As computer-based train control system became used widely, reliability and safety assessment of the computer is getting more important. A fault on a computer can cause a malfunction of train control system, and this can lead an accident. So where reliability and safety is highly required TMR is used. In this paper, the method of data sharing and voting for TMR processing is proposed, designed and verified.

Rialway passengers and public, workers typically have high potential on death and injury accidents, because they are to be frequently adjacent to train or train operation. In order to effectively reduce the risks associated with the passengers, the public, and the workers, a systematic risk assessment should be performed to evaluate the hazards that contribute to the accidents. This paper describes the effect of risk assessment web base system and the extension need of the classification of "The regulation of railway accident report and information in Korea", application for national or railway safety operator, sharing railway safety information.

Recently, as the feasibility study shows that trans-Korea railway and trans-continental railway are advantageous, interest in high speed railway system is increasing. Because railway vehicle is environment-friendly and safe compared with airplane and ship, its market-sharing increases gradually. Korean High Speed Train has been developed by KRRI for last 7 years to satisfy the need. Korean High Speed Train (350km/h), composed of 2 power cars, 2 motorized car and 3 trailer cars, has been developed and is under trial test. To verify the design requirements for the functions and traction performances of the train, KRRI (Korea Railroad Research Institute) decided to evaluate traction performances of the train during trial test. For this purpose, torque, velocity, voltage and current must be measured. KRRI has developed a measurement system that can measure vast and various signals effectively. In this paper, we introduce traction performances of Korean High Speed Train. The traction measurement items are focused on the verification of motor block performances. 2010년 이전 국책연구과제는 국책연구기관이 민간산업계의 요구사항 위주로 전문기관에 제안하여 수행함에 따라 사용자(운영기관 및 고객)의 불편사항이 지속적으로 제기되었으나 현재 사용자가 제시한 의견을 반영할 수 있도록 연구관련 제도가 개선되는 추세다. 본 논문은 도시철도/경량전철 차량의 핵심부품 및 장치에 관한 기술고도화 및 원천기술 확보를 위한 과제 도출기법에 관하여 연구하였다. 도시철도/경량전철 차량과 연관된 이해당사자 그룹(지방정부, 운영기관, 연구기관, 학계, 산업계, 등)에 관한 정의, 차량전문가에 관한 정의와 설문항목 설계를 위한 기법 적용은 객관성, 공정성, 형평성 확보를 위해 델파이 기법을 적용하여 설계 및 검증하고자 하였다. 또한, 기획연구과제 도출 프로세스를 공유함으로써 도시철도/경량전철 차량분야의 이해관계자 그룹 간 의견을 통합하여 이해관계자 그룹의 요구사항을 충족하는 도시철도/경량전철 차량분야 핵심부품 및 장치에 관한 고도화 연구 과제를 도출하고자 하였다.

이 논문은 남북철도 연결에 대비하여 관광교류와 관광열차 운행에 관한 연구 논문이다. 이 글에서는 남북철도 연결의 고찰과 북한관광의 현황을 알아보고, 북한 관광기반시설, 철도, 도로현황을 알아보고 경의선 철도를 이용한 북한의 주요관광지 소개(경의선 연결지역중심) 북한관광 교류의 절차를 파악하고 북한관관열차 운행에 따른 협약(남북관광교류에 관한 협약 및 부속합의서) 남한 철도청과 북한 철도부와의 협약(관광열차 운행의 주체) 여행사간 협약, 신변안전 협약, 열차안전에 고나한 협약, 운임계산에 고나한 협약, 여행 안내협약, 관광여행객이 지켜야 할 사항, 국경역 통과에 관한 협약 등을 작성해 보며, 경의선 연결에 대비 경의선을 중심으로 관광 열차 운행 계획, 수요 예측, 운임계산, 수익 분배방식, 일정표 등을 논해보고 경제적 효과를 분석해 본다.

This study attempts to estimate economic benefits in terms of cost sayings and qualitative effects resulting ken implementation of new vehicle maintenance information system. It is widely expected that the effect of new vehicle maintenance information system will be significant in cost savings by information sharing and electronic documentation. To evaluate the economic feasibility of new system implementation, the study conducted seven subsystems case studies on the vehicle maintenance information system of Seoul Metro. Economic benefits are estimated by measuring the time savings, in turn, are calculated into cost savings by multiplying the average wages per hour of employee. The result of case study showed that over the 20 billion Won will be saved owing to new vehicle information system implementation. In conclusion, this study will contribute to the field of practices for the most, in evaluation of the economic benefits resulting from new information system implementation in the railway organization.

Since 1974, the first subway is constructed in Seoul metropolitan area, from 1985 country metropolitan subways have been built. But most country metropolitan subways cannot reach the goal of transportation sharing ratio and show a loss. In this paper, I investigate the issues of country metropolitan subways and present the methods to improve them focusing on strengthening transit network. At first, it is introduced that the method can complement incomplete network from insufficient subway lines. And I propose the consolidation method using KORAIL railway lines. Finally, the connecting method into subway missing area is presented with various transit systems like BRT, Guideway Bus and single railway line extension.

Most recognition algorithms for intelligent surveillance system are based on analysis of the video collected from one camera. Video analysis is also used to compute the internal parameters used in the recognition process. The algorithm computes only the video of the fixed area so that it is a insufficient method and it could not use information of the related areas. However, intelligent integrated surveillance system should be constructed to correlate the events in the other areas as well as in the fixed area. In this paper, in order to construct the intelligent integrated surveillance system, we describe the method not to focus on the video of each camera but to aware the whole event by sharing information between cameras, which is more accurate. The method would be used to aware the event in the fixed area such as stations in urban transit.

본 연구에서는 수원시에 도입되었던 dockless형 공유자전거인 모바이크의 이용자 빅데이터에 대한 이용현황 및 이용특성을 분석하고, 이에 대한 다중회귀분석을 수행하여 dockless형 공유자전거 이용수요 영향요인을 규명하였다. 분석을 위해 2019년 수원시의 dockless형 공유자전거 이용 데이터를 구득하였고, 이를 동별로 정리하였다. 동별로 선정된 영향요인의 특성을 분석한 결과, 자전거 이용수요가 많은 지역 또는 인접한 지역의 자전거도로 연장이 큰 것으로 나타났고, 10-30대 인구 수가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자전거도로 정비율이 높고 택지지구 인근의 대규모 주거시설과 상업시설이 밀집된 지역과 인접 지역을 중심으로 공유자전거 이용이 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 다중회귀분석 모델 분석 결과, 자전거 겸용도로(비분리), 동별 10-30대 인구, 철도역 수, 상업시설 수, 산업시설 수, 초·중·고 학교 수가 dockless형 공유자전거 이용수요에 미치는 영향이 유효한 것으로 확인되었다. Dockless형 공유자전거 이용수요에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 시민이 dockless형 공유자전거를 이용하고 싶어 하는 환경을 조성할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 연구 결과는 향후 dockless형 공유자전거 이용 활성화를 위한 정책적 자료에 기여될 것으로 사료된다.
