본 연구의 목적은 법학전문도서관의 기존사례 분석을 통하여 공간구성 특성을 조사, 규정하고 교육이념에 부응하는 법학전문도서관 특성을 반영한 계획안의 제시함으로서 법학전문도서관의 계획요소 및 디자인을 제안하고자 하였다. 법학도서관의 공간구성특성을 요약하면 (1) 접근성을 고려한 진입층의 공간구성 (2) 열람공간 이용자 중심의 열람실 공간구성 (3) 교육 및 연구 공간과 열람실의 연계성을 고려한 공간 구성으로 법학도서관의 특성을 규정할 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 한 법학도서관 설계 시 다음과 같은 디자인 쟁점사항을 도출하였다. 진입층 공간구성은 교육의 장소로서의 이용행태, 접근성과 연계성의 측면을 고려하여 공용공간과 함께 열람공간을 계획하여야 한다. 이용자 중심의 열람실과 서고의 공간구성이 계획되기 위한 방법으로는 일반열람실 또는 지정 도서실이 진입공간과 직접 연계되는 계획이 이루어 져야 된다. 교육 및 연구 공간과 열람실이 유기적으로 연결되어야 함에 따라서 코어를 중심으로 교육 및 연구 공간과 열람실을 수직적으로 연계하여 열람실과 교육 연구 공간의 연계성을 높이는 동시에 외부에서의 접근성도 고려한 계획이 되어야한다.

본 연구는 2018년 전국도서관통계를 활용하여 공공도서관 방문자수 및 자료실이용자수에 미치는 영향요인을 log-log 중회귀모형으로 분석했다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 과거, '지식과 정보의 저장 및 전파'가 공공도서관의 주된 기능이던 시대에 이용자 유치에 가장 중요했을 것으로 생각되는 장서수나 좌석수 등의 요소를 넘어 현재는 문화 혹은 평생교육 프로그램, 도서관 운영, 이용자활동 등의 차원에서 매우 다양하고 복합적인 요소들이 방문자 및 자료실이용자 유인에 영향을 주고 있다. 이는 이제 도서관은 책이나 자료, 시설 등의 하드웨어적 요소보다는 문화 프로그램, 이용자 교육, 행사, 예산, 회원수, 개관시간, 건물의 스타일과 노후도, 동아리활동 등의 소프트웨어적 요소에 이끌려 찾아가는 종합문화센터가 되고 있다는 것을 뜻한다.

공공도서관 이용자들의 정보요구를 파악하기 위하여 웹사이트에 제시된 요구 내용을 분석하였다. 이용자마당이라고 표시한 메뉴에서 이용자들의 정보요구를 나타내는 사항은 모두 조사하였다. 이 정보요구에는 개별도서관에서 제공하는 정보서비스에 대한 불만사항이나 건의사항으로만 제한되고 있는 약점이 있다. 데이터의 분석은 자료수집, 정보서비스, 대출, 디지털자료실, 열람실, 참고질의, 기타 등으로 구분하여 실행되었다. 이 연구결과는 개별 공공도서관의 정보서비스 개선에 도움이 될 것이며, 새로운 정보서비스를 개설할 때에도 참고가 될 것이다.

국내 도서관은 정보화 시대에 적응하기 위하여 이용자에게 컴퓨터 사용환경을 일찍부터 제공하였다. 하지만 오늘날은 컴퓨터 사용환경이 일반화되어 전자정보실에 대한 변화가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 문헌정보학과 학생 78명으로 하여금 직접 전자정보실을 이용해 보게 하여 이용에 편리한 점과 불편했던 점을 기술하게 하였다. 이용사례 결과를 분석하여 전자정보실의 바람직한 변화 방향을 찾고자 하였다. 그 결과 사서에 의해 제공되는 정보서비스에서 불만이 가장 많았고, 그 이외에 시설과 장비 그리고 공간 순으로 많았다. 이를 개선하기 위한 방안으로는 도서관에서 전자정보실의 기능을 명확히 하는 미션과 서비스 방향을 정확히 제시하여야 하고, 사서는 전자정보실이 디지털 자료와 아날로그 자료 그리고 정보통신 기술지원이 동시에 제공되는 현대화된 레퍼런스 룸으로 인식해야 할 것이다.

The Purpose of this study is to explore and analyse ways of enhancing the effectiveness of reference service through reference evaluation. Marketing research technique combined with pre-evaluation theory was applied in this study to find out information for practice the service based on current concept of reference service. Aims and results of this study can be summarised as follows: First, the evaluation of effectiveness of reference service should be conducted for the purpose of finding out the ways of increasing user's satisfaction. Second, the policy evaluation was understood as the appropriated evaluation concept. The policy evaluation in principle coincides with reference service in sense that the satisfaction of public should have priority and hence be the criterion of the evaluation. Third, marketing research based on recently developed 'marketing concept', which concentrates all its efforts to meet user's demand and attempt to acquire the information for better marketing management of non-profit organization such as library, is examined to find out the evaluation method practically applicable to the pre-evaluation of reference service. In this study , conjoint analysis was adopted as the method of pre-evaluation about reference service. The Reference Room of the Central Library Yonsei University, was selected as the arget sample to find out the expected condition for the maximization of the user's satisfaction from the reference service. Based on this example study, the analysis indicates as the most desirable combination for reference service in terms of the user's satisfaction is following condition: the younger librarian with aimable personality who displays willingness In his/her assistance, plus as the method of reference service, sufficient and practical introduction to the reference materials available, plus immediate and satisfactory result of the service, and finally a library equipped with inter-library use system.

본 연구는 대학도서관의 이용행태와 서비스의 혜택에 대한 인식이 이용자의 진술을 통해 가치가 도출되는 CVM을 적용해 측정한 도서관 서비스의 가치에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이용행태의 변인은 도서관 방문 이용, 도서관 웹사이트 이용, 소속도서관 의존도이며, 혜택인식의 변인은 수업 및 강의, 논문 및 연구, 취업 및 외부활동에 대한 혜택의 만족도이다. 대학도서관 서비스는 도서대출, 해외 및 국내 논문, 참고서비스, 이용교육, 열람실 이용 서비스로 나누어 WTP를 측정하였다. 이용행태에 관한 가설 검증 결과 도서관의 방문 이용이 도서대출, 해외 논문 이용, 참고서비스, 이용교육에 대한 WTP에 영향을 미치며, 소속도서관의 의존도가 대출과 이용교육에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대학도서관이 제공하는 혜택에 대한 인식에 관한 가설 검증에서는 수업 및 강의의 혜택에 대한 만족도가 열람실 이용에 대한 WTP에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

제7차 교육과정은 어린이의 개성과 창의성 개발을 중시하고 학생의 자발적인 활동과 디지털 자료를 활용하는 교수-학습 방법을 권장하고 있다. 학생 중심의 자기 주도적 학습이 강조되고 스스로 문제해결 능력을 배양하기 위해 컴퓨터와 정보통신기술의 패러다임을 기반으로 어린이도서관에서도 디지털 자료실의 이용현황과 이용자 만족도 및 요구사항을 분석함으로 향후 디지털 자료실 운영 시 고려할 사항을 제시할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2003년 2월에 개관한 노원어린이도서관 디지털 자료실을 대상으로 운영 및 이용 현황을 분석함으로써 어린이도서관 디지털 자료실의 효과적인 이용을 통한 운영시 고려할 사항을 제시하고 보다 적극적인 정보서비스를 제공하는데 토대를 마련하고자 한다. 2장에서는 어린이도서관의 개념과 어린이도서관 내 디지털자료실의 개념적 모델을 정립하고3장에서는 노원어린이도서관 디지털 자료실의 운영현황을 분석하고 디지털자료실 이용자초등학생 100명을 대상으로 이용현황 및 요구사항을 분석한다. 4장에서는 분석을 통해 나타난 이용현황 및 요구사항을 기반으로 어린이도서관 디지털자료실 운영 시 고려해야 할 사항을 제시하고 결론을 맺고자 한다.

본 연구는 학교에서 얻어지는 교사들의 생활상담 경험을 바탕으로 상담사례 공유를 통하여 학생상담의 효율성 증대를 위한 생활상담 시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 이 시스템은 관리자 모듈과 사용자 모듈로 구성되어 있으며 교사간의 상담사례 공유를 통한 보다 효과적인 상담을 돕는데 목적이 있다. 사용자 모듈은 여러 교사들의 상담내역 검색 및 입력, 자유 토론실, 자료실 등을 이용할 수 있게 되어 있으며, 관리자 모듈은 자료 관리와 회원 관리 기능을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study was to present design direction of a unit plan in elderly housing. In order to perform the above purpose, this study was organized into two sections. First, literature review to understand the relationship between late adulthood development and housing environment, unit plan of elderly housing and design needs. Second, questionnaire and field survey research to seek a design direction of unit plan. Statistics were frequency, percentage, mean and crosstabulated analysis. The major findings were summerized as follows ; 1) The size of ideal single room was 20.4$m^2$-28.5$m^2$, and the minimum size for the couple was 28.5$m^2$. 2) The entrance of each room must not be faced each other, in case of the corridor type building like YooDang village. 3) Spare heater which can be turned on anytime was requested in bathroom especially for wintertime or whenever elderly need more heat. 4) The minimum size of closet was 1.5m per single room and the ideal size of it is over 1.8m. 5) The platform ondol type bed was ideal type bed was ideal for Korean elderly.

Purpose: The ward division is a representative part of the hospital, where a variety of user activities are performed. Users can be broadly categorized as patients and carers, visitors, and medical staff (doctors and nurses). The relationship between these two is a major issue with ward planning as the patient's place of life centers around the hospital room and the task of the clinical workforce centers around the nursing station (NS). Against this backdrop, the study divides the ward units of the General Hospital of China into patient areas, medical team areas, supply areas, and public domain, with the focus on the ward areas affecting most significantly in the hospital patients. Methods: The theoretical advance studies of the standard ward unit are identified by the associated guidelines, articles, and documentation. Results: This study is a summary analysis of relevant regulations, reference literature, and drawing data from the target hospital. Further work is expected to be undertaken, including further surveys and observational surveys, to produce more detailed results. Implications: It is expected that the research in this paper will provide an effective reference for the future research of China General Hospital Ward department, so as to promote and improve the work system of China General Hospital Ward department.
