북한의 문화유산 관리 현황 연구 - 지방의 유적 관리 사례를 중심으로 - (Research on the current conditions of cultural heritage management in North Korea - an example of the management of provincial sites -)

  • 남북관계의 진전을 위한 수단이자 한반도의 역사와 문화를 연구하는 데 필수적인 자료라는 점에서 남한 사회에서 북한 문화유산에 대한 관심이 점차 높아지고 있다. 그에 따라 북한 소재 문화유산 자체를 넘어 그것의 관리 상황을 파악하고자 하는 시도가 꾸준히 이루어지게 되었다. 그러나 기존 연구의 대부분은 주로 법령을 통해 북한 문화유산의 관리양상을 파악하고자 했는데, 법령만으로는 북한의 문화유산 관리 현황을 파악하는 것은 한계가 있다. 따라서 그에 접근하기 위해서는 기본적으로 법령이 실제로 어떻게 적용 및 준수되는지, 그리고 법령에서 규정하지 않는 여러 부분들이 실제로는 어떻게 운영되고 있는지에 대해 면밀한 조사가 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 현행 <민족유산보호법>을 통해 북한의 문화유산 관리 체계를 검토하고, 비교적 최근까지 북한에서 역사유적감독원으로 근무하였던 탈북 인사를 섭외하여 인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 이를 통해 확인된 문화유산 관리 조직의 편제, 인력, 업무, 예산 등을 <민족유산보호법>의 내용과 비교함으로써 북한의 문화유산 관리의 실제에 접근하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 본고는 법령에서 확인할 수 없는 지방의 문화유산 관리 조직의 편제나 업무 등을 파악함과 동시에 내용이 모호했던 일부 조항의 시행 양상도 확인하였다. 그 과정에서 북한 문화유산의 열악한 관리 환경도 확인할 수 있었다. 다만 본 연구는 특정 지역 및 역사유적에 한정된 북한의 문화유산 관리 사례라는 점에서 이를 북한 전체로 확대 적용하는 것은 곤란하다. 따라서 북한 문화유산 관리 현황을 보다 객관적이고 정확하게 파악하기 위해서는 다양한 층위의 자료를 수집하고 종합 및 교차 검증하는 것이 요구된다.

고려의 원시영역 유목초지, 그 부르칸(불함)이즘과 한국축산의 비전 (Burqanism from the Origin of the Pastoral Nomadic Koryo Region and the Vision of Korean Livestock Farming)

  • Khori(高麗) refers to the Chaabog(reindeer) that live on lichens(蘚) on Mt. Soyon(鮮) in which pastures are the cold and dry plateau of North Eurasia. Thus, the origin region of the Khori or Koguryo that are the ancestors of the reindeer-herding pastoral nomads(馴鹿 遊牧民) can be said to be the Steppe-Taiga-Tundra pastoral areas of North Eurasia and North America. When the pastoral nomads moved on to the great mountain(大山) zone of the Jangbaek(長白) to the Baekdu(白頭) Mountains, they could have been in contact with pastoral farmers or agricultural farmers living there and they became the farmers remaining on agricultural farms. They were the Koryo people, the ancestors of Korea. Staying in one place, they gradually forgot the origin of their reindeer-herding pastoral nomadic history in the Northwest area of Mt. Soyon, the small mountain(小山) zone of the Steppe-Taiga-Tundra pastoral areas. In other words, they lost their identity as reindeer-herding pastoral nomads when they entered the agricultural area after leaving the pastoral area. However, since their basic genes had already formed when they lived on the cold and dry plateau of North Eurasia, it is possible to study their pastoral nomadic history focusing on 'the minority living in the broad area(廣域少數)', by utilizing highly advanced biotechnological science and focusing on genes and information technology innovation, and removing various past hindrances in research. Therefore, it is not so difficult to restore the reindeerherding pastoral nomadic history of the Koguryo(高句麗) people and secure their pastoral nomadic identity, of which the first steps have already been taken into their historical stages. The Eurasian continent and the Korean peninsula, especially the cold and dry plateau of North Eurasia and the Korean peninsula have been closely related to each other ecologically and historically. They can never be a separate space at all. The Eurasian continent lies horizontally east to west and thus, the continent forms an isothermal zone. Also, since the time of producing their own foods, it was relatively easy for people with their technology to move to other places owing to the pastoral nomadic characteristic of mobility. Unlike the Chungyen(中原) region, western Asia and the regions covering the Siberia-Manchu-Korean peninsula where food production revolution was first made were connected to the Mongolian lichens route(蘚苔之路: Ni, ukinii jam) and steppe roads. Although the ecological conditions of nature have changed a bit throughout a long history, it was natural for the many tribes in North Asia living on the largest Steppe-Taiga-Tundra area in the world to have believed 'the legends related to animals in relation to their founders and ancestors(獸祖傳說)'. Assuming that Siberian tigers and the tigers living on Mt. Baekdu were connected ecologically and genetically because of the ecological characteristics of the animals, and their migration from plateau to plateau, we would suspect that the Chosun(朝鮮) tribe living on Mt. Baekdu were ethnically and culturally more closely connected to the farther removed Ural-Altai tribes that lived on the cold and dry plateau region than to the Han(i14;) tribe who lived in Chungyen(中原) that was close to Mt. Baekdu. More evidence is the structure of the Korean language which has the form of 'Subject + Object + Verb', which is assumed to have originated from the speedy lifestyle of the reindeer-herding pastoral nomads. The structure is quite different from that of the Han(漢) language, which is based on agricultural life. Also, it is natural for reindeer riding reindeerherding pastoral nomads or horse-riding sheep-herding pastoral nomads(騎馬, 羊遊牧民) to have held military and political power over the region and eventually to have established an ancient pastoral nomadic empire in the process of their conquest of agricultural regions. The stages for founding global empires in the history of mankind maybe largely divided into two, in terms of ecological conditions and occupations. They are the steppes and the oceans. Of course, the steppe-based empires were established based on the skills to deal with horses and the ability to shoot arrows while riding horses, along with the use of iron ware in the 8th century BC. The steppe-based empires became the foundation for an oceanic empire, which could have been established by the use of warships and warship guns since the 15th Century. Based on those facts, we know that Chosun, Puyo(夫餘), and Koguryo are the products of a developmental process of pastoral nomadic empires on the steppes. Maybe we can easily find the pastoral nomadic identity of the Koguryo more than we expected when we trace the origins and history of the Korean tribe living in the pastures located in the northwest area of Mt. Jangbaek by focusing on pastoral nomadic mobility and organization just as we have investigated the historic origins of Anglo-Saxons in America by focusing on the times before the 15th Century. In the process, we should keep in mind that English culture originated from the Industrial Revolution and was directly delivered to the American continent, although America was far from England and was not an intermediate point on long sojourns either. Further, American culture came back to England in a more advanced form later. The most important thing currently to be resolved is to cause Koreans to look back on their own history in a freer way of thinking and with diverse, profound, and sharp insight, taking away the old and existing conventional recognition that is entangled with complicated interests with Korean people and other countries. The meanings of Chosun, Khori, and Solongos have been interpreted arbitrarily without any historic evidence by the scholars who followed conventional tradition of fixed-minded aristocrats in an agricultural society. If the Siberian cultural properties of the stone age, the earthenware age, the bronze age, and the iron age are analyzed in such a way, archaeological discovery will never be able to contribute to the restoration of the Koguryo's pastoral nomadic identity. One should transcend the errors that tend to interpret the cultural properties discovered in the pastoral nomadic regions as not being differentiated from those of agricultural regions and just interpret them altogether from the agricultural point of view. A more careful intention is required in the interpretation of cultural properties of ancient Korean empires that seem to have been formed due to mutual interactions of pastoral nomadic and agricultural cultures. Also, it is required that the conventional recognition chain of 'reverse-genes' be severed, which has placed more weight on agricultural properties than pastoral nomadic ones, since their settlement on agricultural farms was made after the establishment of their ancient pastoral nomadic empires. There is no reason at all to place priority on stoneware, earthenware, bronze ware, and iron ware than on wooden ware(木器) and other ware which were made of animal skins(皮器), bones and horns(骨角器), in analyzing the history in the regions of reindeer or sheep pastures. Reading ancient Korean history from the perspective of pastoral nomadic history, one feels strongly the instinctive emotions to return to the natural 'mother place'. The reindeer-herding pastoral nomadic identity of the Koguryo people that has been accumulated in volumes in their genes and hidden deep inside and have interacted organically could be reborn with Burqanism(Burqan refers to 不咸 in Chinese), which was their religion by birth and symbolized as the red willow(紅柳=不咸). The mother place of the Koguryo's people is the endless vast green pastures of North Eurasia and North America, where we anticipated the development of Korean livestock farming following the inherent properties in the genes of the reindeer-herding pastoral nomads with Korean ancestors. We anticipate that the place would be the core resource that could contribute to the development of life of living creatures following the inherent properties of their genes and biotechnological factors. In other words, biotechnology used for a search for clues on the well-being of humans could be the fruit brought by Burqanism of the Koguryo people and the fruit of the globalization of Korean livestock farming. It is the Chosun farmer in China come from the vast nomadic reindeer pastures of North Eurasia that resolved the food problem of a billion Chinese people with lowland paddy rice seeds (水稻) by transforming Heilongjiang Province(黑龍江省) into an oceanic lowland paddy rice field(水田). Even Mao Tse-tung(毛擇東) could not resolve the food problem by his revolution campaigns for tens of years. Today is the very time that requires the development of special livestock farming following the inherent properties of the ancient Korean reindeer-herding pastoral nomads that respected the dignity of life on the cold and dry plateau of North Eurasia and the America continent. I suggest that research should be started from the pastures of the Dariganga Steppe in East Mongolia that was the homeland of Hanwoo(韓牛) and the central horse-herding steppe place(牧馬場) of Chingis Khan's Mongolia. The Dariganga Steppe is awash with an affluent natural environment for pastoral nomadic living however, the quality of life of the pastoral nomads there is still low. I suggest we Koreans, the descendents of the Koguryo, should take our first steps for our livestock farming business project and develop the Northern nomadic pastures, here at the pastures of the Dariganga Steppe, which is the Mongolian core place of state-of-the-art technology for military weapons.

텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 지역 특성 기반 도시재생 유형 추천 시스템 제안 (Suggestion of Urban Regeneration Type Recommendation System Based on Local Characteristics Using Text Mining)

  • 현 정부의 주요 국책사업 중 하나인 도시재생 뉴딜사업은 매년 100 곳씩, 5년간 500곳을대상으로 50조를 투자하여 낙후된 지역을 개발하는 것으로 언론과 지자체의 높은 이목이 집중되고 있다. 그러나, 현재 이 사업모델은 면적 규모에 따라 "우리동네 살리기, 주거정비지원형, 일반근린형, 중심시가지형, 경제기반형" 등 다섯 가지로 나뉘어 추진되어 그 지역 본래의 특성을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 국내 도시재생 성공 키워드는 "주민 참여", "지역특화" "부처협업", "민관협력"이다. 성공 키워드에 따르면 지자체에서 정부에게 도시재생 사업을 제안할 때 지역주민, 민간기업의 도움과 함께 도시의 특성을 정확히 이해하고 도시의 특성에 어울리는 방향으로 사업을 추진하는 것이 가장 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 도시재생 사업 후 발생하는 부작용 중 하나인 젠트리피케이션 문제를 고려하면 그 지역 특성에 맞는 도시재생 유형을 선정하여 추진하는 것이 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 '도시재생 뉴딜 사업' 방법론의 한계점을 보완하기 위해, 기존 서울시가 지역 특성에 기반하여 추진하고 있는 "2025 서울시 도시재생 전략계획"의 도시재생 유형을 참고하여 도시재생 사업지에 맞는 도시재생 유형을 추천하는 시스템을 머신러닝 알고리즘을 활용하여 제안하고자 한다. 서울시 도시재생 유형은 "저이용저개발, 쇠퇴낙후, 노후주거, 역사문화자원 특화" 네 가지로 분류된다 (Shon and Park, 2017). 지역 특성을 파악하기 위해 총 4가지 도시재생 유형에 대해 사업이 진행된 22개의 지역에 대한 뉴스 미디어 10만여건의 텍스트 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 텍스트를 이용하여 도시재생 유형에 따른 지역별 주요 키워드를 도출하고 토픽모델링을 수행하여 유형별 차이가 있는 지 탐색해 보았다. 다음 단계로 주어진 텍스트를 기반으로 도시재생 유형을 추천하는 추천시스템 구축을 위해 텍스트 데이터를 벡터로 변환하여 머신러닝 분류모델을 개발하였고, 이를 검증한 결과 97% 정확도를 보였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제안하는 추천 시스템은 도시재생 사업을 진행하는 과정에서 신규 사업지의 지역 특성에 기반한 도시재생 유형을 추천할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

지역사회 주민의 한약복용에 대한 의식 조사 연구 (A Study of Community Residents' Consciousness of Taking Herb Medicine)

  • This study was conducted to provide basic data for policy of Oriental medicine by analyzing community resident's consciousness of taking herb medicine and its related factors. Data were collected from 1478 residents from March 2, 2001 to May 31, 2001. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1) The rate of experience of taking herb medicine was 85.2%(88.2% of 'male'; 82.5% of 'female'). It appeared to be significantly higher in the groups of 'the married', 'housewife', and 'Buddhist'. As the age increased, so the rate of experience of taking herb medicine was significantly high. 2) In case of purpose of taking herb medicine, taking herb medicine as a restorative(66.8%) was much higher than taking it as a curative medicine. 3) 52.1% of the respondents satisfied with the effect of herb medicine. The groups of 'male', 'older age', 'residents in a big city', 'insurant in company', and 'the employed' showed significantly high rate in satisfying with herb medicine than the other groups. 4) According to the reason for preferring herb medicine, 36.7% of the respondents preferred herb medicine because the herb medicine was effective, while 27.8% preferred it because its side effect was low. 16.7% preferred it because persons around them recommended it. 5) 42.6% of the respondents did not want to take the herb medicine because the price of the herb medicine was high. Also 20.6% of the respondents did not want to take herb medicine because it is uneasy to take herb medicine. 15.8% did not want to take it because certain food should not be taken during the period of taking it. 9.4% did not want to take it because it tasted bitter. 6) In case of opinions on side effects of herb medicine, 40.8% of the respondents thinks that herb medicine is free from side effects, while 37.5% thinks that it causes side effects. There were significant difference in the opinions on side effects by sex, age, marital status, resident area, education level, occupation, and type of health insurance. 7) 60.7% of the respondents thinks the price of herb medicine is not resonable, while only 10.9% thinks it is resonable. 8) 45.2% of the respondents uses packs of decocted herbs although they think the packs of decocted herb are a little low effective because decocting herbs in home is bothersome. 45.2% uses packs of decocted herbs because they are convenient, being not related to the effect. 7.6% takes medicinal herbs after decocting them in a clay pot because they think the packs of decocted herbs have low effect. 51.9% does not know whether taking herb medicine in summer is effective or not because the effect is different according to their physical constitutions. 35.5% thinks that taking herb medicine is summer is effective because their physical stamina is weakened after sweated a lot, while 12.6% thinks that it is not effective because the effect of herb medicine disappears with sweat. 9) According to the level of satisfaction with Oriental medical care, the respondents marked $3.47{\pm}0.64$ points on the base of 5 points. It was significantly higher in the groups of 'male', 'the married, resident in a big city', 'highschool graduate', 'the unemployed', 'office clerk', 'growing up in a big city', 'insurant in region', and 'the middle class'. 10) According to the result of a regression analysis of factors influencing preference for herb medicine, the factors displayed significant difference by sex, age, education level, health status, and times of receiving Oriental medical care. As shown in the above results, the community residents satisfy with the effect of herb medicine. Therefore, the method of taking herb medicine without difficulty must be devised. The medicinal herbs in packages need to be included in health insurance coverage and resonable price of herb medicine must be set. Also, education program for community residents must be developed in order to provide right information in herb medicine. Therefore, related public authority, associations, and professionals must make efforts, forming organic cooperative system.

  • This study was conducted to provide basic data for policy of Oriental medicine by analyzing community residents' consciousness of taking herb medicine and its related factors. Data were collected from 1478 residents from March 2, 1999 to May 31, 1999. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. According to general characteristics of the subjects, 52.3% of the subjects was 'female'; 25.0% 'fifties of age'; 21.4% 'forties of age'; 20.9% 'thirties of ages'; 69.1% 'married'; 60.1% 'resident in a big city'; 12.1% 'residents in a small town or village'; 39.0% 'highschool graduate'; 35.9% 'above college graduate'; 23.4% 'housewife'; 23.4% 'professional' 34.1% 'Buddhist'; 81.1% 'middle class'. 2. The rate of experience of taking herb medicine was 85.2%(88.2% of 'male'; 82.5% of 'female'). It appeared to be significantly higher in the groups of 'the married', 'housewife', and 'Buddhist'. As the age increased, so the rate of experience of taking herb medicine was significantly high. 3. In case of purpose of taking herb medicine, taking herb medicine as a restorative(66.8%) was much higher than taking it as a curative medicine. Taking herb medicine as a curative medicine appeared to be significantly higher in the groups of 'male', 'thirties of age', 'resident in a town or village', 'above college graduate', 'professional technician', 'Christian', and 'the upper class'. 4. 52.1% of the respondents satisfied with the effect of herb medicine. The groups of 'male', 'older age', 'residents in a big city', 'insurant in company', and 'the employed' showed significantly high rate in satisfying with herb medicine than the other groups. 5. 올리고뉴클레오티드 칩(Oligonucleotide Chip)을 이용한 항결핵제 감수성과 관련된 Mycobacterium tuberculosis rpoB 유전자의 점돌연변이 판별 방법 (Detection of Point Mutations in the rpoB Gene Related to Drug Susceptibility in Mycobacterium Tuberculosis using an Oligonucleotide Chip)

  • 결핵환자에 있어 rpoB 유전자 염기서열 돌연변이로 인해 생겨나는 rifampin(RIF)내성은 화학요법치료에서 나타나는 다제내성의 표지자로서 많은 연구가 되어 있으며 rifabutin(RIB)은 이러한 RIF의 내성을 보이는 일부 점돌연변이에 대하여 감성 또는 내성을 보이는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 mycobacteria rpoB 유전자의 특정 DNA 서열(17 bp)을 고정한 올리고뉴클레오티드 칩을 개발하여 rpoB 유전자의 점돌연변이으로 인한 RIF과 RIB의 감수성을 조사하고자 하였다. 방법 : 사용된 올리고뉴클레오티드 칩은 RIF 내성 프로브 및 RIB 감성 프로브를 포함하도록 고안되었으며, 각각의 돌연변이에 상응하는 야생형 프로브를 동일한 염기서열에서 선정하여 형광 시그날 세기의 직접비교에 의해 보다 정확한 탐지를 가능하게 하였다. 결과 : 15개의 임상 분리체를 검사한 결과 RIF 내성으로 밝혀진 돌연변이중 13개의 임상 분리체에서 RIB 감수성 돌연변이 종류를 판별할 수 있었다. 결론 : 올리고뉴레오티드 칩으로 rpoB 유전자에 대한 점돌연변이 연구는 결핵환자에 대한 RIF과 RIB 약제내성 유무를 판단케 함으로써 효과적인 화학요법치료를 가능케 할 것이며 기존 방법과 비교시 효율 및 재현성이 매우 높다고 판단되었다.

  • 연안 생태환경변화의 주요 지표로 이용되는 수온은 기온과 밀접한 상관관계가 있기 때문에 기온자료를 이용하여 기후변화에 따른 수온변화와 연안 생태환경변화를 추정할 수 있다. 기후변화는 기온 및 수온의 발생빈도 변화와 연안의 생태환경변화를 유발하기 때문에 기온과 수온의 발생 빈도분포 함수를 추정하는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 연안의 장기 기온자료를 이용하여 빈도분포함수를 추정하였다. 빈도분포 함수는 조위 분포함수 추정(Cho et al., 2003), 수온 분포함수 추정(Jeong et al., 2013) 등에 사용된 Bi-modal 형태의 분포함수를 이용 하였으며, 분포함수의 매개변수는 최소자승법으로 최적 추정하였다. 최적 추정된 매개변수는 기온자료의 기본적인 통계정보에 해당하는 평균, 표준편차, 왜도계수와 강한 상관관계를 보이고 있는 것으로 파악되었으며, 통계정보를 이용한 매개변수 추정공식의 RMS 오차는 5% 정도로 파악되었다. 한편 본 연구에서 제시하는 Bi-modal 분포함수는 전체적인 기온 분포양상을 적절하게 표현하고 있으나, 고온 영역의 급격한 빈도감소 양상 및 관측 자료의 분포에서 보이는 작은 첨두 재현에는 한계가 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

한반도 멧돼지 KIT 유전자의 유전적 변이와 신규 돌연변이 (Novel Mutation and Genetic Variation of the KIT Gene in Korean Wild Boars(Sus scrofa coreanus))

  • 포유동물에서 KIT 유전자는 우성 백색의 모색발현에 관여하는 후보유전자로서 mast/stem cell growth factor receptor를 암호화하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 한반도에서 서식하고 있는 야생멧돼지의 모색발현에 있어서 KIT 유전자의 유전적 변이를 확인하기 위하여 PCR- RFLP와 염기서열 분석을 수행하여 유전적 변이를 관찰하였다. 멧돼지 KIT 유전자의 exon17- intron 17 경계부위에 대한 NlaⅢ-RFLP 결과 splicing mutation이 없고, exon 19 상에서의 SNP C2678T에 대한 AciⅠ-RFLP 결과 역시 백색 품종들의 유전자형과는 다르게 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 멧돼지 집단 내 교잡에 의해 백모색의 자손이 출현하지 않음을 의미한다. 또한 exon 19과 exon 20에서 새로운 SNP들이 확인되었으며 이들 중 exon 20에서의 SNP A2760G는 아미노산의 변화(iso-leucine→valine)를 초래할 수 있으나 모색 발현과의 연관은 확인할 수 없었다. 돼지 KIT 유전자의 exon 19, 20과 intron 19 상에서의 새로 발견된 SNP와 splicing mutation의 존재 여부 등은 품종특이적인 양상으로 확인되었고, 이 같은 결과는 돼지에서 백색 모색 발현을 설명할 수 있는 좋은 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

머리뼈 형태학적 특성을 이용한 한국산 노루의 분류학적 고찰 (Taxonomic Revision of Variation in Skull Morphology of Siberian Roe Deer (Capreolus pygargus, Pallas, 1771) in South Korea)

  • 한반도에 서식하는 노루의 계통분류학적 위치는 아직까지 명확하게 정리되어 있지 않으며, 최근까지 내륙과 제주도 지역에 서식하는 노루 간 외부형태와 유전학적 차이가 있다고 여러 차례 보고되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 외부형태와 유전적으로 차이가 나타나 두 아종으로 여겨지는 내륙과 제주도 노루의 머리뼈 특성에 있어서도 차이가 있을 것으로 생각하고, 그 차이를 비교 분석하여 한국노루의 분류학적 위치를 좀 더 명확하게 규명하고자 실시하였다. 총 50개체의 성체 노루 머리뼈를 비교 분석한 결과 머리뼈최대길이, 뒤통수뼈관절융기-치조점사이길이, 머리뼈바닥길이, 머리뼈최대폭, 광대뼈사이폭, 눈확사이폭, 얼굴길이, 위어금니열길이 등에서 유의한 차이가 나타나 제주노루가 내륙노루 보다 머리뼈의 크기 및 형태가 작은 것으로 나타났다. 두개골의 형태는 노루 아종 간 차이를 결정하는 중요한 요소이며, 위도, 경도, 고도에 직접적인 영향을 받지는 않지만 이 요소들이 1차 생산자에 영향을 미쳐 먹이식물에 변화를 가져오고 노루의 먹이 선택과 연관되어 순차적으로 두개골 형태에도 영향을 미친다. 따라서 한반도에 서식하는 노루 두개골의 계량형태학적 특성을 비교 분석한 결과 내륙 노루는 아종인 C. p. tianschanicus와 비슷한 반면, 제주 노루는 시베리아노루 3아종 및 유럽노루와 확연한 차이를 나타냈다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 제주도 지역에 서식하는 노루의 경우 제주도에만 서식하는 고유종으로 아종 수준의 분류가 가능할 것으로 생각한다.

Atmospheric Aerosol Optical Properties in the Korean Peninsula

  • The radiative properties of atmospheric aerosol are determined by the mass and chemical characteristics, and optical properties such as aerosol optical depth (AOD), ngstr m parameter ( $\alpha$) and single scattering albedo (SSA). In particular these aerosol optical properties also determine surface temperature perturbation that may give some information in understanding the regional atmospheric radiative forcing. For understanding the radiative forcing and regional surce of aerosol, this paper summarizes and compares the aerosol optical properties results from and compares the atmospheric aerosol optical properties results from two different experiments: Anmyeon 2000 and Jeju 2001. Korea Global Atmosphere Watch Observatory (KGAWO) at Anmyeon island and ACE-Asia super-site at Gosan Jeju island have measured the radiations and aerosols since the year of 2000. The sites are located in the mid-west and south of Korea peninsula where it is strongly affected by the Asian dust coming from China region in every spring. Aerosol optical properties over both sites were measured through the ground-based sun and sky radiometers were analyzed for understanding the radiation and climate properties. Number concentration and chemical components of aerosol were additionally analyzed for the source estimation in the transportation. The frequency distributions of aerosol optical depth are rather narrow with a modal vaiue of 0.38 at both sites. However, the distributions of show one peak (1.13) at Jeju but two peaks (0.63 and 1.13) at Anmyeon. In the cases of Anmyeon, one peak around 0.63 corresponds to relatively dust-free cases, and the second peak around 1.13 characterizes the situation when Asian dust is presented. The correlation between AOD and resulted high correlation on the wide range with high values of optical depth at Anmyeon, otherwise a narrow range of with moderate to low AOD at Jeju. In dust free condition SSA decrease with waveleneth while in the presence of Asian dust SSA either stays neutral or increases slightly with wavelength. The change of surface temperature shows the stronger positive correlations with aerosol optical depth increase at Anmyeon than Jeju. In the chemical properties the aerosol are related to high concentrations in inorganic matters, SO$^4$, NO$_3$, CA2+ in fine and coarse.
