  • The study investigates the impact of globalization on coal consumption in Vietnam. This study employs an autoregressed distributed lag approach on time series data for the period of 1990 to 2017. The study tests the stationary, cointegration of time series data and utilizes autoregressed distributed lag modeling technique to determine the short-run and long-run relationship among coal consumption, globalization, income, population, and CO2 emissions. The results show that globalization increases coal consumption in Vietnam in the long run. The results also show that rapid economic growth promotes more coal consumption in the short run as well as in the long run. Moreover, higher population reduces coal consumption, and CO2 emissions decrease coal consumption both in the short run and the long run. The findings of the study suggest that globalization increases coal consumption in Vietnam in the long run. This result suggests that the increase in globalization level in Vietnam increases coal consumption. An interesting finding is that higher population reduces coal consumption, and population is an important factor towards the lessening in coal consumption. The findings confirm that environmental pollution decreases coal consumption in the short run and the long run. This implies that coal consumption may be green consumption in Vietnam.

  • Globalization has brought about rapid economic, technological, and cultural changes. In order for countries around the world to communicate, recognize and understand globalization, creativity or planning ability can be used to code. In this paper, we would like to present and prove a data analysis that can solve world problems. In the global market, the value of goods or services increases with connectivity. This connection is becoming one of the factors that increase the value of culture. Changes taking this into account promoted cultural spread and innovative growth, and increased productivity and competitiveness in each region of the world. This paper compares the income of the middle class in the United States on the impact of globalization and anti-globalization on cultural spread and innovative growth. Globalization has created an environment in which various elements of K-culture can interact and spread. Through the Internet, social media, and international travel, globalization has had a positive impact on Korea's innovative growth. In areas such as economic activity, technological innovation, and creative industries, globalization has facilitated new tech and approaches, Through this, it changed the existing economic model and contributed to exports K-culture with a new middle class model. However, globalization in the cultural industry can result in the loss of regional characteristics & individuality, which can lead to the middle class cultural unification and alienation(chasm). As a result of the empirical analysis of K-exports for the middle income in the United States, cultural diffusion and innovation must be developed even in anti-globalization. With these industrial changes the soft power value of the Korean Wave proves that it can create value for use for the middle class of major exporting countries.

  • This research examines the effect of globalization of Korean economy on small and medium-sized entrepreneurial firms. When Korea underwent the Asian economic crisis in 1997, it reconstructed Korean venture industry and had helped fuel venture firms' rapid growth. Therefore, this study shows the changed structure of Korean economy and the change of venture ecosystem due to the Asian financial crisis. In spite of a favorable turn of the industrial structure toward venture firms, their globalization level is reported still being low. In this study, we also examine how the Korean economy's globalization affects to the venture environments, focusing on the degree of Korea venture's globalization and role of venture capital. This study indicates that the globalization of Korean economy has played a positive role in the growth of the venture firms. However, with the growth of venture firms, small and medium venture companies have received relatively little focuses in Korean economy because the government policy of economic development has been oriented to large companies for several decades.

  • This study aimed to identify efficient methods for the globalization of Korean food in Vietnam. For this, we interviewed owners of 11 Korean restaurants in Hanoi and 9 Korean restaurants in Ho Chi Minh. Due to the rapid economic development of Vietnam, the restaurant industry for the middle class has drastically increased. For the globalization of Korean food, new positioning of Korean restaurants is needed. Research has shown that Korean restaurants need to change their style of management. Although the first generation of Korean restaurant owners managed restaurants as a family business, a new professional management system is now required. Above all, it is necessary to develop and support a comprehensive food culture system in which the menu is suited to the taste of the natives and its recipe is distributed with food material quality control, hygienic control, and operation of a localized management system.

  • Globalized cities are currently showing changes due to autonomous driving (AD). It is also maximizing globalization connections in cities where autonomous mobility is as complex as AD. The purpose of this study is to reveal that cities that realize AD and mobility will grow into globalized cities. Several cities, including New York and Shanghai, have attempted and are in progress, but failed cities are increasing. Although the technology of AD and the trust of citizens are prioritized, the city that has built the city's infrastructure is expected to be a city that has succeeded in AD. This is because commercialized cities or AVs will become hubs for mobility globalization, excluding rapid climate change or AV companies, and empirical analysis has been conducted that if AVs fail in metropolitan New York due to urban complexity (population density), urban economy size (GRDP), patents, number of consumers, infrastructure public EV chargers, and road quality. It examines whether the realization of AD by region and country affects overall national innovation. As a result, even if AV succeeds in large cities such as New York, Seoul, which has a higher population density (complexity), has a negative meaning, and a more similar Tokyo has a positive meaning. It can be seen that regional research on AV should also be prioritized in large cities such as Shanghai. This means that in order for AV to be realized in each city, the construction of AI infrastructure data must be actively changed to establish globalization of cities for economic growth as autonomous mobility.

  • China joined the WTO in 2001, and the Chinese market are growing at a rapid pace in the M&A Market. This Research is an Empirical analysis of China's leadership that subdivides leadership style and is an study on the effects of globalization on leadership and job satisfaction in the globalization as moderation variable. The significance of this study is to Refer to the direction of Chinese investments. This paper places emphasis on the change in Chinese organizational culture as a result of globalization and explores the influence of leadership on job satisfaction and turnover intention by using data from MBA students data of Wuhan City, 178 observations. And all of the data were analyzed using both the multiple regression analysis and the moderated regression analysis as well. Results of the empirical test are suggested as follow. First, transactional, transformational and servant leadership have a positive influence on job satisfaction. But it can't find the significant relationship between leadership and turnover intention. Second, there has a significant result that globalization on leadership is partially via the influence of job satisfaction. The result of the moderated regression analysis through the globalization as moderation variable is that globalization strengthens a positive influence on between transformational, emotional leadership and job satisfaction. On the other hand, In the case of this hypothesis that globalization will have mediating effect in the pathway between leadership and turnover intention, I expect that globalization strengthens a negative influence on turnover intention as dependent variable. But The result of the moderated regression analysis through the globalization as moderation variable is that globalization strengthens a positive influence on transactional, transformational, emotional and servant leadership.
