Now a day, lots of the animations include TV series Animations are made by the technique of 3D Animation. However, 3D Animation obstructs visual elements and deteriorates an acquaintance with the limit of unfamiliar material methods and dispersion of light. For this reason, a large of number of 3D Animations are repacked with the style of 2D Animation. Most of previous studies for the conversion of output 3D Animation to the style of 2D Animation are analysis for 2D rendering techniques. In case of Non-realistic 3D Character Animation, first and foremost it needs investigation of the basic producing method for the 2D Animation is different with the realistic expression way of the one for the 3D animation. For a case study, expression methods for the non-realistic and the non-actuality 2D Character Animation come with impossible ways in the real life. This study for the 3D Animation with the style of 2D Animation is to investigate on the keynote for effective expression methods, when we turn 3D Animation into the style of 2D Animation.
The development of technology in traditional media is affecting a variety of ways. In particular, the influence of digital images, the animation turned to a realistic 3D animation. With the release of realistic 3D animation , Robert Zemeckis received much attention but the audience did not like the animation of this style gradually. Robert Zemeckis gave up 3D animation after that drew attention for having a huge production budget while failing at a record-setting proportion in the American box-office. A digital actor in realistic 3D animation looks like real but the audience know that it is not real and they know that realistic 3D animations and live-action movies are different. So the audience will experience an emotional conflict like confusion, hesitation. The visual completion in realistic 3D animation is due to the development of technology and technology must develop to connect the audience acceptance and movie.

In recent years, as computer-generated imagery has been applied to more industries, realistic facial animation is one of the important research topics. The current solution for realistic facial animation is to create realistic rendered 3D characters, but the 3D characters created by traditional methods are always different from the actual characters and require high cost in terms of staff and time. Deepfake technology can achieve the effect of realistic faces and replicate facial animation. The facial details and animations are automatically done by the computer after the AI model is trained, and the AI model can be reused, thus reducing the human and time costs of realistic face animation. In addition, this study summarizes the way human face information is captured and proposes a new workflow for video to image conversion and demonstrates that the new work scheme can obtain higher quality images and exchange effects by evaluating the quality of No Reference Image Quality Assessment.
Animation is completed in accordance with the original planning of visual direction in the process of post-production. Especially, a variety of visualization skills to meet the planning idea are directed in editing and compositing processes such as rendering and shading in the production of 3D animation. Therefore, the studies how to implement these visual effects have been conducted since the emergence of the animation. The rendering method which appears in the recent animations so often is the effect of 2D animation style although it is applied by 3D technique. 3D animation can be classified as two types including photo realistic and non-photo realistic renderings. The former is to render the images realistically while the latter is to highlight the formative effect with analogue style free from the realism of the photographs. Visual effect of 2D animation is non-realistic, that is, non-photo realistic rendering. The animations produced by this method have the depth of 3D animation expression in terms of space and animating, and can direct the viewer-friendly analogue style visuals, which are widely used as a post-production effect. Hence in this study, we selected a short animation, 'Paperman,' one of Disney's animations, produced by cartoon rendering method which belongs to the class of non-photo rendering technique in 3D graphics, as our subject. We analyzed their techniques and visual effects of the scenes expressed by cartoon rendering method so as to understand whether they meet the original direction idea with the composition work. In addition, we expect further developments of post-production methods, exceeding the limit of graphic expression in alignment with the trend that has become more various in the types and genres of non-photo rendering.

The caustic effect provides some of the most amazing indirect illuminated light patterns or scenery one could find in nature. We can perceive this in forms of twinkling stars, shimmering, visually deflected spoon in the water and other various occasions. To generate the caustic effect more realistic and effectively in 3D animation the understanding of the caustic effect and its application is very crucial. However, thor exists various factors in creating the caustic effect other than two main factors discussed in this paper and these factors will require to be studied and tested. In this report, various cases, which used the caustic effect to create more realistic scenery are studied and the role of the caustic effect played in various sceneries are analyzed. In addition to these case studies it is also experimented with changes in different conditions On the basis of the result of case studies, the report demonstrates how the caustic effect can be used to create more realistic scenery by conducting substantiate experiment and research on practicing 3D animation. With all of these researches, the paper is to present the education guide to produce more realistic scenery in 3D animation.

Virtual Reality makes a virtual environment more realistic and, furthermore, it provides a variety of experiences which we cannot have in reality. A drastic growth of GPU performance and increase of computing capability make virtual environment more realistic than ever. One important element of constructing virtual environment is to animate 3D characters. Many researchers have been studying 3D characters animating and a myriad of methods have been proposed to make them more realistic. In this paper, we discuss the technologies and characteristics of 3D character animation. We believe that realistic characters in Virtual Reality will be applied to various fields: education, film and game industry, business and, particularly, medical area such as telemedicine, virtual surgery, etc.

NPR style makes it possible that 3D animation images can be used as an art direction by escaping from the cold and realistic image. And these expression methode are developed technically and, many kinds of animation styles are being created by directing various 2D materials and lighting system.
Realistic facial animation research field which communicates with human and computer using face has increased recently. The human face is the part of the body we use to recognize individuals and the important communication channel that understand the inner states like emotion. To provide the intelligent interface. computer facial animation looks like human in talking and expressing himself. Facial modeling and animation research is focused on realistic facial animation recently. In this article, we suggest the method of facial modeling and animation for realistic facial synthesis. We can make a 3D facial model for arbitrary face by using generic facial model. For more correct and real face, we make the Korean Generic Facial Model. We can also manipulate facial synthesis based on the physical characteristics of real facial muscle and skin. Many application will be developed such as teleconferencing, education, movies etc.
Since the first episode of (1995) by Pixar, a world leading animation company, 3D animation has been focused on realistic motion and rendering techniques. However, in 2018, 3D animation was released, with unique backgrounds created through illustration techniques and dynamic movements of characters that seemed to be produced by hand rather than computers. It shows a lot of difference from other 3D animations. In this study, I analyzed 's new production techniques and expressions into two categories, first, the use of old comics techniques, and second, other factors that made the animation stand out. in 3D animation market focused on realistic motion and rendering techniques can have positive implications in terms of expanding animation diversity. This study is expected to be used as academic or research data for researchers studying new production techniques in related fields.

A hierarchical motion control system for animation of 3D human character is implemented using the motion database in realtime. The proposed motion control system consists of coordination controller for gait timing and balancing of walking motion, joint servo controller for realistic limb movement, and motion database for goal-directed character animation which makes time-consuming animation relatively easy task. As one example among the various applications of the proposed motion control system. We present a simple virtual reality system in which the motion control system plays a central role in generating realistic motion of virtual human character.
