The purpose of this study to analyze landslide-triggering factors using the 38 landslide cases occurred by typhoon, Rusa in 2002, Maemi in 2003 and Ewiniar in 2006 and geospatial characteristics in Hamyang and Geochang County. where two day's heavy rainfall was concentrated on. The rainfalls factors to trigger landslides were accumulative rainfall (>230mm) and rainfall intensity(>30-75mm). The highest landslide frequency was concentrated on the areas of 400-900m in height and on the slopes of $25-40^{\circ}$ in degree. The frequency of landslide was high exceedingly above 80% of a slope attitude, while the frequency is very low below 70%. Granite was more susceptible as much as 9 times than metamorphic rocks. In areas mixed soil with gravels and rock blocks, the frequency of landslide was 73%.
Damage from typhoon disaster can be mitigated by grasping and dealing with the damage promptly for the regions in typhoon track. What is this work, a technique to analyzed dangerousness of typhoon should be presupposed. This study estimated 10m level wind speed using 700hPa wind by typhoon, referring to GPS dropwindsonde study of Franklin(2003). For 700hPa wind, 30km resolution data of Regional Data Assimilation Prediction System(RDAPS) were used. For roughness length in estimating wind of 10m level, landuse data of USGS are employed. For 10m level wind speed of Typhoon Rusa in 2002, we sampled AWS point of $7.4\sim30km$ distant from typhoon center and compare them with observational data. The results show that the 10m level wind speed is the estimation of maximum wind speed which can appear in surface by typhoon and it cannot be compared with general hourly observational data. Wind load on domestic buildings relies on probability distributions of extreme wind speed. Hence, calculated 10m level wind speed is useful for estimating the damage structure from typhoon.
Recently, spillways are need to control stable water level for supporting main dams because of floods by unusual change of weather such as Typhoon Rusa. This study has been focused on the amount of leakage through the rock mass distributed fractures and joints under the opened emergency spillway. It is very important to evaluate the amount of leakage as these affect stability of spillway by interaction between effective stress and pore pressure. The commercial program MAFIC has been used for analyzing groundwater flow in fractured rock mass. The results showed that the values of range, average and deviation of leakage were 2.85∼3.79×10-1, 3.32×10-1 and 1.70×10-2 m3/day/m2 respectively. Secondary, we have estimated the effect of grouting after the transmissivity(Tf) of joint 1 as main pathway of leakage known from above results was changed from 1.78×10-7 to 1.59×10-9 m2/s. The results showed that the values of range, average and deviation of leakage were 7.80×10-4∼1.53×10-3, 1.18×10-3 and 1.32×10-4 m3/day/m2 respectively. As the result, the amount of leakage after grouting has been decreased by a ratio of 1 to 277.

In the forthcoming 21C, the development of cultural lives depends on that the water demand will increase or not. On the opposite site of that circumstance, many factors of the small watersheds will influence directly on how to cover the surface of watersheds with land use, no planning developing watersheds, and the rearrangement of small rivers. Especially as the extraordinary climatic Phenomena, exhaust of $CO_2$ and destruction of 03 layer, water resource and water foresting content of the small watersheds will be decreased by confusing on the malting a plan of water resources. For example, those are Typhoon Rusa in 2002, Typhoon Maemi in 2003 and heavy storms in 2004. This study area has three group and one of them having three small watersheds, total five small watersheds. That is, Sabukmyeon small watersheds in Chuncheon, Three small watersheds in Wonju(Jeoncheon, Jupocheon and Hasunamcheon), and Suipcheon in Yanggu-Gun which are located far away each other three group and different precipitation data. According to the land use such as dry field(or farm), rice field, forest land. building site and others in small watersheds, the amount of runoff will be impacted by monthly precipitation. The comparison between the runoff was getting from Kajiyama Formula and calculated runoff from multi-linear regressed equations by land use Percentage was performed with different precipitation data and different small watersheds. Its correlations which are estimated by coefficient of correlation will be accepted or not, as approached 1.0000 values. As the monthly water resources amount is estimated by multi-linear regressed equations with different precipitation data and different small watersheds having no gauging station, we make a plan in order to demand and supply the water quantity from small river watersheds during return periods.
