  • To construct distance learing servers and provide their service using the WWW(World Wide Web), it is necessary that we use a real-time processing mehtod rather than the processing after downloading method for multimedia data transmission and their processing.To fulfill such requirements, we developed a real-time processing muduloe for distance education which can process multimedia data in AVI and WAV formats in distrbuted eviroments.We in turn developede a real-time WWW server that can provide real-time services of hypertxt and motion poctures data in temsw of adding the real-time porcessing modute to the MuX framework and intergarting them with WWW. We frnally developed as distance lerming system for real-time interactive chinese character learming, bassed on the results from the pre-vious steps.

  • With development of mobile communications terminal and expansion of mobile Internet, a large number of users can use mobile web contents at anytime and anywhere and will demand service of greater contents. Due to such demand, many studies are being carried out on transcoding contents so that wired web contents can be used in mobile web. However, transcoding and creation of mobile web contents involve difficulties because specifications available from telecommunications companies and mobile terminals have not been standardized. Especially, in order for serving dynamic object of wired web page contents to dynamically change according to time or user, it is required not only to program scripts to suit each terminal, but also to transcode the resources used in advance. for solution to this problem, this study uses the hierarchy structure of DOM (document object model) to display structural characteristics of wired web page. In other words, this study proposes the following technique. Wired web pages are analyzed and the results are established as data structure. Then, dynamic object is extracted and the domain is indexed so that, when serving mobile web page, information can be extracted at the indexed position to create mobile web contents for service on real-time basis. Also, this study aims at developing an editing device to edit mobile web contents and mobile web service server to service the edited contents by applying the above technique.

  • An O2O-based real estate brokerage web sites or apps are increasing explosively. As a result, the environment has been changed from the existing offline-based real estate brokerage environment to the online-based environment, and consumers are getting very good feelings in terms of time, cost, and convenience. However, behind the convenience of online-based real estate brokerage services, users often suffer time and money damage due to false information or malicious false information. Therefore, in this study, in order to reduce the damage to consumers that may occur in the O2O-based real estate brokerage service, we designed a false property information filtering system that can determine the authenticity of registered property information using artificial intelligence technology. Through the proposed research method, it was shown that not only the authenticity of the property information registered in the online real estate service can be determined, but also the temporal and financial damage of consumers can be reduced.

  • The consumer in the 21$\^$st/ century e-business era is developing a taste fur greater professionalism diversity, internationalism and large-scale integration of his or her demands. With these changes in the consumers preferences in mind, e-businesses need to develop a real time track and trace system to accommodate their logistical and consumer service operations. This research paper discusses the development of a object-oriented logistics tracking database system and a web service tracking component necessary to efficiently store and manage the movements of postal goods and provide real time information on logistics trading.

  • This study aims to design and implement a learning evaluation system using .NET which is developed by Microsoft. .NET technology supports higher processing speed than ASP technology. The learning evaluation system is based on the web, consists of administrator module, questioner module and student module. The functions of the system, i.e., providing test questions, performing test, and evaluating result of test are achieving on the web in real time. Even when many users use this system, the system is stable and has a speed response time.

  • We introduce about XBRL, eXtensible Business Reporting Language, which is widely accepted as the international standard language for business financial reporting. XBRL is a language for the electronic communication of business and financial data which is revolutionizing business reporting around the world. It provides major benefits in the preparation, analysis and communication of business information. It offers cost savings, greater efficiency and improved accuracy and reliability to all those involved in supplying or using financial data. XBRL is a kind of XML application based on the open Internet technologies. We propose a framework for enterprise information supply chain using XBRL Web services. A Web service is defined as a software system based on XML and designed to support interoperable machine-to-machine interaction over a network by the W3C. Web services are frequently just application programming interfaces (API) that can be accessed over a network, such as the internet and executed on a remote system hosting the requested services. An XBRL Web service-based enterprise information supply chain enables for companies to implement seamless information supply chains from businesses to financial institutions, to supervisory authorities, and to other stake holders for real time information access. And thereby it is expected to contribute to the increase in the value of companies due to the enhanced visibility and transparency of accounting and management.

  • This article proposes a POD system framework which creates templates by using the Web service environment with good accessibility, provides them so that users can easily edit them, and uses COM ports following Web standard capable of real-time printing with the same quality as edited files. The characteristic of framework proposed in this article is that it creates programs which users with basic skill in Internet use can learn and use relatively easily when compared with existing specialized editing programs and which allows users to print real-time such files as personally created by them in the same quality as on the screen, and thereby enhances accessibility thereof.

  • Web Map Service on mobile environment, provided with cost effective mobile GIS contents and user preferred POIs(Points of interests), is strongly required at this moment when mobile and portable Internet is rapidly spreaded on mobile user community as information technology and mobile HW are evolved in its speed, bandwidth and features. As the mobile and portable Internet becomes popular in mobile services, LBS(Location Based Service) is positioned on a mobile client as one of the best information infra services. Recently mobile GIS (Geographic Information System) comes in service to support LBS, but it is constrained and limited on its system configuration and its presentation methodology of a map, and also it depends on its run time environment. In this paper, we made an effort to design and implement a GIS computing platform with server based thin client for mobile WMS(Web Map Service). For its cost effective Platform which could be easily building up POIs and GIS contents, we're not using commercial GIS solution but NGII's (National Geographic Information Institute's) DXF numerical map, and representing the maps, GIS contents and POIs by SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) recommended by OGC(OpenGis Consortium). We're also adapting de facto standard of XML web service technology such as WSDL, SOAP to provide real time mobile GIS service on PDA as well as mobile terminal by applying a GPS receiver for a user's location information on mobile environment.

  • In this paper forest fire statistical information management system is constructed on web environment using web based GIS(Geographic Information System) technology. Though this system, general users can easily access forest fire statistical information and obtain them in visual method such as maps, graphs, and text if they have web browsers. Moreover, officials related to forest fire can easily control and manage all information in domestic by accessing input interface, retrieval interface, and out interface. In order to implement this system, IIS 5.0 of Microsoft is used as web server and Oracle 8i and ASP(Active Server Page) are used for database construction and dynamic web page operation, respectively. Also, Arc IMS of ESRI is used to serve map data using Java and HTML as system development language. Through this system, general users can obtain the whole information related to forest fire visually in real time also recognize forest fire prevention. In addition, Forest officials can manage the domestic forest resource and control forest fire dangerous area efficiently and scientifically by analyzing and retrieving huge forest data through this system. So, they can save their manpower, time and cost to collect and manage data.
