목적: 전투 경찰에게서 과도한 신체 활동 후 발생한 횡문근 융해증의 임상 양상 및 치료에 대해 알아 보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2004년 6월 1 일부터 2005년 5월 23일까지 운동이나 훈련 후 발생한 근육통 및 근육종창을 주소로 본원을 방문한 전투 경찰 중에서 횡문근 융해증이 의심되어 입원한 13명의 환자를 대상으로 혈액검사(CPK, CK-MB, AST BUN/Cr, Electrolyte) 및 임상 경과를 관찰하였다. 이 들은 모두 남자였고, 평균 연령은 20세 ($19\sim21$세) 였다. 발병 원인으로는 팔굽혀펴기 후 발생한 것이 7례, 축구 경기 후 발생한 것이 5례, 시위 진압 후 발생한 것이 1례였다. 이 학적 소견상 다양한 신체 부위에 종창 및 압통을 호소하였는데 전완부에 발생한 경우가 4례, 상완부가 3례, 견갑부가 1례, 하지가 5례였다. 횡문근 융해증의 진단기준은 내원 당시 임상증상과 함께 혈중 CPK가 1,000 IU/L이상인 경우로 하였고 약물 복용력이나 내과적 질환이 있는 경우는 대상에서 제외하였다. 모든 환자에서 99mTc-MDP 20mCi를 정맥주사 후 4시간에 bone scan을 시행하였다. 치료는 침상 안정가료 및 수액요법을 시행하였고 동통을 심하게 호소하는 환자에게는 부목고정을 실시 하였다. 결과: 전체 입원환자 13명의 평균 재원 기간은 20일 (14일$\sim$42일)이었고 내원 당시 급성신부전을 보인 1례를 제외하고는 수액 요법 및 휴식을 시행한지 평균 8일 (2일$\sim$11일) 후 혈액학적으로 CPK가 1000이 하로 감소되었으며 임상적으로도 뚜렷한 회복을 보였다. 급성신부전을 보인 1례에서는 혈액투석 및 수액요법을 시행 한 후 회복되었다. 결론: 심한 운동이나 훈련 후 부종 및 근육통을 호소하는 환자에서 운동 유발 횡문근 융해증을 의심하여 조기에 혈액검사 및 수액 치료를 시행하는 것이 중요하다.

과거 과학관은 단순히 수집품 전시와 관람객들이 직접 조작할 수 있는 체험에 그쳤지만 근래 과학관은 과학관에 대한 일반인 및 학생들의 높아지고 있는 교육적 기대를 충족시키기 위한 교육을 시도하고 있다. 즉, 도슨트를 양성하고 이를 활용함으로서 관람객들의 교육적 만족도를 높이는데 노력하고 있다. 도슨트는 다양한 관람객들에게 전시품 등을 설명하고 안내하는 사람으로 관람객들의 과학에 대한 이해도를 높이는데 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 과학관을 대상으로 도슨트 양성프로그램의 장단점을 파악하여 도슨트의 전문성을 위한 국내 도슨트 양성 방향을 모색하였다. 이 연구 목적을 위해 연구 대상으로 도슨트 활동과 도슨트 양성 프로그램이 진행되고 있는 국내 4곳과 국외 4곳을 선정하고, 이 연구대상으로부터 수집한 자료(도슨트 양성프로그램, 도슨트 양성 및 관리 책임자와 활동 중인 도슨트의 현장 인터뷰, 전자메일, 그 외 문서자료)를 분석하여 비형식교육기관인 과학관의 교육적 역할에 있어서 도슨트 양성과 운영이 국내 과학교육에서 얼마나 결정적인 의미를 갖는지 알아보았다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학의 대중화 목적을 위한 과학관교육의 활성화를 위해서는 관람객과 직접적으로 상호작용하는 도슨트를 일반적 자원봉사자와 차별화하여 모집 양성해야 한다. 둘째, 도슨트 전문성을 위해서 이론적인 전시내용을 벗어난 현장에서의 실질적인 전시해설 전략을 습득할 수 있는 경력 도슨트와의 멘토링을 통해 양성 및 전문 프로그램을 개발 및 운영해야 한다. 셋째, 도슨트 교육을 위한 교재가 개발되어 학교교육에서 실행하지 못하는 과학적 소양의 요소-전시물을 이용한 과학탐구 경험을 통한 과학윤리의 습득-을 과학관에서 경험할 수 있도록 도슨트의 전문화를 실천해야 한다는 것이다.

본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 문·이과 통합 교육과정의 운영 실태를 파악하여, 대학에서 강화 혹은 반영해야 할 전형 유형에 대한 분석과 입시 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 5명의 교육과정 전문가를 대상으로 운영 실태에 대한 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 심층 인터뷰 결과, 고교 생활의 내면을 들여다볼 수 있는 전형 도입과 명료한 입학전형 설계가 필요하며, 학생 선발 지표의 구체적인 기준 마련, 학습 활동과 관련된 심층 면접 확대, 평가역량 강화, 평가인력 충원 등이 요구됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 2015 개정 교육과정 활성화를 위해 학생부 종합 전형과 교과 전형을 확대시키기 위해서는 학생들이 얼마나 다양한 과목, 진로에 적합한 과목들을 내실 있게 수강했는지를 평가할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 지속적이고 적극적 역할 수행을 파악할 수 있는 대학만의 평가요소 및 평가 기준을 추출하고, 이를 객관적으로 판단할 수 있는 전형 설계가 요구된다. 이러한 연구 결과는 향후 공교육 활성화를 위한 대입 전형 정착에 기여함과 동시에, 대학에서 원하는 인재 선발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구의 목적은 한식당 경영자의 인적자원관리수행 수준에 따라서 고객만족(제품만족, 서비스만족)과 고객충성도에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 살펴보고, 고객만족이 고객충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한, 고객충성도와 재무성과 간의 어떠한 연관성이 있는지 살펴보고, 경영자의 인적자원관리와 재무성과 간의 어떠한 연관성이 있는지 살펴보는 것이다. 조사기간은 2012년 1월 2일부터 1월 17일까지 15일 동안 점심시간과 저녁시간에 진행되었다. 객단가 12,000원 이상의 대구, 경북지역 15개 한식당을 대상으로 실시하였고, 경영자 15부와 고객 336부가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과, 한식당 경영자의 신규직원교육 및 합리적인보상에 대한 인적자원관리수행 수준이 높은 경우 고객들이 지각하는 제품만족과 서비스만족수준이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났고, 신규직원채용, 신규직원교육, 업무성과평가에 대한 인적자원관리수행 수준이 높은 경우 고객들이 지각하는 충성도의 수준이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 제품만족과 서비스만족은 고객충성도의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 충성도와 재무성과는 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 경영자의 인적자원관리와 재무성과 간에도 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

인간의 수행 요소인 국소 근육의 피로는 만성적인 손상을 초래한다. 이 연구는 근전도의 진폭(amplitude)과 근력(muscle force)에서 피로의 영향을 WL과 NWL로 비교하여 조사하였다. 손목 굽힘근의 근력은 시간이 흐름에 따라 WL과 NWL 모두에서 감소되었다. 그러나, WL과 NWL는 시간 경과에 따른 근전도 진폭에서는 차이를 보였다. WL의 근전도 진폭에서는 운동 후 48분에 가장 높은 변화를 보였다. 이를 통하여 근전도의 진폭파 근력이 근피로에 중요한 인자임을 알 수 있다. 이 연구에서 WL은 높은 근전도 진폭을 적용했을 때와 같이 시간이 경과할수록 오랜 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 그것은 훈련을 통해 보다 많은 운동단위를 동원할 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 신경근 피로 정도와 이를 회복하기 위해 필요한 기간은 중요하다. 개인적인 훈련량과 적절한 근력 훈련계획을 위한 작업 - 휴식 반복빈도, 그리고 다른 성격의 집단에서 필요한 재활 지침서를 만드는 데 필요하기 때문이다.

SPIN90 was identified to farm molecular complex with $\betaPIX$, WASP and Nck. This complex shows that SPIN90 interacts with Nck in a manner dependent upon cell adhesion to extracellular matrix, but $SPIN90{\cdot}{\beta}PIX{\cdot}WASP$ complex was stable even in suspended cells. This suggests that SPIN90 serves as an adaptor molecule to recruit other proteins to Nck at focal adhesions. SPIN90 was phosphorylated by ERK1, which was, itself, activated by cell adhesion and platelet-derived growth factor. Such phosphorylation of SPIN90 likely promotes the interaction of the $SPIN90{\cdot}{\beta}PIX{\cdot}WASP$ complex and Nck. It thus appears that the interaction of the $SPIN90{\cdot}{\beta}PIX{\cdot}WASP$ complex with Nck is crucial for stable cell adhesion and can be dynamically modulated by SPIN90 phosphorylation that is dependent on cell adhesion and ERX activation. SPIN90 directly binds syndapin I, syndapin isoform II-1 and II-s via its PRD region in vitro, in vivo and also associates with endocytosis core components such as clathrin and dynamin. In neuron and fibroblast, SPIN90 colocalizes with syndapins as puntate form, consistent with a role for SPIN90 in clathrin-mediated endocytosis pathway. Overexpression of SPIN90 N-term inhibits receptor-mediated endocytosis. Interestingly, SPIN90 PRD, binding interface of syndapin, significantly blocks internalization of transferrin, demonstrating SPIN90 involvement in endocytosis in vivo by interacting syndapin. Depletion of endogenous SPIN90 by introducing $\alpha-SPIN90$ also blocks receptor-mediated endocytosis. Actin polymerization could generate farce facilitating the pinch-out event in endocytosis, detach newly formed endocytic vesicle from the plasma membrane or push out them via the cytosol on actin tails. Here we found that SPIN90 localizes to high actin turn over cortical area, actin-membrane interface and membrane ruffle in PDGF treated cells. Overexpression of SPIN90 has an effect on cortical actin rearrangement as filopodia induction and it is mediated by the Arp2/3 complex at cell periphery. Consistent with a role in actin organization, CFP-SPIN90 present in actin comet tail generated by PIP5 $kinase\gamma$ overexpression. Therefore this study suggests that SPIN90 is functional linker between endocytosis and actin cytoskeleton.

정보통신공학 분야는 국내 고교교육 과정에서 거의 다루어지지 않기 때문에 고등학생들이 이 분야의 내용과 진로를 알기 어렵고 관심이 부족하게 된다. 이 문제는 대학의 정보통신분야 학과들의 우수 신입생 유치 어려움을 가중시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 완화할 목적으로 대학과 고교 간의 새로운 진로연계형 R&E 모델을 제시하고 이를 기반으로 한 H대학과 P고교 간에 이루어진 최근 3년간 R&E (Research & Education) 프로그램 운영 사례를 소개한다. 본 프로그램에서는 고등학생들에게 정보통신공학 분야 문제의 설계 및 개발 경험을 제공하고 이를 매개로 하여 정보통신분야에 대한 관심을 유도하고자 하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 간단히 확인하고자 3년간 참여한 모든 학생들의 설문 조사와 일부의 인터뷰를 분석결과에 의하면, 76%의 학생들이 이 프로그램을 통해 정보통신공학에 대한 관심이 많아졌다고 응답하였다. 본 논문의 의의는 우수 이공 인재들이 정보통신 분야 전공을 선택할 수 있도록 하는 진로연계형 R&E 모델을 정보통신분야에서 최초로 제시하였다는 것이다.

In this study, we conducted field surveys to investigate and analyze species and length composition of catch from gape net with wings being set in two areas - Masari, Supomri - located in southern part of Jin-do for understanding fishing characteristics of gape net with wings fishery from March to September of 2011. And with those results, we attempted to propose fishery management strategy to harvest fisheries resources continuously. Catch obtained from field surveys comprised total 78 species, which accounted for 53 species of fish, 20 species of crustacean, 4 species of cephalopod and one of polychaete. As to species composition in weight, it showed that there was 88.5% for pisces, 9.0% for cephalopoda and 2.5% for crustacea. As to catch specifics by area, there was 36 species (596,891 individual, 456,551g) of pisces, 17 species (35,815 individual, 12,909g) of crustacea and 3 species (2,876 individual, 3,004g) of cephalopoda in Masari area. In Supumri area, there was 41 species (396,898 individual, 281,457g) of pisces, 15 species (16,113 individual, 7,772g) of crustacea and 4 species (6,792 individual, 72,329g) of cephalopoda and one polychaeta (36 individual, 11g). Catch of anchovy by month recorded on high level on June, July, September in both areas. When considering size composition by month, it was found that new populations recruit to these fishing grounds on June and September. Most of bycatch species including hairtail (Trichiurus lepturus), dotted gizzard shad (Konosirus punctatus), conger eel (Leptocephalous), Pacific sandlance (Ammodytes personatus), horse mackerel (Trachurus japonicus) were juvenile, and grass puffer (Takifugu niphobles), Kammal thryssa (Thryssa kammalensis), Japanese sardinella (Sardinella zunasi) were also small in size. As a result, it is considered that gape net with wings fishery which is likely to catch juvenile needs to be set fishing prohibit period for conserving above stocks during the period excluding main fishing periods of anchovy or fisheries management such as expanding mesh size for preventing juvenile catch.

Background: The survival outcomes for women presenting with early breast cancer are influenced by treatment decisions. In Malaysia, survival outcome is generally poor due to late presentation. Of those who present early, many refuse treatment for complementary therapy. Objective: This study aimed to explore the decision making experiences of women with early breast cancer. Materials and Methods: A qualitative study using individual in-depth interviews was conducted to capture the decision making process of women with early breast cancer in Malaysia. We used purposive sampling to recruit women yet to undergo surgical treatment. A total of eight participants consented and were interviewed using a semi-structured interview guide. These women were recruited from a period of one week after they were informed of their diagnoses. A topic guide, based on the Ottawa decision support framework (ODSF), was used to facilitate the interviews, which were audio recorded, transcribed and analysed using a thematic approach. Results: We identified four phases in the decision-making process of women with early breast cancer: discovery (pre-diagnosis); confirmatory ('receiving bad news'); deliberation; and decision (making a decision). These phases ranged from when women first discovered abnormalities in their breasts to them making final surgical treatment decisions. Information was vital in guiding these women. Support from family members, friends, healthcare professionals as well as survivors also has an influencing role. However, the final say on treatment decision was from themselves. Conclusions: The treatment decision for women with early breast cancer in Malaysia is a result of information they gather on their decision making journey. This journey starts with diagnosis. The women's spouses, friends, family members and healthcare professionals play different roles as information providers and supporters at different stages of treatment decisions. However, the final treatment decision is influenced mainly by women's own experiences, knowledge and understanding.

A Library is the fundamental character of culture in a country and it is also a barometer of culture in its community. Every cultural reality, however, can hardly come to fruition in a short time and so, it will be effected through a long time and tradition. This study aims at catching up how the above-mentioned public libraries have an influence on culture of its community people. For this purpose, the actual conditions of the public libraries have been investigated and analyzed and as a result of it, the problems have been reilluminated from the nation-wide point of view. And in the new changes, developing improvement measures have been tried to find. How to study was on the basis of the actual materials of the on the-spot survey, the interviews with the working officials and the response by way of questionnaire. Summing up the investigated and analyzed contents are as followings. In the above mentioned province, therefore, number of the public libraries are very limited compared with number of the people. And so, it is very essential to increase the public libraries in the province. In terms of the actual conditions, the public libraries lags far behind the other provinces in Korea from this library field. The present chronic conditions are the budgetary deficit, the collections insufficient to the legal minimal standards, the lack of professional librarians ignorance of the people and library managements by unprofessionals, etc.. This hinders the progress of the public libraries and to seculate them from the people. The improvements and the solutions to the above-mentioned problems are as follows. 1. To recruit the personnel sufficient to the legal standards and to reorganize the offices and to turn upward the highest class of librarian's position above the 4th class. 2. To secure collections sufficient to the legal standards and to strang then the extension services. 3. To organize the council composed of the chief librarians of the public libraries including the working chiefs in the province and to develop the works-in-hand of the libraries from the level of decision-making. 4. To organize the librarian training group and to study the working problems and to seek the qualified improvement of librarians. 5. The management of the public libraries in the province are, at present, der the Ministry of Education and the local government takes the financial power. So both should be shortly unified. 6. To do regularly the course of how to use library materials for the community people and to seek the inducement measures for the people through the various cultural events. 7. The public libraries organize the mutual cooperation networks and to seek the system automatized plans of free use of library materials and every library works. 8. To enlarge book mobile system actively and to infiltrate into the daily living of people deeply. Finally, what the present writer would like to speak to the chief librarians of the public libraries the human aspects of librarians should not be ignored no mater how excellent a library organization may be. In addition to this, the present writter is sure that the far-reached future of our library organization will depend on the librarians.
