  • Recently, as the number of safety accidents caused by reagents increases, researches on a system that can reduce safety accidents are underway. Existing systems managed reagent cabinet through various sensors. On the other hand, there are disadvantages in that countermeasures against simultaneous danger situations are insufficient at multi-reagents cabinet. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a system to manage the reagents cabinet through danger priority. Danger priorities are selected through domestic chemical accident cases and the Chemical Safety Management Act. If a danger situation occurs in the reagent cabinet, make sure it is from a single or multiple reagent cabinets. For multiple reagent cabinets, compare the reagent cabinet priorities and run the device sequentially from the reagent cabinet with the highest priority. Thus, by operating the device according to the danger priority, the chain reaction can be prevented in advance and the reagent cabinet can be safely managed.

  • Recently, as safety accidents by reagents increase in laboratories, systems are being developed to safely manage reagents. The existing system monitoring and manages the reagent through the web page, but the internal environment change of the reagent cabinet is considered or the remote monitoring and control function is insufficient. In order to solve this problem, this paper predicts the deterioration of the reagent loaded in the reagent cabinet. And we propose a system that can monitoring and control remotely. It predicts the deterioration of the reagent through the temperature attached to the inside of the reagent cabinet, the value measured by the humidity sensor and the validity period of the reagent, and sends a alert message to the manager. The manager monitoring and controls the reagent cabinet through the application. By predicting the deterioration of the reagents and remotely managing the reagents cabinet it is thought that safety accidents can be reduced.

  • Recently, various accidents caused by reagents in laboratories have demanded a safety management system suitable for the danger situation. The existing system operated the equipment according to the temperature and humidity change inside the reagent cabinet, but the operation of the device corresponding to the danger situation and the countermeasures against many dangerous situations are insufficient. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a reagent cabinet safety management system based on the reagent cabinet danger priority in happen of accidents caused by reagents under management. The danger priority is type of reagents and selected by the danger situation that can be caused by the reagents. If a danger situation occurs, operate the device according to the selected danger priority and the type of danger situation. It is considered that the reagent cabinet can be safely managed by checking the danger situation in the reagent cabinet and operating the device according to the danger priority.

  • Reagent Cabinet of existing that management does not classify the reagents by characteristics it has a problem that can result dangerous situations. Also, the situation impossible the ability to control the reagent cabinet from outside in the event of dangerous situations. In this paper, design a system for managing reagents it can be classified according to the characteristics and the reagent cabinet management on a mobile device. Utilizing the characteristics classification from first to sixth classification management to fit the classification of each reagent. The mobile device transmits the sensor control, reagent and sensor data monitoring, dangerous situation occurs when the alarm message. Accordingly, it is expected through the characteristics classification reduce accidents in the laboratory if the dangerous situation will be a prompt action from the outside.

  • Recently, the reagent in the laboratory can not only confirm the internal environment through the sensor but also check the status inside the reagent cabinet in real time. Also, if an abnormality occurs in the inside of the reagent cabinet, a serious accident may occur. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a reagent monitoring system that integrates reagent and ICT. The sensor data measured in real time is displayed to the user in real time through the monitor and stored in the database. In addition, by using the stored data, it is possible to inform the registered administrator in real time of the dangerous situation by informing the dangerous situation in case of danger, and to be able to check and control remotely. This can improve safety by making control and confirmation of the state of the inside of the reagent everywhere.

  • Recently, safety accidents that occur in laboratories have occurred in various forms, so that a system that can reduce safety accidents in laboratories is required. The existing system identifies the danger situation according to the change of the temperature and the humidity, but the type of the danger situation is not known and the operation of the device is manually performed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a system that identifies the danger situation of a reagent cabinet using multiple sensors and automatically operates the device. The internal environment of the reagent cabinet is measured in real time through the sensors and the sensor data is used to identify the danger situation. Also, when a danger situation is identified, the appropriate device is selected and operated automatically. In this way, identification of the danger situation of the reagent cabinet and automatic operation of the device will reduce the safety accidents occurring in the reagent cabinet.

  • The system used in the laboratory of chemistry and medical is management only by measuring the temperature inside the reagent management within and recording in handwriting. When you hold the reagent, it can not recognize in real time the problems that occur in the interior, an accident occurs. you can not find a use record reagent storage, a problem with the management of an efficient reagent can be generated. In this paper, we propose a reagent management system that leverages the embedded boards and sensors in the laboratory reagents effectively manage to resolve it. As a result, Converting the information of the reagent to the data using the NFC, the administrator can identify the reagent user to register and manage hazardous reagents. Converted by using the NFC information of the reagent to the data, the administrator can identify the reagent user to register and manage hazardous reagents, temperature, humidity, so that it can be controlled by utilizing the VOC sensor to. Also it is passes the message to the administrator in the event of a particular risk situation. This is believed to enable the effective administration in a laboratory reagent.

  • The recent spread of novel and highly variant pathogenic viruses, including the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), has increased the demand for diagnostic testing for rapid confirmation. This has resulted in investigating the functional capability of each space, and preparing facility guidelines to secure the safety of medical technologists. During viral evaluations, there is a requirement of negative pressure facilities along with thread separation, during pre-treatment of samples and before nucleic acid amplification. Space composition therefore needs to be planned by considering unidirectional air flow. This classification of safety management facilities is designated as biosafety level 2, and personal protective equipment is placed accordingly. In case of handling dangerous materials, they need to be carried out of the biosafety cabinet, and sterilizers are required for suitable disposal of infectious agents. A common feature of domestic laboratories is maintenance of the sample pre-treatment space at a negative pressure of -2.5 Pa or less, and arranging separate pre-treatment and reagent preparation spaces during the test process. We believe that the data generated in this study is meaningful, and offers an efficient direction and detailed flow for separation of the inspection process and space functions. Moreover, this study introduces construction of the laboratory by applying the safety management standards.
