수유방법별 관련요인 및 영아의 성장비교 (The study on related factors of feeding type and comparison of development between breast-fed and formula-fed infants)

  • This study presents results of surveys conducted Seoul and Kangreung public health center using structured questionnaire developed by researchers to identify factors that were relevant to the method of feeding. To compare the infant's development between the breast-fed infants and formula-fed infants, infant's height, weight, triceps skinfold during 1month and 4months were cheked. The results were as follows : 1. At postpartum, 59.1% infants had formula feeding, while 22.6% had breast feeding. At 1 month old, 49.6% infants had formula feeding, 27.8% had breast feeding. At 4 months old, 60.9% infants had formula feeding, while 26.1% had breast feeding. 2. 'Lack of breast milk' was the predominant reason for formula feeding. 3. The sujects didn't enough eat not only rice and seaweed soup but also any other specific foods during breast feeding period. 4. Factors that affected the method of feeding were the patterns of delivery, mother's height & weight, first baby feeding type(at post partum), infant sex, mother's age, preparation of breast feeding, first baby feeding type, regular clinic visit (at 4months old). 5. The birth weight and height were correlated with mother's weight and height. 6. There were no significant different on infant's weight, height, triceps skinfold between breast-fed infants and formula-fed infants.

교합이 붕괴된 지적장애 환자의 국소의치 수복증례 (Full mouth rehabilitation of the intellectually disabled patient with collapsed bite using partial removable dental prosthesis: a case report)

  • 지적장애는 정신 발육이 항구적으로 지체 되어 지적 능력의 발달이 불충분하고 불완전한 장애이며, 지적장애를 가지면 자신의 일을 처리하는 것과 사회생활에의 적응이 상당히 곤란하다. 그렇기 때문에 환자 스스로 구강상태를 위생적으로 관리하는 것이 쉽지 않아 다발적 우식이 쉽게 관찰되며 치주질환 이환율이 높다. 본 증례의 환자는 지적장애 1급을 판정받은 33세 여환으로 치아 및 치주 건강이 좋지 않아 식사에 어려움이 있다는 주소로 내원하였다. 초진 구내 검사 시 환자는 치주염과 다발성 우식으로 수직고경이 감소되고 구치부 교합이 붕괴되어 있었다. 이를 가철성 국소의치 이용하여 교합을 재구성함으로써 심미적, 기능적으로 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다.

일반음식점 신규영업주의 위생관리지식 및 위생행정에 대한 태도 (Knowledge and Attitude toward Restaurant-Related Sanitation of New Restaurateurs)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the sanitation affairs of general restaurants. The questionnaire survey on the attitude and knowledge toward sanitation, the attitude for sanitary administration and the sanitary education was conducted against new 600 restaurateurs who were educated from June 20 to July 11, 1996, at the administration hall's division of Kyungsangbook-do in charge of food industry that offered regular sanitary education to new restaurateurs annually. And the visit survey on sanitary practice was also conducted over 93 restaurateurs who obtained the commercial license for food service business. The findings from the survey were as follows; In regard to food sanitation, some 87.1 to 88.3% got the right knowledge about the reason and precaution of food poisoning, food's frozen or cold-storage, and the disposal of products after expiration of validity term. But it was about 20.8% to 50.0% who knew right about major precaution, storage temperature in refrigerator, fermented milk product's storage temperature and validity term. There was therefore a necessity for education in food sanitation. 38.2% of the subjects placed an emphasis on sanitary storage of foodstuffs as the most important thing in sanitary management. 33.8% emphasized cooking sanitation. The environmental sanitation was counted as the most important thing by 19.2%, and personal sanitation of worker was counted by 8.8%. There was differences in what they thought the most important thing was, according to the respondent's educational level and cooker. 86.6% replied it necessary to improve the sanitary level. The respondents who were younger or had better educational level emphasized more the need for it. Concerning health examination, 90.2% replied it necessary. 81.4% answered the reason was because there was a potentiality Quests might be infected with contagious disease. 78.5% pointed the need for sanitary education, but respondents with higher educational level less emphasized its needs. As the reason for poor sanitation, restaurateur's poor awareness about it was most frequently pointed out, by 46.9%. Cooking sanitation was most frequently counted, by 38.5%, as the first thing to be improved. As the most critical point in sanitary education, 34.5% indicated food's sanitary Quality control 30.9% mentioned sanitary treatment of kitchen facilities and peripheral environment, and 27.1% emphasized the summary of the general food sanitation. 77.7% answered to correct immediately in case of violating the Food Hygiene Law, and 12.0% replied to correct in the same case if they would get the order from public official or administrative action would be taken. Respondents with higher educational level answered more to correct immediately. What they wanted the government office to do toward sanitary improvement was a fund aid an facilities and management which was pointed out by 38.9%, a periodical sanitary education by 26.3% and a on-the-spot guidance of sanitary officials by 22.3%. In view of the food service business's sanitary practice, the rate of wearing a sanitary clothes was 32.9% in city and 35.0% in county. The rate of hand-washing without soap or non-washing at cooking was 73.9%, 85%, respectively. The rate of personnel sanitation was 34.2% in city and 50.0% in county. These things indicated the sanitation was not well practiced. To improve the poor sanitary conditions of the food service businesses, it is recommended to offer institutional backing and financial aid from administrative office, and encourage restaurateurs to take pride in their job. and conduct the sanitary education effectively by sanitary education institution.

치위생과 학생 및 비치위생과 학생의 구강건강 인식에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Knowledge of Oral Health between Dental Hygiene Students and Non-dental Hygiene Students)

  • 현 대학생의 구강보건에 관한 기본적인 지식과 관심 및 치위생과 및 비치위생과 학생의 구강건강인식을 비교 분석할 목적으로 2006년 6월부터 2007년 5월까지 조사를 실시하고, 비교 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 구강보건에 관한 인식도를 살펴본 결과, 치위생과 학생의 구강보건 지식경로는 학교수업이 80.0%로 가장 많았고, 비치위생과 학생들의 경우에는 TV 또는 라디오의 건강프로그램이 42.7%로 가장 많았다. 구강위생을 유지해야 하는 이유에 대해서는 치위생과 학생들의 경우에는 치아우식증 예방이라고 응답한 경우가 80.9%로 가장 많았고, 비치위생과 학생들의 경우에는 치주질환 예방이 52.4%로 가장 많았으며, 치위생과 학생과 비치위생과 학생 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p < 0.001). 2. 치아우식증에 관한 인식도를 살펴본 결과, 치아우식증 예방법에 대해서는 치위생과 학생과 비치위생과 학생들 모두 규칙적인 잇솔질이 가장 많았고, 치아우식증의 발생원인에 대해서는 치위생과 학생과 비치위생과 학생들 모두 불충분한 잇솔질이 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈으며, 치위생과 학생과 비치위생과 학생 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p < 0.001). 3. 불소에 관한 인식도에 대해 살펴본 결과, 불소인지 여부에 대해 치위생과 학생들은 불소를 알고 있는 경우가 93.6%로 나타났고, 비치위생과 학생들은 55.3%로 나타났으며, 불소의 치아우식 예방인지 여부에 대해 치위생과 학생들은 예방할 수 있다고 응답한 경우가 85.5%로 가장 많았고, 비치위생과 학생들은 잘 모르겠다가 51.0%로 가장 많았으며, 치위생과 학생과 비치위생과 학생 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p < 0.001). 4. 구강건강상태에 대한 인식도에 대해 살펴본 결과, 본인의 치아 상태에 대하여 치위생과 학생과 비치위생과 학생들 모두에서 보통이라고 응답한 경우가 가장 많았으며, 본인의 치아건강에 대한 관심도에 대해서는 치위생과 학생과 비치위생과 학생들 모두에서 "조금 있다"라고 응답한 경우가 가장 많았고, 치위생과 학생과 비치위생과 학생 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p < 0.001). 본인의 치아우식 발생 원인에 대해 치위생과 학생과 비치위생과 학생들 모두에서 불충분한 잇솔질, 당분 과다섭취 순으로 나타났다. 5. 구강진료의 인식도에 대해 살펴본 결과, 진료 시의 동통에 대해서는 치위생과 학생과 비치위생과 학생들 모두에서 견딜만한 정도와 극도로 아프다 순으로 나타났으며, 치과 진료시의 어려움에 대해서는 치위생과 학생들과 비치위생과 학생들 모두에서 비용, 두려움, 시간 순으로 나타났으며, 치위생과 학생과 비치위생과 학생 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p < 0.01). 치과방문 시의 느낌에 대해서는 치위생과 학생과 비치위생과 학생들 모두에서 다소걱정이다, 두렵다 순으로 나타났다.

청룡산 텃밭공원의 이용실태와 이용주체간 의식 차이 (The Current Status of Use and the Difference of Awareness by User Groups in the Cheongryongsan Vegetable Garden Park)

  • This study intended for Cheongryongsan Community Garden in Gwanak-gu, one of the demonstration places for 'Community Garden' Project recently implemented by the Seoul Government. This study had two major purposes: investigating the current status of the management and usage and identifying its characteristics; investigating users' awareness to consider the construction and operation directions of sustainable community gardens. This study was conducted based on several surveys such as an investigation into the spatial configuration and the management system of parks through a field study, a use survey through a questionnaire survey for vegetable garden users and an awareness survey about the construction direction of gardens direction preferred by users through the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). As a result of a questionnaire survey for vegetable garden users, the usage status was summarized as follows: Considering the common trends in the 2012 and the 2013 user survey, women used Cheongryongsan Vegetable Garden more than men. Over fifties used it most of all users. Users were mostly neighborhood residents. They used to visit there three to five times a week and stayed for about 30 minutes to one hour. Users differently responded to the question related to the order of priority for the use of the garden in the 2012 and the 2013 survey. They had increasingly used it for individuals' production activities more than social exchanges. As a result of making an AHP analysis for general park users, vegetable garden users there were clear differences in the targets which each subject put emphasis on in relation to the construction and operation of vegetable gardens. General park users recognized a vegetable garden as a park where park functions and the functions of the vegetable garden coexisted. On the other hand, vegetable garden users viewed it as a space where they attached importance to the functions of the vegetable garden like an allotment. Last, this study contemplated subjects related to the construction and operation of vegetable gardens which had to be considered in the future. Vegetable gardens tended to be biased as personal hobby places. It was viewed that the main reason was insufficient support activities for vegetable garden education and exchange programs originally planned when vegetable gardens had been constructed. Vegetable garden users recognized vegetable gardens as places for individuals' farming activities like allotments. For the desirable operation of vegetable gardens, it would be necessary to give priority to the park management before the production activities in individuals' vegetable gardens. The important role of the government would be to build the base through the provision of education and opportunities so that a local resident organization could actively participate in the management of a vegetable garden after a vegetable garden was constructed. It would be necessary to make a use survey and an awareness survey for users conducted in this study on a regular basis because the surveys could be important basic data in the decision-making process for the sustainable operations of the vegetable garden.

청소년의 패스트푸드점과 패밀리레스토랑 이용 실태 지역별 비교 연구 (Korean Youths' Use of Fastfood and Family Restaurants in Different Regions: a Comparison among Cities and Rural Towns)

  • This study was conducted to investigate Korean youths' use of fastfood and family restaurants in different regions, especially among cities and rural towns. Total 1,600 questionnaire surveys were distributed to Junior high and Senior high school students and 1,487 were used for the analysis. In order to consider regional differences as well as overall characteristics of youths' fastfood and family restaurant visiting behaviors, the subjects were evenly sampled from north Seoul, south Seoul, big cities, middle/small cities and small towns. As for the frequency of visiting fastfood restaurants, 58.3% of the respondents answered 'once to five times' a week. South Seoul area showed the highest frequency. 'Easiness' was the main reason of eating fastfood, which was up to 57.8% of the overall respondents while 42.8% of the small town youth ate fastfood because of the 'good taste.' As for the concepts on fastfood, 42.7% understood it as 'easy to eat' while 33.6% responded as 'easy to get fat.' For the question of getting channel of fastfood information, 44.8% answered 'TV' and 28.3% responded 'from friends.' Coupons were found to affect fastfood restaurant visits, highest in south Seoul, and lowest in small cities. For the question of the relationship of Koreanized menus and fastfood restaurant visits, small towns showed the highest frequency, while South/North Seoul had the lowest frequency. For the percentage of visiting family restaurants, respondents answered in the order of South Seoul(59.7%), North Seoul(44.5%), Big cities(39.5%), small cities(19.4%), and small towns(13.1%). Most of youth visited family restaurants because of the taste, while youths of middle/small cities visited due to the atmosphere. The effect of coupons on visiting family restaurants were found to be lower than the one of fastfood restaurants. Korean youths were found to visit fastfood restaurants very frequently in all regions and the tendency of visiting family restaurants is also increasing. At this point, balanced menus and education for healthy eating habits are urgently needed for the youth.

사업장 보건관리사업의 형태별 수행성과 분석 -실적, 수혜도, 영향요인을 중심으로- (Performance of Occupational Health Services by Type of Service)

  • Occupational health services in Korea have been operated as dual types: one is operated by occupational health care manager and the other is health care agency without their own personnel. The performance of occupational health service should be different due to the variety of characteristics of health care manager and workplace, qualification of health care manager. This study is to analyze performance of occupational health care services with a particular consideration of job, based on comparing those two types of health care management to show on the basic data for the settlement of more qualitative. health care management system at workplace. For this study, total 391 places in Seoul and Inchon city area: 154 places (39.4%) managed by designated. health care manager and 237 places (60.6%) by the agency with their commission are selected as research samples. Tools for data collection are questionnares have been investigated during the period of 20 September 1993-20 December 1993. Those data are compared with percentiles, mean, standard deviation due to the characterstics of each variable and analyzed for impacting factors with relation to the using multiple regression analysis using SPSS PC program, especially using t -test method in order to compare each type of health care management. Conclusions observed from the tests and each comparison could be summerized as follows : 1. Occupational health care have been accomplished at workplaces with designated people than with agencies people, and coverage rate of the occupational health care services has differences, due to management types. The reason of these results is due to visit only one or two times monthly by the agencies, while their own health care manager obsess, at the workplaces all the times. 2. The common sickness management is the most accomplished item in health care area of occupational health care services, while the preventive care and control for the workers who have serious health problems are insufficient in workers health care area. 3. An insufficient accomplishment of overall health education has been shown because it is difficult to perform health education due to almost no chance of the direct introduction at workplaces. Therefore a strong support system for making and supplying the media is necessary in order to activate indirect health education by means of media. 4. Because health care managers and the agencies managers where take the workplaces for this study are almost nurses who have been comparatively high work site rounding rate about an environmental management at the workplaces, that non-profession can also do it, the activities about the professional area not enough. Therefore, an appropriate referral system should be established in order to complement professional area. 5. Two factors which have an effect on the coverage rate of occupational health care services are : one is those from the workplaces such as type of services, the number of workers, the number of harzadous factors and safety & health committee, the other from health care organization about whether there is its own manager or not.

거제지역 치과 내원환자의 치주 건강에 관한 인식도 조사 (Survey of Recognition on Periodontal Health Inpatients of Some Dental Clinics in Geoje)

  • 치과의원 내원환자의 치주건강에 대한 인식도를 알아보기 위해 거재지역 4개 치과의원에서 213명을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 치주건강 인식도 문항에서는 치주질환의 인지여부에 대해서는 알고 있는 환자가 62.9%로 나타났고, 여자가 남자보다 잘 알고 있었으며, 성별에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났다(p < .01). 치주질환에 관한 정보의 습득경로는 텔레비전과 인터넷에서 얻는 경우가 31.6%로 조사되었고, 치석제거 빈도데 대한 인식은 1년에 한번 해야 한다고 인식하는 경우가 43.7%로 나타났으며, 직업과 학력에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다(p < .001). 치주질환 원인으로는 세균과 음식물 찌꺼기라고 인식하는 환자가 50.7%로 나타났으며, 직업(p < .05)과 학력(p < .01)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 치석제거가 구강건강에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 도움이 된다고 인식하는 환자는 55.9%로 나타났으며, 연령(p < .05)과 학력(p < .001)에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 2. 치주건강 상태에 대해서는 잇몸상태가 대체로 건강하다고 인식하는 환자가 75.1%로 나타났으며, 전문적 집단에서 높게 조사되었고, 직업에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p < .001). 치과방문 이유로는 입안에서 냄새가 나서 방문하는 경우가 18.1%로 나타났으며, 치과치료의 종류는 치과에 내원하여 치석제거를 받은 환자가 46.5%로 나타났으며, 직업(p < .01)과 학력(p < .05) 및 월수입(p < .001)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 따라서 치주질환에 대한 인식은 높지만 치석제거는 치과의사의 진단에 의해서 치료시기와 기간이 결정되어지므로 환자 개인의 주관적 판단에 의한 인식에는 한계가 있으며, 치주건강을 유지 증진하기 위해서는 치주전문치과위생사의 개별적인 상담과 교육이 중요하며 예방적 치석제거의 인식이 필요하다고 사료된다.

퍼지 종합 평가를 활용한 태산(泰山)등산로 사인시스템 만족도 분석 (The Satisfaction Analysis of Mount Tai Mountaineering Road Sign System Using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation)

  • 사인시스템은 현재 관광지구에서 가장 널리 사용하는 안내매체 중 하나이며, 그것의 역할은 관광지의 자원과 문화적 가치를 소개하고, 관광객들의 관광 체험을 더 잘 할 수 있도록 도와주는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 관광객에게 있어서 태산 관광지구 사인시스템의 영향 요인을 도출하고, 만족도를 분석하여 향후 관광객의 만족도를 높이기 위한 태산등산로 사인시스템을 제언하는 것이 목적이다. 연구방법은 선행연구에서 파악된 사인시스템의 평가항목을 도출하고, 통합 세분화하여 태산등산로 사인시스템의 평가항목을 선정하였으며, 설문조사와 요인분석을 실시하여 영향요인을 도출했다. 그리고 관광객의 만족도를 알아보기 위해 퍼지 종합 평가(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation)를 실시했다. 본 논문의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 태산등산로 사인시스템의 4가지 영향요인으로 해설내용, 외관조형, 해설방식, 배치관리를 도출하였다. 둘째, 영향요인의 높은 가중치 순서는 해설내용, 외관조형, 해설방식, 배치관리 순으로 나타났으며, 중요도에서 실용성과 미관을 더 중시한다는 점을 유도해 낼 수 있었다. 셋째, 사인시스템 만족도는 해설내용, 외관조형, 배치관리요인의 등급은 '좋음' 이며, 해설방식요인의 등급은 '보통'으로 나타났다. 이는 태산등산로 자연 경치와 문화 가치에 대한 관광객의 이해를 심화시키지 못한 것으로 생각된다. 이런 결과는 향후 사인시스템을 재정비할 때 계획 및 설계에 필요한 이론적 근거를 제공하여 관광체험의 전반적인 만족도를 높이고자 하는데 의의가 있다.

수도권 소재 병원의 내 . 외부고객의 의료이용에 대한 인지도와 만족도 차이 분석 (A Comparison of the Recognition and Satisfaction for Health Care Service between Internal Customer and External Customer)

  • To compare the differences in the recognition on hospital utilization and satisfaction, 368 hospital employees and 485 patients were selected in four hospitals in Seoul and Kyung-gi do. The survey was done using a constructed form of checklist from Apr. 30 to May 10, 1999. And the results are as follows: l. Gaining knowledge of hospitals available among hospital employees differed from that of patients. When finding out about sources of information concerning hospitals, direct visit to the hospital was recognized to be the main factor for the hospital employees in contrast to the patients' recognition which were mass media, personal involvement of job related workplace and recommendations from other hospitals. There was no difference between university and general hospitals. 2. The factors that concern which hospital to choose there was a difference between hospital employees and patients. Hospital employees recommended their own hospital solely based on the reason that it was their work place. On the other hand, the patients made a choice based on the type of medical staff, transportation available and whether it was a university hospital or not. There was no difference between university and general hospitals. 3. The recognition of employees concerning hospital image of a hospital between hospital employees and patients was different. In university hospitals, the employees recognized the name value of university hospital and cooperation as most important, whereas the patients thought convenience, kindness were the main factors. Patients considered general hospitals to be more convenient. There was some difference between university and general hospitals. For university hospitals employees' recognition was higher and for the general hospital patients' recognition is higher on hospital image. 4. The recognition of employees was different from that of patients' on hospital satisfaction. The patients' satisfaction was higher than that of employees'. There was no difference between university and general hospitals. Based on the above findings, the employees' recognition on hospital utilization and satisfaction was different from that of the patients, but there was no difference between university and general hospitals. In both groups choice of hospital was associated with satisfaction. Results showing difference between employees' and patients' recognition can be applied to implement customer-oriented attitude and be used as a baseline data for internal-external marketing planning of hospital management. The study may be limited in that the results cannot be generalized due to its small sample size and not being able to reflect demographic variables and life style. Further studies to investigate the difference of hospital utilization and hospital satisfaction will be necessary to define demographic characteristics and recognition of employees which influences patients' hospital satisfaction.
