건축물의 실내건축 재료에 관한 화재안전성 연구 (A Study on the Fire Safety Performance of Interior Surface Materials in a Building)

  • The main cause of building fire fatalities occur in the combustible material heat, smoke and toxic gases are. Building interior decoration, etc., especially as much of the harmful substances generated during combustion, and, used in domestic architecture wallpaper, ceiling, and other plastics, built-in foam insulation also analyzed recognition of fire hazards approach to test the conkalrorimiteo test, choedaeyeolbangchulryul through, chongbal heat, mass loss rate, generates carbon monoxide gas hazard ratio tests, analysis and evaluation rigid foam index testing the toxicity of hazardous material generated by performing a gas clean up and assess the material test results, the minimum order to provide data to quantify the risk of fire. Ensure fire safety of building materials, composite materials in order to test the various risk factors could be considered organic to the introduction of testing and evaluation is needed urgently.

다공 스로틀밸브 장착 가솔린기관의 성능 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Gasoline Engine Performance Equipped with Perforated Throttle Valve)

  • In an fuel injection type gasoline engine, atomization of fuel droplet and mixture formation process are very important to understand engine combustion efficiency, and also has influence directly on the decision of engine performance and pollutant emission. In this study, perforated throttle valve instead of solid type throttle valve was developed and equipped to an SPI engine to promote secondary atomization and good droplet-air mixture formation. From the engine performance lest. it was verified that the case of perforated valve kas more advantages in each experimental parameters such as in cylinder gas pressure, mass burnt ratio, fuel consumption rate, and pollutant emission characteristics than that of solid one equipped. No matter what the same perforated valve, there are some distinct results in engine performance characteristics according to the perforate ratio.

  • Effects of ethylene-propylene diene monomer (EPDM)/polypropylene (PP), zinc oxide, stearic acid, and clay on the combustive properties based on EDPM/PP were investigated. The EDPM/PP/clay nanocomposites was compounded to prepare specimen for combustive analysis by cone calorimeter (ISO 5660-1). It was found that the specific mass loss rate (SMLR) in the nanocomposites decreased due to the fire resistance compared with unfilled EDPM/PP, while the nanocomposites showed the higher total heat release (THR), higher CO production release, and higher specific extinction area (SEA) than those of virgin EPDM/PP. The stearic acid for softening ruber increased the THR and amount of smoke by itself, combustible.

  • 가압방식 로켓추진기관시스템의 작동점 변화 추적을 위하여 각 추진제 탱크의 압력, 수위 및 비행 가속도로부터 각 추진제질유량, 연소실압력을 계산할 수 있는 직접상사모델을 만들었다. KSR-III의 비행시험결과 예로 분석하였으며, 이 계산모델을 통하여 가압방식 로켓추진시스템의 작동점 변화의 경향성을 파악할 수 있음을 보였다.

  • Three dimensional numerical analysis for the turbulent reactive flow and radiative heat transfer in the walking beam type of a reheat furnace in POSCO has been carried out by the industrial code FLUENT. Computations an based on the conservation equations of mass, momentum, energy and species with the $k-{\varepsilon}$ turbulence model and mixture fraction/PDF(Probability Density Function) approach for the combustion rate. Radiative heat transfer is computed by the discrete ordinates radiation model in combination with the weighted-sum-of-gray-gas model for the absorption coefficient of gas medium. The predicted temperture distribution in the reheat furnace and energy flow fractions are in reasonable agreement with the measurement data.

  • Excess enthalpy flame propagating an porous inert medium, which recirculate exhaust heat to the upstream cold mixture, is theoretically analyzed. Using the activation-energy asymptotics, the flame structure is divided into the thin reaction and the gas-phase preheat zone, as is traditionally done. Ahead and behind of the two, there exist an outer preheat zone, where heat is convectively transferred from solid to gas, and a downstream re-equilibrium zone, where thermal equilibrium between phases is established. Asymptotic solutions of species and energy equations in each zone are obtained and then matched to each other, and finally the mass burning rate is obtained as a function of the flame propagation velocity with respect to the solid phase and physical properties of gas and solid.

  • A two-dimensional direct numerical simulation was performed to investigate the flame behaviors of $CH_4/N_2$-Air counterflow nonpremixed flame interacting with a single vortex. The detailed transport properties and a modified 16-step augmented reduced mechanism based on Miller and Bowman's detailed reaction mechanism are adopted in this calculation. The results showed that an initially flat stagnation plane, on which an axial velocity was zero, was deformed into a complex-shaped plane, and an initial stagnation point was moved far away from a vortex head when the counterflow field was perturbed by the vortex. It was noted that the movement of stagnation point could alter the species transport mechanism to the flame surface. It was also identified that the altered species transport mechanism affected the distributions of the mixture fraction and the scalar dissipation rate.

  • The first-order conditional moment closure (CMC) model is applied to $CH_4$/Air turbulent jet diffusion flames(Sandia Flame D, E and F). The flow and mixing fields are calculated by fast chemistry assumption and a beta function pdf for mixture fraction. Reacting scalar fields are calculated by elliptic CMC formulation. The results for Flame D show reasonable agreement with the measured conditional mean temperature and mass fractions of major species, although with discrepancy on the fuel rich side. The discrepancy tends to increase as the level of local extinction increases. Second-order CMC may be needed for better prediction of these near-extinction flames.

젖은 벽탑을 이용한 디에틸렌트리아민과 디에틸에탄올아민 수용액의 CO2 흡수속도 측정 (Kinetics of CO2 Absorption in Aqueous DETA and DEEA Solutions by Wetted-Wall Column)

  • 연소 배가스 중 CO2를 포집하기 위한 에너지 저감형 흡수제로 상분리 흡수제가 주목 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2종의 아민을 혼합한 상분리 흡수제 중 하나인 디에틸렌트리아민(diethylenetriamine, DETA)과 디에틸아미노에탄올(diethylaminoethanol, DEEA) 흡수제를 구성하는 DETA와 DEEA 각각의 흡수 속도를 측정하기 위해 젖은 벽탑을 사용하였다. 총괄 물질전달 계수에 대한 DETA 및 DEEA의 농도와 조업 온도에 따른 영향을 고찰하였다. 그 결과 DETA 농도에 따라 총괄 물질전달 계수는 비례하였지만 DEEA 농도의 경우 그 영향이 적었고 일정 농도를 넘어설 경우 총괄 물질전달 계수가 감소하였다. DETA 수용액은 조업 온도에 따라 총괄 물질전달 계수의 변화가 적었던 반면 DEEA 수용액은 조업 온도에 따라 총괄 물질전달 계수가 증가하였다. 의사 1차 반응 가정 하에서 관찰 반응 속도 상수를 구한 결과 DETA 수용액에서의 관찰 반응속도 상수는 DETA 농도에 따라 비례하는 관계를 가지나 DEEA는 의사 1차 반응 가정에 맞지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

물 분무를 이용한 연소가스 냉각 1차원 해석 (1-D Analysis for Water Spray Cooling of Exhaust Gas in Combustor Test Facility)

  • 연소기 시험 장치의 구축 시 고온의 연소 가스의 냉각은 중요한 설계요구조건이다. 물 분무(Water spray) 냉각 방식은 증발 과정에서 물의 잠열을 이용하므로, 효과적인 연소 가스 냉각이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 연소기 시험 설비 구축 과정의 일환으로, 물 분무를 이용한 연소 가스의 냉각을 이해하기 위하여 연속방정식, 에너지 보존식과 포화 증기의 압력-온도 관계식을 이용한 1차원 해석을 수행하였다. 연소기 시험 장치에서 배출되는 고온, 고압의 연소 가스는 냉각수와의 혼합과정에서 배출가스의 온도가 낮아지며, 분무된 물의 일부는 기화하여 연소가스와 함께 배출되고, 일부는 다시 응축 되어 집수조로 모인다. 냉각수는 연소 가스의 온도를 낮춰주는 동시에, 증발된 증기는 연소기 내부의 압력을 증가시키므로 1차원 해석에서 증기의 압력-온도 관계식을 고려하여 해석을 수행하였다. 1차원 해석으로부터 연소가스의 적절한 냉각과 배기 덕트 내부의 압력의 지나친 상승을 피하기 위한 최적의 물 분무량을 확인하였으며, 물 분무 냉각 방식에 대한 물리적 이해를 얻을 수 있었다.
