국가적 수준의 참고정보서비스 모형 및 가이드라인 요구분석 사례 연구 - 국립중앙도서관을 중심으로 - (A Study on Needs Analysis for the Reference Service Model and Guidelines at the National Level: A Focus on the National Library of Korea Case)

  • 본 연구는 국가적 수준의 참고정보서비스 모형 및 가이드라인 개발을 위하여 실무자 및 이용자의 요구를 파악하고 분석한 결과를 종합하여 주요 요인을 도출하는 것에 목적이 있다. 문헌 및 사례 조사를 통해 참고정보서비스 모형과 가이드라인 개발을 위해 고려해야 할 사항들을 탐색하였고, 이를 바탕으로 실무자와 이용자를 대상으로 참고정보서비스 관련 요구를 파악하고 분석하였다. 요구분석을 통해 주요 요인과 시사점을 도출하였고, 국가적 수준 참고정보서비스 모형 및 가이드라인 개발을 위한 방향성도 제언하였다. 본 연구는 국내 도서관들이 참고할 수 있는 참고정보서비스 모형 및 가이드라인 관련 주요 시사점과 개발 프로세스를 제시하였을 뿐만 아니라, 국가대표도서관인 국립중앙도서관의 참고정보서비스 모형 및 가이드라인 개발에도 직접적으로 기여하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Parameters affecting the seismic response of buildings under bi-directional excitation

  • The present paper investigates the influence of the orientation of the ground-motion reference axes, the seismic incident angle and the seismic intensity level on the inelastic response of asymmetric reinforced concrete buildings. A single storey asymmetric building is analyzed by nonlinear dynamic analyses under twenty bi-directional ground motions. The analyses are performed for many angles of incidence and four seismic intensity levels. Moreover three different pairs of the horizontal accelerograms corresponding to the input seismic motion are considered: a) the recorded accelerograms, b) the corresponding uncorrelated accelerograms, and c) the completely correlated accelerograms. The nonlinear response is evaluated by the overall structural damage index. The results of this study demonstrate that the inelastic seismic response depends on the orientation of the ground-motion reference axes, since the three individual pairs of accelerograms corresponding to the same ground motion (recorded, uncorrelated and completely correlated) can cause different structural damage level for the same incident angle. Furthermore, the use of the recorded accelerograms as seismic input does not always lead to the critical case of study. It is also shown that there is not a particular seismic incident angle or range of angles that leads to the maximum values of damage index regardless of the seismic intensity level or the ground-motion reference axes.

Reference String Recognition based on Word Sequence Tagging and Post-processing: Evaluation with English and German Datasets

  • Reference string recognition is to extract individual reference strings from a reference section of an academic article, which consists of a sequence of reference lines. This task has been attacked by heuristic-based, clustering-based, classification-based approaches, exploiting lexical and layout characteristics of reference lines. Most classification-based methods have used sequence labeling to assign labels to either a sequence of tokens within reference lines, or a sequence of reference lines. Unlike the previous token-level sequence labeling approach, this study attempts to assign different labels to the beginning, intermediate and terminating tokens of a reference string. After that, post-processing is applied to identify reference strings by predicting their beginning and/or terminating tokens. Experimental evaluation using English and German reference string recognition datasets shows that the proposed method obtains above 94% in the macro-averaged F1.

코사인 성분을 이용한 새로운 지문 기준점 검출 방법 (A New Fingerprint Reference-Point Detection Method Using Cosine Component)

  • A new reference point location method using the cosine component is proposed, where an edge map is defined and used to find the reference point. Because all processes used in the proposed method are performed at the block level, less processing time is required. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively detect the reference point with higher speed and accuracy for all types of fingerprints.

  • This study investigated the difference of reference price, preference and quality perception of high functional underwear according to innovation cues. High functional underwear was selected as a research stimulus due to its technological innovative characteristics. A total of 93 male university students participated as subjects and data were collected by simple random experimental design operationalized with three types of innovation stimulus cues. Two types of internal reference price perception-expected price and fair price, preference, and 9 items of product quality perception-8 functional properties and overall quality of stimulus were measured with a questionnaire. The result supported the difference of reference price and quality perception by product innovation cue. The higher cue level group perceived two types of reference price and the overall quality higher than the lower cue level group. The difference of the expected price and fair price, the influence of functional properties on overall quality, and relations of the variables were discussed in depth.

  • 본 논문에서는 전철 구동용 견인 전동기의 구동을 위한 과변조 영역에서의 NPC형 3-레벨 인버터의 출력전압 선형화 기법을 제안한다. 과변조 영역은 Modulation Index: MI에 따라서 2가지 모드로 나누었으며 과변조영역 I에서는 퓨리에 시리즈를 통한 기본파성분의 크기로 유도된 reference angle을 사용하였다. 과변조영역 II에서는 과변조영역 I과 같은 방법으로 holding angle을 구하여 사용하였다. 이 두 가지 과변조기법을 통하여 PWM 인버터 출력전압을 1펄스 모드까지 선형적으로 획득할 수 있다.

  • The objective of this study was to find variables related to materialism of university students in Korea and Japan. A questionnaire research method was conducted and 477 samples were selected. Korean university students have higher materialism than Japanese university students. Korean undergraduates are influenced by reference group, but Japanese university students are influenced by group identity. Materialism of Korean university students are influenced by nonmaterialism, reference group, perception of living level, self concept, pocket money, mother's job. Materialism of Japan university students is influenced by nonmaterialism, group identity, perception of living level, grade. The strongest predictor of materialism of Korean university students is nonmaterialism, followed by reference group. The strongest predictor of materialism of Japanese university students is nonmaterialism, followed by group identity.

레퍼런스 ST 셋과 다항식 근사를 이용한 ST 형상 분류 알고리즘 (An Algorithm for Classification of ST Shape using Reference ST set and Polynomial Approximation)

  • The morphological change of ECG is the important diagnostic parameter to finding the malfunction of a heart. Generally ST segment deviation is concerned with myocardial abnormality. The aim of this study is to detect the change of ST in shape using a polynomial approximation method and the reference ST type. The developed algorithm consists of feature point detection, ST level detection and ST shape classification. The detection of QRS complex is accomplished using it's the morphological characteristics such as the steep slope and high amplitude. The developed algorithm detects the ST level change, and then classifies the ST shape type using the polynomial approximation. The algorithm finds the least squares curve for the data between S wave and T wave in ECG. This curve is used for the classification of the ST shapes. ST type is classified by comparing the slopes of the specified points between the reference ST set and the least square curve. Through the result from the developed algorithm, we can know when the ST level change occurs and what the ST shape type is.

KOMPSAT-3/3A 기준영상의 기하품질에 따른 상호좌표등록 결과 분석 (Analysis of Co-registration Performance According to Geometric Processing Level of KOMPSAT-3/3A Reference Image)

  • 본 연구는 KOMPSAT-3 및 KOMPSAT-3A호에서 전처리 단계에 따라 구분하여 제공하는 Level 1R 영상과 Level 1G 영상을 이용하여 기준영상의 기하품질에 따른 상호좌표등록 결과 분석을 수행하였다. 기준영상으로 Level 1R 영상 및 1G 영상 각각을 사용하고 대상영상은 Level 1R 영상을 사용하여 상호좌표등록을 수행하였다. 실험을 위해 대전지역에서 촬영된 KOMPSAT-3 및 3A호의 Level 1R, 1G 영상 총 7장을 이용하였다. 상호좌표등록을 수행하기 위해, 우선적으로 특징기반 정합기법인 SURF (Speeded-Up Robust Feature) 기법과 영역기반 정합기법인 위상상관 (Phase Correlation) 기법을 함께 이용한 반복적 정합기법을 통해 두 영상의 기하학적 위치를 개략적으로 일치시켜 주었다. 개략적으로 일치된 영상에서 SURF 기법을 이용하여 정합쌍을 추출하고 Affine 변환모델과 Piecewise Linear 변환모델을 각각 구성하여 상호좌표등록을 수행하였다. 실험결과, 기하오차가 보정된 Level 1G 영상을 기준영상으로 선정하였을 경우, Level 1R 영상을 이용하였을 때보다 상대적으로 많은 수의 정합쌍을 추출하였다. 또한, 기준영상이 Level 1G 영상일 때의 상호좌표등록 RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) 값이 평균 5화소 미만으로 Level 1R 영상을 이용하였을 때보다 더 낮은 것을 확인하였다. 이는 상호좌표등록 수행 시 두 위성영상 간의 초기위치관계가 상호좌표등록 결과에 영향을 끼칠 수 있음을 의미하며, 기준영상의 기하품질이 우수할수록 안정적인 상호좌표등록 정확도를 나타내는 것을 확인하였다.

Simple Space Vector PWM Scheme for 3-level NPC Inverters Including the Overmodulation Region

  • This paper proposes a simple space vector PWM (SVPWM) scheme including overmodulation operation for 3-level NPC (Neutral Point Clamped) Inverters. The proposed scheme features a simple decision and calculation procedure for determining switching times in the overmodulation range by utilizing the duty calculation method used in 2-level inverters and the minimum phase error projection method widely employed in motor drive systems. The proposed scheme does not need to detect the angle of the reference vector or calculate trigonometric functions to determine the magnitude of the voltage vector. The magnitude of the angle of the new reference voltage vector is decided in advance with the help of the Fourier Series Expansion to extend the linearity of the output voltage of 3-level inverters in the overmodulation region. Experimental results demonstrate the validity of the proposed SVPWM scheme including overmodulation operation for 3-level NPC inverters.
