피트니스센터의 경쟁요인이 고객만족 및 재이용의사에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Competitive Factors of Fitness Center on Customer Satisfaction and Re-use Intention)

  • 본 연구는 피트니스센터의 경쟁요인이 고객만족과 재이용의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 것이다. 이에 부산, 경남지역의 피트니스센터 이용고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 422부의 설문지를 SPSS WIN 23.0과 AMOS WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 입지특성의 접근성은 고객만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 가시성은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시설특성의 공간성과 편리성은 고객만족에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서비스특성 요인의 반응성과 전문성은 고객만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 신뢰성과 공감성은 고객만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고객만족은 재이용의사에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해서 피트니스센터의 경쟁요인과 고객만족 및 재이용의사는 밀접한 관계가 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었으며, 결국 고객들의 만족과 선호하는 이용패턴을 파악하여 피트니스센터 경영에 적극 반영될 수 있어야 할 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of six factors (accuracy, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security, instant accessibility, and ease of use) on re-use intention; and then to help to establish future marketing strategy. In order to achieve the study's objectives, this study conducted an online questionnaire on the Internet, Wenjuanxing. The total of 270 copies through APP-Wechat (Wicket), and 245 were used for analysis. For statistical processing, SPSS22.0 is used to analyze the influence relationship amongst factors for mobile tourism information service, a variety of analysis, such as factor analysis, reliability analysis, mass regression analysis, simple regression analysis were employed. The results of this study are summarized as follows. As a result of analyzing the factors affecting the satisfaction of consumers using chinese Ctrip mobile app, the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of mobile tourism information service attributes have a significant effect on user satisfaction. The accuracy of mobile information service were found to have no significant effect on satisfaction. The security, immediacy of access, and usability of the payment service of mobile APP were found to have a significant effect on satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a significant effect on re-use intention.

서빙로봇의 서비스품질, 고객만족, 지속적인 사용의도에 미치는 영향 : 소비자들을 대상으로 (Influence of Service Quality at a Serving Robot on Customer Satisfaction & Intention to re-Use : for Consumers )

  • The serving robot is defined as a robot that carries cooked food to a customer table or collects and carries bowls after eating. This study presented a research model to find out the causal relationship between customer satisfaction and continuous use intention through the three factors of serving robot service quality. In addition, in order to empirically verify the above research model, a survey was conducted on customers using serving robots within the last 5 months. 300 copies were analyzed using SPSS 20 as the final analysis, excluding unfaithful responses. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, serving robot service quality (typical) found to have significant effect on customer satisfaction and continuous use intention. Second, it was found that serving robot service quality (reliability) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and continuous use intention. Third, it was found that serving robot service quality (ease) did not significantly affect customer satisfaction and continuous use intention.

  • 본 연구는 간호·간병통합서비스 병원을 이용한 대상자가 인식한 간호 인력의 의사소통 능력과 의사 소통 유형 및 간호서비스 만족도가 간호·간병통합 서비스 병원 재이용의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 간호·간병통합서비스 병동에서 3일 이상 입원 중인 환자 291명이다. 자료 수집은 자가 기입식 설문 조사를 이용하였으며, 자료 통계 분석방법은 SPSS 21.0을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 간호·간병통합서비스 병원 재이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 간호서비스 만족도, 통합서비스 이용이었으며 이들 변수의 설명력은 총 63.4%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 재이용의도를 높이기 위해서는 간호서비스 만족도 높이기 위한 노력이 필요하며, 특히 보장성에 영향을 미치는 다른 변수에 대한 반복 연구가 필요하다.

  • Objectives: Guardians of patients have a great deal of influence on decision-making in the course of care in Korea. The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of nursing service satisfaction on hospital re-use intention in the guardians of patients admitted to comprehensive nursing care units. Methods: The survey was conducted on 151 guardians of patients hospitalized in comprehensive nursing care units of two general hospitals for four months beginning in September 2017. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-tests, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analyses using SPSS/Win 21 software. Results: Nineteen percent of variance in hospital re-use intention was accounted for by reliability (t=3.31, p=.001), empathy (t=2.49, p=.014), and recommendations from others (t=2.49, p=.014). The explanatory power was significant (F=13.06, p<.001). Conclusions: To promote hospital reuse, nurses need to improve the quality of their nursing services. Emphasis should be on reliability and empathy among nursing service components. It is also necessary to consider ways to encourage guardians who used hospitals to recommend them to their acquaintances.

  • 비즈니스 환경을 위한 친환경 정보기술의 개발은 새롭고 보다 효율적인 경영방법을 찾는 데 있어 좋은 기회를 제공할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 정보기술 이용자들에게 친환경 정보기술의 요인들과 친환경 정보기술에 대한 인지도에 대한 설문조사를 통하여 친환경 정보기술의 보다 심도 있는 이해에 기여하고자 하였다. 문헌조사를 통하여 친환경 정보기술과 사용자들의 친환경 정보기술에 대한 인지도와의 관계를 조사하기 위해 친환경 정보기술에 대한 개념적 모형이 개발되었으며 그 모형의 적합도와 변수들과의 관계가 규명되었다.

R을 이용한 1인 가구의 온라인 쇼핑 동기 분석 (An Analysis of the on-line Shopping Motivation of One-person Households using R)

  • As the one-person households with economic power have increased, the consumption culture changed as well. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the on-line shopping motivation of one-person households in terms of consumer value. Economic value, emotional value, convenience value, social value were identified as affecting factors of satisfaction and intention to re-use of on-line shopping purchasing based on prior studies of on-line shopping behavior. This study tested the hypothesized model targeting 244 one-person households who have purchased products in on-line shopping mall. According to the results of analysis by using R, economic value, emotional value are significantly related to the consumer satisfaction but convenience value, social value are not. Consumer satisfaction of online purchasing was also shown to be related to the intention to re-use. However no difference between men and female was shown in shopping motivations. The research result can provide useful guidelines and strategies for one-person households with online shopping malls.

국내 숙박 O2O서비스의 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향요인 분석 (Analysis of Influence Factors on the Intention to Reuse O2O Service in Domestic Accommodation)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to gradually increase the use of O2O services in recent years. It is a part of our daily lives, and accommodation/leisure is a part of the growing use of O2O services. Based on various prior research related to O2O service, the Commission intends to establish the justification and necessity of empirical research and to establish the relationship between O2O service impact factors and practical value, customer satisfaction and reuse intention. Design/methodology/approach This study analyzed what factors affected the intention of re-use of domestic accommodation O2O services. This research model was proposed based on the preceding research paper, and reliability, diversity, economics, leisure, safety and personalization were used as independent variables, practical value and customer satisfaction are parameters, and reuse intent is composed of dependent variables. Within the last year, users of domestic accommodation applications were selected as users who used domestic accommodation applications more than once, and data of domestic accommodation application users were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs. Findings The results of this study show that economic efficiency, safety and personalization have significant effects on practical values in the relationship between O2O service impact factors and their impact on practical values. On the other hand, reliability, diversity and leisure were found to have no significant impact on practical values. In terms of O2O service impact factors and their impact on customer satisfaction, leisure and safety have significant effects on customer satisfaction. On the other hand, reliability, diversity, economics, and individualization have shown no significant impact on customer satisfaction. Practical values, parameters, customer satisfaction, and re-use intent, which are dependent variables, were also shown to have significant effects on practical values and customer satisfaction in the relationship.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relationship between user satisfaction, expected satisfaction, quality of service, perceived value, and expertise that should be emphasized in personalized medical information services for the development of personalized medical information services based on big data analysis and the spread of their demand. Design/methodology/approach This study established research models and hypotheses on the basis of the theory of reuse intent, and applied the PLS methodology for analysis, the factors that make it applicable to personalized medical services in the theory of service quality and satisfaction. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that it can be seen that the expertise, perceived value, and quality of medical services did not directly affect the user's intention to reuse, but formed a direct causal relationship through variables such as whether they met expectations.

  • 본 연구는 의료서비스이용자의 편의성을 증대시키기 위하여 의료서비스접점에서 물리적 환경과 공정성, 그리고 지각된 대기시간이 매개변수인 서비스품질평가와 부정적 감정을 통하여 재이용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 조사 분석하였다. 특히 의료서비스에서 물리적환경과 공정성이 부정적 감정에 어떠한 영향이 미치는지를 처음으로 확인하고자 시도하였다. 연구결과 의료서비스접점에서 첫째, 물리적환경요인은 서비스품질평가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 부정적인 감정은 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공정성은 서비스품질평가나 부정적인 감정에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었으며, 셋째, 지각된 대기시간은 서비스품질을 낮추고 부정적 감정은 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 서비스품질은 재이용의도에 긍정적 영흥를 미치고 있으나, 부정적 감정은 재이용 의도에 영향을 미치지 않고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 의료서비스도 물리적환경의 중요성이 증가 하고, 대기시간의 단축노력이 필요하다. 또한 부정적 감정은 재이용의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 의료서비스의 특수성에 따른 전환장벽이 해결될 경우 이탈가능성이 존재하고 있으므로 부정적 감정의 최소화를 위한 노력이 요구된다.
