A Modeling of Realtime Fuel Comsumption Prediction Using OBDII Data (OBDII 데이터 기반의 실시간 연료 소비량 예측 모델 연구)

  • This study presents a method for realtime fuel consumption prediction using real data collected from OBDII. With the advent of the era of self-driving cars, electronic control units(ECU) are getting more complex, and various studies are being attempted to extract and analyze more accurate data from vehicles. But since ECU is getting more complex, it is getting harder to get the data from ECU. To solve this problem, the firmware was developed for acquiring accurate vehicle data in this study, which extracted 53,580 actual driving data sets from vehicles from January to February 2019. Using these data, the ensemble stacking technique was used to increase the accuracy of the realtime fuel consumption prediction model. In this study, Ridge, Lasso, XGBoost, and LightGBM were used as base models, and Ridge was used for meta model, and the predicted performance was MAE 0.011, RMSE 0.017.

  • In the communication technology, there is necessary data compression to transfer data more quickly and bigger amount in the same condition. And that should bring down the cost consequently. This paper shows that how to apply compression software and hardware to attain the issue that mentioned previous in data communication technology as well as, trying to find the solution for the system delay problem and to improve efficiency demanded to them. To achieve these purposes, 1 will study and analyze the efficiency of compression system to realize realtime data compression transfer system using LZS compression algorithm.

  • DGPS(Differential Global Positioning System) and RTK(RealTime Kinematic) is in one of today's most widely used surveying techniques. But It's use is restricted by the distance between reference station and rover station and it is difficult to process data in realtime by it's own orgnizational limitation in precise measurement of positioning. To meet these new demands, In This paper, new DGPS and RTK correction data services through Internet and PSTN(Public Switched Telephony Network) have been proposed. For this purpose, we implemented performance a DGPS and RTK error correction data transmission system for long-distance using the internet and PSTN network which allows a mobile user to increase the distance at which the rover receiver is located from the reference in realtime. and we analyzed and compared DGPS and RTK performance by experiments through the Internet and PSTN network with the distance and the time.

  • In this paper for developing and implementing the realtime HD level video streaming transmitter which is operated on the multi-platform in all network and client environment compared to the exist video live streaming transmitter. We design the realtime HD level video streaming transmitter supporting the multi-platform using the TMS320DM386 video processor of T.I company and then porting the Linux kernel 2.6.29 and implementing the RTSP(Real Time Streaming Protocol)/RTP(Real Time Transport Protocol), HLS(Http Live Streaming), RTMP(Real Time Messaging Protocol) that can support the multi-platform of video stream protocol of the received equipments (smart phone, tablet PC, notebook etc.). For proving the performance of developed video streaming transmitter, we make the testing environment for testing the performance of streaming transmitter using the notebook, iPad, android Phone, and then analysis the received video in the client displayer. In this paper, we suggest the developed the Realtime HD(High Definition) level Video Streaming transmitter performance data values higher than the exist products.

  • In this paper, we designed and implemented realtime DID(digital information display) system based on web server that displayed multimedia contents. The contents are weather, news information on the internet web sites and public relations or advertisements data on local systems. The DID system has client/server architecture that the server send to client that schedule informations and multimedia contents received form web server and the client displayed the contents though scheduled information. Therefore the systems overcome network fault for the mean time. Also, the system has realtime services of web page filtering function that extract the partial information of specific web pages.

  • In this paper, we researched abut CELP speech coding algorithm using efficlent pseudo-stochastic block codes, adaptive-codebook and improved fixed-gain codebook. The pseudo-stochastic block codes refer to stochastically populated block codes in which the adjacent codewords in an innovation codebook are non-independent. The adaptive-codebook was made with previous prediction speech data by storage-shift register. This CELP coding algorithm enables the coding of toll quality speech at bit rates from 4.8kbits/s to 9.6 kbits/s. This algorithm was realized TMS320C30 microprocessor in realtime.

  • On-going convergence between broadcasting and communication is currently bringing in lots of drastic changes to multimedia services to the home. The FTTH-based home networks will be the interface among the digital home appliances for broadcast digital contents as weil as for broadband data connection. In this paper, we discuss several design issues for home gateway architecture that effectively distributes realtime broadcasting contents (from either the headend in the access network or the satellite/terrestrial broadcasts) to heterogeneous devices in the home network.

  • We have developed a realtime phonetic typewriter implemented on IBM PC with sound card based on Windows 95. In this system, analyzing of speech signal, learning of neural network, labeling of output neurons and visualizing of recognition results are performed on realtime. The developing environment for speech processing is established by adding various functions, such as editing, saving, loading of speech data and 3-D or gray level displaying of spectrogram. Recognition experimental using Korean phone had a 71.42% for 13 basic consonant and 90.01% for 7 basic vowel accuracy.

  • Establishing the realtime remote monitoring system of the moving test train is the important issue for the railway systems that provide comfort travel to the passengers. But it is not easy to transmit train's test data to remote site because the train runs tunnels. In this paper, we introduce the realtime monitoring system using wireless communication system which is installed in the test train. This system can provide both correct positions of unstable track and train's running status such as speed, kilopost and acceleration.

  • The vetronics is necessarily required for enhancement of the operational capability and optimization of the system architecture. In this paper, we presents the realtime control methods for the vetronics of the fighting vehicles. We proposed the data distribution based on standard bus and computer resource for realtime and integrated control of the system. Embedded computers are designed considering extensibility and reliability of the system. The integrated display improves the operator's capability. We applied the network centric battle management and digital power control with intelligent switching elements to increase cooperated combat efficiency and reliability. To show the feasibility of the presented design schemes, the vetronics has been implemented and applied to a real fighting vehicle.
