일제시대 철도관사의 공간구성 및 변용유형 연구 - 경주 철도관사지를 중심으로 - (A study on the space composition and transfiguration of the railway official residence in the colonial empire of Japan - focusing to railway official residence in Kyungju)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how Korean changed and applied the railway official residence space constructed by the Japanese, when they occupied these railway official residence space after liberation from Japan, and specify the relationship between the life culture and residence space by analysing the differance in important life style, as well as element of change in important residence spaces according to modernization. In addition, this study was carried out by means of research on the form and pattern, visual anthropological method by photograph and direct observation.The result of this study is summarized as fellows. The residence space at Kyounaju constructed by the Japanese on the basis of the culture has been changed and applied to the life style of the Korean when the Korean occupied these Japanese style residence space.Then, it seems that the change of the Japanese style residence was caused by both differance in the life pattern between Korea and Japan, and the medernization of the life.

철도안전도 평가지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Safety Index for Evaluating Railway Safety)

  • 국가에서는 철도운영 및 시설기관에 산재되어 있는 철도안전정보를 수집하여 분석할 수 있는 철도안전정보 종합관리시스템을 구축하야 철도안전관리를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 매년 철도안전도를 평가하기 위하여 철도사고 자료를 분석하여 사망자 및 부상자 수를 산출하고 있으며 사고 원인 및 위험발생 경위를 규명하여 사고를 최소화 할 수 있도록 여러 안잔정책 및 안전관리방안을 시행하고 있다. 따라서 보다 선진적인 안전정책 수립 및 안전관리를 위해 철도안전도를 입체적으로 그리고 정량적으로 표현할 수 있는 방안이 필요하며 이를 위해서는 안전에 대한 주요 영향요소가 무엇인지를 파악해야 하며 선정된 개발적 요소들에 대한 정량적 철도안전지수(Railway Safety Index)를 개발해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 철도안전도를 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 안전도 평가지표를 개발하여 안전목표 수립 및 관리 등 철도안전향상를 위한 전략적 방향 및 정책수립 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 모델을 제공하고자 한다.

철도차량 전두부의 디자인 트렌드에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design Trend of Train Nose)

  • 철도차량 전두부의 디자인 트렌드는 사회문화와 철도차량의 상관관계를 통해서 발전되어져 왔다. 철도선진국(영국, 독일, 프랑스, 일본, 한국)의 사회문화와 철도차량의 변천에 따라서 1800년대부터 2008년까지 여섯 개의 시기로 구분하였다. 첫째, 철도차량 전두부의 이미지 스케일, 먼셀 색상환, 디자인 포지셔닝 상에서 디자인 변화를 확인하였다. 둘째, 사회문화를 통한 철도차량 전두부의 디자인 트렌드를 분석하였다. 끝으로 각 국가의 철도차량 전두부의 디자인 트렌드에 관한 연구를 하였다. 그 결과 철도차량 전두부의 디자인 트렌드는 점차적으로 구조적, 실용적, 대중적, 인본위적, 환경친화적, 최첨단의 디자인 트렌드를 보여주고 있다.

  • Railway accident analysis results show that accidents cased by human factors are not decreasing, whereas H/W related accidents are steadily decreasing. For the efficient management of human factors, many expertise on design, conditions, safety culture and staffing are required. But current safety management activities on safety critical works are focused on training, due to the limited resource and information. In order to establish railway human factors management requirements, human factors management status on all train operating companies are analysed in this study.

국내 철도운영기관 철도안전문화수준 조사 (Research of the Safety Culture Level in Korea Railway Corporations)

  • The safety culture of an organization is the product of individual and group values, attitudes, perceptions, competencies, and patterns of behavior that determine the commitment, the style and proficiency, and an organization's health and safety management. A good safety culture includes effective, appropriate safety management systems; strong safety leadership & commitment from management; participation and involvement of the workforce; and organizational learning and continuous improvement. This paper will introduce the safety culture inspection standards and process in Korea Railway. The main purpose is to get a better understanding of safety culture and to develop measuring tool. First of all we developed the composition factor of safety culture and the question set. And we prepared the base of computerization of safety culture measurement by developing of evaluation standards and weighted value.

도시철도 철도안전사상사고 대응체계현황 분석을 통한 개선방향 도출 (Improvement Directions through the Analysis of the Current States of Response Systems against Railway Casualties and Accidents of Urban Railways)

  • 본 논문에서는 철도안전과 관련된 규정들을 검토하고 역 근무자 인터뷰, 8개의 도시철도 운영기관(서울도시시철도공사, 서울메트로, 인천교통고사 등)의 현재 실시하고 있는 예방대책 현황조사를 통하여 사고감소를 위한 적극적인 예방대책 수행에 어려움을 미치는 근본원인을 관련 규정의 미흡, 조직문화와 근무환경, 소극적인 운영기관의 예방대책으로 도출하고 이를 통하여 3가지 개선방향을 도출하였다. 우선 도시철도 철도안전사상사고 행동 규정 제작을 제안하였으며, 대학생 안전도우미 활용 및 운영기관 고위 관리자의 안전 교육 등 조직문화와 근무환경 개선을 위한 방향을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 적극적인 사고예방캠페인, 이용객의 교육 참여를 높일 수 있는 방향을 제시하였다. 이러한 사고감소를 위한 개선방향은 향후 운영기관의 예방대책 수립시 가이드라인의 역할을 담당할 것이라 사료된다.

社會.文化的 變化에 따른 日帝時代 鐵道官舍의 空間變容過程에 관한 硏究 (A Study on the process of spatial transfiguration for the Railway Official Residence based on the transition of Social-culture)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the original plans of the Railway official residence and process of the transfiguration of those plans based on the transition of social-culture, using 54 houses which were built from 1920 to 1945 in Taegu-Kyoungbuk province. In addition, this study was carried out by means of research on the form and pattern, and visual anthropological method by photograph and direct observation. The results of this study are as follows : 1) The original plans of Railway official residences were composed of the entrance hall, TADAMI Rooms, bathroom, toilet and HUSMA(wooden sliding doors). 2) After 1945, the room, kitchen, toilet of Japanese style had been trasfiguerated to Korean traditional style. 3) Since 1980's, those of Korean traditional style has been trasfigurated to the livingroom, dinningroom, entrance hall and etc. of western style.

  • Now, the goal of the third generation KTX project is to create a new species of high speed train in order to open a new era of high speed railway system in history by authentic Korean technology and innovative design. Now the third generation KTX, must go beyond the original stagnant paradigm and be positioned as an emotional resource which is creating a shift in the public's perspective of transportation and expanding the idea that transportation intersects the two distinct realms of culture and environment as well. In addition, the overall design should reflect the Korean culture and characteristics, simple yet resonant, both the interior space and the exterior fuselage should portray the dynamic heritage of Korea such as the powerful yet subdued energy of Jung Joong Dong. In short, through the symbolic key words in Korean, Dong(Dynamics), Mek(Pulse), Ryu(Flow), Gam(Sensibility), the third generation KTX design project aims to create an new identity of Korean high speed railway which can stand globally.

인사조직운영 및 문화유형에 관한 비교 연구 : 철도관련 A, B 양사의 기관사 직종을 중심으로 (A Comparative Study on Personnel, Organization Management System and Corporate Culture : Focusing on Drivers of two Railway Firms)

  • The purpose of this article is to comparatively depict the organizational effectiveness of two rail firms based on the cognitive response of employees(group of drivers). To attain this purpose, several aspects of current personnel and organization management system and organizational culture are surveyed through questionaire and analyzed by SPSS. The questionaire includes two parts of items. First, it includes items on personnel-related factors such as evaluation system, job, wage, role, leadership and job satisfaction. Second, it includes items on organizational culture model suggested by Rousseau. The major findings are : 1) In general, the cognitive response of drivers in two firms concerning personnel-related aspects is to a certain degree negative. 2) The cognitive response of drivers in two firms concerning culture-related aspects is also awfully negative. 3) Job satisfaction of drivers in the firm A is highly related to role and leadership factors in terms of personnel-related aspects, on the one hand, and to achievement factor in terms of culture, on the other hand. In case of the firm B, job satisfaction of drivers is highly related to personnel evaluation factor as well as role and leadership factors in terms of personnel-related aspects, on the one hand, and to affiliation, power, and bureaucracy factors in terms of culture, on the other hand.
