific technique is important which scientific technique can be spread widely on national life and society whole, and proceeds target that expand local science museum facilities by a base of local science culture spreading and popularization. Accordingly, to plan balanced regional development and utilize to an advanced base of local science culture spreading because offer a science culture experience opportunity to local inhabitants, 'Local theme science museum' project is doing for that establish more 100 science museums for national.public.private institution in whole country until 2012 year. Support 39 projects to 2008 from 1999 thereby, in January, 2009, 13 'Local theme science museum' is opened and operated. This study examined arrangement preferentially about 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan' that is background of 'Local theme science museum' project. Since surveying science museum which is on opening and operation at the present and analyzed actual conditions and facilities and investigated specification necessity and direction of 'Local theme science museum'. Hereafter, to seek plan for propriety of project by characteristic and difference of 'Local theme science museum' is purpose of this study. Now, need set and promotion of following specification direction for right activation of proceeding 'Local theme science museum' by each area. First, differentiation of theme and justifiability of building, Second, propriety of site position, Third, maximization of synergy effect by mixing concept of 'Specialized Economic Zone for Regional Developmental Policy' and Ecomuseum's 'Theme center'.
