This paper develops an ADWHM(Advanced Digital Watt-Hour Meter) which integrates and implements the voltage management data record function and the load management data record function in the electronic watt-hour meter. ADWHM is developed based on PIC16F874 which is 8bit micro-controller of RISK type for the easy of programing and maintenance, and electronic power signal processing module is located at front of it to reduce the computing load of processor. Also, a 16kbyte EEPROM is used to record the voltage management data and load management data for a week as well as watt-hour data and USART communication mode is used to transfer data from ADWHM to PC. The accuracy of the voltage and unt measuring for ADWHM is verified by identifying the LCD display values of the ADWHM after the voltage signals of id levels from digital function generator is applied to PT(Potential Transformer) and CT(Current Transformer) output under state which it is separated from real power line. On the its basic functions such as watt-hour data recording function, voltage management data recording function and load management data recording function was verified by showing data for three days among the collected data to PC by RS232C communication from ADWHM which was connected to real power lines for a week.

빅데이터, 인공지능 등 신기술 환경에서 LOD는 기록정보자원을 내외부의 다양한 데이터들과 연결되도록 할 것이다. 이러한 연결의 중심에는 상호연결(Interlinking) 기술이 존재하며, 상호연결된 LOD는 기록정보 개방을 데이터 개방(Open Data)의 최상위 단계로 실현할 것이다. 지속적으로 증가하는 기록의 양을 감안하면, LOD 구축 시 상호연결 알고리즘을 통한 자동화는 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구는 기록정보가 외부 데이터와 상호연결되는 구조와 상호연결 시 고려해야 할 기록정보의 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 국가기록원 CAMS 데이터의 샘플을 수집하여 기록정보 LOD를 구축한 뒤, 기록물 메타데이터의 인물정보를 DBPedia와 자동으로 상호연결하는 테스트베드를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 상호연결 자동화 프로세스를 확인하고, 자동화 기술의 성능과 정확도를 확인하였다. 그리고 테스트베드를 통해 얻은 시사점을 통해 기록정보 LOD 상호연결 과정의 고려사항을 파악하였다.

Many researchers have studied the characterizations of probability distributions based on record values. It appears from literature that not much attention has been paid to the characterizations of the Pareto distribution. In this note, some new results on the characterizations of the Pareto distribution by upper record values have been established.

Assistance for the quality assurance management and developers to provide high quality software products. Using a bug record keeping system is exceptionally important in software progress, and it is followed vastly by majority of software producing companies in modern era. Regular application of a bug record keeping system is very helpful in developing software systems. We developed this system which helps the software testing team to keep a complete record of their testing activities during the software testing, also increases your confidence in the software quality, class and worth. Our proposed system offers trouble-free and effortless approaches to acquire desired information about bug, also produces different kinds of reports like summary reports, detailed reports etc. It gives facility to create, delete and update any project. Our developed application system is designed by using visual c# at front end and sql server 2008 management studio express at back end.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) encourages effective information share and utilization among project participants during entire life cycle of facility. This paper presents a method that keeps track of the historical quality records involved in construction operations and facilitates using BIM. The method is coded into BIM based Quality Record Traceability (BIM-QRT) System that makes use of historical records obtained from database administrating construction operations. This study is of value to practitioners because the method makes clear the project participants' responsibility relative to the quality of each and every element of the facility. The main objective of this research is to develop an accurate, fully automated method for construction Quality Record Tracking by using a BIM along with construction operations data obtained by information technology. Test cases verify the usability and validity of the methods implemented in the system.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of agricultural management accounting information, education status, and policy demands through a questionnaire survey of advanced agricultural managers. These people are expected to play a key role in the changing agricultural environment in Korea. Based on survey results, several policy implications were derived for the advanced agricultural managers' agricultural management accounting information record activation. Survey results of 303 respondents identified that 63.4% of them record their agricultural management accounting information. The biggest reason given for not recording this information was lack of time for record keeping. The biggest problem was a 'lack of Question and Answer system'. In addition, 37.2% of the respondents were not aware of the current agricultural accounting guidelines. In terms of education, 71.3% of the respondents have completed course work in accounting and responded that an 'On-off parallel education system', which offers both online and offline classes, was the most effective method to prevent dropout. Respondents thought that agricultural management accounting records were helpful for the management of agriculture and their participation in government policies. They also thought that customized education programs should be further implemented for enhancing the effectiveness of education programs, and 'One-stop Question and Answer system on related web sites and organizations' is required for them to keep better records. The following policy implications can be derived from the survey results. First, interoperability between agricultural management accounting information recording programs is needed. Second, accessibility should be strengthened. Third, the education system needs to be improved. Fourth, voluntary participation should be encouraged. Last, the government needs to establish a post-verification system.

지방의회 기록물은 지방의회가 의결기능, 집행기관 견제 감시기능, 주민대표기능 등의 기능을 수행하는 과정에서 생산된다. 지방의회 기록물 중에서, 가장 핵심적인 기록물은 회의기록물이다. 지방의회의 본질적인 기능이 의원 개개인과 의원들로 구성된 회의체의 활동을 통해서 수행되며, 지방의 법률과 정책을 심의, 토론, 표결하는 의결기관, 회의기관이라는 점에서, 의사결정과정의 결과물이 회의기록물이기 때문이다. 이에 본 논문은 지방의회의 회의기록물의 가치와 중요성을 인식하고, 현 관리 현황을 파악하여 이를 토대로 제도적 측면과 기록물관리 국제표준인 ISO 15489를 준거로 한 주요 기록관리 단계별 측면으로 나누어 지방의회 회의기록물의 체계적인 관리를 위한 개선방안을 각각 제언하였다.

이 논문은 카나가와현(神奈川県)에 위치한 정령지정도시(政令指定都市) 사가미하라시(相模原市)의 기록관리 사례를 통해서, 일본의 기록공동체가 지역에서 '모범적인 기록관리 제도'를 만들어가는 과정과 주요 내용을 살펴보고자 했다. 구체적으로는 '자문기관'이라는 제한적 기능과 역할을 수행하는 기록관리 심의회 조직이 조례와 관련 규정을 정비하는 과정에서 시정 운영의 주요 거버넌스 조직인 지방자치단체의 '부속기관'이라는 조직을 적극 활용하는 과정을 정리하였다. 그리고 이 과정에서 기록관리가 이루어지는 각 단계에서의 관련 기록정보를 사회구성원들에게 적극적으로 제공되는 모습을 확인하였다. 이러한 사례는 '체계적 기록관리' 실현의 물적 토대인 아카이브가 부재한 한국의 기록관리 현실에서 기록공동체의 '실천적 전망'을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

생산현황통보는 국내 기록관리의 주요 성과이자 특징으로, 전 세계적으로 유례를 찾아보기 힘든 한국적 기능이다. 1999년 "공공기관의 기록물 관리에 관한 법률" 제정 당시, 법률에 생산현황통보 제도를 포함시키기 위한 여러 노력이 있었고, 2006년 법률개정 이후에도 여전히 그 기능이 존재하고 있다. 그러나 생산현황통보에 대한 시스템, 서식 등의 업무적 지원이 미비할 뿐만 아니라, 형식적인 기능으로 변질되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 생산현황통보 제도의 제정목적과 함께 현재 실무 현황 및 업무지원을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 우선 생산현황통보 제도 전반을 이해하고, 취지와 목적을 확인하기 위해 법률 제정 관계자와 생산현황통보제도를 집행하는 영구기록물관리기관 관계자와의 면담하였다. 제도를 실무 현장에서 수행하고 있는 현장의 기록물관리 전문요원과의 면담도 수행하였다. 이를 통해 생산현황보고에 대한 전문가 집단의 견해와 함께 상호간의 의견 차이를 확인하였고, 시스템을 통한 실무지원이 가능하도록 현재의 기능을 평가하고, 향후 개선점을 제안하였다.

This article introduces definition and theoretical background of the managing records for ISO 9000 compliance, especially, quality record management and describes the method of establishing efficient system for the control of quality records in engineering corporation. To establish the best control system of quality records, the organization must not only understand ISO Code requirements for quality record completely but also identify the documents to be controlled as a quality records correctly. This will provide the guidance which need to establish the system for quality control to the organization which produces documents in accordance with ISO Code requirements.
