This article investigates the concept of the xing(性) used by Hu Hong. Hu Hong's philosophical system considered to top priority for xing is called xingbunlun(性本論), and he suggested the characteristics of xing as follows. First, Hu Hong regarded xing as the fundamental of whole world and related to the specific individual things, so he constructed the concept of xing in the perspective of ontology. Namely while xing is ti(體) the root of all the world, it is the realization of the uniqueness of the individual things. Also he considered xing which of the ontological aspect developed various psychological aspect contained xin (心), qing(情), yu(欲), etc. Seond, As Hu Hong regulated that wei fa(未發) is xing and yi fa(已發) is xin, he defined the ideal relation between xing and xin as xingtixinyong(性體心用). And he considered that the sage and the ordinary peoples are equal in the xing's aspect of wei fa, but they are not equal in ability of the xin in the aspect of wei fa. Hu Hong thought that the only sage realized the ideal relation between xing and xin in this world, because he keep his mind silent. So Hu Hong suggested the possibility of moral cultivation to the ordinary peoples, expressing that human nature realized the function of the mind(成性), in order that they realized ideal relation by following ren(仁). Third, unlike the traditional notion, Hu Hong understood the meaning of xing in the aspect of ontology. He interpreted the shan(善) of xingshan(性善) as the meaning of exclamation, which implied that "the innate goodness of human nature(性善)" meant "Human nature is good." Because Hu Hong thought that the meaning of xing transcended the relative concept of good and evil, and accepted the whole world affirmatively. In the opinion of Hu Hong, as the concept of xing had two ways of intentionality; likes and dislikes(好惡), things formed relationship with other in this world. Then the concept of good and evil of the ethical value judgement occurred.

This study aimed at finding directions for Korean agriculture to establish a new paradigm of sustainable development. Various problematic issues and concerns in the environment necessitate the transformation of Korea's development paradigm from unconditional growth to "Green Growth" through new policies on green value and review of various advanced researches. In this research, the environment-friendly agriculture's problems, particularly in agribusiness were analyzed. Drawing from Michael Porter's Value Chain Analysis, this research developed a value chain model in agriculture that reflects the environment and the present situations. Future directions in the agriculture sector were also discussed. Korea realized food self-sufficiency through the green revolution in the early 1970s. However, a lot of problems have also occurred, including ground and water pollution and the destruction of ecosystems as a result of the overuse of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. In the late 1970s, the growing interest on environment-friendly agriculture led to the introduction of sustainable methods and techniques. Unfortunately however, these were not innovative enough to foster environment-friendly agriculture. Thereafter, the consumers' distrust on agricultural products has worsened and concerns about health have increased. In view of this, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries introduced in December 1993 a system of Quality-Certified Products for organic and pesticide-free agri-foods. Although a fundamental step toward the sustainability of the global environment, this system was not enough to promote environment-friendly agriculture. In 2008, Korea's vision is for "Low Carbon Green Growth" to move forward while also coping with climate change. But primary sectors in a typical value chain do not consider the green value of their operations nor look at production from an environmental perspective. In order to attain sustainable development, there is a need to use less resources and energy than what is presently used in Korean agricultural and value production. The typical value chain should be transformed into a "closed-loop" such that the beginning and the end of the chain are linked together. Such structure allows the flow of materials, products and even wastes among participants in the chain in a sustained cycle. This may result in a zero-waste sustainable production without destroying the ecosystem.

The study provides baseline data on developing ready-to-wear clothes for adult females in their twenties who have finished shaping their bodies and have realized an ideal shape. We analyzed the data from females aged from 20 to 29 in "The $5^{th}$ Size Korea Survey" and "The $6^{th}$ Size Korea Survey", and sorted body shapes into several types according to drop values before analyzing and comparing the characteristics among groups. We also referred to the change by year in the size of upper inner wear. To classify body shapes, three drop values were assigned for bust girth - waist girth, hip girth - waist girth, hip girth - bust girth; through cluster analysis all data were classified into three body types. Type 1 is more like normal body shapes with small drop values at the bust girth - waist girth and well-build lower body. Type 2 is X-shaped body shaped like a fiddle with big drop values at all parts. Type 3 is Y-shaped body with a big drop value at the bust girth - waist girth and well-build upper body. Type 2, X-shaped body, has the majority of distribution in every year, which proved to be the most idealistic body shape. There was a change in the brassiere cup size. Korean ladies in their twenties have larger breasts. The body shapes of Korean females in their twenties are increasingly like those of westerners. Bust girth is a very critical element to set measurements and design patterns for upper wear; consequently, a change in the size of breasts should be considered.

In this paper, the survey and the analysis of domestic and foreign for on-line monitoring system at low voltage facilities example for value added service about electrical safety were executed. According to survey, in Japan, they are executing the on-line electrical facilities monitoring in based on IT basic law for the information of society construction and not only electrical safety but also value added service such as alarm for earthquake, security are being done. In USA and Europe using power line communication(PLC), the on-line observation and building district management service were being realized. Observing the domestic case, electrical safety related with service such as distribution panel product incorporating load management and leakage current measurement was being executed in some companies. From the survey, it is necessary to improve on the law and the system for market activity in domestic.

The objects, which can be personal digital assistants, electronic rings, doors or even clothes, offer embedded chips with computation facilities and are generally called artifacts. I later realized that this was not so the real problem is actually authentication. Recent results indicate scalability problems for flat ad hoc networks. Sensor network achieves function that handle surrounding information perception through sensor and sensed information to network that is consisted of sensor nodes of large number. Research about new access control techniques and height administration techniques need authentication information persons' certification assurance level classification in sensor network environment which become necessary different view base with authentication information at node for application of AAA technology in USN environment that must do authentication process using information that is collected from various sensor mountings. So, get base authentication information in sensor type and present weight grant model by security strength about authentication information through information who draw. In this paper collected information of sensor nodes model who give weight drawing security reinforcement as authentication information by purpose present be going to. and Must be able to can grasp special quality of each sensor appliances in various side and use this and decide authentication assurance level for value estimation as authentication information elements. Therefore, do to define item that can evaluate Authentication information elements thus and give simple authentication assurance level value accordingly because applying weight. Present model who give authentication assurance level value and weight for quotation according to security strength.

Fur is conceived as a material signifier, not only with its commodity value as luxury goods but also as its symbolic value as objects invested by one's libidinal desire. In this study, complex meanings of fur as multi-layered signs of political and sexual power focusing on fetishism shall be explored, especially on the spectacle fetishism acted by mass media during the anti-fur movement in the 1980s. In conjuction herewith, a highlight shall also be made to the symbolic value in fashion design since 1990s. In this study, first, as a theoretical investigation, fetishism, that has been traditionally considered only as sexual fetishism in fashion discourse will be explored in socio-economic level. Second, in historical context, how the meanings and values of fur have become realized in various cultural spaces, such as literature, art, film and finally, fashion will be viewed. In fashion, fur is a product of desire and power influenced by commodity fetishism as well as sexual fetishism. During the anti-fur movement, mass media has developed the concept of spectacle fetishism. Fur is a sign of animal-victim, and fur-clad women is viewed with images full of imperialsm, sexism and racism, thus act as derisive spectacles of consumerism. Since 1990s as a reflection on anti-fur movement, fetishistic characteristics, which challenge traditional operation method, are expressed by disguise, parody, and returning to the nature. First, fur as disguise is intended to hide sexually perverse, decadent characteristics and expensiveness of fur by texturing or patterning techniques. Second, fur as parody uses fake fur or dyed fur in order to satirize erotically and ethnographically fetishized meanings of fur. Third, aboriginal design of fur is adapted to use symbolic values outside the West, which can potentially mobilize antagonistic oppositions out of their fetishistic regimes. In conclusion, fur as sign of female sexuality and its libidinal profits of exchange, has significant symbolic values expressed in fashion.

With regard to conventional theory, the rate of profit is determined by the interaction between the rate of surplus value and the organic composition of capital. And it declines with the capitalistic development through intensifying the organic composition of capital. According to the empirical test, the rate of profit and the rate of surplus value have been decreased. On the contrary, the organic composition of capital have increased during the period under study. The empirical results of the rate of profit in Korean economy appears to hold the principle of the law of the tendency of the rate of profit to fall. But the trend of the determinants is distinct from the conventional theory. Despite the distinctive empirical results, the law of the tendency of the rate of profit to fall is realized in Korean economy in objective period of time.

As the design of the day focuses more on human-centered design, this shift creates value for society and also fulfills on a sense of social responsibility. In the area of fashion, the design activity is used as a type of fashion design to realize the social value of design in a changed society; this concept was defined as Fashion Design Activism. The objective of this study is to empirically research design activity as a practical value of the day when the social contributions of fashion design are rising in the overall society through the research on the practice of Fashion Design Activity which is adapting to changes in the fashion design paradigm. Regarding the study method, the literature research and case study were combined. We examined the meaning of social design by reviewing the literature related to this social paradigm, and we analyzed cases in which the effects of fashion design on society were realized through practical activities. Also, we defined the role of fashion design based on an analysis of design types based on previous research. This study divided the roles of fashion design in a pattern based on the social roles that design inhabited, in terms of how 'fashion design fulfilled on social responsibility', 'anthropocentric fashion design putting emphasis on users', and 'fashion design aiming for eco-efficient changes'. This study aimed to seek measures to develop fashion design that could promote changes focusing on society, humans, and the environment.

This study aims to analyze the film "Never Let Me" by human value which is to be realized in the social structure suppressed by the power of life and the power of discipline in Foucault 's power theory. After 18century having changed monarch power holding the power of life-and-death that enforced corporal punishment, bio-power that corrected body and granted ability suitable discipline to people makes people worked like machine. In control of the bio-power, human achieved safe desire that cure disease and prolong life-span and worked as producer goods. School controls body and make people internalized rule using discipline for working bio-power efficiently. There is differentiation between this movie and the other about human clone. The clones adapt role as organ donator without resistance and there is no conflict between original and copy. Instead of preexistence novel and movie that is set in future, it is a form of past retrospect from the 1970s to 1990s. having emotions, They find independence ego and realize value of life in finite living by depending relation or undergoing loss.

Distributional assumptions on equity returns play a key role in valuation theories for derivative securities. Elberlein and Keller (1995) investigated the distributional form of compound returns and found that some of standard assumptions can not be justified. Instead, Generalized Hyperbolic (GH) distribution fit the empirical returns with high accuracy. Hu and Kercheval (2007) also show that the normal distribution leads to VaR (Value at Risk) estimate that significantly underestimate the realized empirical values, while the GH distributions do not. We consider saddlepoint approximations to estimate the VaR and the ES (Expected Shortfall) which frequently encountered in finance and insurance as measures of risk management. We supposed GH distributions instead of normal ones, as underlying distribution of linear portfolios. Simulation results show the saddlepoint approximations are very accurate than normal ones.
