계단실 공사를 위한 PC Double Wall 공법 개발 (Development of PC Double Wall for Staircase Construction)

  • 본 연구에서는 중공 PC 벽체 (PC Double Wall)를 적용한 계단실 공법을 개발하였다. 중공 PC 벽체는 내부 중공으로 인하여 양중 무게를 줄이고 외부 벽체가 거푸집 역할을 하며, 벽체 내부 중공에 현장 콘크리트를 타설하여 기존 PC 벽체와 비교하여 부재간의 일체성 확보가 우수하다. PC Double Wall 제작 및 현장 콘크리트 타설, 구조적 안전성을 고려하여 PC 벽체 단면과 철근 배근 상세를 제안하였다. 제안 상세를 바탕으로 얇은 PC벽체와 중공부를 효과적으로 형성하기 위한 세움 타설 방식의 거푸집 시스템을 개발하였다. PC Double Wall을 이용하여 계단실 Mock-up test를 통하여 부재 간 일체성과 시공성을 검증하였으며, 부재 간 접합부의 변형 및 균열이 발생하지 않고 시공성이 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

횡 방향 공동을 이용한 마찰 저항 감소 (Reduction of the Skin Friction Drag Using Transverse Cavities)

  • In this study, we experimentally investigate the possibility of skin-friction drag reduction by series of transverse cavities in a turbulent boundary layer flow. The effects of cavity depth (d), cavity length (l) and cavity spacing (s) on the skin friction drag are examined in the range of $Re_{\theta}\;=\;4030\;{\sim}\;7360$, $d/{\theta}_0\;=\;0.13\;{\sim}1.03$, l/d = 1 ~ 4 and s/d = 5 ~ 20. We perform experiments for twenty different cavity geometries and directly measure total drag force using in-house force measurement system. In most cases, the skin friction drag is increased. At several cases, however, small drag reduction is obtained. The variation of the skin ftiction drag is more sensitive to the cavity length than to the cavity depth or cavity spacing, and drag is reduced at $s/l\;{\geq}\;10$ and $l/{\theta}_0\;{\leq}\;0.26$ irrespective of the cavity depth. At $l/\bar{\theta}_0\;=\;0.13$ and s/l = 10, maximum 2% drag reduction is achieved. When the skin friction drag is reduced, there is little interaction between the flows inside and outside cavity, and the flow changed by the cavity is rapidly recovered at the following crest. A stable vortex is formed inside a cavity in the case of drag reduction. This vortex generates negative skin friction drag at the cavity bottom wall. Although there is form drag due to the cavity itself, total drag is reduced due to the negative skin friction drag.

비개착 일체형 파이프루프 지보효과의 실험적 분석 (Experimental analysis for the effect of integrated pipe-roof in trenchless method)

  • 최근 비개착공법으로 지하차도 시공시 파이프루프를 형성하기 위해 강관을 지반에 압입한 후 강관자체를 보강하거나 강관과 강관사이를 일체화시켜 시공에 대한 안정성을 보다 증대시키고 있다. 이렇게 일체화된 파이프루프는 지하차도에 작용하는 응력을 감소시킬 것으로 예상이 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 일체형 파이프루프의 지보효과와 주변의 응력거동을 확인하기 위해 사각형 지하차도 단면과 아치형 지하차도 단면에 대한 축소 실내모형실험을 수행하였다. 실내실험 결과 지하차도에 작용하는 응력과 변형률은 일체형 파이프루프에 의해 감소되는 것으로 나타났으며 파이프루프의 강성이 증대할수록 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 더 나아가 지하차도 단면설계를 경제적으로 설계할 수 있을 것으로 기대가 된다.

Reinforced fibrous recycled aggregate concrete element subjected to uniaxial tensile loading

  • In this study, effect of recycled aggregates and polypropylene fibers on the response of conventionally reinforced concrete element subjected to tensile loading in terms of tension stiffening and strain development was experimentally investigated. For this purpose, concrete prisms of 100 × 100 mm cross section and 500 mm length having one central deformed steel re-bar were cast using fibrous and non-fibrous Recycled Aggregate Concrete (RAC) with varying percentages of recycled aggregates (0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%) and tested under uniaxial tensile load. For all fibrous RAC mixes, polypropylene fibers were used at constant dosage of 3.15 kg/㎥. Effect of recycled aggregates and fibers on the compressive strength of concrete was also explored in this study. Through studying tensile load versus global axial deformation of composite and strain development in concrete and steel, it was found that replacement of natural aggregates with recycled aggregates in concrete negatively affected the cracking load, tension stiffening and strain development, and this negative effect was observed to be increased with increasing contents of recycled aggregates in concrete. The results of this study showed that it was possible to minimize the negative effect of recycled aggregates in concrete by the addition of polypropylene fibers. Reinforced concrete element constructed using concrete containing 50% recycled aggregates and polypropylene fibers exhibited cracking behavior, tension stiffening and strain development response almost similar to that of concrete element constructed using natural aggregate concrete without fiber.

유동화공법에 의해 제조한 고유동 콘크리트의 시공 및 원가분석 (The Execution and Estimation of Construction Cost of High Fluidity Concrete Applying Flowing Concrete Method)

  • High fluidity concrete(HFC) requires high dosage of superplasticizer to acquire sufficient fluidity, and high contents of fine powder and viscosity enhancing admixtures to resist segregation. The use of high amount of admixtures to make HFC at batcher plant in ready mixed concrete company is one of the reasons to raise the manufacturing cost of HFC. For this reason, new type of manufacturing method of HFC are described using both flowing concrete method and segregation reducing superplasticizer(SRS) in order to gain economical profit and offer the convenience for quality control.. As dosage of melamine based superplasticizer increases, it shows that fluidity and bleeding increase, while air contents and ratio of segregation resistance decrease. It also shows that addition of viscosity agent into superplasticizer reduce bleeding and improve segregation resistance of concrete. Dosage of AE agent into superplasticizer containing viscosity agent recovers loss of air contents during flowing procedure. Combination of proper contents of superplasticizer, viscosity agent and AE agent make possible to develope segregation reducing type superplasticizer. Compressive strength of high fluidity concrete applying flowing method with it is higher than that of base concrete. No differences of compressive strength between compacting methods are found. For the estimation of construction cost of high fluidity concreting using segregation reducing type superplasicizer, under same strength levels, although material cost of high fluidity concrete is somewhat higher than that of plain concrete due to segregation reducing type superplasticizer cost, labor cost and equipment cost of high fluidity concrete is cheaper than that of plain concrete. However, based on the strength differences, high fluidity concrete shows lower material cost, labor cost and equipment cost than that of plain concrete due to decreasing in size of member and re-bar caused by high strength development of concrete.

비균열 무근콘크리트에 매입된 케미컬 앵커의 전단내력에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Shear Strength of Chemical Anchors Embedded into Non Cracking Plain Concrete)

  • 최근 건축물의 보수 보강 및 리모델링시 구조부재를 부착시키거나 고정하는데 있어서 시공의 유연성 및 용이성으로 부착식 후설치 앵커의 사용량이 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 그동안 후설치 앵커중 확장식 앵커시스템에 대한 내력평가는 지난 10년간 실험을 통한 연구가 지속되어 설계기준 제정등 어느정도 정립단계에 있으나 부착식 앵커시스템에 대한 해석 및 실험적 연구는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 현재 우리나라에서는 설계자와 시공자가 신뢰할 수 있는 명확한 설계기준이 없는 상태로서 외국의 설계기준에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 부착식 케미컬 앵커를 대상으로 연단거리 및 앵커간격 그리고 하중방향에 따른 전단실험을 통하여 무근콘크리트에 매입된 케미컬 앵커의 부착강도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 합리적인 케미컬 앵커의 설계기준 제정을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

악간고정 없는 하악골 골절의 관혈적 정복술: 후향적 연구 (Open reduction of mandibular fracture without maxillomandibular fixation: retrospective study)

  • Introduction: Maxillomandibular fixation (MMF) is essential before surgery under general anesthesia in maxillofacial trauma patients. MMF is used basically to reconstruct the occlusion and occlusal stability to recover the facial shape and oral functions. The arch bar and wire is a traditional method for MMF, but it can not only bring pressure to the periodontal ligaments and teeth but also cause a penetrating injury to the surgeons. Materials and Methods: In this study, 198 patients with an open reduction using a manual reduction without MMF from September 2005 to May 2010 in Dankook University Dental Hospital were subjected to a follow-up evaluation during the postoperative 4 months periods. This study evaluated the incidence of complications according to the condition of the patient (gender, age), the state of bony union of the fracture sites and a numeric rating scale evaluation for postoperative pain scoring. Results: 1. The complications were classified into major and minor according to the seriousness, and the major complication rate was as low as 2.02%. Only 2 cases of re-operations (1.01%) were encountered. In the classification according to the fracture line, plate fracture was observed in both cases of mandibular symphysis fracture, and angle fractures and loosening of two screws were noted in the case of mandibular angle fracture. 2. The complication rate was similar regardless of gender and age. 3. The degree of bony union was satisfactory, and the complication rate was reduced as the bony union improved. 4. More patients complained of pain as the operation time was increased. Conclusion: The use of MMF is not always necessary if a skilled assistant is provided to help manually reduce the fracture site. Compared to other studies of mandibular fracture surgery using MMF, the complication rate was similar using only manual reduction and the patients' discomfort was reduced without MMF.

현장인발시험을 통한 가압 그라우팅 쏘일네일의 변형특성 (Deformation Characteristics of the Pressurized Grouting Soil Nailing Systems from the Field Pull-out Tests)

  • 본 연구에서는 PGSN(Pressurized Grouting Soil Nailing) 시스템이라는 가압 그라우팅 쏘일네일링 공법을 고안하였으며, 본 공법의 보강제의 길이변화 및 보강재의 변화 등의 설계인자에 따른 거동변화를 파악해 보기 위해 변위제어방식의 현장인발시험을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 수행한 9차례의 현장인발시험에서 그라우트 주입비의 변화를 살펴 보기위해 계측을 수행하였으며, 단기거동특성을 평가하기 위해 일반 쏘일네일링 시스템과 비교해 보았다. 가압 그라우트 쏘일네일링 공법의 인발거동 특성을 통해, 중요한 설계인자인 주입압 및 그라우트 주입비 등의 영향을 살펴보았다. 시험 결과 가압효과에 따른 인발변형 특성은 중력식 그라우팅 쏘일네일에 비해 가압 그라우팅 쏘일네일의 경우 유발되는 변위량이 30~36% 정도 감소하였고, 보강재 변화에 따른 인발 특성을 살펴보면 이형철근에 비해 강관의 경우 유발되는 변위량이 31~32% 정도 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

Suggested and Preferred Amount of Clothing in a Winter Indoor Condition

  • This study proposes the suggested amount of clothing (SAC) and examines the preferred amount of clothing (PAC) for thermal comfort in mild cold conditions. Six male and nine female college students were systematically exposed to mild cold conditions by reducing the amount of clothing (Step I, 1.2clo ${\rightarrow}$ Step II, 1.0clo ${\rightarrow}$ Step III, 0.8clo ${\rightarrow}$ Step IV, 0.7clo). The subjects were then asked to adjust the amount of clothing to attain overall thermal comfort until they maintained thermal comfort for 10 minutes without changing the amount of clothing (Step V). The experiment was carried out in a climatic chamber at $19.5^{\circ}C$, 50%R.H. Body composition was measured and individual cold climate adaptability was surveyed before starting the experiment. Rectal temperature ($T^{re}$), skin temperature ($T_{sk}$), and oxygen consumption ($\dot{V}O_2$) were measured and the overall thermal sensation was voted in each step. PAC was obtained from the garments weight selected by each subject in Step V. SAC was proposed based on the change of oxygen consumption (${\Delta}\dot{V}O_2$). As a result, males showed higher $\bar{T}_{sk}$ and greater $O_2$ than females (p<.01). SAC obtained from $\dot{V}O_2$ were 652.0 (SE 3.9) g/$m^2$ for males and 766.0 (SE 2.5) g/$m^2$ for females and it was significantly different between groups (p<.01). PAC of males and females were 1.6 and 1.5 times heavier than SAC. In conclusion, females were more sensitive to the cold stress and recommended larger amount of clothing than males.
