In this paper the following conclusions were obtained after examining and analyzing data through the various experiments by adopting automobile's piston as the experimental materials among the automobile materials which are being commercialized. The various experiments have been carried out with the object of presenting the selection of rational. economic materials and criterion according to the improvement of machining characteristics by grasping the strength and weakness of existing various materials and using the effects of metallic structure variables as well as satisfying the required conditions.

In the modern age. Building is getting higher and larger according to owner and social demands. Now when we are facing the need of the cost down and the reduction of economic loss. In this paper, the characteristics of the present conditions of site management were investigated with the field survey. And The Purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in site management. The method of site management. however depends on experience of a construction manager. in order to solve this situation, it is necessary to create a method of site management that is adequate for the condition of construction. By cultivating excellent sub contractors, we can expect precise construction with a few experts. improvement in qualify of construction from standardization, computerization of each process. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize site management work in Korea.

For the continuous development of the manufacturing company, selp-helpㆍdiligence of the individual members of the organization and cooperation system of the sub-department process of the manufacture must operate under rationality. Moreover, perpetual and reasonable improvement on productivity should be focused on. Improvement on productivity implies raising $\ulcorner$output / input$\lrcorner$ ratio, and this does not only implies simple increase of the level of output. Therefore under the theoretical principle, Which is designed to increase the ratio of $\ulcorner$output / input$\lrcorner$ -economically select the relevant $\ulcorner$methodology$\lrcorner$. When rational improvement on productivity $\ulcorner$techniques$\lrcorner$ are properly applied with this methodology, calculated result will come out. The ultimate aim of improving quality does not mean simply reducing the percentage of the defects, but means improving the quality of products, for customer satisfaction. Thus recognize this, we have to contribute to the national economy growth through the enhancement of added value of individual company by $\ulcorner$improvement on quality and productivity, and reduction of the cost$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$improvement program on quality and productivity$\lrcorner$ shouldn't be just the parading formality. We can expect the economy result, these are applied to the learning essence and the principle of the improvement.

본 연구에서는 지적측량수행자의 개방 업무 현황 및 실태 등을 분석하여 지적측량수행자의 업무수행 영역에 관한 개선방안을 제시하여 보고자 하였다. 연구성과는 다음과 같다. 현황 및 실태 분석된 내용을 토대로 지적측량수행자 업무영역의 개선방안으로서 지적확정측량 대상 범위의 확충, 지적확정측량업무의 참여 기준 완화 그리고 지적재조사사업에 있어 지적측량업자의 폭넓은 참여 기회 제공 방안을 제시하였다. 국토교통부에서는 지적측량수행자 업무영역의 개선방안에 대해 다방면으로 합리적이고 현실적인 지적측량시장 여건을 조성할 수 있도록 입법정책적 개선을 시도한다면 지적측량수행자간의 공생적 발전을 이룰 것이다.

본 논문에서는 러시아에서 출간된 문헌들의 검토를 통하여 액체로켓엔진에 대한 시험-개선과정의 방법론적 측면을 고찰하였다. 그리고 러시아와 미국의 개발경험을 기초로 액체로켓엔진에 대한 시험-개선과정의 특징과 합리적인 실현방법을 명확히 하였다. 액체로켓엔진의 개발에 있어서 요구되는 수준의 신뢰도를 성취하고 물적 지출을 줄이기 위한 시험-개선과정의 행정 및 기술적인 해결법이 제시되었으며, 이와 같은 해결 방법들은 국내에서 개발되고 있는 액체로켓엔진에 적용될 수 있다.

The recent development of NC lathe and machining renter have enabled automatic or unmanned manufacturing system for the improvement of production rate. And if you want to introduce automatic or unmanned manufacturing system into the cutting process of cage motor rotor, the selections of effective cutting conditions, rational tool grades and tool angles are necessary. As a result, the selection of cutting conditions, tool grades and tool angles are important factors to production rate.

This paper presents a proper rational transfer function synthesis in the continuous time system from noisy measurements. The proposed method identifies the coefficients vector of the transfer function from an overdetermined linear system that develops from rearranging the two dimensional system matrices and output vectors obtained from the observed frequency responses. By computer simulation, the performance improvement is verified.

본 연구의 목적은 도시관광시설 이용자의 이성.감성 요인이 만족과 구전 및 재방문에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 실증하고자 하였다. 따라서 연구자는 이용자가 인식하는 도시관광시설의 이성.감성적 인식, 만족도, 구전, 그리고 외생 변인들(심미성, 경제적 효용, 접근성, 정서적 애착 등)간의 경로와 관계를 검정하기 위하여, 구조방식 모델링 방법론을 통해 확인했다. 연구 결과, 도시관광시설 이용자들은 도시관광시설의 감성적 요인인 친절도, 심미성, 상징성, 애착 그리고 이성적 요인인 경제적 효용과 접근성에 기반한 용이성, 유용성, 즐거움 등이 고객만족에 영향을 주고 또 고객만족은 구전효과 및 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 도시관광시설의 이성, 감성적 가치들이 마케팅 도구의 일환으로 사용될 경우, 만족도와 구전, 재방문 관점에서 효율성을 극대화 할 수 있다고 보았다. 연구자는 본 연구가 도시가 가진 다양한 관광시설의 개선과 활용을 통해 관광산업 및 도시 전체 경제 활성화에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 보았다.

This study aimed to grasp trends of the discourse for improving living conditions carried out since 1920's, when the sense for mending the irrationality of conventional living emerged in various magazines. Among the movement, women intellectuals played an important roles to discuss reforming daily life and unhealthy, inconvenient houseworks. This study found the ideological background and direction of this discourse, and estimated its important role for housing improvement, analyzing the contents of articles published in representative womens' magazines of the modern times. In the discourse, they thought that it was most important to make houseworks brief and efficient, and concentrated on building rational environment for houseworks. As reforming kitchen system, heating system (Ondol) should be separated from cooking system to improve hygienic and economical condition of houseworks. Reformed kitchen would be equipped with new installations for effectiveness, lightened by sunlight through windows, and finished floor with cement and drainage for sanitation. Also, they suggested new ways of living, planning modern houses with reformed kitchen system, thinking about moving path and distance of housewives. This discourse would be a foundation to the change of kitchen system up to now.
