The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of teachers' responsiveness on teachers' strategies of problem behavior guidance. Teachers' responsiveness variables consisted of acceptance, sensitivity, consistency, warmth and teachers' strategies of problem behavior guidance variables consisted of positive proactive strategies, positive reactive strategies, negative reactive strategies. Subjects were 151 early childhood teachers in Seoul and Chungcheungnam-do. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression and hierarchical multiple regression. The main results of this study were as follows. Teachers' acceptance, sensitivity, consistency, warmth were positively related to teachers' positive proactive strategies and positive reactive strategies of problem behavior guidance. On the other hand, teachers' warmth was negatively related to teachers' negative reactive strategies. As results of examining relative effects of teachers' responsiveness on positive proactive strategies of problem behavior guidance, the influential variables were warmth and acceptance. The relative effects of teachers'responsiveness on positive reactive strategies of problem behavior guidance, the influential variables were sensitivity and acceptance. The relative effects of teachers' responsiveness on negative reactive strategies of problem behavior guidance, the only influential variable was warmth.

This study aimed to examine the influences of children's sex and the social information interpretation(intentional/incidental) on aggressions (form/function). The subjects were 363 fifth and sixth graders from 6 elementary schools in Busan and the data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA. The research findings were as follows: First, children's sex had significant influence upon their overt aggression, and children's interpretation of social information had significant influences upon their overt aggression and relational aggression alike. Second, children's sex and interpretation of social information had significant influences upon their proactive aggression and reactive aggression. Finally, children's sex had significant influences upon proactive-overt aggression, reactive-overt aggression and proactive-relational aggression.
The present study examined the effects of child maltreatment and self-control on reactive aggression amongst middle-school students and investigated whether students' self-control had any form of moderating effect on the relationship between child maltreatment and reactive aggression. The participants of this study consisted of 482 students (204 boys and 278 girls) from four middle schools located in Seoul and Gyoung-gi province. The Peer Conflict Scale (Marsee, Kimonis, & Frick, 2004) was used to measure the level of reactive aggression. The level of child maltreatment was assessed by means of the Child Trauma Questionnaire (Bernstein & Fink, 1998). Self-control was measured by the Self-Control Scale (Nam, 1999). Statistical analyses of data used for this study comprised the following methods; frequency, mean, standard deviation, and hierarchical regression. The moderating effect of self-control was analyzed by using the procedures proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986). The results indicated that the level of child maltreatment increased the level of reactive aggression whereas the level of self-control decreased the level of reactive aggression. In addition, self-control moderated the influence of child maltreatment on student's reactive aggression. As a result, the influence of child maltreatment upon reactive aggression was greater when the level of self-control was low, compared to when it was high.
Luteolysis is a cyclical regression of the corpus luteum in many non-primate mammalian species. Prostaglandin $F_2{\alpha}$($PGF_2{\alpha}$) from the uterus and ovary induces functional and structural luteolysis in bovine. The action of $PGF_2{\alpha}$ is mediated by $PGF_2{\alpha}$ receptor located on the luteal steroidogenic and endothelial cell membranes. $PGF_2{\alpha}$ plays an important role in regulating nitric oxide production in endothelial cells of the bovine corpus luteum. Nitric oxide production and nitric oxide synthase activity are stimulated and induced by $PGF_2{\alpha}$ in luteal endothelial cells. Moreover, the reactive oxygen species inhibits progesterone secretion in bovine luteal cells and induces apoptosis. Thus, the interaction between $PGF_2{\alpha}$ and reactive oxygen species provides important aspects in physiology of the corpus luteum forfunctional and structural luteolysis.
Purpose: This paper aims to reveal similarities and differences in behaviors in negative consumer-brand relationships. Thus, we focused on consumer motivation which includes intensity and direction of behaviors. The motivation for negative customer behavior has been discussed in the context of brand hate, but there is only limited research that has tried to measure it using quantitative methods. We are trying to measure customers' motivation in negative consumer-brand relationships and reveal the relationship between in-field customers' negative behaviors. Research design, data, and methodology: We adopt Reactive-Proactive aggression to measure the motivation of customers' behaviors in a negative consumer-brand relationship. Also, to reveal the relationship between in-field behavior and customer aggression, we survey Korean game communities to reactive-proactive aggression and behaviors, whether they participate, in each observed behavior during the serial negative consumer movements that occurred in the Korean game industry. As a methodology, we run multinomial logistic regression. Results: We observed 9 behaviors in this case, and we found that reactive-proactive aggression is related to participation and motivation of these behaviors. Conclusions: We suggest the potential of reactive-proactive aggression as motivation for customers' complex negative behaviors. Based on this potential, we hope reactive-proactive aggression could be used to reveal similarities and differences in behaviors in negative consumer-brand relationships.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between periodontal disease, number of remaining teeth with high-sensitivity C-Reactive protein in Korean adults aged 40 and older. Methods: The study used the Sixth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES VI-3), 2015. The study sample consisted of 3,883 aged 40 years or older who had completed the health survey and the health examination. Logistic regression analyses were performed to examine the odds ratios of high-sensitivity C-Reactive protein by periodontal disease and number of remaining teeth, adjusting for demographic characteristics, chronic diseases and oral health behavior-related variables. Results: When the demographic and chronic diseases were adjusted, the risk of high-sensitivity C-Reactive protein (hs-CRP) average 1.23 mg/L or higher was 1.36 times higher in patients with periodontal disease between the ages of 40 and 49, but it was not significant (OR=1.36; 95% CI=0.82-2.23). In addition, in the group of 0~23 remaining teeth aged 40~49 years, the risk of higher than the average 1.23 mg/L of high-sensitivity C-Reactive protein was 2.03 times higher (OR=2.03; 95% CI=1.10-3.74), and 1.49 times higher in 60~69 years (OR=1.07; 95% CI=1.04-2.76). Conclusions: This study found that periodontal disease and tooth loss in Korean adults aged 40 and older was significantly associated with high-sensitivity C-reactive protein.
Malondialdehyde (MDA), used as an oxidative stress marker, is commonly assayed by measuring the thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) using HPLC, as an indicator of the MDA concentration. Since the HPLC method, though highly specific, is time-consuming and expensive, usually it is not suitable for the rapid test in large-scale environmental epidemiologic surveys. The purpose of this study is to develop a simple and rapid method for estimating TBARS levels by using a multiple regression equation that includes TBARS levels measured with a microplate reader as an independent variable. Twelve hour urine samples were obtained from 715 subjects. The concentration of TBARS was measured at three different wavelengths (fluorescence: ${\lambda}-_{ex}$ 530 nm and ${\lambda}-_{em}$ 550 nm; ${\lambda}-_{ex}$ 515 nm and ${\lambda}-_{em}$ 553 nm; and absorbance: 532 nm) using microplate reader as well as HPLC. 500 samples were used to develop a regression equation, and the remaining 215 samples were used to evaluate the validity of the regression analysis. The induced multiple regression equation is as follows: TBARS level (${\mu}M$) = -0.282 + 1.830 ${\times}$ (TBARS level measured with a microplate reader at the fluorescence wavelengths ${\lambda}-_{ex}$ 530 nm and ${\lambda}-_{em}$ 550 nm, ${\mu}M$) -0.685 ${\times}$ (TBARS level measured with a microplate reader at the fluorescence wavelengths ${\lambda}-_{ex}$ 515 nm and ${\lambda}-_{em}$ 553 nm, ${\mu}M$) + 0.035 ${\times}$ (TBARS level measured with a microplate reader at the absorbance wavelength 532 nm, ${\mu}M$). The estimated TBARS levels showed a better correlation with, and are closer to, the corresponding TBARS levels measured by HPLC compared to the values obtained by the microplate method. The TBARS estimation method reported here is simple and rapid, and that is generally in concordance with HPLC measurements. This method might be a useful tool for monitoring of urinary TBARS level in environmental epidemiologic surveys with large sample sizes.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the nutritional status and to identify factors affecting malnutrition in hemodialysis patients. Methods: Data were collected from a convenience sample of 125 hemodialysis patients who agreed to participate in the study, between August 1 and October 4, 2014. Five structured questionnaires were used: Patient-generated Subjective Global Assessment, Simplified Nutritional Appetite Questionnaire, Self-rating Depression Scale, Fatigue Scale, and Family Support Scale. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, ${\chi}^2$-test, and stepwise multiple regression analysis by using SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Results: Of 125 patients, 30.4% were found to be malnourished. Malnutrition was related to age, family household income, depression, fatigue, social support, appetite, and levels of C-reactive protein and serum albumin. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that appetite, C-reactive protein level, fatigue, and albumin level were significant factors affecting malnutrition in hemodialysis patients. Conclusion: Regular and consistent nutritional assessment is essential in hemodialysis patients. Nurses who care for hemodialysis patients need to consider the factors identified from these findings when assessing their patients' nutritional status and needs.
