귀선전류를 이용한 레일절손 검지에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Rail Rupture Detection by the Return Current)

  • The track circuit carries out a train detection using a electrical closed loop, and incidentally it detects the rail rupture using the track circuit current flowing rail. However, in the case of the axle counter or the Radio based train control system, it requires a new way for detecting the rail rupture because of not using the track circuit. To solve this problem, it periodically checks non-steady state of rail by the track inspection car. but real-time detection of the rail rupture is impossible. Therefore, this paper analyzed feasibility to realize a real-time detection of rail rupture by using the return current.

These components can be used in real-time applications without application reprogramming. $\textbullet$ This library runs under VxWorks operating system and is oriented on real-time embedded systems.   • Since KHSL 2nd phase was adapted as a main track design, the interests of concrete slab track system have been gradually increased in the division of rail track engineering and many engineering companies have been trying to adapt a concrete slab track system at this moment. Advantages of this system proved in advanced country, japan and Germany etc. are excellent maintenance, track stability and increasing of buckling resistance This developed turnout is same with the KHSR 1st phase's design and applications rules, components and signaling system since it observes KTX specification. Comparing it with the former turnout, High-elasticity pad, lubrication-free roller slide plate and Rheda2000 PC sleeper are only different. The purpose of this study is the development of high speed turnout on concrete slab track and its application on site. Now these studies are going to show the verification and confidence about the interface between ballast-track and concrete slab track by finding and solving the possible problems when it is installed on site and to make these turnouts applied perfectly and completely on concrete slab track. Its first trial construction in korea had been successfully completed at Sangju-station on July 20th ,2007 thanks to KORAIL and KR. 지상신호설비의 유지보수 효율화를 위한 집중화 및 전자화 연구 (The Study on Centralization & Electronic for Maintenance Efficiency of Ground Signaling System)

  • 국내 철도 신호시스템은 전자화로 발전하고 있으며 이 중 연동장치의 전자화는 57%에 이르고 있고, 선로변장치 중 건널목 보안장치는 통합시스템으로 개발이 완료되어 있다. 그러나 기존선 전 구간의 폐색장치는 전자화 및 통합화가 되어있지 않아 건설과 유지보수 측면에서 많은 보완점을 가지고 있다. 현재 국내 기존선에 사용되고 있는 ABS와 경부 및 호남선에 설치중인 LEU는 동일한 장소에서 동일한 열차의 신호정보에 의해 열차를 제어하고 있음에도 불구하고 각각 별개의 시스템으로 분리되어 설치되어 있기 때문에 동일한 정보를 각각 별개로 나누어 송수신하여 열차를 제어하고 있다. 따라서 종래의 ABS와 LEU에서는 램프검지부나 전원부 등과 같이 중복 설치된 부품이 많기 때문에 전체적인 제품의 제조 원가가 높아질 뿐만 아니라, 시공비 역시 2중으로 소요되고 유지보수에도 많은 인력과 비용을 투자해야 하는 등의 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현재 사용 중인 ABS에 통신 및 전자기술을 접목시켜서 집중형 전자폐색제어장치를 개발하기 위한 내용을 제시하고 있으며, 해당역 관내 폐색장치를 집중감시 및 관리를 하고 ATP 시스템의 지상장치인 LEU와 연계하여 정보 전송이 가능하도록 하고자 한다.

  • Urban transit consists of signaling system, railway systems, power facilities systems and the other complicated facilities and the standards notify the standardizations, safety standards, performance standards and quality certification standards according to the Urban Transit Act. The government notifies and recommends these standards to improve the performance, safety and maintenance efficiency of urban transit. Now, we need to manage the records and traceability of the standards because they have reciprocal relations with the others so that, if some standards have been changed it could make some problems to the others. As a result, in this research, we suggest the way to manage the traceability of the standards by using the computation support tools.

  • In this study it is researched to the hazard analysis phase which is the core phase of the safety life cycle carried out by various systems in Korea. At present diverse methods are utilized when the hazard analysis is performed. With the basis of these V&V activities are carried out. In this study using FMEA which is one of the representative methods of the hazard analysis, the effective and viable result is derived. Also, it establishes the systematic base of the further phases of the safety life cycle such as the Hazard log, V&V, and the safety case.

The Influence of Coupling Coefficient between Wayside Transmitter and On-board Receiver upon Operation Characteristics of the ATS System

  • The ATS system is used to provide wayside signaling. Currently, the oscillation frequency is set at 78[kHz] in the normal state. As the on-board receiver crosses over the wayside transmitter, the oscillation frequency is changed by capacitors of the wayside transmitter in a manner dependent on the train speed. As the oscillation frequency is changed, the waveform is modified in the wayside transmitter as well as in the on-board receiver. When there are other signal systems such as a ATO system present near the wayside transmitter, frequency interference occurs. This phenomenon arises since other signals or communication frequencies present will be included in the waveform. Trains often stop due to these other frequencies included in the waveform. In this paper, a model of the interaction between the wayside transmitter and on-board receiver is suggested and frequency response in the wayside transmitter and on-board receiver in the presence of the other signals are estimated by the coupling coefficient. Also, the coupling coefficients are estimated, and the optimal value is proposed.

인버터 입력전류 분석을 이용한 유도전동기 고장진단 (Diagnosis of Induction Motor Faults Using Inverter Input Current Analysis)

  • 운전 중인 유도전동기에 고장이 발생하면, 구동장치 등 전체 시스템에 2차적인 고장을 유발 시킬 수 있다. 이 경우 구동시스템의 신뢰도와 안전성이 저하되고, 경제적인 손실을 초래할 뿐만 아니라, 인명 피해의 위험 등 많은 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 유도전동기의 고장징후를 조기 감지하여 전체 시스템 고장을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 유도전동기 고장진단 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 유도전동기에서 고정자권선의 부분 단락과 회전자 바의 균열이 발생하는 경우, 인버터 입력전류를 분석하여 고장징후를 조기 감지하는 유도전동기 고장진단 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 고장진단 방법은 고정자 전류 3개를 모두 센싱해야 하는 기존 고장진단 방법과 달리, 인버터 입력전류 센서 한 개만으로 유도전동기 고장진단이 가능하다. 또한, 정상전류 주파수성분과 고장전류 주파수성분이 서로 분리되어 나타나는 인버터 입력전류 특성을 통해 기존 고장진단 방법보다 비교적 쉽고 확실한 고장진단이 가능하다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 유도전동기 고장진단 방법의 우수성과 유효성을 확인한다.

A Phase-shifter for Regulating Circulating Power Flow in a Parallel-feeding AC Traction Power System

  • A parallel-feeding AC traction power system increases the power supply capacity and decreases voltage fluctuations, but the circulating power flow caused by the phase difference between the traction substations prevents the system from being widely used. A circuit analysis shows that the circulating power flow increases almost linearly as the phase difference increases, which adds extra load to the system and results in increased power dissipation and load unbalance. In this paper, we suggest a phase shifter for the parallel-feeding AC traction power system. The phase shifter regulates the phase difference and the circulating power flow by injecting quadrature voltage which can be obtained directly from the Scott-connection transformer in the traction substation. A case study involving the phase shifter applied to the traction power system of a Korean high-speed rail system shows that a three-level phase shifter can prevent circulating power flow while the phase difference between substations increases up to 12 degrees, mitigate the load unbalance, and reduce power dissipation.
