후면식각이 결정질 실리콘 태양전지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The effect of rear side etching for crystalline Si solar cells)

  • Nowadays, the crystalline Si Solar cell are expected for economical renewable energy source. The cost of the crystalline Si solar cell are decreasing by improvement of its efficiency and decrease of the cost of the raw Si wafers for Solar cells. This Si wafer based crystalline Si solar cell is the verified technology from several decade of its history. Now, I will introduce one method that can be upgrade the efficiency by using simple and economical method. The name of this method is Rear Side Etching(RSE). The purpose of rear side etching is the elimination of n+ layer of rear side and increase of the flatness. The effects of rear side etching are the improvement of Voc and increase of efficiency by reducement series resistance and forming of uniform BSF. The experimental procedure for rear side etching is very simple. After anti-reflection coating on solar cell wafer, Solar cell wafer is etched by the etching chemical that react with only rear side not front side. This special chemical is no harmful to anti-reflection coating layer. It can only etched rear side of solar cell wafer. We can use etching image by optical microscope, minority carrier life time by WCT 120, SiNx thickness and refractive index by ellipsometer, cell efficiency for the RSE effect measurement. The key point of rear side etching is development of etching process condition that react with only rear side. If we can control this factor, we can achieve increase of solar cell efficiency very economically without new device.

유선형 후방 밸런스 신발과 일반 신발의 족저압 비교 (The Plantar Pressure Comparison between the Curved Rear Balance Shoes and Normal Shoes)

  • The purpose of study was to compare plantar pressure during walking wearing the curved rear balance and normal shoes. Twelve university students(height: $177.2{\pm}4.6cm$, weight: $68.4{\pm}5.8kg$, age: $26.2{\pm}1.6yrs.$) who have no known musculoskeletal disorders were recruited as the subjects. Plantar foot pressures were evaluated using the Tekscan's pressure measurement systems while subjects walked upright position wearing the curved rear balance and normal shoes in random order at a speed of 1.3 m/s. The contacting dimension, the mean plantar pressure, and the peak plantar pressure were determined for each trial. For each dependent variable, paired t-test was performed to test if significant difference existed between shoe conditions (p<.05). As a result, the curved rear balanced shoes showed as large as 38 up to 50 % of area at the rear side of feet than the normal shoes when measuring the contact area with upright position. In the distribution of average pressure, the curved rear balanced shoes displayed fairly low pressure compared to other normal shoes in general except for one area, which is M2, and especially, the measured pressures at the both rear (M1) and middle (M5) side of feet were low and statically significant. The contact area of the curved rear balanced shoes when walking was significantly larger at the rear (M1) and fore (M6, M7) side of feet. When considering pressure distribution at walking, low pressure was detected at the rear side of feet with the curved rear balanced shoes and at the fore side of feet for other normal shoes. The results showed that the contacting dimension of the curved rear balance shoes that acts between shoes and feet was higher than the corresponding value for the normal shoes in general; therefore it would reduce the pressure to the feet by allowing the each sole of the foot on the ground evenly.

  • The side and rear-side collision warning system using fuzzy control algorithms is discussed in this paper. Common rearside warning system has many problems. For example if target vehicle comes into the warning area, it must unconditionally warn. Drivers could be interrupted by it. To solve the problem, I divided measuring area into two sections. One section is blind area of vehicle and the other rear-side area. For blind area, obtained data was filtered inefficient warning signal by using relative velocity method. For rear-side area, a fuzzy logic algorithm is used to recognition of obstacles. According to our experiment relative velocity method and fuzzy logic algorithms were very efficient.

  • This study is to analyze the impact of automotive body with computer simulation. The total deformation, equivalent strain and strain and principal stress are analyzed respectively in case of front, rear and side impacts. The maximum total deformation of side impact is more than 6 times as large as that of rear impact. The maximum equivalent strain or stress of side impact is more than 4 times as large as that of rear impact. These deformation, strain and stress of front impact are a little more than those of rear impact. The maximum principal stress of side impact is more than 4.5 times as large as that of rear impact. This stress of front impact is a little more than that of rear impact.

실차시험을 통한 저속 추돌시 목상해 연구 (A Study on the Neck Injury in Low Speed Rear Impact through the Real Car Test)

  • The neck injury occupies the most of injury that happened by the rear impact car accident. This study was analyzed about influence of the neck injury in low speed rear impact and car crash accident investigation. There is no neck injury in low speed side rear impact. On the other hand, there is initial neck injury symptom of 10 % but no long-term neck injury symptom in low speed offset rear impact. It appeared that the possibility of neck injury in low speed rear impact is low. For the more study about the neck injury, it should be evaluate the effects of the car body structure, frame structure and rear crash pattern.

이종두께 레이저 용접 프레임의 구조해석 (Structural Analysis of the Dual Thickness Laser Welded Frame)

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 자동차구조에 사용되고 있는 점용접 보강 리어사이드 프레임, 비보강 리어사이드 프레임 및 레이저 용접을 이용한 이종두께 리어사이드 프레임의 응력, 좌굴 및 진동해석이 수행되었다. 응력 및 진동해석의 경계조건은 양단고정이며, 좌굴해석시에는 단순지지 경계조건을 사용하였다. 구조해석에는 ANSYS 5.0 Code를 사용하였다. 점용접된 리어사이드 프레임의 최대응력은 메인프레임에서 발생하였으며, 그값은 80.9MPa이다. 이때의 최대변형률은 501.mu.이다. 이종두께 레이저 용접된 리어사이드 프레임은 두께가 1.8mm일 때 점용접 보강 리어사이드 프레임의 최대응력과 같아진다. 따라서 동일등가 응력을 기준으로 할 때 레이저 용접을 이용하면 중량을 17.2% 줄일 수 있다. 양단 단순지지된 보강 점용접 리어사이드 프레임의 좌굴하중은 52.54kN이다. 이때 동일한 좌굴하중을 갖는 이종두께 레이저 프레임의 두께는 1.9mm이다. 따라서 중량을 15% 감소시킬 수 있다. 보강된 점용접 리어사이드 프레임의 고유진동수는 163.6Hz로 굽힘모드이며, 이종두께 레이저 용접 리어사이드 프레임의 고유진동수는 179.8Hz이다.

Side Rear Member의 스프링백 연구 (A Study on the Springback of Side Rear Member)

  • In this study, springback analysis of side rear member is carried out. Side rear member is one of the parts which shows severe springback problems. Forming, trimming, flanging and springback stages can be analyzed successively. From forming analysis, we identified the possible spots in which tearing may occur and can prevent failure. In springback analysis we used the boundary conditions same as applied to the blank on the checker so that the computational result can be compared with experimental one. Form .the comparison, springback analysis can yield relatively good results in a qualitative sense. However, in order to get good deformation result quantitatively, there still remains unsettled tasks in the forming analysis with very small die radius. It is found that we have to develop the element with better bending characteristics and precise contact treatment.

차량의 사각 지대 제거를 위한 측/후방 카메라 영상 정합 시스템 (A Side-and Rear-View Image Registration System for Eliminating Blind Spots)

  • 본 논문에서는 세 대의 카메라를 이용하여 사각지대를 효과적으로 제거하기 위한 파노라믹 비전 시스템(panoramic vision system)을 제안한다. 차량의 후방에는 광각 카메라를 사용하여 후방 거울(rear-view mirror)로부터 보이지 않는 사각지대를 제거하며, 나머지 두 대의 카메라는 측면 거울(side-view mirror)의 아래에 설치하여 측면 거울로 보지 못하는 사각지대를 제거한다. 좀 더 효과적인 사각지대 제거를 위해서 세 대의 카메라에서 얻어지는 영상을 정합하는 방법을 제공한다. 먼저, 후방 카메라에서 얻은 영상을 보정하고, 보정된 영상에서 focus-of-contraction(FOC)을 구한다. 그 뒤에 측방 카메라의 영상과 후방 카메라의 영상 사이의 호모그래피(homography)를 구한다. 그 다음으로 영상을 차도와 배경 영역으로 분리하고, 호모그래피를 사용하여 분리한 차도를 정합하고, 가상의 평면에 배경을 투영하여 최종정합을 완성한다. 마지막으로 정합된 영상을 보다 효과적으로 보여주기 위한 실린더 파노라마 영상, 가상의 Top-view 시스템, 그리고 차량의 다양한 정보와 함께 사각지대 영상을 보여주는 통합 정보 가시화 영상을 생성하여 제공한다.

1.5GPa급 Front Side Rear Lower Member 냉간 성형공정 설계기법 연구 (Study on the Cold Stamping Process Design Method of 1.5GPa Grade Front Side Rear Lower Member)

  • This study describes the cold stamping process design procedure to secure the formability and dimensional accuracy of the automotive structural component fabricated by 1.5GPa grade ultra-high strength steel sheet. The target product is selected as the front side rear lower member which is the most important energy absorption part in the frontal impact condition. To secure the product quality, an intermediate product shape is added while considering the low elongation and high strength characteristics of 1470Mart. The sequential optimization procedure of the intermediate product shape, the fine dimensional quality is then achieved without any crack or wrinkling. The cold stamping method with ultra-high strength steel sheets is validated by conducting the die tryout of the front side rear lower member.

  • This paper suggests possible rear body shape modifications of a passenger car for the improvement of aerodynamic performance, based on the CFD analysis results. YF SONATA, a passenger car of Hyundai Motors Company, plays a major role as the baseline car in this research. Representatively, three parts(trunk rear edge, side rear edge and rear undercover) are modified in a small range in order for the total outer shapes not to be changed enough so that the modified car is not considered different, compared with the baseline. Specifically, using computational fluid dynamics, aerodynamic drag reduction is accomplished maximally about 11% in this research. Finally, it is proved that although the range of changes of the rear body shapes of a passenger car is very strictly confined, by changing a small range of rear body shapes alone the enhancement of aerodynamic performance of a passenger car can be significantly accomplished.
