  • 정보화 사회로의 이전에 따라 사회전반의 기반구조 및 경제 사회 활동이 정보통신 인프라에 의존하게 되고 기반구조와 운영 소프트웨어들의 취약점으로 인한 인터넷의 보안 문제는 많은 심각한 문제점들을 드러내고 있다. 특히 해킹 기법과 바이러스들이 점차 자동화, 지능화, 대중화, 분산화, 대규모화, 은닉화 되어감에 따라 이들에 대한 효과적이 대처 방안이 요구되어지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 점차 지능화 되어가는 네트워크 상의 위협들에 관해 조사 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 MIB 기반의 보안관리 시스템 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

  • To achieve rapid developments and ensure competitiveness, cost saving, digital manufacturing is essential in die shops. Digital Manufacturing is a technology to facilitate effective product developments and agile productions by digital environments representing the physical and logical schema and the behavior of real manufacturing system including manufacturing resources, processes and products. For applying digital manufacturing to die shop, engineering information managements of products, manufacturing process and resources are needed. In this paper proposes and implements, PLM approach for achieving engineering collaborations in engineering activities. We suggest detail procedures, some examples and considerations of PPR managements in die shop.

  • As the rapid growth of Industrial society, many enterprises are inclined to ppm management from the traditional$3\'{o}$ management method. Therefore it is need to extend process capability index for guarantee of quality assurance level to ppm unit. Thus, in this paper, using the probability of standard normal distribution from $ 3\'{o}; to; 6\'{o}$ which was developed by Song(1997), the capability index which is proposed considers the numbers of inspection facility and quality assurance level. Also, quality assurance level is determined by considering the precision of inspection when one and two sided specification limits are given for the probability which is out of the specification limit.

  • Business mergers are a direct result of rapid changes in the current corporate environment. They are occurring in many industries, including financial institutions. As information systems prove increasingly indispensable in the integration of companies’ business systems, information system integration is becoming increasingly necessary. However, in many cases such integration does not work well. Therefore, this paper proposes a new framework using both IS integration model and IS integration phases to analyze systems failure in IS integration.

  • The rapid development of IT and the large-scale investment of IT motivate the public agencies to find the ways of effective IT management. Even though the public agencies adopt Enterprise Architecture (EA) as the new alternative for effective IT management, EA practices are still insufficient in the area of utilization and management after the adoption. Therefore, this research aims to identify the influencing factors for improving EA maturity level in terms of the long-term business activities such as establishment, management and utilization. Also, this research empirically identifies the influencing factors on the adoption and operation of EA in the public agencies, and clarifies how such factors impact on EA maturity level.

  • Competitive capacities in terms of price are rapidly deteriorating since the 1990's due to the competition and rapid pursuit of surrounding nations, exchange rates, increased wages, and labor and management disputes etc. Therefore, this paper shows the significant contents of preceeding research, surveys the employees of small and medium manufacturers who implemented the Toyota production system to conduct various analyses to determine the effect of the operation achievements so as to propose methods to effectively implement the Toyota manufacturing system and maximize long term operational achievements.

하천수 및 정수공정에서의 비소관리를 위한 대체인자 개발 (Development of Alternative Indicator for Arsenic Management in River Basin and Drinking Water Treatment)

  • Many studies have been conducted to develop new technologies for arsenic removal and to reveal the levels of arsenic and other chemicals in rivers, lakes and ground waters. However, there are few studies dealing with such compounds in the total water system of the city, and the way of management of these compounds in the water system. Because the occurrence of these hazardous compounds, which are geological origins, is almost impossible to control, it is very important to manage these compounds in the water system. In this research, it was revealed that the risk of arsenic in the water treatment system of S city in Japan. As a results, the parameters such as Q in river and E260 in drinking water treatment plant is proposed as a new indicator with simple and rapid method for controling arsenic level.

  • With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the uncooperativeness between economy and ecological environment has become an obstacle to the progress of the society. Due to the limitations in terms of scale, source of funds and quality, the present ecological compensation mode doesn't realize the planned effects. In this paper, a new framework and mechanism of ecological compensation has been proposed, which could guide the adjustment and improvement of the present policies based on the analysis of implementation to meet the demand for environmental management in Erhai, so as to achieve the co-existence between human beings and nature.

  • With the interest on operational efficiency due to the rapid growth of food material distribution industry and food service industry, the study adopts DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model and examines to measure the technological, pure technical and scale efficiency those companies engaging in the food material distribution and food service business. As a result of analysis, the companies operating integrated business have relatively higher efficiency than those operating only food material distribution or food service companies while the result indicates that three efficiencies don't have significant difference depending on whether affiliated companies or not.   • This study investigated the needs and effectiveness of the application of Computer-Aided Systems Engineering Tool in order to enhance the chance of success of the large and complex system development projects like City Train System. Furthermore, it was shown that the merits of Systems Engineering and Project Management must be complementary to each other in their interaction in a project. Especially, for the project plans must be executed based on the fully understood system being developed, the technical and management data of the system development need be integrated and be able to support exact and rapid decision making of project planning. As an alternative solution approach, a model for development knowledge capture integrating both technical and management data of system development was proposed using Computer Aided Systems Engineering tool-Cradle.
