In national prospective, the needs to develop water resources has been increased due to water shortage from diverse use of water resources in agricultural areas. Existing agricultural water demand, which has mainly been limited to the use of farming, are now expanding to diverse water uses such as supporting daily lives, diluting environmental pollution as well as industrial use for agricultural complex currently under construction in agricultural region. In this situation, for the sake of effective procurement of water resources and supply method, it is definitely required to enhance the effectiveness of budget investment and project proceedings through integrated re-development which links projects to strengthen existing dams, reservoirs and hydraulic facilities. The major scopes of this research includes developing different types of system such as selecting potential sites to re-construct reservoirs including generating base maps and thematic maps, data collection regarding water demands and reservoir status; analyzing reservoir data; estimating developable capacity and index calculation; and forecasting inundated areas. In addition, this study provides other products such as developing output generation system which can support wide use of data built and analyzed; database generation for better data management; data analysis including selection, extraction, indexation, and calculation of base items through standardization; data security system prohibiting exterior proliferation and malicious manufacturing of data.
The peculiarity of agricultural water in Korea is taking advantage of the effective rainfall and return flow in consumptive use. The agricultural water which the Ministryof Construction figured out in 1989 was excluded these traits. As a result of the re-estimating amount of agricultural water in 1999, we can presume it up to 14.9 billion m$\^$3/ to 22.6 billion m$\^$3/ per year.

This study takes a holistic approach to understand the diffusion of IPTV services by combining the adoption-diffusion model and the use-diffusion model of innovation. IPTV service, a leading digital converged application coupling media content with telecommunications, has been recently launched commercially in Korea. We created a structural model of adoption-diffusion, using the perceived easeof-use and usefulness of TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) as mediating variables, and a structural model of use-diffusion, with the rate of use and the variety of use as mediating variables. To empirically analyze these models, non-users of IPTV were surveyed using the adoption-diffusion model to identify factors influencing their intention to subscribe to the service. Meanwhile, users of IPTV were surveyed using the use-diffusion model to determine the factors that influence their satisfaction with the service and their intention to re-use it. Under the adoption-diffusion model, we found that trialability, household innovativeness and perceived risk were the determinants of user satisfaction with IPTV, and perceived ease-of-use, the mediating factors. Under the use-diffusion model, complementarity and communication were shown to be the determinants of users' satisfaction with IPTV, and variety of use, the mediating factor. We also found that consumers' intention to re-use IPTV was strongly influenced by its relative advantage and perceived risk.
Various color spaces such as RGB, HSV, log-chromaticity have been used in the field of person re-identification. However, not enough studies have been done to find suitable color space for the re-identification. This paper reviews color invariance of color spaces by diagonal model and explores the suitability of each color space in the application of person re-identification. It also proposes a method for person re-identification based on a histogram refinement technique and some fusion strategies of color spaces. Two public datasets (ALOI and ImageLab) were used for the suitability test on color space and the ImageLab dataset was used for evaluating the feasibility of the proposed method for person re-identification. Experimental results show that RGB and HSV are more suitable for the re-identification problem than other color spaces such as normalized RGB and log-chromaticity. The cumulative recognition rates up to the third rank under RGB and HSV were 79.3% and 83.6% respectively. Furthermore, the fusion strategy using max score showed performance improvement of 16% or more. These results show that the proposed method is more effective than some other methods that use single color space in person re-identification.

Re-188 is an excellent and practical radioisotope produced by W-188/Re-188-generator for therapy. We prepared Re-188-tin colloid for therapy of various diseases and tried to treat peritoneal effusion in animal model. Sarcoma-180 cells were injected into ICR mice to induce peritoneal effusion and the mice were grown for 3 d. Re-188-tin colloids (0.25, 0.5, and 1 mCi/mL per 30 g body weight) were injected into the mice and the mice were grown for 90 d. Planar gamma scintigraphy showed even distribution of Re-188-tin colloid radioactivity. Bax expression was found to be dose dependent to Re-188-tin colloid. Normal saline treated group showed the shortest survival time. Among the treated groups, 0.5 mCi dose group showed the longest survival time. In conclusion, Re-188-tin colloid was prepared successfully and showed the feasibility to use as a peritoneal effusion treatment in mice.
Purpose: To evaluate prolonged esomeprazole use in Japanese pediatric patients for reflux esophagitis (RE) maintenance therapy and prevention of gastric (GU) and/or duodenal ulcers (DU) while using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or low-dose aspirin (LDA). Methods: This multicenter, open-label, parallel-group, phase III study (NCT03553563) included patients who were administered esomeprazole according to body weight (10 mg/day [Groups 1 and 3] and up to 20 mg/day [Groups 2 and 4] for patients weighing 10-20 kg and ≥20 kg, respectively). Efficacy outcomes for Groups 1 and 2 (maintenance therapy for healed RE) and Groups 3 and 4 (prevention of long-term NSAID/LDA use-associated GU/DU) were the presence/absence of RE relapse and GU/DU recurrence, respectively. Results: Esomeprazole as maintenance therapy was associated with a low RE recurrence rate, independent of body weight or dosage. Recurrence rates of RE were 0.0% and 5.3% for Groups 1 and 2, respectively. In patients previously diagnosed with GU and/or DU due to long-term NSAID/LDA use, the recurrence rates of GU/DU during weeks 0-32 were 11.1% and 0.0% in Groups 3 and 4, respectively. Conclusion: Long-term use of 10- or 20-mg, once-daily esomeprazole demonstrated a favorable benefit-risk balance in preventing RE and suppressing recurrence of GU and/or DU secondary to NSAID or LDA therapy in Japanese pediatric patients. No new safety concerns were identified. Esomeprazole may be a viable option for managing RE and preventing GU and DU in Japanese pediatric patients.
Programmable Metallization Cell (PMC) is a ReRAM device based on the electrolytical characteristic of chalcogenide materials. In this study, we investigated the nature of thin films formed by photo doping of Ag+ ions into chalcogenide materials for use in solid electrolyte of programmable metallization cell devices. We were able to do more economical approach by using Ag+ ions which play an electrolyte ions role. The results imply that a Ag-rich phase separates owing to the reaction of Ag with free atoms from chalcogenide materials.
High-rise building is taking a place as one of building types from apartment housings to commercial buildings. With taking in account of stability and durability, strength of used materials is increasing gradually in these high-rise buildings. According to this, frequency in use of SD500 re-bar is increasing gradually in high-rise buildings. However the study of SD500 re-bar is insufficient because SD500 re-bar started to be used for domestic buildings lately. Specially because there is no guide or study to refer to, people get into difficulties when to decide the method of re-bar connection in construction using SD500 re-bar. Accordingly in this study, it suggests the method of estimating the economical efficiency on SD500 re-bar connection, and conducts benefit/ cost analysis on lapped splice and coupler splice by applying AHP theory, and then presents its result. After to analyze re-bar diameter of D25, 29, and 32, finally we attained the result that the coupler splice is advantageous in all parts of benefit/ cost more than the lapped splice.
Sustainability in fashion cannot ignore fashion attributes required for the design of rapidly changing and innovative products. This study examines "Re-Birth Design" development and provides a means to apply academic and industry perspectives to the investigation of Re-Birth fashion product development. This study defines "Re-Birth Design" as stock that has been designed and launched through distribution channels, subsequently returned unused, then improved and reborn into a new product for redistribution. This study analyzed specific cases. We selected 100 designs for Re-Birth from 11 brands of "K" fashion company in Korea, to be successfully sold in 2014. These cases are used in the analysis and are categorized into design types. As a result of the analysis, "Re-Birth Design" had five levels: Level 1. Changes in supplementary materials such as adding or removing decoration, Level 2. Changes in patterns or materials (changes within the product), Level 3. Partial changes in design (leading to a new design), Level 4. Complete deconstruction and rebirth of the design, and Level 5. Complete deconstruction followed by the use of the design source for a new product that is not a garment. This study analyzed products owned by brands, as well as successful cases of Re-Birth designs that reused existing resources, reduced energy consumption, and increased environmental and economic efficiency by recreating new products that could be resold.
