  • Now, GPS survey is used on equipment from leisure to precise geodetic survey and nation admits the result of GPS survey. When surveyors perform precise GPS survey, they use post processing method but they greatly use real time processing method to consider field status. Especially, when surveyors measure the result of moving target, they use real time GPS survey to the best method. For this study, the author precisely surveyed distance of ship launching from shipyard on real time using real time precise GPS method. In this paper, the author compares and examines the accuracy of first real time precise GPS survey method nationally and the capability on use. And the author performed real time precise GPS survey in NOKBONG and 21C shipyard positioning at GEOJEDO.

  • This paper proposes a method utilizing Differential Global Position System (DGPS) with Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) and pre-built Geo-graphic Information System (GIS) to detect lane departure of a vehicle. The position of a vehicle measured by DGPS with RTK has 18 cm-level accuracy. The preconditioned GIS data giving accurate position information of the traffic lanes is used to set up coordinate system and to enable fast calculation of the relative position of the vehicle within the traffic lanes. This relative position can be used for safe driving by preventing the vehicle from departing lane carelessly. The proposed system can be a key component in functions such as vehicle guidance, driver alert and assistance, and the smart highway that eventually enables autonomous driving supporting system. Experimental results show the ability of the system to meet the accuracy and robustness to detect lane departure of a vehicle at high speed.

  • The purposes of this study are to raise the awareness of urban water not being efficiently managed and to propose a method for resolving this issue. To serve these purposes, a methodology was proposed to obtain sensing data in a real-time monitoring method and to build them into a GIS. Some sample data among sensing data was used to perform a series of trend analyses using several polynomial models. As a result of the aforementioned research, the proposed monitoring technique is expected to offer some important information in order to improve the reliability of urban water.

  • Recently, more electric power facilities have been miniaturized and it is noted that the facilities maintenance will be essential through operation optimization. In this paper we applied and examined the operation optimization of electric power facilities by applying Matrix system which can improve reliability to minimize outage and recover failure rapidly when blackouts happen at 25.8kV Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS). The fundamental problem for facilities maintenance of GIS can happen due to indeterminable internal state in real time. Matrix optimization organizes action states in all containers which contain pressurized $SF_6$ Gas such as circuit breaker, disconnector switch, bus for utilizing them each area. Then, we connect it with power system to monitor and control internal state remotely in real time, and we can minimize blackout zone or outage. Considering above process, we improved stability of overall facilities.

  • In ubiquitous computing GIS services, it is possible to use the spatio-temporal data anytime through the mobile device. GIS services regularly update use the latest spatio-temporal data to provide the most suitable services. For this situation, update data is distributed to CD or wired networks update services. However, this method has problem to propagate update data to users as taking long time. In this paper, suggests a synchronization system which propagate update data to users for reducing processing time efficiently. This synchronization system collects update data in the field and synchronizes server with collected data to use mobile devices by real time. For this system, I design and materialize synchronization module which updates update data and wireless network module.

  • This study is to develop a web-based real-time agricultural flood management system(RAFMS) for 378 agricultural reservoirs equipped with auto water level gauge stations. The RAFMS was designed to operate linking with Rural Agricultural Water Resource Information System(RAWRIS) which supports data viz. real-time rainfall and water level necessary for RAFMS. The system was constituted to monitor the floods simultaneously at each reservoir by calculating the real-time reservoir inflow from watersheds, water level, and release to downstream. In addition, the system has the prediction function for the flood by applying weather forecasting data from Korea Meteorological Administration(KMA).

  • U-City has been promoted nation-wide by development of recent IT technology. This paper studied the concept of 3D-virtual city in order to realize the current Ubiquitous City(U-City) efficiently, and to manage all the RFID/USN monitoring data in the real U-City. 3D-Virtual City is the concept of the reproduction of real world U-City, for embodying Ubiquitous technology while using Digital map, satellite image, VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language). U&V-City is the four-dimensional future city that real-time wire/wireless communication network and 3D-web GIS shall be connected that massive database, intelligent service be perceived through employing EAI(External Authoring Interface) that provides HTML&JAVA, and interface for efficient removal/process of massive information/ service and also by employing GPS/LBS/Navigation in support of world-wide orientation concept, and RTLS(Real Time Location System).

  • 본 논문에서 제시된 시스템은 주기억 데이터베이스 시스템 기반의 GIS로서, 서버에 구축된 지리정보를 모바일 기기에서 실시간으로 질의할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 본 시스템은 클라이언트-서버 환경으로 GIS서버가 대용량 GIS 데이터를 저장하고 질의처리 연산을 수행하도록 하였으며 모바일 기기는 단지 서버에 질의만 던지고 그 질의에 해당하는 결과만 실시간으로 제공받는 구조로 설계, 구현하였다. 본 논문은 실시간 모바일 GIS에 적합한 효율적인 인덱스와 SQL like 질의를 사용한 새로운 질의처리기법을 제시한다.

Network Analysis for Estimating Reach Time of Emergency Vehicles in Gumi City (구미시내 긴급차량의 도달시간 산정을 위한 Network해석)

  • In this study, based on numerical map GIS-T Dataset build and by using ArcGIS Network Analysis emergency vehicle's reach time were analyzed. AutoCad using 1: 50,000 based on roads and hospitals of numerical map were creating a Polyline and Point and Network Dataset made using ArcCatalog. ArcGIS Analysis setting the interval for the period reached 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 15 minutes was set and then U-Turn was set to not allow because U-turn takes a long time to calculate and does not happen often on the real road. Intersection of the passage of time, considering that the emergency vehicles were set to 3 seconds. To expand by taking advantage of this facility on Vulnerable area will be used as base material. If we focus on analyzing the emergency activity to convert little data, To prepare for disaster and disaster will be able to use the materials.

  • In compared with air insulated switchgear GIS has a high efficiency and confidence. Insulation method using $SF_6$ gas has a very excellent insulation characteristics for high voltage equipment but has a characteristics that insulation heredity is changed for internal unequal electric field. So analysis of electromagnetic field in GIS is very important basic data for structure design and trouble diagnosis process. In compared with established method, SNM in this paper observes variation of the electromagnetic field with real time and get result very similar to measurement. In order to know the variation of electromagnetic field distribution for transient response for time and position, variations are observed when metal particles are moving fast.
