Historically, spectrum use has been increased through use of high frequencies, improved modulation, and between antenna techniques. However, these approaches are reaching practical limits. Cognitive radio allows new approaches to improve the intensity of use in spectrum which is licensed but under utilized. This paper addresses two such possible approaches. Real time spectrum markets permit users to exchange spectrum use. Interruptible spectrum would allow public sector spectrum users to recoup economic benefits for allowing others to share their low average, high peak use spectrum subject to preemption.

본 논문에서는 슬라이딩 평면에 도달 조건을 이용하여 균일한 계단 반응을 얻을 수 있는 퍼지 슬라이딩 모드 제어기 설계방법을 제시한다. 슬라이딩 평면에 도달할 조건을 퍼지 논리로 설계하여 과도한 입력이 플랜트에 가해지지 않도록 비선형 제어기를 설계한다. 슬라이딩 평면 도달 속도의 가변 조건을 퍼지화 하여 퍼지슬라이딩 모드 제어기를 설계한다. 각각의 제어기에 대하여 고주파 공진이 있는 2차 강성 모델에 대하여 모의 실험을 실시하여 그 특성을 비교하였다.

As recent as 10 years ago, a method of developing new medicine was developed by a new compounding method moving away from an existing one. Combinatorial chemistry made it easier to combine various kinds of compounds in a very short time and with little effort from existing methods. Through combinatorial chemistry, a number of compounds were synthesized using HTS(High Throughput Screening), with many reports reaching a clinical stage in search of new candidate material. As is widely accepted, port development has a significant impact on the regional economy. In view of the far-reaching effects and diversity, understanding its concrete substance is easier said than done. The need for a systematic approach to this subject is very urgent. This study aims at grasping a various fields that port development encompasses, as practical as possible. Therefore, this article describes the basic economic impact and characteristics of port development and explores the implications for regional economy.

In this paper, a novel model following sliding mode control is proposed by using a novel sliding mode with virtual state. This sliding surface has nominal dynamics of an original system and makes it possible that the Sliding Mode Control(SMC) technique is combined with the optimal controller. Its design is based on the argument system whose dynamics have one higher order than that of the original system. The reaching phase is eliminated by using an initial virtual state that makes the initial sliding function equal to zero.

We prove a theorem that there exists at least a solution reaching the prescribed target in autonomous differential inclusion. A weak invariance theorem is obtained from this theorem as its corollary. To deduce the conclusion, we assume that the target satisfies inward pointing condition. This condition will be given by proximal normal cone.

This paper presents a speed controller for the Sinusoidal type BLDC motor using the sliding mode. Since the sliding mode control has some practical limitations such as the chattering phenomenon and reaching phase problems, the technique of overcoming these limitations is proposed in a practical realization. This proposed speed control technique is composed of an smooth integral variable structure control(IVSC), and chattering prediction method.

In this paper is Proposed a VSC(variable structure controller) for a high-speed and high-precision position control of a XY Table, which is based on the PI type reaching mode. Also the comparative study between the proposed method and the conventional PID controller is presented as well. Designed and tuned under repeated experiments, the proposed method showed a better reasonable performance than PID controller in the aspect of tracking error.

Wireless Internet access shows an early-stage market that is entering a period of strong and sustained growth., reaching almost $40 billion in combined related equipment services by 2008 with equipment and services of nearly equal proportion. This explosive development is possible due to the continued growth of two of the most successful markets in history, the internet and mobile telephony. The number of global wireless internet users will incense from approximately 1.9million in 2001 to 1.3billion by 2006. Technological changes are the main factor in the emergence of what is being called the fourth generation of mobile communications.
