  • This study explored the conceptual framework of dieticians' intentions to recommend functional food and the mediating role of consumption frequency. A web-based survey was designed using a self-administered questionnaire. A sample of Korean dieticians (N=233) responded to the questionnaire that included response efficacy, risk perception, consumption frequency, and recommendation intention for functional foods. A structural equation model was constructed to analyze the data. We found that response efficacy was positively related to frequency of consumption of functional foods and to recommendation intention. Consumption frequency also positively influenced recommendation intention. Risk perception had no direct influence on recommendation intention; however, the relationship was mediated completely by consumption frequency. Dieticians' consumption frequency and response efficacy were the crucial factors in recommending functional foods. Dieticians may perceive risks arising from the use of functional foods in general, but the perceived risks do not affect ratings describing dieticians' intentions to recommend them. The results also indicated that when dieticians more frequently consume functional foods, the expression of an intention to recommend functional foods may be controlled by the salience of past behaviors rather than by attitudes.

  • This study aimed to elucidate the information privacy attitudes and behaviors of users of size recommendation services based on body information. Focusing on the privacy calculus theory, the effects of information privacy concerns as well as perceived risk and benefit of information disclosure on information disclosure intention were analyzed. Consumers who used size recommendation services based on body information were surveyed from August 18 to 24, 2022. Analysis of the 251 responses collected revealed that information privacy concerns did not significantly affect information disclosure intention. Information privacy concerns had a positive effect on perceived privacy risk; however, perceived privacy risk had a negative effect on information disclosure intention, while perceived privacy benefit had a positive effect on information disclosure intention. Therefore, the privacy calculus theory confirms the existence of the privacy paradox, revealing perceived privacy benefit has a greater impact on information disclosure intention than perceived privacy risk.

We conducted a telephone survey with a structured questionnaire on the satisfaction and recommendation intention for specialty hospitals. Findings: In inpatients, hospital satisfaction was higher in nursing care services and hospital satisfaction was low in physicians care services. The overall patient satisfaction score was 91.4(SD=11.9) out of 100, and the intention of recommendation was 92.0(SD=14.1) out of 100. The factors affecting patient experience were designated fields, sex, age, residential area, monthly household income, and perceived health status. • Purpose - Recently, entrepreneurship education has been revitalized with interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship education is an educational service activity that is provided for entrepreneurship and individual start-up success within a certain period of time. According to previous studies on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship, the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education affects entrepreneurship and as a result increases entrepreneurship. In recent years, the number of female entrepreneurs has also increased as the number of entrepreneurial issues has increased. Based on previous studies, this research proposed the theoretical framework about the structural relationships among mentoring quality (career development, psychological social, role modeling), education satisfaction, recommendation intention and entrepreneurial intention. This study is to find out the possibility of attempting to create a theoretical basis for entrepreneurial mentoring education in entrepreneurship education program. Research design, data, and methodology - In this model, mentoring quality consists of three sub-dimensions such as career development, psychological social, and role modeling. In order to test research model and hypotheses, the data were collected from 203 female college students who participated in entrepreneurial education. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equational modeling with SPSS 24.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 statistical program. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, role modeling has a positive effect on recommendation intention and entrepreneurial intention. Second, career development has a strong negative effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, career development and role modeling had a positive effect on educational satisfaction, and educational satisfaction had positive influence on recommendation intention and entrepreneurial intention. Conclusions - As women's social advancement becomes more active, start-up support programs including entrepreneurship mentoring are increasing. The results of this study suggest how to use the mentoring program mix and how to allocate the resources for the education program when the entrepreneurial education manager plans and executes the mentoring education program. For example, this study shows that career development and role modeling enhance educational satisfaction, and in turn increase recommendation intention and entrepreneurial intention. This means that entrepreneurship education should consist of contents that include career development functions such as sponsorship, guidance, protection, and provision of challenging work. In addition, the findings of this study indicate that mentors should perform the function of allowing the participants to have confidence and professional thinking ability at the time of start up based on their experiences.

  • This study aimed to clarify the continuance intention of users of size recommendation services. The expectation-confirmation model framed the analysis of the 180 data points collected. The analysis determined the mediating effects of perceived usefulness and satisfaction on the relationship between expectation-confirmation and continuance intention. The moderated mediation effect of familiarity was also analyzed, and a path analysis was conducted using PROCESS macro. Results showed that expectation-confirmation had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continuance intention. Findings indicated that perceived usefulness affected satisfaction and continuance intention and confirmed that satisfaction affected continuance intention. In the relationship between expectation-confirmation and continuance intention, mediation analysis verified the mediation and double mediation of perceived usefulness and satisfaction. In the group with an above-average familiarity value, moderation analysis confirmed a moderating effect between perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Above-average familiarity values also confirmed that the moderating effect on continuance intention was significant.

  • Researches on P2P, the information sharing model from person to person, up to date have focused on the technical side and there have been lacking of the business side researches such as customer loyalty. Considering the problem, this study tries to examine empirically in what way the factors of service, market, and customer affect the service loyalty of P2P sites. Results of the study show that the three factors have statistically significant effects on the service loyalty in general. In particular, the results uncover that those factors have different impacts on the reuse intention and the recommendation intention, which are the two measures of service loyalty. For example, the cost of service use affects the reuse intention significantly whereas the same element does not affect the recommendation intention. Interestingly, some of the results are not coincide with the results of previous studies and do not meet general expectation. For example, users' tendency of pursuing variety has positive impacts on the service loyalty, especially, the intention of recommendation.
