초 중등교육의 Blended Learning은 교실에서 ICT를 활용하여 전통적 면대면 수업의 한계점을 보완할 수 있으며 방과 후 Online을 통해 다양한 상호작용은 물론 Offline과 다른 학습 경험을 갖도록 할 수 있다. 특히 초 중등 교육에서 이 두 형태의 학습을 상호 연계 보완할 수 있는 Bended Learning은 학습자들의 협력적 지식 창출을 보다 활발히 촉진할 수 있다는 점에 그 강점이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구를 통해 Online Offline 혼합 학습 형태인 Blended Learning에서의 협력적 지식 창출과정을 개념적으로 모형화 하고, <중략> 그 결과, 개념적 모형과 현장의 차이를 분석, 이를 반영하여 실제와 모형사이의 간극을 줄인 모형을 도출하였다.

최근 들어, 대규모의 피해를 동반하는 각종 재난, 사고 등이 증가하고 있다. 재난은 불확실성을 지닌 사고로 국민의 생명과 안전, 재산보호 등에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 따라서, 다양한 재난에 대한 예방, 대응, 복구 등의 안전관리 체계를 구축, 운영하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 재난 사고에 대한 체계적인 대응을 위해 스마트 환경에서의 실시간 재난 안전 관리 솔루션을 설계하였다. 이를 위해, 스마트 디바이스를 통해 상황실과 유관기관, 전문가 등에게 1:1 또는 1:N 상황 전파를 수행하여 다자간 정보 공유 및 소통으로 신속하고 적절하게 대응할 수 있도록 솔루션을 구성하였다. 즉, 실시간·다자간 HD 영상 송출, 모바일 형식의 보고서 관리, 음성·문자 상황 전파, 위치정보 공유, 녹화 및 이력관리, 보안 등의 기능을 적용한 솔루션을 설계하였다.

We try to study the plan to deliver the message of the hope and common peoples are diligent and we can buy the real estate in work if we make efforts hard that relieve an real estate price and analyze a timex situation. If prepared the countermeasure in the government with many real estate policy with due to a short though countermeasure which is seen at one's face. The error to the people of the policy which does not do the staring gaze to tie. This paper to pursue the stability of an real estate price and analyze the price according to an real estate policy and lead an real estate policy for a residing stability of the common people. There are we even though we grope the method to actualize and protect a lease security according to a house lease law of protection.

Human capabilities, such as technical/nontechnical skills, have begun to be recognized as crucial factors for nuclear safety. One of the most common ways to improve human capabilities in general is training. The nuclear industry has constantly developed and used training as a tool to increase plant efficiency and safety. An integrated training framework was suggested for one of those efforts, especially during simulation training sessions of nuclear power plant operation teams. The developed training evaluation methods are based on measuring the levels of situation awareness of teams in terms of the level of shared confidence and consensus as well as the accuracy of team situation awareness. Verification of the developed methods was conducted by analyzing the training data of real nuclear power plant operation teams. The teams that achieved higher level of shared confidence showed better performance in solving problem situations when coupled with high consensus index values. The accuracy of nuclear power plant operation teams' situation awareness was approximately the same or showed a similar trend as that of senior reactor operators' situation awareness calculated by a situation awareness accuracy index (SAAI). Teams that had higher SAAI values performed better and faster than those that had lower SAAI values.

This paper proposes a method to track object of real-time video transferred through single web-camera and to recognize risk-situation and human actions. The proposed method recognizes human basic actions that human can do in daily life and finds risk-situation such as faint and falling down to classify usual action and risk-situation. The proposed method models the background, obtains the difference image between input image and the modeled background image, extracts human object from input image, tracts object's motion and recognizes human actions. Tracking object uses the moment information of extracting object and the characteristic of object's recognition is moment's change and ratio of object's size between frames. Actions classified are four actions of walking, waling diagonally, sitting down, standing up among the most actions human do in daily life and suddenly falling down is classified into risk-situation. To test the proposed method, we applied it for eight participants from a video of a web-cam, classify human action and recognize risk-situation. The test result showed more than 97 percent recognition rate for each action and 100 percent recognition rate for risk-situation by the proposed method.

Recently, in the academic disciplines critical thinking has been emphasized as the new evolution in education. Problem-based learning is suggested as the evolutionary learning method in developing critical thinking. In the nursing education, PBL is offered as an appropriate teaching method to prepare nurse student for professional. PBL is a student-centered learning strategy aimed at developing critical thinking, motivating self-directed study and attaining autonomy. The purpose of this study was to develop the communication curriculum of nursing education based on PBL and implementing of it. PBL module was developed focused on five communication situations. And learning strategies to facilitate the learning process and the guided questions to stimulate student inquiry were also developed. This PBL education was conducted for six students in the master's course during the 14 weeks from March, 2000 to June, 2000. The outcomes of the PBL education were examined based on the content analysis of the students reflective journal. As a result, it was found that students experienced the effect of it focused on self-oriented, group-oriented, and practice-oriented domain. In the self-oriented domain, the findings indicate that there were 5 kinds of concepts including 'motivation for self-directed study', 'transition toward certainty in knowledge acquisition', 'attempt to apply their prior knowledge into new situation', 'enhancement of self-image in real situation', 'self-growth with self reflection'. In the group-oriented domain, there were 3 kinds of concepts including 'cognitive work in group', 'perception of co-responsibility in attaining learning objectives', 'socialization with group members'. In the practice-oriented domain, there were 3 kinds of concepts including 'linkage theoretical knowledge with real situation', 'attempt to apply in real situation', 'development problem solving skill in real situation'. In conclusion, PBL had a significant effect on self, group, and clinical domain. And assessing PBL outcomes is challenging because standardized instrument do not develop yet. So the findings of this study can suggest the basic data for examining the PBL outcome.

As the Internet traffic increases, the demand for higher performance routers continues to grow, and it makes switch chips more complex. To make matters worse, these chips also need to handle high-level services. In this paper, we introduce an efficient verification methodology that can support real network traffics to satisfy the verification requirement of real complex situation even at the early design phase of switch chips.

본 논문은 플로우 시각화 기반의 네트워크 보안 상황 감시 방법인 VisFlow를 제안하며, 기존 트래픽 플로우 시각화 기술의 단점인 대량 트래픽 발생 시의 직관성 상실 문제, 대칭적 주소 공간에 의한 반사현상 문제, 종단간 연결 의미의 상실 문제를 해결하고자 한다. VisFlow는 단순하고 효율적인 보안 시각화 인터페이스로써 플로우 시각화 기술을 활용하여 개별적인 트래픽 데이터들에서는 볼 수 없었던 다양한 네트워크 현상들을 패턴으로 형상화하고 관리 네트워크 내의 보안 상황을 실시간으로 분석 및 감시하는 방법이다. 트래픽 플로우의 포트 역할 분석 방법을 이용하여 노드 유형과 중요 정보를 식별 분류하고, 분류된 정보는 중요도에 따라 2D/3D 공간 상에 단순화 및 강조하여 표시함으로써 직관성과 실용성을 높인다. 또한, IP주소값에 기반한 비대칭적 노드 배치를 통해 반사현상 문제를 해결하고 노드간의 연결선을 활용하여 종단간의 세션 의미를 유지함으로써 정보성은 높인다. 관리자는 VisFlow를 통해 방대한 트래픽 데이터를 쉽게 탐색하고 전체 네트워크 상황을 직관적으로 파악함으로써 네트워크 보안 상황을 효과적으로 감시할 수 있다.

Recently, the high performance of tactical situation display console and tactical data links are used to integrate the operational situations in accordance with information age and NCW (Network Centric Warfare). The tendency to maximize the efficiency of task execution has been developed by sharing information and the state of the battle quickly through complex and diverse information exchange. Tactical data link is a communication system that shares the platform with core components of weapons systems and battlefield situation between the command and control systems to perform a Network Centric Warfare and provides a wide range of tactical data required for decision-making and implementation.It provides the tactical information such as tactical information such as operational information, the identification of the peer, and the target location in real time or near real time in the battlefield situation, and it is operated for the exchange of mass tactical information between the intellectuals by providing common situation recognition and cooperation with joint operations. In this study, still image management, audio file management, tactical screen recording and playback using the storage and playback, NITF (National Imagery Transmission Format) message received from the displayer integrates the tactical situation in three dimensions according to multiple data link operation to suggest ways to ensure data integrity between the data link processor during the entire operation time.

본 연구의 목적은 노인 운전자의 시공간능력이 운전 중 상황인식에 어떻게 작용하는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 노인 운전자의 시공간능력을 측정하기 위해 시공간 구성과 기억 능력을 측정하는 Rey-Osterrith Complex Figure(이하, ROCF) 평가를 사용하였으며, 실험참가자의 운전 중 상황인식을 측정하기 위해 UC-win/Road 시뮬레이션으로 제작된 실시간 탐사법을 활용하였다. 60명의 실험참가자가 실험에 참가하였다(노인 운전자: 30명, 평균연령 70세 / 젊은 운전자: 30명, 평균연령 27세). 실험 후, 운전 중 시공간능력에 관련된 상황인식의 각 수준별 영향을 분석하기 위해서 반복측정 변량분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 시공간능력이 상황인식능력에 밀접한 관계가 있음을 증명하였으며, 노인의 시공간능력이 노인 운전자의 지속적인 운전 가능성을 높이는데 큰 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 한편 노인 운전자의 시공간능력 향상을 위해 보다 적극적인 ROCF의 개발을 제안하고자 한다.
